The staff was super generous and very pleasing to work with. Also the rooms are beautiful Nothing in particular that I didn’t like. I do wish the EV chargers were their for EV vehicles but no big deal

Breakfast isn’t amazing if you like to eat healthy, but the property, location, staff, and rooms are top notch!

Daniela was amazing and very helpful. The sink upon entry was disgusting. I don't even know what that goo in it was. The homeless person with the shopping cart was a surprise.

Eugene at the front desk and Nedra in the breakfast area were absolutely delightful. Nedra stopped and talked with everyone making us feel absolutely welcome. Thank you for the great couple of days.

The staff was great and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean..was surprised they didn't have a free bottled water for each of us...other hotels offer that. Also, the breakfast was not bad, however the muffins were not fresh...

Hotel and service were as expected. Consistently good. Breakfast was good with very friendly service. Beds and pillows were great. TV channel choices were a bit odd. Couldn’t figure out if it was cable, satellite or what so had challenges finding channels.

The staff was very welcoming.

The room has a musty smell (may need new carpet or mattress. The shower floor looks in need of replacement ( black shoe prints and pits in the tile itself) The tv was totally too small for the room and appeared dim. I could hear every vehicle to include a loud motorcycle with even louder music, and banging on the walls. What a terrible stay. Not Hilton Quality I’m use too, I feel over charged for this stay and quite frankly, it’s a dump.

I just think for the price per night + location, the amenities would be better. The pool area is poorly managed as random people from outside can come in if they don’t have a “key.” There’s hardly any seating or lounging areas in the pool area as well.

The staff and property were nice enough. However, our room had something in the A/C that caused my sinuses to react badly. The hot water took several minutes, and the water pressure was low in our room. There happened to be several large parties for softball and/or baseball tournaments, and family reunions. We opted to change hotels due to the above, instead of moving to another room.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and treated me upon arrival. On the website there was a section for special requests.. I was able to enter that I was arriving late so that my reservation would not be canceled.

Guests above us were loud from 12am-3am. We had to call the front desk twice before it was addressed.

The hotel is very clean inside and out. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located within walking distance of shopping mall/town center and many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We travelled for a family event. The hotel staff (all) from check-in, check -out, kitchen team, housekeeping and all front desk personnel were so friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and room were spotless!

the view from the room i had was of a tree and the back of another building and part of a parking lot and when i asked about getting another room i was told no other rooms were available but the parking lot of the hotel was not full,i was told the following day that the rooms were cleaned every other day,and the shower made a loud whining sound for the first few minutes, i expected better from a Hilton Hotel ,I WILL NOT STAY AT YOUR HOTELS AGAIN

The breakfast is good and everything is fine . But dont forget to fill up body soap.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve been too, the price was reasonable, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable ,you’re allow to bring your pets for a little bit xtra, the breakfast was delicious and comes with the reservation.

The service provided in-person was excellent. The lady in charge of the breakfast was impressive with her cordial attitude and superior customer service. She took the time to instruct me how to make waffles with the available cooker, she went to the kitchen to find food items for me and my wife…all when we arrive 10 minutes before closure. The front desk person was also outstanding, attended to our special requests efficiently and with great attitude as well. Bravo!

As usual, Hampton Inn provides a delightful breakfast with lots of choices. Only small issues I had were parking (which was fine, but more crowded than I expected - shared property with another facility?) and lack of a clock in the room. I also want to recognize and thank the efficient and friendly desk staff.

Great location for UCR orientation.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional, as well as helpful. But the hotel surrounding wasn’t clean. A lot of trash bags laying next to trash cans on premises, cockroaches running everywhere. The rooms were overall clean, but still not clean like other Hampton suits hotels we have been. The pool hours stated to be open until 10 pm, but it was open way beyond 11 pm, and partying all the time, which made sleeping at night a problem.

The room was very nice and roomy. The staff, both checkin and out were nice. Only negative was there was apparently someone on their honeymoon next door, (wink) and they were very eager to consumate their marriage, quite loudly.
