The beds were very comfortable There's mold in the shower curtain, the wifi is too weak, was not able to find my favorite shows, staff not too friendly and they had a sign that housekeeping will clean your room every 3rd day. I think is too expensive for the quality and "supposedly " i got a deluxe suite for 3 adults but there were only 2 towels. They also charge for parking. The pool was filthy as well. I believe the reviews listed are probably from them cause they are not true.

A little disappointed. We had 3 people in the room but they only provided 2 towels. The shower gel was empty. There was no hot water for 1 night til the next day midday. The hotel did not inform the guests until we called the front desk to inquire.

The breakfast eggs was like mushy tofu, meat patties, sausage were steamed, their waffles are the worst had no taste. I also did not like the smelly clorox smell in the lobby, it's so sting that I could smell it in the elevator all the way to my room.

The promotional video does NOT accurately show what breakfast is served. The eggs were watery, there were only like 6 things for breakfast and my husband couldn’t eat any of it. There was water damage under the bathroom sink and the whole bathroom smelled like mildew. The staff were great, so nice and helpful. Parking was easy and never full, and our sheets, towels, and trash were cleaned while we were out. Very convenient.

The bathrooms were utterly disgusting, I usually stay at the Marriott but I decided to try here. I lasted only an hour before leaving after going to use the shower amenities and had brown water get poured on me. Prior to that the toilet had a pungent odor whenever it was flushed. I’m still waiting on management for my refund. I would not and will not stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay with a nice room. Breakfast was nice, except there’s no fruit at all, which is what we expected with hotel breakfast.

The property isn’t very well kept, the parking garage was dirty, the breakfast was not good at all.

Unfortunately, we had to change rooms because the shower handle came off and we were unable to turn the water off. We even had to locate the water shut-off valve. On top of that, the fire/smoke alarm detector kept going off repeatedly.

The location is okay The environment, hygiene, and facilities were all very poor. The soundproofing was also bad, the door didn't close automatically, the refrigerator had a very bright light, and the bathroom sink was tiny. It was basically a makeshift room.

This is a large semi-residential hotel. The hallways are wide, all the rooms have windows, and the lobby is spacious. There was a large and generous breakfast room. The rooms are a little tired, though: a bit smudged up and in need of an upgrade, so this is not for a traveler looking for a resort feel. The housekeeping is not daily, though they were very responsive to needs. I was told there were no washcloths and to use hand towels. The faucets needed tightening. The television worked intermittently. My travel associate was very disappointed due to a noisy guest in the adjacent room. I'd recommend it for those traveling alone who need to keep their costs down, or for those who need to be in that particular location.

Upon checking in, staff were friendly. We got to our room and everything was nice, only issue we had was tv wasn't working in our room and the A/C unit made a really loud "bird chirping" sound. Breakfast was very good and parking convienient for customers. Overall, it was AA good stay.

The room cleanliness was quite disappointing. As soon as I entered, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom was not properly maintained — there were hairs on the ceiling, which was very off-putting. The shower head was also partially broken, causing water to leak from the side when turned on. Additionally, there were visible stains on the mattress. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards need significant improvement.

Breakfast was amazing hot and fresh. Parking is very safecqnd close by. Staff were kind and very helpful. Fron desk rep was amazingly helpful and very kind, made everything go smoothly. Definitely coming back again.

Great location within walking distance to lot of authentic Chinese's restaurants, friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close to San Gabriel medical center, it has weekly rates which save a lot of money.

The breakfast was OK. The same fare every day but I only ate on my last day; I had other things to do. No cream/milk for the coffee though. No fresh fruit either. Oddly, there were no face towels in the bathroom. The hotel is old and could use a lot of upgrading. The location, for me, was the deciding factor considering what I had to do in Pasadena and Monterey Park. A lot of upgrading of worn items like carpet, fixtures, trims throughout could use freshening up and repairs. Still for the price, it's a value.

Room was clean, some rooms had carpet and some had hard floors. Our had hard floors. The lock was broken on the bathroom door. They only gave us 2 towels. Parking was easy (we had handicap parking) the one handicap accesible room was a king bed. I needed two beds.

So we like to try new hotels. This one we really enjoyed. Unfortunately not everything was translated, so it was hard to find a spot to eat. The room was great, bed was comfortable. The shower dispenser wasn’t working so that was a bummer. The breakfast was good, needs salsa or some kind of spice offered. But, we would stay here again with no problem. Oh a parking was very convenient. The $7 was worth it.

Anyways I was just kinda upset since the kids really wanted to swim and the pool was closed the whole time and there was no mention about it before booking, but other than that the stay was very pleasant the rooms are very clean and for the $$ it was worth it, we will most definitely be staying here again.

The place was good. Our rooms are roomy with enough space for a family. The only thing that I can complain about is the breakfast, though most of the food was cold they didn’t have a lot of options coffee they were out of coffee and it’s just was not good at all I went there with my husband and kids and we just nibbled and that’s it cause it was that cold and not pleasing at all.

However, the bathroom had an older tub that had been painted over, and there were visible cracks and water marks on the floor. When I first arrived, the room windows had been left wide open, which allowed flies and small bugs to get inside. Noise was also a challenge. There was constant sound from the adjacent building’s kitchen roof fan right outside the window, and the room’s thin walls made it easy to hear conversations and laughter from next door late at night and early in the morning.

I loved the location with many food options available within walking distance and parking garage is a short walk into hotel. The breakfast was excellent with Asian dishes available instead of the usual eggs, sweet waffles, and meat options!! The front desk was superb and they were able to accommodate our early check in. I like to say I'm a clean and neat person, so imo daily room service was not avaliable and would have appreciated if that service was avaliable. Overall, great stay!!

Breakfast was amazing! Never had a Chinese/American breakfast before but would definitely go back just for that! Rooms were clean and easy access free parking garage right next to the hotel. Small store in the hotel With food and misc travel items.

The staff were horrible! The worst service, room wasn’t ready, and the staff refused to provide us with an ETA. The wait was incredibly long as the only agent at the desk was too busy talking to a woman, asking her out on a date. WORST SERVICE. Will never go back and I’ll tell everyone to never go!

Staff were friendly. Room is big clean bed and pillows are comfortable. Expect previous travelers smoking in the room, air circulation contaminated. Location is super, convenient for travelers.

The staffs are super friendly and willing to help. I love the cheap covered parking. That was the best part of the hotel. $7 Per night is amazing. The area is super clean, but there are some parts of the room that have stains. Also, I didn’t like the breakfast. They had a lot of Chinese food options like noodles, fries, something similar to kimchi, and a waffle station, which was very nice and complete. However, I prefer to have eggs, bacon, or fruit in the morning, and those heavier foods are too much to start the day.

Someone was smoking in the next room to ours and all the smoke came to our room. Woke up in the morning with a terrible headache. First thing we did is we called the front desk and they told us just to switch on the fan in the bathroom. Also we asked to change our bed sheets when we were leaving the hotel and when we came back bed sheets were the same , nothing has been replaced and also it was smelling disgustingly bad in our room and it was a smell of a cigarettes. Security came up to check the room and they changed the room so we had to move all our staff from room to other room and all at night. Manager did nothing, didn’t even tried to contact us.

The parking is $5 each day of stay. The room is cozy, nice bed, big screen TV (with many free movies options and channels), the only downside is the hotel looks a bit old, a new fresh paint and new carpet can help to improve that. I don't like the barn door to the bathroom and it is not lockable, anyone can slide it open while i am using the toilet..so embarrassing.

Room was great but I did have an issue with the shower curtain. It was too small for its size and it didn’t reach either ends of the tub which made water splash outside and make a lot of mess. Also some hair from the previous customer was still around some parts of the restroom so that shouldn’t be there when new guests stay in the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to friends and family.

Room was big and decent. The floor carpets were little dirty. Breakfast was decent, mostly Chinese though. The area around the hotel is mostly Chinese, as mentioned by the hotel staff.

Each carpet in the hotel showed significant amount of stain, cleannes was lacking everywhere. Breakfast had a clear spin towards asian preferences (that is ok), but lacking basic american breakfast like scamble eggs. The whole place was very old, and not on pair with price paid.

The customer service isn’t helpful. Sort on staff. Few facilities mentioned in the description aren’t available. No house-keeping, no basic supplies. Breakfast options are least if you a vegetarian, good for Asian people but not recommended for any other. Also not everyone spoke English and even instructions were written in Chinese only !!

The rooms were remodeled, but not the bathroom, the water pressure for shower is really weak, drapes and carpet could use a bit of cleaning.

Lincoln Hotel Monterey Park offers the traveler what they need for basic services. The room and bathrooms are spacious. The shower pressure was strong and the water was hot. The tub drained well. There is parking in the premises. But it can use an upgrade as the space feels old and dated. The breakfast can also be improved as it is obvious that you are getting yesterday's leftovers.

There are tons of restaurants options across the street. Even though it looks old from the outside, it’s pretty clean and quiet. It also offers free breakfast with various selections. Highly recommended!

The photos are much better than the room. Sheets were clean, but the windows were dirty. Room smelled strong of cleaning solutions (Pine Sol). Floor was clean but had a weird stickiness, luckily I had flip flops. Bathroom was clean but worned out. Hallway carpet is gross and stinky, should definitely be replaced. Luckily only stayed for one night. Parking fee of $5/night, which was not shared on listing--street parking is easy and free.

The room was fine but they only clean it every 3 days. The tub didn’t have a stopper so don’t expect to take baths.

The hotel is mainly set up for Korean and Asian travelers. Breakfast is highly tilted toward Asian breakfast meals. Other than that, I thought the place was great. We were probably the only western people in the hotel at that time. Definitely liked it and would definitely stay there again.

Clean room

The moment I walked in the place was filthy! It was in a bad area China town. All the couches in the lobby were black dirty and the floor dirty I didn’t want to even check in but I couldn’t lose my money. The staff told us we will have an upgraded room which made me happy but when we went inside the room was horrible and so dirty! The carpet was sticky and our feet were black from walking barefoot in 1 hour. We woke up all itchy and then the breakfast was worse! No eggs, no bacon, no protein at all! Just greens, noodles and boiled potatoes. Not even forks but chop sticks. At night we walked around to get dinner but there is only Chinese food and not great tasting anywhere. Def the worst experience of my life. Shampoo your rugs, clean your upholstery, make better food, buy some forks not just chopsticks, my toddler couldn’t eat.

We attempted to call the front desk several times over a 30-minute period to request extra towels but received no response. My husband eventually went down to the front desk, where staff said they would bring towels to our room shortly. However, after waiting over an hour with no delivery, we had to return to the front desk to follow up, they were given to us at that time. The water pressure in the room was extremely low, making it difficult to shower. The toilet was very small, and the seat was loose and came off multiple times, requiring us to put it back ourselves. Additionally, the sink was at an unusually low height, which made it uncomfortable to use as we had to bend low. We're not tall people 5'7". Breakfast was VERY disappointing, with limited options. All of the food was cold, except for the waffles which guests make themselves. The room served its basic purpose for sleeping and showering. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the sheets had visible stains and the towels were very worn out. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay and would not choose to return to this hotel.

So happy they brought the Chinese breakfast back! The facilities are a little old, but always clean.

The hotel is very outdated. They had their pool under maintenance which was one reason we chose to stay here due to traveling with a 12 year old. The check in ckerk was not friendly or talkative at all.

The included hot breakfast was decent. It was definitely appreciated. There are no microwaves in the room. There is one available for use in the lobby. Also, the in room minifridge did not seem to get cold enough to safely keep food or even to keep drinks really cold.

The hotel is spotless, as is the room! No loud or unusual noises or interruptions. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The whole experience was memorable and without complaint. We didn’t try the food offerings, but did look over the menu which looked varied and reasonably priced. Parking is connected to the hotel and very easy to load/ unload. The staff friendly and professional. Overall a great experience and heads and shoulders above the places we stayed on the way to California from Wisconsin. The hotel will be our choice to stay again should we need to return. You won’t be disappointed!

The suites are large, and that was nice. But the AC (external unit), bathroom (very small), and towels (the cheapest variety) were not favorable.

I like the food there but I missed the potatoes they used to serve and the fresh oranges! But Overall I love coming back here and I like how their parking garage is affordable!

On our second night at the hotel, we found ourselves unable to sleep due to the excessive noise from a nearby event. The loud music and enthusiastic chatter echoed through the corridors, making it impossible to relax. I was genuinely perplexed as to why the hotel management would schedule such a raucous gathering so close to the guest rooms. We spent the entire night wide awake, anxiously waiting for the festivities to conclude, which felt like an eternity. By the time dawn broke, we had reached our limit and made the decision to check out as early as 8 AM the following morning, hoping to leave behind the chaos of the previous night.

Front desk service, the staff, and hotel were overall a pleasant experience. Ice machine and a microwave a really good for personal use, and the features were all pretty clean. Parking is reasonable, and if we had any problems, the hotel seemed they were more than willing to accomodate.

The carpet was very dirty and detached from the floor. The appliances were also dirty, and the AC smelled like mold.

They have HORRIBLE service. When we checked out, they only gave us the receipt of one of the rooms we stayed at instead of both rooms. When we called later, they didn't want to send the receipt via email and had all kinds of reasons like "we gave you the receipts". The hotel was older but big and very clean (I could smell cleaning products when walking hallway - which I liked) Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is super clean with attendant standing by to keep things tidy and refill food. Plenty of parking and good location. I will be staying here when in Monterey Park.

No complaints about the hotel. Though the area it is in lacks a diversity of food options. There is only Asian food options anywhere near the hotel. My stay was two weeks and I had to drive out of the area if I wanted any other type of food.

Staff was not helpful. My handle on the door to my room didn’t work. Went for help. Staff wouldn’t get anyone to help all they did was return my key card and said I would have to wait 2 hours until maintenance got there to get my stuff out of the room even though I had an appointment in 30 minutes. There is no microwave oven in the room. There are only two in the hall. It is not convenient to heat one's own food.

The staff was very helpful. I accidently left my laptop and its bag at the hotel, which I didn't realize until hours later. The cleaning staff turned it in, and the front desk staff was very helpful when I called and also at pickup. The hotel itself is a bit old, it is located in what appears to be a good area with many Chinese restaurants and shops. We came at night and left early morning, so we didn't get to experience the area.
