TV didn't work they did send in somebody they gave us a new remote it was still not working correctly I need white noise to sleep they never cleaned our room after the first night ceiling peeling from water damage, mold in bathroom, water damage door jamb floor bathroom just not the best experience for a Hilton their standards are very low

Couldn’t connect to WiFi. For a Garden Inn, it’s definitely on the lower end. I received a call asking if I was staying another night even though I already received a receipt to show I checked out earlier that morning.

Close to airport with free shuttle. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Very nice room. Would definitely stay there again.

The shuttle driver Mike was extremely helpful in getting me to the airport when there was no shuttle at the hotel due to logistical issues.

We always stay here when we are flying in and out of Raleigh Durham. It is a perfect place for us to say. It is clean and the staff is always very helpful for any needs we may have.

The only thing I liked was the bar. We arrived back to hotel at 1030pm and were greeted warmly by the bar man on duty. Friendly but not intrusive. Receptionist on arrival was very unhelpful. We arrived very early due to an early flight and were exhausted. I realize that the hotel is under no obligation to allow us to check in early but the receptionist was not at all helpful. I asked her to call me when we could check in and was told she would if she had time. She did not contact us. Pool was small murky and totally unappealing. Gym is the size of a closet. Carpets ripped up outside our room and the toilet was all scratched up. I have no idea how this hotel receives good reviews. Definitely not up to the standards of the Hilton chain.

Typical hotel with a spacious room and decently appointed for the price. However, our room has broken bathroom counter top and tub was not cleaned properly. Told the staff/front desk and they were polite and professional. Offered a free breakfast but we had to check out then.

Our room was ok but I’m not impressed that I booked a 2 bed room because we had a super early flight. When we got to the hotel I got told sorry we don’t that room the system allowed it to be over booked then the working looked at me like it was my fault. When I ask what was he going to do since I had specifically booked 2 bed for a very early flight he offered a king bed with a pullout couch. While that worked for the very few short hours we needed it. If had we had to been there longer it would not have been an acceptable option without anything kind of a discount.

Shuttle service is supposed to run until midnight. No one answered the phone at 11:40 pm, so keep that in mind. I had to Uber from airport. There were short hairs in one of the wash cloths in the room. The rooms are outdated. Breakfast buffet was $15. I would have skipped breakfast if I would have known they charged that much!

This be my place to stay when flying out. The shuttle going to and from airport was awesome.

I was awakened at midnight by a fire alarm. We were ordered to evacuate the building. It was, of course, a faulty alarm and after an hour we went back to our rooms. I had 2 hours sleep before leaving for my 6:00 AM flight. I should have been comped the room charge.

We booked at the Hilton to be able to get extra sleep for an extra early flight and instead were awakened by a false fire alarm. The whole point of our stay was completely in vain. $130 down the toilet

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel was close to the airport, the property was an extremely nice condition clean and neat and fresh. We would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I was there this weekend for a concert and I got stuck in traffic and could not check in exactly at 3 o’clock so I called in a panic and they said no worries. A lot of people were calling and worried about that. They told me they would put a note in my reservation to let them know that I would be late and when I got there, they absolutely made sure I was well taken care of.

My room seemed to require some more cleaning upon checkin as the tables were dirty. The room and common areas were slightly dated. I selected buffet breakfast included for an upcharge when reserving. The choices werr saugsage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, assorted fruits, berries and yogurts on the main line. If you want an omelette its a seperate charge. Also offered were breads, begals & various drink options. The potatoes & bacon were dry, otherwise breakfast was okay overall.

I like how convenient this hotel is to the airport and the fact they offer free shuttle services. I was a bit disappointed to find out the shuttle service had limited hours despite calling the hotel prior to booking and being told they had 24 hour shuttle service. Also, the lobby was nice but the room was worn but clean.

I try to stay at Hilton as often as possible& expect a high level of cleanliness However this hotel looked outdated and was not as clean as im accustomed to it being.

Housekeeping will DAILY walk right inside of your room without knocking. Don't come here thinking that you can rest. They will do it long before checkout time. Certainly don't come here and take your clothes off in the hotel room or you will be embarrassed as these housekeepers walk in to sacrifice your privacy on the altar of their convenience.

Just my last Night getting washed up as we do.. the water was off... and i didnt call because of the time and the inconvenience of the time. I used the 2 Bottles of the Complimentary Water they give to wash myself. I'll be back because everything was Great.. just the Shower was pretty vital.

I came up to Raleigh to spend the weekend with my boyfriend and the Hilton was absolutely amazing. It was so clean. It smelled good. Everyone was so nice and kind.

The hotel was okay friendly staff. The property has a septic/plumping issue You could smell sewage from the bathroom I had to change my room it was so bad. The second room you could smell the sewage but not as strong.

This is a decent place. It stays busy and we have stayed there before.

the 1st elevator was already out of service when 2nd went out of service. It should have been an emergent need to repair #1, as no other options when # 2 failed.

Our first room had an AC unit that squealed horribly. Maintenance was unable to resolve so we moved to a different room. The gym is small and had a strong musty/mildewy smell. It was bad enough I elected not to do my usual workout routine. The breakfast was the real disappointment, especially since it was $15 per person. Eggs were overcooked, tasteless and rubbery. The breakfast sausages were truly inedible. Oatmeal is usually a safe last option, but the cook forgot to make it. The only two bright spots were the fresh melon and the bagels. Certainly not worth the price.

We were given our room and upon entering it. The room was super hot, asked to see if the staff could see if it was working correctly. Staff identified the A/C was inoperable and seamlessly gave us a different room and assisted moving our 7 pieces of luggage.

Staff was great, buffet breakfast was WAY overpriced for what is complementary at other hotels, but free airport shuttle made up for it. everything was great otherwise

We stayed a night during Galaxycon. The place was fully booked so parking wasn't the easiest, but that is to be expected with a huge convention in town. Check in was a breeze and our room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a freaky great experience, rooms were just a bit outdated

The room was nice, and the staff was excellent. We had an accessible room, but it wasn’t very accessible. The toilet paper was too far from the toilet, and the grab bar to get in and out of the shower is on the same end of the shower as the toilet, so if you are short like me, the grab bar is too far from the part of the shower where I can get in or out.

Very nice outdoor spaces

If you need a quiet hotel close to the airport, this is the hotel for you. The staff was friendly and very professional in getting us checked in. This was an enjoyable experience.

Easy, fast check in process. Very close to the airport. Beds were comfortable enough to sleep in for 1 night but anything more than that would have been rough.

Hotel was very nice. In our original room, the door would not lock so we were moved to another room. Our day was lovely except the pool was just a little cold. (Indoor).

Awesome stay!

The hotel was very clean. It smelled amazing in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The hostess at the restaurant was very attentive.

I expected more from a Hilton. I had to move rooms twice, the phone didn’t work in the third room, and had issues in with the toilet twice. No directions to ice makers, the parking was crazy. Hotel is packed and no parking had to park on the curb or in another company parking space. The staff was the only exception, the deserve 5 stars.

Great place to stay near the airport

Excellent in every way except housekeeping. Had sign on the closet door stating we did not want service. I DID NOT put it on outside door. We were gone from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and did not have service. Trash full and no clean towels. We asked for clean towels after we returned and they were brought up by front desk staff. When we left for the day, staff were servicing room to right of us. Returned and they were servicing room to left of us. Never knocked. Grandma traveling with daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old.

The room was very dark. Light bulbs needed replacement and a floor lamp or overhead fixture would help. Staff could have been better. Felt like my checking in was interrupting the desk clerk.

I’m a scent person when you walk into the lobby there is a nice scent that hit your nose. Hotel is clean and nice decor. Convenient to RDU airport. I used the park and fly option to get to and from the airport. I would stay again if flying out of RDU again.

This hotel is a little dated but the staff was great, it was clean, and shuttle service to the airport was fantastic. Perfect.

At 7 am there was a fire in the facility causing everyone to evacuate the building. I appreciate the safety, but some compensation for the inconvenience would be appreciated.

The ease of checking in and it was very quiet.

Checked in and picked my room on app. Said I’d arrive about 4:30. Got there at 5:30 and was given key by front desk for the room I booked on app. Got to the room and used the key and it was occupied. Went to front desk and was told housekeeping was behind. Check in is at 3 AND they gave me a room that obviously wasn’t available as there was someone in it. Never given an apology just another room. Didn’t feel very secure knowing the front desk doesn’t check to be sure rooms are not occupied before giving a guest a key. Wondered if anyone would be given a key to my room. Not very pleasant

Our first set of room keys did not work. We tried several times. Went back down to the front desk and the person there was not professional. He looked at me like I was an idiot when I told him they didn't work. Then

Our room was nice and roomy and the bed was comfortable. The odor of marijuana in the lobby area and in the hallway outside our room was bothersome.

Close to airport which was convenient for an early morning flight. Hotel room and hallway seemed a bit outdated and I would not want to stay at this hotel long term.

I have stayed here several times. It is convenient to I-40, the airport, and downtown Raleigh.

It was definitely dirty. There were multiple trash bags lined up in the hallways until late at night. The bed spread was worn in many places, as was the furniture. It was disappointing for a Hilton.

Bartender not very friendly also would not let us take our wine up to our room in wine glass. Who wants to drink wine from a plastic cup?

Clean and close to the airport

This is the most run down Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Room 313 the wall by the window above the chair looks like it is going to fall in due to water damage. There was little black flecks of something on the bedding which prompted me to sleep on top of the covers. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting the dispensers for hand spat and lotion falling off the wall due to not being installed properly the door looked like it had been kicked in. There are tiles on the floor that have popped up and are loose do to not being properly installed. The bathroom counter is cracked all the way across the faucet and we all know how that happens, excessive weight. Wonder what was going on in there… I am glad I only had to stay one night. Absolutely ridiculous Hilton needs to do better especially at this hotel by the RDU airport.

Perfect and convenient

I mean years of dust piled on the office chair, I didn’t even want to touch it. I mean not wear and tear DIST untouched! The chair had several large stains! It’s like they never wiped anything down! The shower was actually clean, that’s it. We made it through one night, decided to check out early the next evening after our event, I was just uncomfortable. The bed was also super uncomfortable. I was very disappointed, especially as a Hilton property. The lobby and rest of the amenities looked fine

Breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like too much.

I always enjoy staying here, very nice atmosphere & the staff is always nice. only wished the pool was a little warmer, we couldn’t stay in it long due to it no being as warm as the previous stay. The pool is one of the main reasons I love to come there. Maybe next time. Overall satisfied tho.

The parking tends to fill up fast. I enjoyed the property beautiful lobby. The linen and shower could use a little bit more cleaning but not too bad.

We had an early Thanksgiving Day flight. So we booked the room for the prior night. The staff was helpful and courteous, and they allowed us to check in early. The pool in restaurant and shuttle service were perfect

There wasn’t enough characters for me to post my entire complaint about this property. So i’ll keep it short. I wish I could have my money back. Do not stay at this disgusting, outdated hotel.

Con: The big downside is the room’s out of date facilities, with not good soundproofing wall quality…I could hear each small move from next door… not mentioning more human activity…the towels has some strains… The bathroom paper is too far away from the toilet…

The customer service was excellent and tge transportation to RDU was excellent. I will stsy there again when flying out of RDU.

I booked a room last minute and didn't have to pay until I got at the hotel, also the concierge was really nice and we got the exact bedroom we asked for there was always parking spaces and everything was really clean plus wasn't pricy we didn't pay the add on for breakfast so with the money we saved at this hotel we preffered to go out to eat breakfast

The sink in the bathroom was leaking and there were no other rooms available so I used the bathtub to brush teeth etc… attendant was great but his hands tied and it was late at night.

2nd room had previous tenents leftover food in cabinet. Lamp was falling apart and pieces were all over the carpet. The restroom in our 2nd room had a bubbly ceiling with mold that looked like vomit. The elevator was aggressively loud and my room wsa next to it keeping me awake.

It looks like a nice place but there are a lot of things in disrepair. the hvac system is antiquated. The elevator door shuts with difficulty. Our toilet didn’t flush well. The chair was stained in our room

The bar was closed at 11.00 PM which seemed early for a weekend night

AC unit in room made a loud noise; had to turn it off for sleeping. Refrigerator's freezer box was totally iced over (2-3 inches of frosty ice), and was unusable.

It was very convenient for my needs

Excellent staff and service. Rooms are very clean. The gym is a bit small with limited equipment. But it is conveniently located for transport.
