Clean room and the bed was decently comfy for a hotel room. I loved that there was a full kitchenette but didn’t get a chance to try it out due to my short stay.

We could hear everything in the room above us. Breakfast options were only a packaged muffin, a cereal bar, and instant oatmeal.

Very clean room and property. Helpful staff. Free coffee, tea and light breakfast options. There were a lot of cats all over the parking lot when we arrived, which was fun lol. And surprisingly, all of the local fast food restaurants were open late!!

We could hear everything in the room above us. Breakfast options were only a packaged muffin, a cereal bar, and instant oatmeal.

This is the first time staying here and it was great. The location is convenient especially because you have everything close by. We stayed here for a Soccer Tournament and that was only about 8-10 minutes away which was great. Overall I wouldn't mind staying here again.

The staff were real friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. All amenities for the kitchen sink and refrigerator were all working well.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was just coffee and muffins, and cereal bars. The room was clean and the place was quiet.

They did not provide coffee in the room, or shampoo in the bathroom. Not a great facility

The room was clean and I paid $142 for it with no coffee machine and no ice vending machine and witnessed the clerk being so rude to one of your customers. It was appalling she wouldn’t give a guy a key to his car back that he had left for his girlfriend. because she said his girlfriend gave out too many keys instead of just giving the girlfriend new keys with a new code. She played a power trip and the cops had to be called out to tell the clerk to give the poor guy his keys and then she’s talking with the owner and describing us like he’s Mexican and She’s white very prejudice.

We are traveling with a 90 year old. The elevator is not working so she is having to climb stairs every time we leave. This hotel should not be able to advertise breakfast. Oatmeal mix packets and granola bars at the end of the check in counter is not breakfast. The room smells like smoke when we enter. Advertised kitchen items are not available when needed.

The gentleman that was there that checked us in had excellent customer service. The first room is on the 2nd floor and we couldn't get into the room the card reader wasn't working and had to go downstairs The customer service representative was busy gave me a working key went back upstairs opened the door and the stench was horrendous. The tub really needed resurfacing it's peeling makes it look worse even dirtier I went back downstairs and gave us another room and went back upstairs and opened the .. 2nd room stunk horrible. .. this is hotel is in Desperate need of some serious deep cleaning they stink the whole room the carpets are dirty the room is dirty.. It was a horrible experience. Will never recommend this hotel. Ended up driving back home in the middle of the night. Oh forgot to mention as we were leaving there were possums raccoons and skunks all together mind you ..they were eating out of plates that people left for them to eat It was actually comical the talk of the night ..

Got there after 14 hour drive to be told elevators are not working, i overheard one employee telling a friend that was hanging out that it has been out a long time. The whole hotel smelled like weed. The room was disgusting, spent an hour cleaning.

Property was dirty dirty carpet as soon as you step out the elevator and there was so much noise coming from surrounding rooms drilling from the room next door the bathroom made so much noise as well we didn’t stay more then 30min

Everything was great! But the only problem was the people in the next room. They were noisy late at night and till the early mornings. It was a lot of unnecessary banging on walls and furniture.

Even the bedding looked questionable, with stains on the comforter and sheets that didn’t feel fresh. The hallways and lobby weren’t much better, carrying the same musty odor as the room, which made the entire stay uncomfortable. For the price I paid, this level of cleanliness and care is unacceptable. I checked out early and will never return. Save yourself the disappointment and choose another hotel.

The only downside of this hotel is that it had a pee smell up on the second floor. Also we had called for fresh towels and they would not bring it to us. We had to go downstairs to get them. I don’t think that was right that’s why we paid for the service Overall it was a good stay.

Hotel states there is free continental breakfast. In the morning there was only coffee and no food at all. We picked this hotel based on the breakfast so we can grab and go but nothing to grab. There was no kitchenware, you have to ask the front desk but when I went down there, the person was on the computer and would not assist me so I used napkins as plates. There is no ice machine at all

Reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights they checked us out after 2 nites and didnt refund the third nite now trying to get money back. Wifi was down so had to wait in lobby for 1 1/2 hrs to check in first nite.

I’ve have stayed her once a week for three months. It’s OK but this last time I stayed for 6 days. I’m 70 years old, my wife is handicapped. We stayed on the second floor and the elevator stopped working. We had to walk down two flights of stairs with all our luggage and other items. Was not a pleasant experience..

If you wanted clean towels you had to take your dirty ones to the desk and they counted them then gave you clean towels. I never had to do that before. You also had to throw your own trash away. My house is going through a rehab so my property management company placed my husband and I in this hotel for 11 nights. We were notified that the rehab was going to take a few more days so we would need to extend the stay. The woman working at the front desk who identified herself as the General Manager, Nariah, was rude and dismissive and told us there were no reservations available even though online it should we could extend our reservation and a young gentleman who was working the front desk had told us that all we would need to do was get our property manager to sign a form confirming the extension and he said it would be emailed to my property manager whose email was already on file since she booked the reservation. My property manager then extended the stay by confirming the new reservation online. We were then told my Nariah that we were going to need to vacate our room and leave because there were no more reservations available. When we told her we reserved the room online and were waiting for the form to be sent to our property manager, she got irate, began raising her voice and was questioning why we would go behind her back and book online when she told us there were no more reservations available. I told her there were reservations available online so our property manager booked it and then she began to call me a liar all at the front desk with a line of people behind me. It was beyond humiliating and was the straw that broke the camels back. Horrible experience

Hotel was wonderful! There was a few issues with neighbors and the deposit but the management fixed that quickly! Sometimes other parties would leave trash and cans in empty parking spots but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

The “breakfast” was stale nutrition bars and muffins. We’ve stayed at many places and this was one of the worst. Parking wasn’t great- a bus took up all the spots in the front and TONS of stray cats.

When we wanted to get our third room they sold our room to someone else therefore they were sold out. I we got 2/3 rooms and the third one they didn’t honor or saved it to our reservation. Bad management and very rude staff. They don’t care about their guests

Friendly greet and was able to accommodate us last minute. Just a one night stay on our way out of town. The hotel parking lot was well lit and the inside was clean. The coffee was hot and fresh though the breakfast was more of a snack. The room was quiet and clean.

Checked in little after 8pm just needed a good nights rest after driving all day. Gave me a room on first floor end of hall by the stairs where people came in and out all night. FYI people live here so i guess thats normal...

A, great location for a buiness traveler for extended stay. Clean,quiet,close to most of the manufacturing houses. Walking distance to grocery and common resturants. Area safe for running. Full size fridge, stovetop, request for cooking and eating responded to quickly.

I went to take a bath after a long day at work and found a bath tub with no drain stopper. The faucet and shower valve were not attached properly to the stud behind the wall, so every time you use it it comes off the wall allowing water to go into the wall (which is creating mold problems). Last detail is, they “cleaned” the room and left the toilet paper left with one last square of paper on it instead of changing it for a new one. Definitely this property is managed by people who don’t care. Sad. No need to say I won’t be staying here anymore and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Sorry

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a convenient area. The only complaint would be the keys continuously not working.

This is the best place to stay in Morgan Hill, even better than the home that I was living at there. I suggest arriving before dark when checking in to avoid being locked out of the lobby, despite 11:00 P.M. being the latest. I prefer a room with carpet, but feel free to bring a rug and use a cart for necessities. No more muffins or granola bars for breakfast, just Nutri Grain breakfast bars, instant oatmeal, and hot drinks. The soft chair is more comfortable than the mesh one. Bring a pair of slippers to keep your feet clean. Try checking out earlier to avoid the maid from visiting before leaving.

I asked them what a bad service that they provided and then the guy came to prepare a new pot coffee, it still took 15 min. Room was dirty, cheap bed frames, all public areas were dirty and outdated. Do not stay again

After a very long drive I hoped to receive a warm welcome with a smile, instead I saw two individuals, heads down looking at their screens. No eye contact, smile, or warm greeting when one muttered they would be right with us. When finally assisted again I was hoping for smiles and warmth, but received neither. A person named Joan helped us. Joan assumed I didn't want the room and deposit charges on the same card which resulted in two charges to that card. Annoying. Now to the room...spacious, clean, full fridge with freezer, kitchenette with sink, stove, microwave...very nice! Leather recliner and table with office chair amongst the furniture offered. Once settled in, I called the front desk to request more towels. I ordered 4 bath, 2 hand, as well as the comfort package (dishes, utensils, etc) offered for the kitchenette. I spoke to Elizabeth, who was almost immediately rude when she asked, "are there no towels in your room?". I brushed it off stating there were but we would like extra, please. She told me I could come get everything myself at the front desk. I read to her from in-room advertisement that items were to be brought to room. She stated she was alone but I could wait until her partner returned from lunch. Joan brought ALMOST everything 15 minutes later but I was told I couldn't have all towels until I used some so they could launder them. I told Joan they were making things too difficult and I didn't feel welcome at all. Then closed the door.

Great stay

I enjoyed the stay here and it was conveniently located near 101 freeway. However, I was charged twice by hotel staff. I had paid in full when I booked but the hotel staff double charged me which was disappointing after I explained to them I had already paid.

the bathroom smelled like pee i had to leave the bathroom fan on everyday, the carpet was dirty, when I asked about cleaning the room they said they only clean them every other week! and if you want a cleaning they charge, kitchen was run down, beds were super uncomfortable and pillows. Will never stay here again , you get what you pay for

The property is well maintained and the lobby area is clean. The only thing that was inconvenient was there seemed to be a lack of staff at the front desk, no one was ever around.

The latest time to check in is at Midnight, but the lobby is closed at 11:00 P.M., which was not mentioned and someone has to open the door from the inside. I prefer carpet over hardwood floors in a room I am staying and bringing slippers are recommended because the ground is usually dirty. It is unfortunate they do not receive channel 4 on their television. They should have more options for breakfast besides the usual granola bars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. The heater and hot water are fully functional, unlike some places I have been in. I stay here when I have jobs assigned in the area and do not want to leave early the day before or I work the night before.

Easy parking, very quiet

It's great! I just wish I could stay longer.
