    On Monday morning when it was time to check out. We had their free breakfast. It was good, nothing special. But It was warm. During checkout, the lady that greeted us was not friendly like the night shift person. I told her thank you and was ignored. However, aside from the morning front desk lady. The rest of the team members are really nice. Especially, the night shift front desk lady, she is amazing.

    The Hotel could use updating. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was hot with a lot of selection something for anyone. The help was warm and helpful although I felt a bit scrutinized regarding our service dog but the person checking us in gave me an early check in with a choice of rooms. Parking was plentiful but the parking lot was very dirty and littered. Easy access to both Hwy 215 and 60 so the location was great with a Starbucks across the street.

    The room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast. The parking is very small. Couldn’t find a parking spot at all. The first night staff was argumentative not nice. I tried to calm the situation. She still didn’t want to calm down that’s on her the second day in the morning that staffer was nice and cordial.

    Good location with a gas station next door, fast food, family restaurant & coffee shops along with a shopping center & big box store within 2-3 miles and the property sits right off the highway! Staff friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Indoor pool is nice for year around enjoyment, laundry room and gym equipment available until 10:00 pm. Enjoyable stay!

    The check in was slow. Room furnishings were old looking and the room smelled like smoke. I had to purchase room deodorizer. The breakfast was lacking. Other patrons were taking mounds of beacon because it was so see through it took 3 pieces to make one. The positive was this was the most comfortable bed I had slept in in years at a hotel. It was quiet as well. Had deep bathtubs.

    nice, clean hotel in very convenient, but not particularly walkable or picturesque location (next to a gas station and a sprawling shopping mall ). Great value for the price. Just manage your expectations - it is not a place you would spend a week on holidays, but a great place is you traveling or have business in vicinity.

    The property in general was clean and sufficient for our needs. We only stayed one night and the room was adequate. The breakfast area offered the traditional cereal, breads, juices and a waffle maker or you could have eggs and bacon. The area was a little sketchy, but to be expected. Starbucks was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and full of smiles, which was much appreciated on an early morning departure. Overall the hotel was average, in need of updating to stay competitive. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Would stay again for another short visit.

    The carpets were worn, dirty and old, the furniture was old. The room smelled like mold. Curtains would not close completely and the walls were so thin we could hear everything. The bathroom clogged easily. The best part was the shower.

    The staff was not courteous other than 1 cleaning lady (wish I knew her name as she was sweet!). They seemed put out at check in and other times when we had a couple questions-like why our room was not cleaned when we returned. Hallway-we like to use the stairs for exercise-smelled of HEAVEY cigarette smoke. Our room was ok-road noise was an issue.

    The room was extremely clean upon arrival and the front desk staff was always available to address and additional needs. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, and iron and iron board. A pool is also on site, although not visited on this trip. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, other than that - everything was great. Excellent location!

    I often stay in La Quinta Inn hotels, but this was the worst one I've ever visited. Our bathroom sink was clogged. The shower was leaking water from the faucet into the wall. The carpet was coming up everywhere. The refrigerator did not work. The blinds would not open. The sheets on the bed were worn thin, hadn't been replaced in years apparently. We received a message that they would not be refreshing rooms as they were low on staffing. The entire stay was a disaster.

    Staff was great. Water pressure I'm shower was great (rm 112). Location was fantastic for shops and food. Room was pretty clean. Bed was super soft(not great if you have a bad back). No bath tube stopper but you can use the ice cups provided to get bath in. I would absolutely stay here again. Breakfast looked normal but didn't use.

    I frequent this hotel a lot. I think the beds are comfortable and the overall property is clean. I wouldn't recommend eating foods that are cultural or ethnic at this hotel. I reheat and microwave meals and have been told I will be fined for the smell of my cultural food which is unfortunate because I spend a lot of money here. I started making sandwiches and they STILL said they can smell it. So be careful with bringing food. Other than that the hotel has been wonderful.

    Noting the carpet in the room was damaged with a square peace cut out of near the bed. But other wise a pleasent stay. I do recommend they repace all the carpet with something like laminet flooring, especially being pet freindly.

    Yes, great customer service from start to finish. Kathy gave such a warm greeting and welcome, as I entered the hotel. She asked you're Carla? I then ask, how did you know my name her response " I remember voices" when people call for help. She was extremely helpful, even went the extra mile by letting us know the distance between the hotel and our destination of the event we were attending. The room was very clean, good full breakfast. Great location has plenty of stores and restaurants just outside of the hotel. Everyone's expectation is different, and i'm a very picky person. Based on my experience, the carpet seem a littlte old but, I recommend this hotel.

    Breakfast was amazing and the room was absolutely spotless. The employees answered the phone promptly, always had someone at the desk and were pretty friendly. They approved a late checkout which was very helpful as well. The only negative things I have to say are for ownership. The building definitely needs updated. My drapes had a hole in the, the carpet is coming up and the furniture looked damaged by pets. All around, the price for the room was pretty low so I felt satisfied because of that, but they just need to remodel in the rooms. The lobby and entrance look great.

    The room was in good condition. The bed was comfy. BUT, the LIGHT!!! OMG! The light just inside the door is on a motion detector and it comes on randomly. Nothing can be moving and it flicks on! It DOESN'T go off!!! It woke me up repeatedly during the night and then I had to get up and go turn it off manually. I tried covering it with the Do Not Disturb sign and that worked a bit but not completely. That was horrible. It would've been a 5 star, but for this issue!!!

    First off we did get notified the elevator was not working and was offered that option of cancelling for the inconvenience the day of before 8pm with no fee when trying to cancel it wouldn’t let me without getting a fee charged so I was pretty much forced to stay there for the funeral service that we were attending. Room didn’t smell clean at all the tv didn’t work the water pressure was very low and the ac smelled like swap water. Only thing positive was the front desk clerk who checked us in and said we were going to love the room which was a LIE!

    My husband and I love staying at this property. The staff is always very nice and friendly. It’s a very quiet and safe place. I love that they have an indoor pool and fitness center. They have complimentary breakfast and the rooms are pretty decent. We love that there’s lots of food places around you that you could walk to if you wanted & the gas station is right next door.

    I kept trying to look past things but it just kept getting worse. Stayed here 3 nights and on the second night found two huge hairballs next to my bed. I realize they don’t vacuum. A letter was left saying due to staffing they are not cleaning the room. They only had a water cooler for guests the first night, after that complimentary drinking water. Second day the City water pipe broke on the around 7:30am (not hotel fault) but there was no water in the bathroom that morning, and all the eggs ran out on the third morning. Breakfast was okay.

    Hotel clerk was rude! Our hotel room wasn’t clean! It smelled like cigarettes and the previous guest left us kiss literally on the mirror! Pool wasn’t what we expected! The free breakfast….don’t bother! Go eat eat actual food. Not that stale cereal. Next time I rather commute than stay there.

    I am completely flabbergasted by the number of positive reviews on this hotel! I’m convinced they don’t show the negative reviews! This was a HORRIBLE experience! One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in A LOT! Started off with a fridge that was turned off when we got to the room, so a hot fridge when I have a toddler that needs cold milk is annoying to say the least. The fridge hardly stayed cold, cold the whole time we were there. Why have the fridge off in May/June in California?!?! Then the TV wouldn’t work. I spent 45 minutes trying to get the damn thing to not say “no signal” reset the DIRECTV box, tried different hdmi inputs, scan channels etc. half the buttons on the remote didn’t seem to work either so that didn’t help. Husband tried again the next morning and still nothing. Almost a week there and NEVER got the stupid TV to work!!! The furniture in that room was a nightmare. Disgusting, broken, didn’t work properly, drawers broken or wouldn’t close especially if anything was in them, and not to mention all the sharp and missing pieces from the furniture!! Such a hazard and so dangerous for a 3 year old who wants to touch EVERYTHING!!! And the possibility of mold?!?! UNACCEPTABLE!! Then 3 days before we left we started seeing ants in the bathroom. Random ants. Ok… it’s summer… Nope. 2 days before we left we came back late that night and there were thousands literally thousands of ants in that bathroom. WHY?!?! Floors squishy. Disgusting hotel!

    The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is nice as well. Breakfast is the standard continental and sufficient in supplies. Coffee is very good, and the in-room coffee is Wolfgang Puck.     The rooms were really nice and the hotel was above average. It has an indoor pool which I thought was great and I was looking forward to spending the coming week in that pool and playing with my daughter for her spring break. But when I arrive for my reservation. I was told that my Bank card, even though it was used to book and pre-pay for the reservation itself and for the stay and everything had cleared fine money was taken out of my account fine to hold it that when I got there to put the incidentals down because I did not have a main stream bank card type of debit card. They told me that I was not allowed to check in. When I called Customer Care, and don’t get confused because Wyndham has Customer Service and Customer Care they’re two different departments Customer Service they can hear about things of complaints about the property etc. but they don’t involve money. After getting a hold of Customer Care to be told that the complaints were made, and that a refund would be requested. I told him it’s not about the refund. It’s about the fact that I was there to check in and I was not allowed to because of where I bank. I explained to them that this is my only form of payment where I have access to my money right now. And it’s no different than say a Wells Fargo or B of a I pre-pay this card just like I have to pre-pay my bank account. My debit card at my bank has zero value unless I have money in my account and how do I get money in my account I prepaid it into my account by

    Room was somewhat noisy. We didn’t like the bright automatic light that flips on in the bathroom. A bathmat had a small stain spot and so did one bedcover. Refrig was noisy. Lamps were not plugged in.

    Overall, because of the last conversation I had with hotel desk staff I rate this is zero I did my best to check out the hotel after my week stay I asked for the check out. I was out of the room by 11:35 in the lobby with my luggage on the cart sick with my service dog waiting for my Uber to take me back to Palm Springs. This woman approached me and told me that I cannot have my luggage in the lobby. If I don’t hurry and get out of there, I’m gonna have to move it to the sidewalk and she continued to go on about her manager does not allow carts with luggage on them in the lobby

    This stay was for business. I was rudely awoken by an unruly guest shouting obscenities in the hallway at 4:30AM. The phone in my room was not operational at all, and I could not report this incident to the front desk discreetly. I could not get back to sleep afterward.

    Our stay was great, last-minute reservation due to previous hotel being horrible. The front desk associates were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was very good. The only thing missing was at least one bottle of water in the room.
