We stayed 3 nights. Room was very clean. Shower was nice with hot water. Make sure to let front desk know if you don't need room service. We would stay here again.

I have stayed there 3 times in the last 6 months. It is always a great experience, and the staff are a delight.

From the time I walked through the doors the staff treated me and my party as we were home, the coffee was hot, bbreakfast was filling and fresh, we felt totally welcome and seen.

The property was great and clean!! Location very good and many restaurants close by. The staff was exceptional…!!!! We arrived very early but they were able to get our room ready long before the normal check in time. The breakfast was very good as well. The only dislike I had was the cost, it was a bit expensive for 1 night.

All was great during my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, safe and well lit property as well. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. And the breakfast and dining area were clean and comfortable. Pack a bag, reserve a room, and enjoy!!

Perfect stop with pets! They have an outdoor gated play area which was great for our two pups to run around after a long drive!

Overall our stay was great! The hotel is in the middle of renovations while trying to accommodate guests so certain parts of the hotel were dirty from construction. That being said our room was spotless and all employees that we interacted with were great!

The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Of the 2 rooms we had for the night the beds were comfortable & 1 of the rooms was very quiet. Unfortunately the lobby & elevators were cluttered with construction materials, old decorations & covered furniture as they clearly were sprucing up the place. It made the entrance & lobby unusable. They were painting the front desk throughout the day & night which was smelly. I chose this Hampton Inn over another close by because of reviews & the nice lobby space. I was very disappointed to be unaware that this place was in such disarray. I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns & the breakfast & selection was also disappointing - just ok, at best. I’m sure you can do better & I will look at other options in the future.

Place is under renovations which really spruce up the place. Rooms are clean and bright. One thing I would caution is that the will charge you $80US a night for for pet which is not disclosed in advance.

The location, but there was a lot of other hotels around I wish I had picked instead. It was under construction and they didn’t make an effort at keeping it clean at all. The room itself was ok, but bathroom very dated.

The guy at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly, and also quick at checking us in! No big deal, first floor ice machine was down, and in the morning, the "malt vanilla" waffle batter is not too good. haha

The location is perfect for our needs. Our room was not as clean as should be. The bed linens we assumed clean were wrinkled and disheveled. There was mold along shower wall which appeared to be painted over to hide mold. The breakfast was below standards. Staff allowed in registered guests access to breakfast bar by entering through rear door. I know because I overheard one tell another to pretend you’re a guest. Staff accountability can help reduce costs to paying guests

My recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Mooresville, North Carolina, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was particularly frustrating. Despite using the app to check in beforehand, I was still required to visit the front desk to present my ID and credit card for incidentals. After a long day of driving, this extra step felt unnecessary and cumbersome, as I had assumed the app check-in would streamline the process. The hotel itself is in dire need of updates. The lobby and hallways showed clear signs of wear, with ripped and torn carpets in multiple areas. The ceilings appeared neglected, with visible damage from what seemed like a past flood that hadn’t been properly addressed. Most concerning was the condition of the bathroom in my room—the tub was noticeably unclean, which made for an uncomfortable stay. While the staff was polite, these issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. The hotel’s outdated facilities and poor maintenance make it hard to recommend. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences.

Breakfast did not have bananas on Tuesday, Sept. 23 I only eat organic and stay away from grains. Now that I know about the Matrix, I am careful what I eat and drink.

At check in the individual checking me in was rather abrupt and frankly disinterested. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. Not a very welcoming environment.

It was not the most up to date room and not the cleanest. Toilet seat was the right seat for the toilet no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture was old and stained. The cost was pretty high considering

Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very polite. If you look close, you can see there's some lipstick on a pig in some spots of the rooms. Wallpaper peeling, rusty hinges, etc. But it wasn't so bad that it detracted from the overall stay.

It was right where we wanted to stay in that area Are first room on the 4th floor had a roof leak dripping onto the bed.

Front desk had one very welcoming woman and one rude and difficult woman. Bathroom was outdated. Shower had no water pressure. Sink was little more than a drip of water. How water never came to sink. Room had a musty smell.

Our next door neighbors dogs barked. We recommend booking these pet owners in an area of rooms away from the non pet visitors.

What made this hotel really enjoyable was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful at every turn, and it shows that this particular hotel has a culture of customer service. Breakfast was always well stocked and provided good options. I like that they keep the coffee/tea station open all day. It's a Hampton Inn, so the beds are always comfy. The room was a touch dated, lacking USB ports for charging. Gym was a touch dated too, but adequate. Only real complaint is the pool... if it is to be outdoors and partially shaded, it should be heated. It was WAY too cold to swim.

Everything was great until our last night there. The smoke alarm kept chirping. It started about 11:00. It chirped all night. The front desk told us they would send someone to change it but maintenance was gone. They did offer us another room but it was to much trouble and we were already in bed.

One of the lampshades beside the bed was broken.The ottomans, are badly worn and had stains. Only stayed one night, thank goodness. They offered us a room with twin beds as a replacement when we had toilet problems. It was suitable for my wife and I. So we just worked with what we had.

The property is nice. I reserved a suite with king bed, but received two queen beds. No bed deal. I'm not that guy to complain about a non issue. The suite very spacious. The location was very convenient for me also.

Room was dirty, light bulbs out, door slammed, TV guide incorrect, bed was uncomfortable.

Beautiful safe area. Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely recommend!

Toilet flapper was sticking. Room fan was hanging by the wires. Couple other things in the room were lacking.

Awesome place to stay

Good location, near Cracker Barrell.

The staff made us feel like we were a bother checking in. They talked to each other the whole time. We had to ask where elevators were and where our room was located. The toilet seat was so low a two year old would have been comfortable. Really needed a handle bar to help older adults getting up and down. Room was a bit dingy. This was not near our other Hampton Inn stays.

Very clean room.

Our only real complaint was that whatever they used to mop the tile flooring in our room left it dangerously slippery. Spreading a bath towel on the floor was an easy remedy but made opening and closing the bathroom door rather frustrating. Overall I would recommend it.

Super friendly staff. Room very clean. Only wish air conditioner could cool a bit more but I do keep it at 67 sooo lol

The reservationist was wonderful. She welcomed us very warmly and it was obvious she was knowledgeable and genuinely happy to check us in. She also asked if we needed anything like the local shopping or restaurants. She impressed us very much. We completely enjoyed our stay!

It was great for one night. The engineering department had to help get my wheelchair from being stuck in my van. Awesome people they really went above and beyond.

There was a very bad odor when we entered our room

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Location was perfect for my needs with plenty of restaurants close by to choose from for dinner. Thanks for the hospitality !
