New, clean, early breakfast service and a very comfortable bed in a room that was well appointed.

My review definitely wouldn't make people wanna stay here. So many things went wrong I'll just give you a few We called for an early check in the staff told us give us about an hour and a half which was fine. However after two hours we came back and had to wait another hour and a half to get checked in. While we are waiting one of the managers which I think was a food and beverage manager she was holding a staff meeting right next to us while we were waiting in the dining area. If I could have checked out at that time I would've because she was telling us how they some of the health inspections like not wearing gloves when they're cooking throwing not throwing bad food out ETC. When we got to our room our TV wasn't working had no signal. When to call the front desk on the phone and the Phone wasn't working wasn't working So I had to use my own cell phone to call the front desk. Several people that work there We're working in shorts and T shirts not very professional. This was not at all the Marriott standards that I'm used to. When we were checking out on Saturday the front desk person was sleeping in the office very disappointed

The shuttle was good, although it took longer than we were told it would. The room was clean and fresh. We hadn't eaten all day and this hotel showed that it had a restaurant, but when we got there, we found that the restaurant was closed, and the bar was closed. They had cans of beer and alcohol in a cooler, but they were $6 each, so we walked to the nearest restaurant, which was Hooters. We also booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. The attendant walked with us to the pool, but we were very disappointed to find that the pool was very cold (unusable) and small and there was no hot tub. The attendant said he was sorry, but that it cost too much to keep it warm enough to use. We were also surprised to find that breakfast was $12.95, so when I asked about that and he knew that we were upset, he did comp us breakfast. Only one of us got breakfast and we found that everything was lukewarm except for the waffle. It was a very subpar breakfast (not as good as the buffet breakfasts that are included at most of the hotels we have visited). I was very happy that we had not had to pay for it. Other than a decent, clean room, we were very disappointed.

They small towels offered for drying off were small the first two days (I assume due to full hotel). The last two days larger towels were placed in my room.

There's also a large sitting area where you can talk and wait on food, and the hotel is close to everything we usually come to Raleigh to do. One of the lights in our room was inop. There was also a USB cube on the night stand that was also inop, totally unrelated issue since our phone charger worked fine when plugged in to the outlet. Other than that, our stay wasn't long enough.

Just ok

The staff were friendly and the were joking with us. This is an awesome staff. The room was beautiful and smelled good and clean.

It was a nice experience. We will be back ? The only drawback for me was that it took a very long time for the water to heat up. I really thought the heating element might be broken.

Expedia should not advertise this property to offer free breakfast. The property does not have free breakfast.

The king size bed room was spacious. The bathrooms have been updated. They were clean large check in process was a pleasure. The hotel itself was quiet and in the night there was no slam indoors people talking loud up and down the hallways. It was quiet. It’s located right by RDU airport. It does have some little restaurants, fast food restaurants right outside within walking distance. The only downfall I can say is parking. It’s not a lot of parking and it was heavy when I came in at 5:00 PM.

Close to airport with a few dining options. Free airport shuttle, plus will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius.

My only grievances would be that the rooms could've used better blackout curtains and a channel guide in the room for the TV.

Stayed the night for a trip out of town, used the airport shuttle and it went well, very helpful driver.

TV had a very poor selection of channels.

No complaints. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this hotel is was convenient to the gym. We will stay here again when we are in the area

The manager was rude. A few housekeepers was rude as well, and very noisy.

The hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. My only complaint is the lack of hotel luggage carts to transport my luggage to my room at the time I checked in.

Great spot free parking

The staff at this location are really friendly, and they make a point of welcoming me BACK to the hotel. That’s a very nice way to treat a guest, and it has resulted in my wanting to stay at this hotel each time I visit the area.

It was a very comfortable stay. I was there for only one night, and it pleasantly met my needs.

Great customer service, great breakfast, and comfortable bed. The blinds in the room have some small holes/stains, the whole place could use a deep clean, and the bathroom needs some TLC

Location to airport

The pool was very cold. I don't know when it was last checked for the temperature but an indoor pool should be at least 84° - 85°. This pool was provided 82° or below. I spoke to the front desk & she understood and was going to call maintenance about the situation. Other than the pool issue I would stay again

The only negative is that the shuttle does not come to the airport unless called. Which might be a problem if you are not from the US and you are not prepared for this. I had to pay 13CAN for roaming charges just for a 1min call....

Overall good stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Only complaint is breakfast was $13 a person for a very small buffet.

Great hotel. Very clean and rooms were nice a big. Beds were not the greatest but not the worse either.

This also meant no breakfast, we were hoping to eat and get on the road early the next morning. We were told that the room would be comped since the inconvenience, we were told the manager would reach out later with that information so just waiting on that. If that were true, I’d rate the hotel higher.

The stay was ok. Vehicle got broke into overnight in the parking lot. Kinda a ruined vacation. Rained inside vehicle in the night. Thought four points Sheraton would be safe. Definitely not.

It looked like the lights were on dim all night. We were very unimpressed with the breakfast. It was expensive (12.99) when it should have been free. It would have costed $25 for two of us if we chose to get it. It was cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, turkey sausage and frozen potatoes. We walked next door to Bojangles each morning and fed our group of three for $10. It was located next door to Hooters, Bojangles, and Texas Roadhouse. For that reason everything was close enough to walk to and we did not really have to leave the hotel area to go out for meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was nice, quiet.and had a small, heated pool big enough to satisfy the kids.

Check in was quick and pleasant. King room was spacious and clean.

The rooms where spacious and bed was very comfy. close to what we needed. The breakfast was riduclous. It looked like a standard buffet breakfast at best and they were chariging 15$ for it We did not realize there was a charge for it until we started serving ourselves. Would not have paid 15$ for a hotel buffet breakfast with minimal warm food even.

We checked in late at night due to a power outage, front desk was friendly and quick to get us our room. Clean and comfortable room.

Great stay. Room was very roomy even with 2 beds. Love the toiletries in the shower. Close to everything. Only thing that could of been slightly better is the pool but that’s just because it was a cold night so the pool wasn’t as warm as we had hoped for but my daughter still enjoyed it. Staff was amazing

I booked this hotel with breakfast included. There’s only 2/3 items in a small fridge plus a coffee pot downstairs and that’s it. Not even a banana or hot water for tea. Did the survey from the hotel and the manager replied that the rate I booked with Expedia did not include breakfast. Did I lie? You can book this hotel now and it still says breakfast is included.

Service, unsatisfactory. A 3 night stay; no pick up of laundry. No response to request on the 2nd day of stay for clean laundry. After the 2nd request on the 3rd day, Night clerk Devin who was very accomodating, brought up clean laundry.

This is a professional establishment and is perfect if you are on business. I chose this place for its closeness to the airport and because of the bar. A young lady at the front desk named Brittany B was a beautiful, kind Nubian princess who eagerly helped me with any issue or need. Her professionalism was top notch. It was great to see someone who enjoys her job and her customer service was optimal. The bar tender has a comforting and kind personality. He was humorous and professional and made great drinks. The Happy Hour was great. Overall, this was a great hotel and it is near Bojangles and Hooters.

It was decent with a nice bed. My room smelled like smoke which was gross. The breakfast is good for small kids and had cute nice boxes.

Stayed one night because of shuttle service to airport. Service was great but the cleanliness of the room was not something I expected. There were stains on the comforter and chair beside of bed. Body wash was empty in bathroom. When we crashed for the night, the a/c unit rattled to the point where we had to turn it off. We stay in Raleigh once a month and decided to stay at a new place. Next time, we will stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Way better.

They put me in a room directly next to the elevator that apparently had been scheduled to be serviced at 7am the next morning. When I complained about it the lady said all I can do is apologize... so I spent money to be woken up at 7am from the people working on the elevator throwing things around.

Con: The water was shut off between 11am-4pm and I needed the hotel room specifically to shower and get ready for a meeting.

Was sad to see pool closed. I think you could still maintain 6 feet in pool i believe there were less than 10 people in whole hotel. Also other hotels offered at least a grab and go breakfast. Nothing here.

It served my purposes. Conveniently located to the venue i attended, quite clean,comfort.

The hallway carpet is clearly frayed in areas and needs to be replaced. There were cracks in the wall of the bathroom around the shower. The hotel's restaurant menu was missing from my room, so I had to physically go down to the restaurant to look over a menu and order. The restaurant was out of provolone cheese which was listed on the menu as part of the meatball sub sandwich, and they also did not have the blueberry white chocolate cheesecake that was listed on the menu. There were no vending machines available to purchase a soda or snack.There was a water cooler in the fitness room, but it was missing the water jug, so no water was available.

The service for this property was horrible. The amenities were horrible and the up keep of the property was horrible. The only thing that was positive was the fact that it is close to the Airport.
