This place was a complete dump!! I felt unsafe just getting out of the car. It looked deserted with just a few pickup trucks in the small parking lot. Mattresses were leaning up against some windows, windows had no visible curtains. I did not stay here. We are two senior women and did not feel safe. This was false advertising. I want my money back and I don't think I will be using booking.com any more. Read the above info.

I have bad knees having to walk up 5 floors was very hard on me. No room was available on lower floors.

Nothing, the elevator was broke,so be prepared, smelly moldy rooms,, breakfast was not enjoyable eggs tasteless, bagels were stale,coffee watered down,loud music at front desk at 9pm. People yelling and carrying on after 11pm. Dont stay if your on business,no sleep. Btw they dont care if you mention the noise. Oh and employees washing their cars in the parking lot.no air conditioning in the rooms so bring a travel fan. Construction materials in parking lot. Alot wont be staying again anytime soon.no room sheet change or fresh towels upkeep

The location was undergoing renovations which were much needed as this site was outdated, the fridge and air conditioner were both loud and the elevator was not working. I asked for an itemized bill and received a paper with no information for a stay that cost $250 for one night.

They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel when we visited Mooresville. The staff is always so friendly and the breakfast offered is wonderful for our stay.

Laundry was broken, so could not wash clothes during my extended stay. Furniture in the rooms was falling apart.

When I tried to check in there was nobody at the front desk, just a note with a phone number; I called the number several times and nobody answered; I was waiting for 20 minutes and nobody showed up. So I could not have my room. So disappointed

Very friendly staff, greetings as soon as you walked in, very clean, even though there was a sign stating please bare w/us. & smelled very clean. Our room was great, & the bed was so comfortable. It was a shame we were only there 1 night. There was nothing to dislike

It was a very good breakfast. My daughters wanted a better fruit selection, but I was very pleased with the choices. I really liked the pillow and inquired about purchasing one. I wish this was a option because I left mine at home and need one for the rest of my travels.

I honestly have no complaints.. maybe having cookies 24hrs. Just kidding

We were thrilled to find this property right near the restaurant we went to for dinner. I booked it from there, and when we arrived, the agent was just printing it off, and were very happy to get off the highway! We booked this hotel because it was "dog friendly". Everything was great until we found the "Pet Fee". It was $85! I have NEVER paid more than $30 for our dog in any hotel/motel, and last year, we drove 13,000 miles across 35 states last summer!

Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. Good variety and fresh - ground coffee! The bed was comfortable, but squeaky.

If you are booking from a 3rd party site, there is no hot tub on site. (I contacted Hotels.com and asked them to fix it) Other than that, our stay was excellent. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and they serve popcorn and lemonade in the afternoon/evening.

Very clean room and front staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as there were many healthy options and quality was superb. The lady in charge of kitchen was very helpful as well. Our room was very quiet and king size bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived and we were told the third party vendor over-booked. After receiving a room with one bed instead of two, the staff was able to find us a larger room. It was a minor inconvenience but the staff found a solution and we were grateful for that.

The building itself needs some work and the parking lot is a bit strange but the rooms and inside the hotel is spotless, staff is so kind, and it was well worth the value. Convenient location next to a lot of restaurants and shops. Right next to highway.

Bed were comfortable. Room was quiet. Only issue was the night staff at front desk was fairly rude when we walked in. There wasnt one single spot to park when we came back to the hotel. He was short with my husband shaking his head to say they had no rooms. Didnt even give us a chance to say we didnt know where to park.we already checked in earlier that afternoon.

We are here visiting our son who is in UTI University and we had a very wonderful stay! The breakfast and the attention in the cafeteria was amazing. Front desk was okay and the limonade was so good at the entrance. Will definitely come back!

This was the best hotel stay we have had in a very long time. Very clean, excellent customer service, a wonderful breakfast offered. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I will for sure stay at here again when I am back in the area.

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful and always eager to smile & chat! The breakfast is better than Cracker Barrel. I usually don't choose a Holiday Inn, my mind has been changed. Curious to see if the facilities hold up across locations!!

The staff went above and beyond to make my wife & I stay very enjoyable! We plan to only stay at this beautiful hotel anytime we come to the area. We also can’t wait to see how the renovations turn out, I’m sure it’s gonna exceed our expectations.

When I was looking around on what hotel to book I called this hotel spoke to a customer service agent and I asked is there a hot tube bc expedia says that you have one but there are no pictures. The a/c in my room wasn't working properly, making the room cold, but the bedding and my clothing so damp that I couldn't sleep. I realize problems occur, but the staff made no effort to fix it - only recommended I use the laundry to dry my clothes. I did not stay for a second night, and will be asking for my money back.

Upon my initial arrival, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. The front desk declined to accommodate my request for a room change, despite my prior conversation with a live agent from Hotels.com. We endeavored to find a solution, as the front desk claimed that there were no available rooms. The live agent subsequently called to request a refund, but the front desk refused. Furthermore, the toilet was non-functional. I notified the front desk of the issue, and the staff member attempted to rectify the problem, but unfortunately, it remained unresolved. He then offered to investigate the possibility of an alternative room, which puzzled me, given the front desk's earlier assertion that no rooms were available. Within a few hours, I tried to settle down and discovered that the toilet was not working. I asked for assistance, so the guy checked it out. He moved me to a new room. The room was much cleaner.

Stagg greeted me and my wife as soon as we arrived. Everyone one was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner than the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas that we stayed in the couple nights previous to this stay. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Hotel was decently clean, staff was not as plentiful as other places in same pricepoint. fitness center was ice cold (winter time), television in my room specifically didnt have access to all the channels. Food options were a bit limited after a certain time

Reviews were high and i surely dont understsnd it! BREAKFAST TERRIFIC! WEIGH YOUR WANTS.

The driveway into the hotel was hard to find because it was shared with a couple of other businesses. The room was ok, the location was good but the roach on the ceiling of our room is unacceptable, especially at the room rate. We haven't had breakfast yet but really feel good about eating here.

Poor water pressure; the washbasin didn't have hot water and the stream of cool water was so slow that I had to use the bathtub faucet to wash my face and rinse my toothbrush. The refrigerator also had a lot of frost in it so that our food would barely fit.

This property is in serious need of an update. I would consider this a motel. There’s not enough room here to accurately describe what needs done here.

Check in was very quick and the attendants were very friendly. We came from Hickory because we are without power water and internet. We would have stayed again but they are booked so we had to go elsewhere as my husband needs internet for work. I’ll be driving to Morganton which is a crap show with. I water but it’s nice to have a place to go and have working utilities since it may be 2 weeks until we have ours restored.

It was amazing! The bed was heavenly. The breakfast was incredible and it made us want to stay another night.

Room was clearly not unkept (missing entire portion of headboard, rotting bathroom door, ERR on thermostat). Checked on pool, and through the cracked glass door, saw it covered. Rough experience overall.

Toilet didnt flush well. Low lighting, better options for breakfast (they had no pankcakes). Better black out drapes. Door to hotel room was jammed and needed to be pushed with full force to open and close.

Property was clean. The room is very small an cramped. Wasn’t easy getting into the actual lot of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and professional

Room assigned was dirty, one bed unmade, wet towel on to stand, bathroom dirty from someone showering. Waited 30 minutes in hot hallway awaiting a key to new room. Air conditioning did not stay on and had to be readjusted throughout both nights of stay.

There were a lot of cdestruction vehicle.

Expedia needs to get there stuff together because they don’t have a hot tub and the pool is down right now! Which is not what Expedia advertised!

This property hasn’t been updated in at least 20 years or more! We have always stayed in Holiday Inn’s and never expected to stay at one in this condition! I would never stay here again!

They charged for the room twice this is the second time this has happened, the floors nasty the bathroom wasn’t kept

the property is shabby and dingy in and around the building on the outside. On our first night off the road and very tired we had to move to a differen room because the air conditioning was inoperative. this property is in the same shabby condition for the last few years with no imlprovement. the staff however are professional and do their best to make up the problems with this Hilton Inn. does not reflect well on the brand!

Room was very small for price. Mattress in room 215 were worn out and soft with a hole in the middle of them. Worse night ever sleeping in a hotel room. Could not shut curtains to keep room dark and privacy for sleeping lights were dim and the room needed a good cleaning. I am a non smoker and to me it smelled of smoke

I rented a room for a weekend with the family, when we received and got to the room, the door was open with the TV on and the pillow by the foot of the bed, it looked like someone was watching TV. We received another room, and the room was really hot, no A/C and the AC unit cover was on the ground, we ended up again getting another room. The last room received was extremely smelly, like if someone was smoking there, so we just decided to find another hotel. Very surprisingly the awful experience at a Holiday Inn Hotel. Lack of maintenance.

The parking is tight and those with larger vehicles is even more difficult. Everything feels outdated and old

The first room we were given had not been cleaned and there was no bedding. The second room we were sent to was directly off the elevator. The floor had not been vacuumed, but the rest of the room seemed clean. The furniture was worn.

Elevator did not come to 3rd floor. Staff was nice, room was clean, but elevator didn’t work properly and sink hot water didn’t work properly.

It was fine. It's what you'd expect for the price. Though a warning for anyone planning to stay here, the heating element they use in their rooms makes this awful ticking sound constantly. So if that will bother you, avoid this hotel or buy earplugs. It took 4 days for one of the staff to inform me that it's normal, though I have my doubts. The other employees straight up lied to me about having it fixed. The front desk employees are less helpful then a bunch of 6th graders would be.
