Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Montgomery East I-85

We had been traveling all day for a wedding and tried to check in at 2:00pm. We were told they were still cleaning the rooms and had to come back at 3:00. Can't believe one room wasn't available. When we came back at 3:00 the desk clerk conducted himself like it was his first day on the job. The elevator was extremely slow. The hall carpets were very dirty and stained. The room overall was fine and clean expect the carpet was dirty. Bathroom was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We did not eat breakfast.

This hotel is not in the best area. The hotel looks good on the outside but the inside is not the best. Like the outside was remodeled but the inside needs work. The only reason we stayed was because we would lose the money due to cancelling the reservation and most hotels in the area were booked due to tournaments. The first room we looked at had roaches in it. It was not a comfortable stay. The only plus was the front desk worker was friendly. I would not book here again.

Nasty and dirty

The hotel was OK. The room wasn't the cleanest with the bathtub definitely needing cleaned. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. Hotel was located around a lot of restaurants and shopping. It got the job done, don't know that I would stay again.

Price Smell, Hall carpets stained, mildew growing around tub caulk, stains and cigarettes burns in chair, dead roaches on floor overall just dirty

Nothing Thugs hanging in parking lot yelling back and forth with people at hotel windows. Showers full of mold! Carpets in halls look as if they hadn't been vacuumed in months! Garbage piled up in a cubby next to elevators! It was just totally gross! We did not stay!!!

Nothing , it was not a nice place to stay . The drive into the parking lot isn’t well paved. It is clear that the hotel was previously owned by best western and then taken over due to pictures online . The reception area was filthy. When checking in and heading to our room there was were rubbish bags just left on floor two. The hallway carpets were stained and filthy . The room itself did not have a working tv, the toilet floor was not brushed properly along with stains on the walls. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here even just for a stop over . It isn’t clean and it’s not what it looked like in the photos . Everything . We ended up asking for a refund as nothing was working.

Has a Outside pool Need New Towels and better bathroom shower curtains

The room was small as a closet and it was a 2 feet box hanging on the wall with 2 hangers on it that was what they called a closet no chairs for sitting except a tiny shower chair by the vanity by the front door next to the shelf with the 2 hangers on it. Now the he bathroom was alright but when we closed the door it only closed 3/4 it was the wrong size Literally a small door and I could fit my head through it and talk …Wow !!! For $238. we left and got a refund for 1 day not both ….and there were 7 people in front of us complaining they switched rooms not me ….awful!!!!

Great place to stop and sleep.

Pleasant stay for one night with good location. Room was spacious with hot water. Breakfast was okay and overall the hotel is good value for the money. I would certainly stay again if ever in the area for a night.

Beds were comfortable There was crumbs and a fork on the floor and bed when checking in.
