Needs some maintenance done on the room

The location was conveniently located close to work The floor was very dirty. Could not see the dirt by looking it. I walked barefooted and my feet turned brown from the dirt on the floor.

Bathroom door didn’t even close. Lock for the main door did not work. Would not recommend.

At check in they gave me the room 135, when we got there the room was completely, it was not cleaned, beds undone and trash can full. We returned to the lobby and gave me another room 233 this time, we found tortillas and cheese in fridge for previous guest I think, also the floor was very dirty, we could see it because our daughter’s socks got dirty immediately, towel on the bathroom’s floor turned brown with dirt and one of the towels above the toilet had something on it that we couldn’t notice what was. See answer above.

We had to check in late due to the race. I purchased two rooms. My family member got there first and they were given a dirty room and had to be moved to another room. When we got there and checked in they also gave us a dirty room. When we went to desk the second room we were given was also dirty. Staff did apologize and we finally got checked into a third room. It was “clean” but not great. Still hair on bathroom floor and something on the walls. Very disappointed and won’t stay there again

At check in staff was rushed and acted like it was a burden to do his job! Then once in the room the Wi-Fi didn't work but if you walked 5 rooms down it would.. staff acted like it was too much trouble to move our room and the hotel wasn't even full! At check out my husband went to grab us some breakfast and the desk clerk was very rude, hollering at him that there was a limit to what he could get. He only had two of three items. One for him and one for me. Then when I turned in the keys he snatched them from me and rushed me away. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will not be staying again !!!

Excellent price and a great location. It was right off I-77. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. I didn’t use the complimentary breakfast but it did appear to have a good selection of foods. The shower didn’t have the best water temperature or pressure but it was good enough to take a quick shower.

Overall we have no complaints with the accommodations, Had an very enjoyable stay, already planning to return next year.

Cheap stay but poor maintained building. Breakfast is a joke and the coffee is not real coffee.

The pool was closed. The ice machine was broken. The doors didn’t close properly. The beds were comfortable.

Our room was filthy. Our feet literally turned black 5 minutes after showering because the floor was so dirty. The toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall, the bedding was stained, and the issues in the rooms were painted over with thick paint rather than fixing them. There was no place to even fill up a water bottle or even get a cup in the lobby. And for anyone with a family, just a heads up it's next to a gentleman's club and it certainly gives that feel.

Will stay there again when traveling there...

The first room assigned to us had no working phone, TV and the lock on the door was broken. We had to go to the front desk, which was in a different building, to talk to front desk person. She was nice and put us in a different room on the other side of the building. Room was very clean and comfy but the second night we came back around 11:00om and found our key cards didn’t work. We then had to walk around to the front office again, to get the key reprogrammed. We have stated at this hotel before and didn’t have any issues but this visit was not the best.

Some rooms have holes in the ceiling bathroom. Nightstands need more cleaning on the sides. Sweeping and moping need work.

Only issue I had was that the railing on the steps was filthy. This is an issue to someone who needs to hold on using steps.

I like that the rooms all have outside entrances -- no lobby or indoor corridors to navigate and you park right outside your hotel room. I was able to check in and out easily. Staff and manager were all helpful. Price was great. My room had a few minor issues. Once I brought them to the attention of front desk staff, they were resolved immediately. The room was clean, bed comfy, and shower hot. There was a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, coffee pot in the room. Commentary continental breakfast is provided. Know that it is very basic -- no waffle maker -- but, has coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, muffins, all sufficient for my needs.

The AC unit in my room was awesome. The room had a nice floor, but the bathroom was outdated. I saw on the website where the outdoor pool was available, yet it was not open. According to the front desk, the poo has been closed since 2022? hope to open by the Memorial weekend. The breakfast could be better than just dry cereals...

Unless you are a tired & lonely trucker looking for companionship in a dirty room.. This is the place to be with the strong aroma of marijuana and your selection of LOT LIZZARDS. I booked the room on Expedia. My wife found the room totally unsatisfactory. We left after 5 minutes returned 🔑 &Expedia tells me NO REFUNDS PLS BEWARE so you don’t become the next victim of the bait & switch ads. Ina brighter note Expedia gave me a $50 credit for an opportunity to scam me AGAIN. They said they couldn’t refund the money because they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. Oddly they asked me to give them 72 hours yet they contacted me in less than 24 hours to tell me I get no refund. Make sure you drive a terrain vehicle to this place so you can park in your choice of pothole. Other than that it was a grand experience. I’m still in disbelief Expedia has customers pay for services they didn’t receive. Talk about low overhead This hotel is a DUMP.. NO OFFENSE TO THE TIRED LONELY TRUCKERS.. I was just describing the setting 🙃😫🙁

We didn't eat the breakfast. The location was very good. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We had no maid service in the 3 nights we stayed. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. We had to go back to the room and get our dirty towels and take them to her, before she could give us more clean ones. There was no phone in the room. The ice machine stopped working on day 2.

Staff was kind I did not like getting a non smoking handicapped accessible room only to have my son stop me before entering telling me your not going to be happy and closing the door. Smell of smoke was discusting. So we had to take a different room that was not handicapped accessible. So with one leg do you realize what its like trying to shower in a tub that small with no grab bars . How UNSAFE that is. Thank God I didn't get hurt. But how you have a non smoking room and the cleaning staff doesnt realize it smells and do something about it is really ridiculous. I am really upset with that. And really glad and your lucky I didn't get hurt. All over the discusting smell of smoke my safety was put to the test. That is sad. And I will convey that to anyone who asks.

Floors will turn your feet/socks black from the filth coating them. Had to switch rooms numerous times because of issues with them. Staff said they returned my $50 deposit but i never recieved it back on my card.

staff was amazing. bed had some hair in it which wasn’t great and tv didn’t work. neighboring room was playing music all night and was smoking right outside my door which was annoying. breakfast was really good for this kinda place as well.

Although we started out not being able to access the room we were assigned the front desk person reassigned us and it was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not worth staying for. Pop-tarts, packaged muffins, unidentified cereal and old black bananas.

Christina Latten is very unprofessional and the maid Tim called me a liar because I had an episode because I have trouble breathing and the toilet has been leaking for days and after the third day, it was just too much it started smelling like mildew and I tried to speak with her and she said I was trying I went to the hospital and was admitted for two days and she said I was trying to blame my heart problems on her but all I wanted was a new room. Maybe caught me a night or two because I am behind on moving because they would not move me that night of guy named Justin would not move me. He said because I booked through a third-party, which is very unprofessional. The people the smell no fans in the bathroom the toilet have been leaking and caused a smell that made me sick. I had to go to the hospital after I asked them to change my room. They said they couldn’t do it until the morning. I went and spoke with a manager Christina this morning. She was very unprofessional, not a empathetic bone in her body. Not a very good experience at all don’t come here stay away.

Dead bug on the bedspread. Only orange juice and milk as well as coffee available for "breakfast", not even water. Some cold cereal and a bit of fruit. Since this hotel has a no refund policy, we didn't have much choice as to staying there. Our room was under the stairs that led to the second floor and so was dark and didn't feel very safe. Would not recommend.

My only disappointment was my room did not have an upper lock or safety measure of any kind. There were holes from were that had been one. Being a solo female traveler, I actually put a chair in front of the door. Don't get me wrong the environment was not scary, but I certainly don't trust only having a door knob lock.

Parking was good. There was a huge and I mean huge crack at the bottom of the door. Had to put a towel to block the cold air from coming in.

Given no direction as to where the room was which ended being on the backside of the building next to the one that holds the office. The stairs to get to the second floor were a little steep and the stairwell and railings were filthy. It gave very sketchy vibes to be a Days Inn. Get to the room and the floor was dirty, there was black tape on the ceiling and the sealant behind the shower facet was coming out. At the very least the sheets were clean with no signs of bugs in the bed and AC gave good air with no stench, so that warrants 2 stars. Would not stay here again honestly.

Room was very clean exactly as advertised. Breakfast however was very disappointing. Prewrapped breakfast sandwiches, only white bread to toast & only grape jelly. No yogart or anything hot.

No pillow cases on the pillows. Door handle to the bathroom broken, got locked inside of the bathroom for a period of time. Mold on bathroom walls. Bathroom shower/tub in need of repairs. A/C vents completely covered in dirt. The room was booked for 2 nights but I had to leave after the first night and got a room at a different hotel. I called the hotel and explained the situation and was told the manager would call me back. The manager still has yet to call. Will never stay here again.

Bathroom toilet ran all night. No toilet paper holder - not the whole thing but just the bar that holds the paper. Toilet seat was loose.. Making my usually checks after entering the room, I found a huge spot of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. There were other small issues but none as bad. We immediately checked out and had to find a new hotel. Waiting on a refund but the hotel has not answered the phone when hotels.com call in regards to my stay

This room should not have been rented to any human being. The extreme fatigue from attempting to sleep here honestly ruined the rest of my trip as I was exhausted the entire time. Do not stay at this location. Spend the extra money on proper accommodations.

I reserved a room that was supposed to handicap friendly. What I got was not ADA compliant. The bed was excessively high, the toilet was extremely low, there was a tub instead of a walk in shower and not a single grab bar in the bathroom. Most of the staff was nice and friendly. Outdated, but clean. Horrible water pressure. Pool was closed, due to lack of ability to get inspected.

Breakfast was frozen food that you could microwave but the microwave was broken. I wouldn't pay $35 for the room but they were charging double that.

Outside of the staff the room was clean other than one bed having stained sheets and the toilet being clogged, we asked for a plunger and have yet to receive one to unclog the toilet. For the price the room isn’t terrible but I would definitely recommend hiring new staff that’s a little more customer service oriented.

Dont even bother with the free breakfast, it’s basically nothing. I also filtered to stay with a pool and it’s not available. Staff are not helpful at all.

It’s tucked away off to itself which I liked alot. The outside looked old but once you got inside of the rooms, It was great. Price example of don’t judge a book by its cover. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds comfortable and I like the fact that you could smell the room had been cleaned (bleach) Thank you to the staff for this, the manager on duty was super nice.

Room was clean but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. TV was not WiFi connected. Breakfast was a sad joke, but the coffee was decent.

I really enjoyed my stay it was very clean and neat and the people at the front desk was very friendly and I love how convient everything was their was a Walmart across from the hotel and they had a few eating places nearby

My mom and I stayed 2 nights at this establishment. I gave it the rankings I did due to the pool being closed while we were there and being told that housekeeping would come daily and it didn't. We ended up exchanging our old towels and wash cloths for new at the front desk. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely consider a short stay again in the future.

The room looks like it had been updated more recently. It was clean. I had a DO NOT DISTURB on my door abd the maid still cleaned my room. I talked to the gentleman at the desk a he was just short with me and told me to call the owner. The outside was very sketchy and we just kept to our room when there.

Pool wasnt functioning wasnt informed @ check in. The pool was 98% of our trip to cool off before dropping my son off at college. I was told the room is not cleaned daily...every other day. I was not informed of the towel exchange? I was told to walk back to my room in the rain and get my towels and bring them back. When I said it was pouring rain the man at the front desk told me if I didnt like it I could leave. When I got a supervisor or said I was contacting a supervisor about towels and cleanliness of my room the man at the desk said he would call the cops on me? I left the office in tears and distraught bc I just asked for the bare necessities trash emptied and clean towels and was treated in such a manner that I would never be back to be belittled and yelled at for asking for towels and turned away bc I didnt have the old dirty ones I didnt know there was a policy until after he treatened to evict me. He said he would pray for me and if I didnt like it to leave. I said I was having a very miserable stay and now had to walk in the rain to go get towels. My group was showered and ready and I still didnt receive towels. At breakfast the juice machines are broken. My room the floor was dirty I have pictures if the trash that wasnt emptied the dirty towels were not replaced. Tooth paste caked on the floor from day 1 at check in refused to clean my room and told it was cleaned every other day.

It was ok nothing special, was clean no extra towels or wash cloths, TV menu wasnt easyto voiew, there was no vending machine any where close 2 the rooms, staff and front desk very nice and helpfull!

The best bed and room you can get for the price point. Room was comfortable and it was fresh and nice.

When we got to our room, the sink faucets wasn't even attach to the countertop.There was no phone, the drain would not drain.It was broke the door lock would not work.A dead boat did not work, felt very uncomfortable as to be moved to another room.WishWe had got our money back and went to a better motel.Pictures are deceiving on the internet

Room seemed newly updated. Outside needs work and area was fair but we slept well and it was quiet.

Will not be back. But it was the least expensive for the night near Mooresville. Next time we will spend a few more dollars.

Our stay definitely wasn’t the greatest. Check in was good no issues there. The room on the other hand was just not great. It was very loud from the noise on the highway. And overall it wasn’t very clean. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept in who knows how long. Dust bunnies in all the corners. If you walked on floor in bare feet the bottom of your feet turned black. Plus the heating/air conditioning unit was being held up by a paint can and some sort of spool. Overall just not impressed.

4 police cars showed up at 1:00 a.m. due to screaming and crazy people outside my door in the parking lot. It was very scary for me.

Checked in, looked at the room. PTAC air conditioner was held in place with a paint can. Unit barely ran. Room was damp, smelled bad, and the sheets didn't seem clean. Walked out of the room, checked out, and left.

Adjacent to exterior fire extinguisher appeared to have an out dated inspection tag..

Overall a good value—clean rooms and a decent breakfast, though a bit limited. The main downside was the extremely thin walls—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

It's advertised as free wi-fi, but you need a password to access it, and it is not given to you, you need to ask for it. I would NOT recommend this hotel for a stay longer than a few days because there is only a cubby, no dresser, no closet. There was no information regarding the check out time, when the breakfast was served and the phone number of the office. The chair was stained and the door had a gap in the bottom part. This is how the jumping spider and the earwig - (which was ON my pillow, by my HEAD.) Probably got in. There were some dead spiders, which the exterminator got, I guess. The staff was very receptive to my situation and gave me a new room. This room was the same, minus the insects. Thete was no car noise as the botel was located off the main road. I guess for the price, this is what you get. A clean room with the bare minimal ammenities. A weekend stay - acceptable Anything longer - not recommended

This hotel was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night and were impressed with the efficient check in and check out and the spacious room. I’m not sure about the area the hotel is in, it was convenient for us to our event at Trackhouse Motorplex and affordable. We are in Mooresville pretty frequently and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. The shower was a bit of a challenge to get the temp right, and there is no elevator, but other than that I have no complaints.

Excellent staff professional on every level. Room was clean. Obviously the facility is being renovated. I didn’t feel particularly safe there. Room was well priced. Not a horrible experience- I travel alone - I’m older. The lighting could be greatly improved outside. The coffee was trucker strength - but other breakfast fare okay.

The room was very nice and clean. The lobby was dingy. The free breakfast was absolutely minimal, and the coffee was not very good at all. I am really not that picky, but I ended up not eating breakfast there. I also did not like that there was no elevator to the second floor. Getting my heavy bag up the stairs was not fun.

Unsanitary!!! Many health code violations . Possibly bed bugs . Floors were in complete filth. We attempted to call lobby several times with no response. We resorted to clean the floor ourselves

Location is poor. Room was standard. Air conditioner unit needed cleaning. Bathtub needed a bathmat or textured area, it was quite slick when taking my shower.

It was a pleasant stay, had a clean scent and everything was where you could find it!

There was no noise from people but from the freeway traffic. Even though there were only two floors it needed an easier way to get your luggage to the second floor for people of older ages otherwise everything was fine.

Comfortable, clean, and very good value for the price. TV operation could be more easily accessible but we figured it out. We stayed 4 nights while visiting family in the area and will return when we visit again.

The check-in was awesome. Everything was ready and we couldn't believe how quickly we got our keys and were in our room. The parking was limited and tight especially since we have a larger vehicle. The room was clean and had all the expected amenities plus a microwave and refrigerator that we weren't expecting. The hotel was surrounded by many choices of restaurants. The price was perfect. We would stay there again.

The first room didnt have a bathroom light and the bathtub was dirty. The second room didnt have a working deadbolt or a security lock. Room had hair and someone's weird body wash in the shower. Did not stay longer than a few minutes before I left. Front desk seemed uncaring and not apologetic for the issues. Did not say a word regarding hellow when I walked in just "last name" and its down the walk way. when I returned he only said "rooms on the other side of the same building". Terrible place with visible damage everywhere. .

The hotel has been or is being remodeled. The dead bolt did not line up with the door . The bathroom seemed to be a handicapped bathroom but the toilet was very low. The bed was not the most comfortable. The room was clean . It needed the adjoining room and bathroom doors and trim painted.

We booked a room for the night for the five of us. Get into the room there was only two beds. No big deal we made it work. The next morning I woke up and went to get coffee from the “free breakfast” with one of my daughters as the others were still sleeping. I got two cups of coffee for me and my partner, and a muffin and two danishes (which is one item for each child) the desk worker came around the counter and began berating me. Saying that I was being greedy. I then informed him there are five of us. He then began questioning if I made the reservation with five. Which I did. He yelled so bad my oldest child put down the item she wanted. And as I was leaving he told me about my “poor attitude.”

Got there at midnight after a full day of traveling. The room I got given had a fire alarm beeping every minute had to change room. Next room I got was not super clean. Floor not clean especially bathroom with dead insects. Rooms don’t have to be luxury for a short night but having it clean is the minimum.

Main room switch by door didn’t turn a light had walk find a lamp. Repair lighting.

Had a little difficulty finding the hotel at first since the address didn't show up on Apple Maps but the stay was fine - it's what you'd expect. The room was clean and didn't interact with many people; did it's job for what I needed.

the room wqas dirty floor full of unswept hair and dirt. desk chair was dirty, table tops sticky pubic hair still on back of toilet, an empty boose bottle on floor behind the bed. The night manager said it was his last and truely did not care. I again brought it up to the morning staff, and they said sorry but I need to take it up with my booking company.At one point I said the owner should bring his kids to the room and see if he would let them play in this filth. What a disgraceful operations. We did take pictures for proof if there was any question!!!!
