The staff was very helpful and friendly No soap, No inner curtain so we could not open curtain as room was on first floor and no privacy, people in parking lot had loud music and talking till late night which disrupted our sleep, insufficient lighting in room, no trash can in room and no coffee/tea maker. After hours you got to call the call center and wait for them to get the night attendant, depending on who you get, you may be waiting long. They got the audacity to charge for TOILET PAPER. I stayed 2 weeks and have to get charged for toilet paper. 2nd room was dirty but didnt see any bugs, after i saw the service and after a long travel, i just wanted to get settled and it was the middle of the night when i checked in. No compensation, no apology, nothing to try to appease the customer, even when they know they wrong. Bottom line- DO NOT STAY HERE

The employee took 30mins to come down stairs to get me signed in . Then you guys both charged me stay at the hotel. I payed booking then I payed extended stay .. terrible experience. Still waiting to get my money back . ALSO ROOM WAS DIRTY RED JUICE ON THE FLOOR . Never again

It was a little surprising to find nothing to cook or eat with in the kitchenette. The staff was super friendly. The furnishings are aging. The towels were sufficient, but a little threadbare, but the bed was comfortable.

The room was supposed to have a queen bed but was a full. The dresser in the room was broken, tv and mirror weren’t aligned, and the bathroom door didn’t open all the way bec someone put the shower rod too low.

If you want to experience the lowest level of grand theft auto, then definitely nook your stay at this roach motel. Unreal how gross this place was. My sign not to stay there should've been when 2 cops were arresting someone when we went to check in. Absolutely the worst extended stay I have ever stayed it. They should burn this place to the ground and rebuild. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Although the pictures look nice, this place was horrible. The room smelled musty and moldy. And when you look at the furniture it was old, broken, and the room looked dirty. We couldn't even stay here. The surrounding area was filled with trash and you could smell the smoke and weed just outside the rooms. We didn't stay here because we didn't feel safe and they wouldn't even give us a refund. This is definitely not a place I would ever recommend or return to ever again.

Staff was great

The only plus was the proximity to the airport. The lady who checked me in late night was excellent and I knew we had woken her to check in. The room was filthy. The rug had stains and food pieces left all over like no one vacuumed. The outside of the fridge and walls had stains all over them. There were bugs crawling all over the walls. The microwave was rusty and unusable and we needed it so we were very disappointed. We did not feel comfortable to even sleep there but we had no choice as it was midnight and just needed to sleep before driving 2 hours home from the airport. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was extremely helpful and very nice! The lady’s at the front desk are some of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time!!! Thank y’all for making my stay feel a lot like home!

Just bad overall. Sticky floors, POTENT and PERMANENT cigarette smell, strands of hair in the bed. Just bad overall. Staff was very nice though. Also there’s no 24 hr service, so if you need something the staff can’t help

As soon as I opened the room door it was an odor(old smell) in the room. There was one bar of soap. The carpet is super dirty and the carpet is hazardous due to it being rips in it. I paid $253 to stay in a uncomfortable room. It was 10:55 am when the housekeeper banged on the door as if we wasn't already aware of the check out time. Honestly,I wouldn't recommend 2700 Slater as a location to stay. The front desk lady was nice but everything else is a thumbs down.

This place was absolute disgusting. There were what I assume was human hair and a yellow stain under the covers on the bed. I found a different hotel to stay that night and they denied me a refund. Will never stay at this or any other extended stay again.

No soap! Based on my hours of work, not convenient with the front desk which closed at 10pm. Also the kitchen sink and appliances need to be cleaned or replaced! Just unacceptable. I hope they clean or replace things in their own house better they do here. A far cry from my stay in NY in which I expected this and it was better than the Carlton hotel

Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Tub/shower valve did not engage properly, pushing only ~20% of water through the shower head. Elevator hallway smelled of urine and weed. Disgusting experience.

The Extended Stay Management then refused to make the situation right to just put the icing on the cake. I came in after 10pm so the office was closed. The phone to call for an attendant is broken, and in the end it took me two calls to corporate and 45 minutes for a night attendant to come down, then another 15 minutes to check in as the systems had to be logged into and warmed up. While I was waiting I saw 3 cockroaches and then again in my unit. The whole property is supposed to be smoke free but my room reeked of tobacco and marijuana. The smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling and sitting on the kitchen counter without a battery. The paint in the room was peeling and there were burn marks from ash all over the floor. Extremely unsafe feeling environment with people hanging out in the parking lot, playing music and just hanging out in their cars. Seems like lots of nefarious activity going on which was confirmed by my Uber driver the next morning who said he used to work nearby and his coworkers would always joke about going over there to get drugs or meet with working women. Although I posted my complaints through Hotels.com and am a frequent traveler Extended Stay wouldn’t refund my first or second night; the second night I didn’t use and paid close to $300 to go somewhere else (it was the week of the US Open). Simply put don’t stay here, it is filthy and management is terrible.

The room smelled a little bit. Could’ve been something the previous guest cooked. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. The service was great. I can’t remember the front desk associates name, but he was friendly. I enjoyed the planes flying over.

The intensity of smoke in a non-smoking room was extremely horrible. I remember waking up early in the morning to my entire room filled with cigarette smoke. Almost as if someone was in the room smoking directly beside me. To be clear, the initial room smell was stale smoke and later it became active cigarettes smoke. I believe there’s a major problem with the ventilation system which pushed the smoke from an adjourning room into the rented room provided.

Almost as if someone was in the room smoking directly beside me. To be clear, the initial room smell was stale smoke and later it became active cigarettes smoke. I believe there’s a major problem with the ventilation system which pushed the smoke from an adjourning room into the rented room provided.

The room looks nothing like the picture online, the carpet and curtains were old and filthy. The room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke, I had to buy Febreze air freshener to try to freshen the room up but it was not much help The kitchenette looked dirty and old and loud noises kept coming from inside like there was something running around back and forth. There was a crumb like substance on the blanket on the bed, not sure if it was food or from the ceiling. Did not like the room at all and I checked out a day early there was no need to ask for another room because I'm pretty sure all the rooms were like this. The staff however, were very friendly and nice.

From reservation to check in/out, not only is this location the definition of what I call"above and beyond" it's also without question the cleanest, most helpful and polite location of all the extended Stay locations in the Durham/Raleigh area. I normally don't do this but it feels necessary to give the GM Mrs Angela a quick shout-out for her positive and outgoing attitude that lacks almost every other location. Thank you guys for making my stay as easy and comfortable as you can provide!

Very dirty. Everything in the room looks broke or dirty. It was dirty computer chairs inside room. All the towels that’s was in the room that was suppose to be new and clean were dirty. The outside looks dirty and poor. I will never go to this hotel again. I should get money back for one night. Shower curtain too small for shower. Terrible hotel

Hotel was dirty, could not even use the shower, people above us were loud all night running and jumping around in room even after I complained to front desk. We ended up checking out the next day and when I told the front desk why she had nothing to say. Absolutely horrible experience, would not stay here again if I was paid to.

The iron didnt work. The ironing board was broke. I got a smoke stenched room with cig burns on the carpet etc.

Room condition is great. The room has a light smoking smell. Now sure it was in the room or from the outside. Lot of cigarette butts on the ground on 3rd floor Balcony. Other than that it was a good place

Man…man…man. I understand this is an extended stay place hence the name but they do offer one night bookings as well. I changed from a nicer hotel to this one because we were bringing items back that had to be frozen and they offer full size refrigerators. Dirty, dirty room and just dirty everywhere. Stay somewhere else if you can. I will say everyone was very nice.

Sheets were dirty. I checked in late because of a late flight and just wanted to sleep. The sheets were not changed since the past guests. That is disgusting.

I have stayed here twice now and both the time my only issue was that the bath tub is always clogged no matter how much you try the water is always on the surface and it just stays there so you can only take a shower once per stay 😬

The lady at check-in was very pleasant. The room was very dirty. Things left all over from other people including a condom. It was very close to the airport.

Broken equipment and facilities, Unclean and dirty, grimy and unsanitary. Complete and utter lack of and disregard for the property and its facilities. I checked in and was there for no more than 20 mins before I realized that the living conditions were not suitable. I would not recommend to anyone it is a sect pool for bacteria and viruses.

No coffee makers in room. Rancid ruined creamer on coffee bar in lobby. No hair dryers in room (first hotel I've ever been in where this is the case). Every outlet in our room but one was dead... could not charge phones and lamps by the bed would not work. Shower ran out of hot water (ice cold) after 3 minutes. There were clean towels and that's about the only thing good. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again.

Good place, service good and not noisy.

The room was great. Clean and smelled great. TV was clear and it could go at a higher volume than most TV's on hotels. Which is great because my ears have been clogged and hearing has been difficult lately. Plus tv had a USB port easy to reach so if you wanted to play games or hook up a fire stick. This is my second stay here. It is a great affordable hotel.

This Extended Stay is professional, clean and modern. I absolutely love when I travel in NC and in the area I stay there. The guy Dennis who checked me in, made the check in smooth and fast. My room was simply epic! The manager there is also a good guy, and all the ladies who work there I saw were kind and said hello and welcomed me to the property, which is IMPORTANT to a customer like me. I totally recommend this place. Also , it’s quiet, the best internet , and the walls aren’t thin! For travelers like me , this is a good stay. One last thing, if you book on apps like this one ( hotels.com ) you get a great deal! But book in advance! Best rate possible. Thank you Hotels.com for always coming through for me!
