We stayed two nights. Only problems were the beds were so high that I could hardly get up on my bed, the timed bathroom light was horrible since I couldn't figure out how to use it in the dark, the space for toilet and tub is so small that you can't open or close the bathroom door with getting off toilet -- no use in it being built like that since there was plenty of wasted space. (What is this trend with giant beds? Why do beds have to be 4.5 feet high?) The office receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Hispanic cleaning lady was very stingy and put only two towels and wash cloths for a room built for 4 people and she didn't really want to give us any more! The 11 yr. old microwave would not heat and the small refrigerator did not have a freezer space where we could refreeze our travel cooler paks. I had not asked for a handicap accessible room and some of these problems might have not been in a handicap room. The price was reasonable in an area that was very crowded with tourists that weekend. And it was very clean. My mattress was comfortable (I was exhausted when I finally climbed up into it) but my friend's mattress hurt her back -- some kind of ridge in it?

It is a stop to sleep and shower hotel. good for construction crews working in the area. It isn't a destination hotel with all the amenities. Friendly staff and a clean room. It suits a need.

Didn't c the pool, air was fine, the room was awful wish I could get a refund,a big chunk of ceiling n bthrm was peeling off, scared to take shower, took 1 bed out big space they could have moved bed to middle of floor, hole covered up with tape on wall behind bed rm had terrible smell, just a terrible time couldnt wait to leave and will never ever go back, thx u Ethel Shipp

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It’s a bare-bones setup, so don’t expect many amenities. My biggest issue was having a front-facing room where opening the curtains meant looking straight out onto the public hallway. A sheer curtain would’ve helped with privacy while still letting light in. The WiFi was spotty and unstable as well

By looking at the property you would think it’s just okay of a place, nothing fancy but the first time I stayed here because of the cost, very reasonable$$$. The rooms are renovated, super nice inside, very clean and the beds are very comfortable!! I really like the place a lot, the hotel staff are always so friendly so now i always stay here on a regular basis:):)

Room was nice and clean,beds use flat sheet instead of fitted sheet but that's not really a problem.Room is only serviced every 3 days so we went to the office and got towels and toilet paper when needed.TV worked fine and fridge was cold and good hot water so it was fine for what we needed for 3 nights.

Place was nice but they have no help and gave us a dirty room when we checked in. Had to go back and get a different room move all our stuff and vehicle.

This property really needs an upgrade in the rooms. The vent in the bathroom was full of dirt and dust. The bed makes noise when you sit down on it. The appliances in the room are out dated. The door to the room don't lock properly and not secure.

Very clean. Bed was not comfortable and made a lot of noise when you moved. No coffee pot, iron or ironing board, hair dryer on request. None of these items were listed under amenities so I should have read the fine print. Get what you pay for.

No option for late arrival, yes it states it but seriously I never thought a concert would be 7 hours long! I was disappointed there’s not even anyone on site past 11!

First room had hairs on beds and no blankets. Lady at front desk was very nice and gave us a different room. When we returnd to our room around 8 pm the next day our room had not been cleaned so I asked for clean wash cloths only. Owner and his wife was cleaning the room next to ours. I will not stay here again.

Great motel for the price, decor was modern and clean. Small fridge and microwave was a bonus. Tv a little smallish but not a big deal. Check in friendly and helpful. Lots of good food choices very close.

Easy access in and out. Many dining places surrounding the property. The lobby is always locked, no snacks or drinks, room was very dirty and dusty. The rooms smelled extremely musty. No soaps in bathroom. Went to check out at 7 and the front doors were locked, tried to call no answer, so we had to wait 2 hours to check out.

No maintenance has been on property. Outside looks better than rooms. Curtains has small holes in them doors do not fit frames, you can see light around door. Towels are thread-bare as are blankets. I have used this hotel for years but this was my last visit. Not worth the savings.

The check in clerk was NOT friendly, rude. He didnt make eye contact and said YOU DONT HAVE PETS DO YOU? Then took forever before sliding a key out and saying WE HAVE NO BREAKFAST AND WE HAVE NO POOL. That was IT. The room was iffy- couldnt sleep because of how dirty it felt. The shower had blue streak of cleaner? shampoo? body wash? really not sure what it was.... It was NOT a pleasant experience for $100 bucks.

Pool closed, no breakfast, these could have been modified instead of being cancelled in light of pandemic response.

I booked this room kind of last minute. Researched the area and found this hotel. Our stay was good. Not the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in but super far away from the worst! For less than $80, I would definitely stay here again!

Bad conditions bad odors and to noise I do not like

It was a decent place to stay for two nights. There were several issues with the room keys but on the other side, customer service was great and I appreciated that. Parking can get a little tight because of all the boats/trailers that may be there but otherwise it’s a good stay.

Poor quality bed linens, mattress and pillows. Old furnishings, dusty walls, black hairs on bed linens, no coffee maker, no fan in bathroom. Lots of outside noise as access to all rooms is exterior only and there was a good sized gap between door/frame. Breakfast goes til 9:30am on Saturday. In my opinion, it was fair overall but overpriced. I guess I'm more familiar with 3 star hotels than 2 star motels but still too pricey.

This is the worse Expedia property I’ve stayed in. Plain and simple, it was dirty. The base of the toilet was visibly filthy brown. Not the kind of dirt from a missed cleaning but dirt from consistent lack of cleaning. The whole room especially the carpet was in similar condition. The lamps were dusty. Bed sheets and blanket had holes. We reported this to the desk clerk who reported it to his manager. Their reply was , “you booked thru Expedia”. My reply was, “ does that excuse dirty”. I was told to tell Expedia. I took pictures of the toilet

We always stay here on our way to and from Hilton Head. It is in a great location. Many restaurants to choose from that are close by. Our favorite was La Unica Mexican restaurant.

It was a great experience for us. The pool and facilities were clean and fabulous to use. If needed something it was no problem to receive it. A wonderful experience while there. We will stay again.

Coffee was pretty good, but no real cream was available- only packaged creamers.
