Great hotel. Room size was perfect. It was clean, new and food was good. Definitely staying in these hotel chain from now on

The hotel is located right next to the legacy museum, and it is convenient to get to other points of interest in Montgomery. The facility is clean and up to date. The front desk staff Maria followed up with me about any needs right after we checked in.

Staff were amazing and room was clean. Bed slept comfortably. When in Montgomery I will definitely stay here.

Excellent staff. Cordarryl and Kyndra were kind, funny, and accommodating. The hotel was well decorated, and the gym was the cleanest hotel gym I’ve ever used.

Clean room and nice staff

The hotel overall was a decent stay and staff were polite and courteous. It’s likewise a good location if you’re needing a spot downtown. That said, parking IS NOT included and costs $23(with tax) a night and the walls are insanely thin. We could hear every single conversation of the other rooms.

I would stay there again Only glitch: the piece of paper for getting in and out the parking garage was “glitchy” at night but an attendant always answered and let us in ~ so no issues

When we checked in at around 8 pm one of our 3 rooms hadn’t been cleaned we waited nearly 30 minutes after traveling all day we were told they only had one housekeeper all day I found this ridiculous for that size hotel the only compensation we were offered were a few bottles of water that equates to about $1 I find that to be terrible business also there was a night manager present and I felt like she didn’t offer much help it was the actual front desk employee trying to help but Alice was the housekeeper and she tried very hard to clean the room as quickly as possible we appreciated her help since we were told she was the only housekeeper who came to work that day

The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. Clean towels had to be requested at the front desk. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but unable to address/resolve the issue. In my 60+ years of business/personal travel, this was a first time experice. So, I do count myself fortunate; however, I will not plan another stay at Home2 Suites. My son had a much worse experience during this same timeframe, same hotel, which also involved downright unnecessary rudeness from on-site management. I’m sure he’ll provide an overview of his personal experience at the same Home2Suites location!

Overall great place to stay and will stay again. Some things are out of the customer or establishments control such as noisy guests or the family dog occasionally barking. Great breakfast, clean room, responsive staff. You won't go wrong here. The Legacy Museum is on in walking distance as well and the Riverwalk. Ideal for college student drop-off at ASU.

The cleaning crew was also nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel lovely. It was ideally suited to tour the Legacy Museum.
