Good ol blue collar traveling construction worker motel. Bed was comfortable, a.c was cold and didn’t have one of those motion sensor things on it and the ice machine worked. But you had to stack 3 pillows to make 1 and it kinda sucked that the pool was closed because it was over 100 degrees during my stay.

Location was main reason for stay at this Quality Inn Upon arrival to room it seemed in decent state of cleanliness. After use of toilet it flushed and drained slowly. The next morning used toilet and it stopped up. Went to the front desk to get help The front desk clerk, said there is no maintenance onsite handed my husband a plunger and essentially said good luck. We own a home maintenance business. When you visit a hotel the expectation is the facility is responsible for maintenance. It would be nice to receive some consideration for this inconvenience. My husband wanted to leave that morning but we had already checked in and it would have interrupted our short time off from work

Air conditioning unit was way too loud whenever it went on and I don't think the continental breakfast is on late enough 9:30 is early 10:30 good

The very loud continuous beeping of the trash collector trucks as they backed up to each and every dumpster at 7am on a Sunday morning. I do not blame the hotel for this.

Felt the room was too small for the king size bed. There was only one chair and no table in the room for my parents who are 88 and 86 with walkers made it difficult for them to get around.

The location in proximity to places I needed to go. Location off the Highway was also good. Room was fairly clean except for the dead fly on n the air conditioner and the stains notes on the linen on one of the beds. The breakfast had NO protein choices. At least some boiled eggs would have been worth it. Hotel is older and can stand some updating.

Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to various restaurants/Walmart Skip bins were located directly in front of room. Noisy work area & rooms remained very dark even during the day. Laundry self serve facilities was not allowed to use due to risk of freezing pipes with no other alternative laundry services offered. Had an extra $30.00 in charges to get Uber to take me to laundromat. Should have been advised of this risk at this time of year when I booked. Rooms not checked every day. Ran out of tissues & low toilet paper.

I’ve been staying at this property for a month and a half and they always are rude. Rushing you out. Check out is at 11 and the maids come in the room at 9:30 without knocking sometimes is very unprofessional specially I’ve been spending money with them for a month and a half

Watered down coffee. I would not stay there again nor recommend this so called Hotel. They have taken over fromBest Western to be the lowest of the SCUM in what they called Hotel / Motel Stay. Nothing Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, it was dirty. There was urine all over the toilet. Breakfast was terrible, poured milk on my cereal and it was chunky looked at the expiration date and it was a weak expired. The yogurt was a week expired.

I liked the cleanliness of the environment. Location was great for what I had to do. Food locations were easy to find. Nothing that I can recall.

I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter and we had lots of luggage. There were plenty of empty rooms on the 1st floor, he lied said all the guests were out and that’s why there were no cars. I took pictures at 9pm and again at 2am and just to prove that he was a LIAR I took pictures at 7am and the difference was 3 cars other than that the hotel was empty. Now I understand why the Hotel was empty , I will never stay there again. If you hate your job like you hate yours then get a different job. Maybe a job that pays more would make you a better person! Horrific!!!!

Location. Friendly staff The photos don’t match the location. Looks a little rundown and like a ghost town when we arrived. The rooms are outdated. Bathroom is way too small and decor from the 80’s. No elevators.

At first it was okay, but after the first night there were people constantly outside yelling and fighting, along with smoking weed in which my room reeked of it. The front desk man told me if I “bombed” the place he believed in old fashioned punishment and that he would take his belt off. Very scary for a women to stay here, blood was found on the main comforter and cigarette burn holes on the sheets. Other than that it was okay cleaned just again with constant fighting and drunk banter outside for the price I paid for the 5 nights I should’ve just went somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t recommend a place like this for a spring break / vacation situation.

Blackout curtains were geat! They completely covered the window so no light came in around the edges. Very comfy beds with nice soft sheets. Also 3 pillows per bed so didnt have to ask for extras. Plenty of towels too.

This is my go-to stay in Mooresville. It's near my gym, Planet Fitness and Wal-Mart is close by too. It's very easy to get in and out of the area.

This is outdoor access so if you need to sleep when people are arriving early evening, ask for a room that’s not near stairway. If you are staying for one night as a stopover it’s a great spot.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival-I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger that only temporarily fixed the issue. Had to use the plunger every other time the toilet was flushed. Bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I guess this may be a system wide issue.

It was important for me to be near my gym, Planet Fitness. There were several options but I picked Quality Inn for it's location. My room was just fine since I was basically just sleeping there.

The room was nice. But this is more like a motel than a hotel...doors open to outside. There is no restaurant and the breakfast is not hot. There is a very small pool located in the bak against the woods...but it was CLOSED! My stay was good despite the disappointments.

This hotel is very much in need of an update and refurbishment, especially for the price being charged. Staff were pleasant. I would not stay there again.

Very satisfied with our choice of hotel for our one night stop-over along I77 during our northbound roadtrip home to Ontario from Florida.

Quality Price was beyond expectations. Free breakfast was excellent quality.

As soon as we turned on the lights we seen 6 roaches running on table and walls. Office lady moved us to a different room and we walked in to find only 2 roaches in it. They didn’t have anymore rooms (thankfully) so we found a different hotel.

Very disappointed… very dated and clean as I think it could be due to being dated. The white duvet on the one bed had stains around the edges…

Awful experience. We didn’t even stay. Checked out after an hour because the police started banging on the door. Very dirty and when we asked for a refund we got nowhere.
