Clean room friendly as staff

Breakfast was ok not outstanding

The bathroom was sadly in need of repairs. The shower flange was loose through saturated drywall. We stayed here to do long term parking while we flew out and needed the 5am shuttle. However, the driver was a no-show so we had to take the car to the airport parking. The person on staff said he couldn’t refund me, so I get to deal with that later.

The property and the rooms are worn down!

Efficient breakfast and easy access with hotel-airport shuttle bus.

We were greeted by the most pleasant desk clerk when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. and were were greeted by to equally pleasant desk clerks when we left at 4:45 a.m. The rooms were clean and functional. We had a good experience.

Expedia should advertise whether or not the property has laminated floors or carpeting … all these properties took out their carpeting and are very proud of their laminated floors in the bedrooms… So it should be advertised as such…

The staff was extremely apologetic and switched me to a different room. I would've left and gone to another hotel but it was past midnight when I checked and I had an early flight. Also, I booked a non refundable rate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.

The room was clean The hallway needs updating and it smelled bad. Maybe someone was smoking cigarettes or pot? There was a lady outside w kids and they were loud. This didn’t bother me but they could have played further away from the windows to the room and not ran back and forth in front of them screaming.

Staff was friendly. Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Room key machine wasn't working well. Had to swipe the lock several times to open the door. Parking lot was full since motel rents space for airport parking.

I arrived late because my plane from Miami was late. Had trouble with my credit card, and the staff held my room until I arrived and could pay with my business card. Have tubes in walls, but have to lift foots over the tub, can somebody can have a split and fall down creating an accident Lights have to be more accessible to turn on.Handicaps rooms don't have microwave and fridge in rooms. List of delivery food stores inside rooms.

Management and housekeeping was really nice

The best overnight RDU location with extended parking and great shuttle.

The hotel was close to the airport There was mold in thr bathroom. On the floor in the shower spores on the ceiling. There was brown on the wall and a price sticker. The whole hotel smelled of mold. The carpeted hallway smelled like pee and mold.

I will call ahead to see if the pool is accessible. It showed it was shut down for a few months no reason no maintenance. Just assigned when you checked in saying that the pool is unavailable.

When I fly out of RDU, I always stay here, either before my flight or after. Some would say it needed updates but I'm not picky; it's very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. A big shout-out to check-in and airport shuttle employees--always great service, I really appreciate them! I usually skip breakfast and sleep in so I can't say anything about it. I like leaving my car there and taking the shuttle to the airport, no hassles. I fully recommend this hotel.

Wow. This place needs some help. The roof is currently being replaced which is great. However, the workers are literally throwing the rotten roof tiles down right at your feet. Someone is bound to be injured with such disregard to safety. The parking lot has huge potholes and areas of general disrepair.

Curtains falling off, stale smoke smell.rusted lamps. Not enough parking with unlit unsafe parking. Asked for a different room, but told none were available. Breakfast was minimal.

The hotel was clean and staff nice - but the hotel is extremely outdated. Poor shower pressure, shower/tub patched multiple times, exhaust fan made it smell like cigarettes in a non smoking room, I could go on and on. Customers beware! It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed out in a while. Definitely not a 7 on the app.

Not good. Room wasn't even ready when I tried to check in at 7pm and the staff were rude and unhelpful. There was someone smoking cigarettes in a non smoking room for the whole night and they did nothing.

The Days Inn is very close to the airport. I was there only 9 hours but it met my needs. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, and the breakfast was okay.

I loved that hotel was only mins away from airport and that the hotel had a free shuttle van that took me and another passenager to the airpirt at 5:00 am. This is very close to the airport and walking distance to 2 restaurants a 1 gas station, but that's it. This is a very unkept hotel, from the parking lot with craters to the extremely rough linens, nonworking TV and loud HVAC. I will not be staying here again, even if just to sleep. It was sketchy

convenience to airport and texas roadhouse and gas station right there. breakfast was great. best bowl of frosted flakes i’ve ever had. staff was the best thing about my stay they were all exceptional. so nice and helpful and awesome. the vending machines sucked. either it wouldn’t take my dollars or if my drink was $2.50, it wouldn’t let me put $3 in. coins didn’t work divine machine so i had to use my debit card for 10 cent charge.

Room was very clean. Location was convenient to where we were going. We thought we were getting a room with two queen beds but only got two double beds. This motel did not have any rooms with two queen beds. Breakfast was ok, just continental, not full hot breakfast. The door closest to where we parked was kept propped open for some reason. There were vagrants walking through the property late at night, and hte people directly above us were very noisy. People in the hallway at 3 a.m. talking loudly on their phones.

When we arrived, a person was standing just at the entry door smoking Marijuana and the smell had drifted into the lobby. A we checked out, the smell was in the entry again. The hotel overall is looking worn and tired. Our water temperature fluctuate and we had a hard time keeping it constant while in the shower

It felt humid and one of the room felt damp as you walked in.

We checked in around 7:00 p.m. and we're given three options for rooms. We ended up with the first floor just off the lobby. Front desk lady failed to mention that there was some crazy event happening in the lobby area that night and we had screaming children and adults going up and down the hallways all night all the way through till 11:00 p.m.. it then continued the next morning starting at 6:30 a.m.. when we arrived I had told the lady we were there just to sleep as we had just gotten off 11 hours of flights and needed rest. Had she told us that there was an event happening in the lobby on the first floor I would have requested a room in one of the other levels. We did go up to the front desk and complain and ask if we could be moved and at that point she told us that all the rooms were full and there was no way to move. On top of that, people upstairs were seemingly doing construction in the room or at least moving furniture around most of the night. Needless to say, I will never be staying at this location again.

The water in shower, doesn't have alot of power. Tub was plugged! Room was clean. Young lady in check in was ver nice. I think if they update the bathroom, it would be so much nicer. Its ok for one night.

There were cockroaches in the room. I could not stay there i have tried 2 times to contact hotels.com to get a refund. The automated response said they are having problems. I will call back. I want a refund and i will give this hotel a bad review and hotels.com if i dont get a refund

The airport shuttle is only available during certain hours, which meant I had to pay for a Lyft to the airport…defeating the whole purpose of why I’d chosen this hotel. CALL them and ask for written confirmation of shuttle hours before booking so you might be able to get reimbursed if they renege.

I felt safe there with light illuminating my car and a nearby side entrance.

There were hardly and towels. 2 soap bars and 1 little shampoo bottle. Nothing additional. The bathroom was GROSS! When flushing the toilet the water would rise like it was going to overflow and then flush. This happened everytime. Shower pressure was weak. Place was horrible over all! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Waves of marijuana and cigarette smoke came in under the connecting door. We reported it to the front desk clerk. When nothing was done we packed up and checked out that same evening. I also reported the marijuana use to a police officer who was at the front desk There were 4 police cars there at this time handling a seperate matter on the same floor as we were. I requested a refund and was advised this morning that the hotel is declining to refund our stay even though we checked out the same evening. Very disappointing. Additionally, the room is outdated. It took over an hour for the airport shuttle to pick me up from the airport that’s five minutes away. I think they forgot about me, because when we got back he went right back to watching tv in the lounge.

Not friendly staff, morning staff there is lady at the front desk who seems hesitant to answer questions and not welcoming nature. Worst part is washroom amenities- absolutely no water in middle of shower, absolutely no water from shower handle, too much prolonged sound from the flush. Didn’t understand how to even handle the situation in middle of shower.

The entire hotel needs a facelift. Rooms are old furniture, bathrooms don’t look clean We had to change room because due to a heavy cigarette smell. The only good thing is that is about 10 minutes from the airport

One area of opportunity facility-wise was the air conditioner, which had a "leak-pan" beneath (during my last night their was a "water-drip" noise that impacted my ability to sleep). I was offered a towel from the front desk to mitigate the issue.

Upon arrival I checked in with the desk attendant whom repeatedly spoke to me telling me I didn’t pay and I needed to show him confirmation of payment when I constantly showed him my partial payment to the third party. After requesting to speak with management she came out and advised the gentleman that I am paid for. He never apologized for the embarrassment he caused me. After getting over that hump the rest of my stay was fair I would say except the fact that I couldn’t get any sleep while there because whomever the person was overtop of me sound like they were up all night banging and thumping. Upon arrival I checked in with the desk attendant whom repeatedly spoke to me telling me I didn’t pay and I needed to show him confirmation of payment when I constantly showed him my partial payment to the third party. After requesting to speak with management she came out and advised the gentleman that I am paid for. He never apologized for the embarrassment he caused me. After getting over that hump the rest of my stay was fair I would say except the fact that I couldn’t get any sleep while there because whomever the person was overtop of me sound like they were up all night banging and thumping. Customer service was excellent! Some other guest or guests spent 4 hours making an unbelievable amount of noise at night that sounded like running and jumping; was extremely disruptive.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with one being trained. The shuttle was not going to be early enough for me but staff arranged a cab for me instead (also very nice)

Had to do tests at Duke, it was good for food close by but smell of pot in hallways all the time. Good thing they had breakfast because Waffle house next door was not good.

The bathtub was pretty rough it really felt like time for replacement, and ive never had pillows that were the size of a pizza box. Otherwise everything else was ok

There were bugs in the hotel room, the outside of the hotel was loud with construction and people were just sitting outside smoking weed and other things. It made both me and both wife feel extremely unsafe. The only advantage it had was that it was extremely close to the airport which is why we stayed there. But I can promise you that we will NEVER be staying there again

Extremely disgusting, old rooms and dingy hallways. First one smelled like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room). I asked for a change. I got "upgraded" to a room with the wall covered in water stains. I'm allergic to mold so I left midnight before my second night. I had to figure out where I was going to stay at midnight.

i feel like they should definitely change up breakfast options so your not always eating the same stuff and i think house keeping needs to be watched more because they took one pillow from both beds and took the blanket and when we asked for another they never gave it back. Also first day the remote wasn’t working and it took until almost day 3 to get a new one

Check in / check out was great - VERY friendly staff. The room was average, clean & comfortable which was fine. The issue was that there were continual LOUD bangs from the stairwell door throughout the night from at least 10pm - 3am so we didn’t sleep at all. Im unsure if these banging noises were from guests or staff. There was also an awful smell in the hallway too. Overall it was ok - would probably stay again to be near RDU.

The staff at this property were spectacular, they were so kind and welcoming. They made the stay great! Also, the cookies in the lobby are delicious. The property itself is a little dated - the pool is out of order and the rooms have some cosmetic issues, but overall the place was tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and it was a convenient distance from the airport!

It was a nice stay for the quick one night. The shuttle was a great perk. However the bathroom could use a bit of fixing. But overall friendly staff and good service.

Staff was excellent and showcased great quality customer service as for politeness and accommodations.When I had a problem with my original room staff quickly corrected it by changing my room as well checking in on me to make sure I was good so I appreciated that very much! Rooms weren’t very clean and smelled of cigarette smoke and my fire alarm kept sounding whenever I tried to cut on heat. Long strains of hair in shower and some discoloration in shower area that appeared to not be clean. Heard lots of noise whenever I would cut on water at sink. Blankets didn’t smell fresh as the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Good location close to airport. I can’t stress enough how great the staff was in this location.

The front desk personal was the nicest I've ever had.

The check in was super easy. We needs to be close to the airport because our flight was canceled. It was convenient but the hallways wrecked of weed, the shower handle was almost broken, there were a few small cockroaches, the wood on the furniture was beat up, but the beds were comfortable and the sink and counter was clean. They have a shuttle to and from the airport so that helped us a little. The staff was kind and they have a continental breakfast .

False advertisement of 24 hour airport service needs to be removed and corrected. That was the primary reason for me making a reservation. My flight came in around 1217 so I missed the midnight cut off for van service. Second, hallway smelled of weed residue. Third, refrigerator was not working. Initially I thought it was warm because it was left open. After making sure it was closed and turning the temperature to the highest setting, my beverages were barely cold. When. I woke up, there was water on the floor that spread to the bed from the fridge. I could've fallen if I didnt pay attention. Lastly, breakfast was subpar. There was no milk, no juice, options were limited in what to eat. I would not recommend staying here.

We went to check in at night, the receptionist talked to us for at least 30 minutes, he took our payment, and then told us he didn’t have a room for us. I booked a week ahead, and confirmed the day of. The rooms were so dirty. There were roaches in the bathroom. The whole place smelled like weed. I tried to iron my shirt on the lowest setting, and the iron went through my shirt.

Front desk lady was talking to corp and was going to put them on hold to check me in and I told her no was wasn’t in a hurry . Very professional and helpful with my questions. . Place was reasonable for the price we only needed to test a few hours . It was very satisfactory and plenty of coffee . Yeah

Ray, who checked us in, was the best part of our stay. He is so friendly and welcoming. The room was fine for us. The one negative was that we booked the hotel based on needing a shuttle from the airport, and the site promoted the free shuttle in several places but failed to mention that it ended at midnight, and our flight landed at that time.

My only complain is the marijuana smell coming to my room. Its a smoke free property make people respect the rules!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This particular area of Raleigh is not the safest. The room needs updating, as the bathtub had mould and the tub was fading showing its age. The pillows are very tiny, but the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast ends at 9:30 am which isn’t ideal for travellers coming from the other side of the continent because of the 3 hour time difference. They should have breakfast go to 11 am which is like getting up at 7am.

The room had some smell like a person smoked there. I noted one of the bedsheets wasn't clean.

The shuttle service was great. The beds were nice. TV was a little small. No TV guide?
