Very clean and super spacious kitchen, living room, bed room, and restroom. My family member is disabled and the doors to enter the suite, and the restroom were wide enough to fit the wheel chair. The hotel itself is in a great area with a coffee shop and food restaurants within walking distance in the same parking lot the hotel sits. There is also a gas station across the parking lot which was super convenient to get snacks and water. I will definitely be staying there again!

Nice facility No good creamer for coffee, show with no door made showers feel cold. Wanted a king bed, got queens, I requested a shower chair. They brought a luggage rack -you know the kind you find folded up in the closets? I’m like that’s not a shower chair. They argued yes it is. I declined. Next day they brought me a tub chair. It had 1 side of legs. Meant to sit on a tub. I don’t have a tub……over all it just didn’t feel like a pro team. I stay at residence inn in Sacramento all the time and have a better experience there. I’ve canceled my second week reservation and moving to a holiday inn.

Customer service was extremely helpful, the room was very clean and spacious. Me and my family enjoyed our stay!

Our toilet didn't work without us taking the cover off and jiggling the flush valve. Also the AC never cooled the room as much as we tried. But the room the beautiful, staff was amazing along with great breakfast and location.

While the room was clean and quiet, online request for no service during my stay was not honored. I came back from an event early to find someone had been in my room and serviced it when I distinctly said no service during my stay. Also, the breakfast menu hardly changed with serving "pearl Belgian waffles" 3 days in a row, which were riddled with pearls of sugar! Too sweet! The only thing that changed was replacing egg white frittatas (which I enjoyed) with pork sausage links. Only decent item were the eggs.

Perfect location for food, clean inside/out, great complementary breakfast with a variety of food. Big rooms. Our specific room (2 bedroom suite) was fantastic except the master bedroom. There was No lighting at all other than 2 small mounted bedside lamps that were a warm amber color. Couldn’t see a thing at night. Our blinds didn’t work in our room. Our Tv didn’t work. And lastly, the couch had a permanent slant in the middle cushion, so flat that the back of your knees were hitting the hard frame. We thought to use the pull out as a better way to sit on it, but the pullout was just a gross mattress, no sheets or covers.

The room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was also really nice. The only issue we had was with the sofa bed, which we needed for one of the kids. The mattress was old and flat and when you laid on it, you felt like you were laying directly on the metal frame.

Service wasn't great, we had a disabled family member and the room didn't have a shower chair, we complained about it on day one and the lady gave us attitude. After 3 days of no shower chair we complained again and we finally received the shower chair. I feel like every accessible room should have a shower chair. And tub is really slippery my son slipped on the tub twice, the mattress bed is really squeaky and annoying. Breakfast can be better

I reserved a 2 1 bedroom double suits for my daughter's 16th birthday weekend 1 of the rooms had an odor in the kitchen area that was bad.we notified staff even had them come smell it the nigjt manager basically said that thier was nothing she could do.wich is insane I called and was told someone would reach back out to me via e mail nothing.and upon check out i inquired and they just said that they wrte aware so I ry and kind of.acted as if there wasnt a manager around at the time .I wouldn't advise a stay never had such an experience it looked ok on the surface i most definitely should have been accommodated in sone way.

Property was great. Located near highways and lots of shopping/restaurants. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was sizable and had separate bedroom. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer and onsite breakfast was great. Outdoor firepit and pool were fun in the evenings. And onsite laundry was helpful.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. I felt like I was literally at home. I enjoyed my stay and actually wished I was able to stay longer. Next time I stay over night in Moreno Valley this will be the hotel my family and I will choose.

When it came to staying inside the room; someone was running up and down the halls throughout the night and there were people making noise outside the property. Not my best visit with this company

Great customer service, property looked clean except the room that I booked , there was trash under the sofa , seemed like the bathroom wasn’t swept, the bathroom ceiling light was missing the trim, shower was leaking into drain creating a clunking metal sound, lamps were also dusty, windows were dirty and there was a kids shoe and tooth brush right outside the windows on the second floor.

Property was convenient to where we needed to go. Room was extremely spacious and you can’t beat the price!

This property is located within easy freeway access and shopping centers.

The Staff are welcoming to us. They were helpful during our check in. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and the cook/attendants were respectful and helpful. Our three day stay was nice and seamless.

Parking sucked all around

Booked a sleeping 6 due to a pullout sofa sleeper. They do not stock linens for the sofa sleeper. When asked we were informed they didn’t have any. Went back downstairs to discuss as we needed some form of linens. Provided one top sheet and a blanket, no pillows. Very basic and nothing like a traditional residence inn.Disappointing!

Nice, clean property, well laid out rooms, great location. Breakfast options could improve with more vegetarian hot foods. Most hot foods included pork. Also, breakfast ends very early at 9am, that is hard for my kids.

This is an excellent property. Went with family to include grandchildren. The hotel is new, up to date, and attractive. Room was spacious, very clean, with excellent mattresses and plush towels. Very comfortable in every respect. Will readily stay there again.Would be hard to find negatives.
