It was old and dirty and full of prints everywhere. It stink as well.

This place was DISGUSTING! I’ve stayed in many red roofs and never in my life have I seen some mess like this. Several roaches crawling time you walk in the door! Roach traps by the fridge! Soap scum all in the shower. I live in a red roof for a year. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean don’t clean it.

My white socks were literally black from the floor and only walked on it for less than 10 minutes. Much of the ceiling texture was peeled off from water damage. The A/C unit didn’t work properly. If I would have needed heat, it only had a very small space heater. It was to be non smoking, and wreaked with smoke smell. The blankets had holes from cigarette burns. There was no hot water for a morning shower. The room was absolutely disgusting. I’m not a “review” person, but this warrants negative stars. While checking in, the lobby had no A/C, and I was sweltering. The A/C was only on behind the counter-to-ceiling plexiglass that the we’re in. Place was just pathetic.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The room didnt have any towels or wash cloths no toiletry items. When asked if we can get some they were charging 5 dollars for a small travel size of each and towels were 10 dollars a piece...

Being lied too by the front desk PREDATORY PRACTICES PREDATORY PRACTICES I had a reservation that that claimed was cancelled which booking.com confirmed it was not cancelled. They tried to get EXTRA money out of me

This was a very unclean and uncomfortable place to stay just for one night I had a very bad experience no tissue, soap ice bucket hadn’t been changed out in years floors hadn’t been mopped in a long time

That I got a refund. The place is filthy. Everything in the room was filthy.

There was a roach on the 2nd bed. Nothing seemed to be clean. Mirrors dirty. Walls need a good wipe down and hair dryer looked disgusting. Ac unit nobs did not work properly for heat.

Horrible. didn’t like it at all. Staff, awful. Rude. Accusing us of damaging property when we clearly have video proof. Shower head was completely broken, sink broken, toilet not flushing all the way, bugs, leftover trash from past guess. Completely awful.

Location The staff was really nice. Check in/check out was easy and quick It was very run down. Not clean. Broken things. Missing necessities. Bugs. Mold. Stains. Filth.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was roaches in the bathroom. It was loud at night and it really wasn't guest it was the workers.
