I’m a repeat guest at this location. Staff is friendly, breakfast is delicious with amazing presentation and attentiveness. Rooms are comfortable, clean and the front desk does a great job at trying to accommodate request for room location, etc. Small touches to connect with guest and enhance experience such as the collection of rubber ducks (learned this during this stay), decor to highlight holidays, popcorn, fruit, coffee/tea available at all times. I love it here and it’s my home away from home when I stay in Mooresville, NC.

Easy access to get back on interstate 77 and you could walk to eat. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable so you could get a good nights sleep before traveling the next day. We will definitely stay here again! There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything else was fine. We really just used the room for sleeping. Bathroom is big and gorgeous. My face broke out after sleeping on the pillow. I woke up with one side of my face red and blotchy and it is still broken out. So obviously whatever laundry detergent is being used isn't good and I'm not allergic to anything by the way

This is our favorite hotel in Mooresville. We visit a few times a year and always choose to stay here. We have tried other hotels but are never as satisfied as when we stay here. Rooms are clean, bed is comfy and I love that I don’t have to pack shampoo/conditioner or body wash! Saves on packing!

Come in every couple of months. The Candlewood or Hilton Garden Inn is such an upgrade but the Fairfield was $97!! It’s tells you get for what you pay for.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield in Mooresville near Charlotte. The hotel was very clean, and everything felt well-maintained. The staff stood out the most—they were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and fresh options to start the day. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I made a big mistake booking through EXPEDIA...no refund when we had to leave one day early due to a snowstorm hitting.....we are currently snowed in with more on the way. EXPEDIA will never be my booking of choice. Sad policy not to at least refund a portion....weather conditions should be an exception to their strict, unheard of policy.

This property needs to be a 2 star hotel sadly. The front desk personnel was courteous that was my only bright spot. The property seemed like they shrunk everything down to fit it in. Starting at the lobby all the way to the rooms. Halls were narrow, bathroom including the television in room was no more than 24”. The fridge door was barely attached. The pillows had absolutely no fill in them. This was an overpriced mediocre hotel to say the least. Needs a def upgrade !

The staff is nice and very friendly, we've stayed at this location previously. We revisited because of initial experience. This time around the room smelled like someone may have smoked in it and the bathroom and toilet (poop residue) wasn't properly cleaned. We checked in very late at night and didn't notice bathroom until the following morning when getting out of shower and because we were checking out that morning we didn't bother to complain.

Room had a mildew smell , linens were not clean. Had a staff banging on neibours door at 2am starled me from my sleep gave me a panic as a solo female traveller. Yelled at him to turn TV off. The only disturbance was the staff yelling. This is a kids sports travel hotel they should have better noise proofing and not run around yelling at people. The breakfast was not really edicble and serving expired yogurt. I travel bi weekly so its just this hotel not the chain.

It was a nice place. The walls are paper thin. I was woken up all throughout the night during my stay by other guests being extremely loud.

We stayed overnight to break up a long drive. The hotel is conveniently located - near the interstate, but very quiet. Breakfast was well above average, as was the breakfast area.

Excellent staff, breakfast. My only suggestion would be to have a microwave in the room as well as a bigger tv. The tv was the smallest I've seen in a hotel room in years.

Everything great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The hot breakfast was better than expected. The unlimited coffee was really good. Usually hotels have terrible coffee. This was not the case. If there was one “complaint” it would be the shower head. It pointed towards the wall. I didn’t tell staff so it wasn’t fixed. But I’m sure it would have been if I’d have asked.

I had a very brief stay, as my trip was a quick one. I appreciated a quick check in and a simple process to getting to my room. The room was clean and accommodating. While a small thing, the iron and ironing board were easily accessed and easily stowed. This makes a big difference when time is short. Breakfast ready right on time and extremely convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
