OK hotel for a brief stay in the area, nearby supermarkets, gas station, few restaurants. The hotel is quiet. Free parking on site. Good for business travelers or those who visit friends and family in the area. Definitely not a tourist destination.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel sits back from the street so it is easy to miss. Their parking lot joins a grocery store parking lot, so you need to navigate errant shopping carts. Although the hotel was super clean, the quality of their mattress had a lot to be desired. I would rate their mattress as poor. I know I wasn't the only one that complained. It felt like 5 inches of foam on plywood. It provided no support.

I don't mind if the front staff was not available for a moment, but at least have someone to attend and ask for a bit of a wait Felt unprofessional. The room had an odor , like an old dusty odor. .

I honestly love staying here, the staff is always super friendly and even housekeeping. I also give credit to them because they are always really nice and attentive. The hotel is always clean and I have never had an issue or any bad experience.

I checked in about an hour and half early and was glad the room was available clean and ready. The receptionist was amazing and super helpful. She was friendly welcoming and ready to serve and answer all my questions.

the hotel room was very clean and modern, especially the bathroom! it was spacious and bright and the shower was really good. however, i did not like the morning breakfast. there were not that many options and the food itself was not the best. the gym was very nice!

What I didn’t like was that by our 3rd day, housekeeping hadn’t come to our room yet. We were there for our grandson’s baseball tournament playing in weather that reached 100 degrees. We came back to our room and had no clean towels and our room not picked up. And, housekeeping gone for the day.

It was clean and well maintained We stayed in the first floor probably will ask for the second floor next time. The first floor was a little loud had a bit of trouble with the noise level of the neighbors and people passing through to their rooms

Very friendly staff A genius decided to install the ice machine just near by, and in my case, just behind the wall of my room. And every nights, from 4 am every body was using it. So, I was never late at work as I the noise couldn't let me back to sleep !!! I highly suggest to ask "FAR FROM ICE MACHINE" for your stay !!!!!

The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. We found medical supplies in our bed and dirty socks. Asked for them to change out all the bedding and clean the room but they didn't have any housekeeping on hand so they couldn't. Had to change rooms and hope for the best since it was bedtime for the kids .

The continental breakfast has a great variety from omelettes, bagels, waffles, sausage patties, baked goods, oatmeal, coffee & juices plus a spacious dining area. Staff is friendly & helpful. Plenty of shops & dining areas around. Plenty of free parking. Our room was clean, modern & spacious. Loved that it had both a mini fridge & microwave. The only downside for me was the bed. It was uneven, too soft & hurt my back. Had trouble sleeping but overall a good stay. Would come here again.

Check in was quick and easy. We were offered some water and a granola bar for free when we got there which was sweet. Room was nice and clean and looks very nice. Loved the convenience of having stores and coffee shops around and the mall is also very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was quiet, shower was nice. Room was small considering "suite" status and cost. Not enough counter space in bathroom. Pull out bed very uncomfortable. Both TV remote controls affected both TVs in the small area, so channel and volume changed on both together. Someone should explain about the card power thing, since about half of lamps and outlets were "dead" in the room until we figured out we had to put the pass card into a special slot.

I had a 9 night stay here! I really loved that no matter what time it could be 3 am the staff would always ask if we were ok and or if I needed anything. They were very helpful and kind throughout my whole stay !!!

We stayed at Fairfield while in the process of helping a friend move. The staff were friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Entering was somewhat uninviting, because it had a long hallway from door to the bedroom. It was next to a mechanical room. The breakfast was good and had multiple choices.

The GM was very helpful, kind, and he made us breakfast in the morning. A man working on a step on the upper patio was super kind and let us pass through to take in an ocean view. Cleaning lady always acknowledged us, good moring, good night, enjoy your stay..All around a great experience.

Great place and bargain for what you get. Parking is abundant, though it seems a little suspect. However it is viewable from your room so take it for what it’s worth. Staff are very friendly, always greets you when you walk by. Place is clean roomy and location is good. There was a smell that I personally didn’t care for, it is a scent from what they use to clean. But I think that is just preference.

Very first time checking in, we were given a room that had messy beds. The sheets were all messed up and dirty. We were so confused, and we were just expecting to rest, but greeted with such. We ended up having to go down again from 4th to lobby with our bags just to see what's going on. Breakfast ends pretty early too. Not good for staying for vacation. Very disappointed with this experience, and for the price I paid, it was not worth it.
