Overall really liked the hotel and the location! Parking was so easy, the staff was very attentive and helpful. I would say the room was a bit small so I would not recommend for very big groups but, overall very great and I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom clogged twice .

Great location in a quiet golf course setting. It was a very quick stay for me as i used this hotel to cut a morning commute for a class i had. I would do it again, it was comfortable, clean the coffee maker was a plus also there are microwaves in the room, wish i had paid more attention to that ! there is a bar downstairs and a cafe. A very good experiance.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly I had to adjust the setting most likely needs new components. Our remote was missing we had to walk to counter the phone to call out wasn’t working. Definitely won’t be staying here again. Stains on the side of the bed frame. Pillow weren’t comfortable and didn’t have extras in the room. Noise get pretty loud walls are thin. Found air conditioner filters outside of it.

A lot of surfaces to place our items, enough space for 2 adults and 1 dog. The place is not noisy and great golf view. We also like the backyard where we can relax, and good loop to walk a dog None

Right on the golf course. Beautiful! Room had fridge and microwave and huge tv. Bed very comfortable. Color scheme in room - blue and green - seemed dark and dated. Shower was boiling hot. Hard to figure out the double handle temp controls.

Hotel was nicely laid out, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I couldn’t believe that of all the hotels that I have stayed at in the last five years you don’t offer free breakfast. Not even the continental breakfast with orange juice and a muffin. Wound up having to pay for having breakfast when the Hilton to write down the street offered free breakfast for their guests. If I come back to Montebello, I will not be staying at the Hilton Gardens just based on that. Even bargain hotels give you a continental breakfast. Also, they had a bar, but you had to wait for certain hours for them to open. Sometimes that doesn’t work for most folks. also, my bed was too soft. It needs to be replaced.

Everything was great overall

We were only there for one night, just to rest while we traveled. The room itself was very comfortable however our room was right next to the pool and we could hear everything, which did not help with our early sleeping plans. The shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom were just about empty, which was also unfortunate, but the hotel itself is very nice.

Nice and private, located in a gated area, so it feels pretty isolated from the surroundings. It’s really close to DTLA, making it a great place to stay and easily drive to Downtown or Hollywood without the hassle and extra costs.

The staff is the best here. They check in with you to make sure everything is good with your room. The front desk staff was very friendly pleasant and efficient. The room was super clean, I really enjoy this facility and will choose it whenever I’m in the area. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

The swimming pool it was dirty, and all area around the pool was dirty but very important the furniture it was very…very dirty we wanted to relax and it was uncomfortable for us to sit because all around it was dirty.

This was not my favorite hotel! I thought it would be modern and reasonable, but it was an old hotel with a minor cleanup! The carpet, doors, fixtures, and the lobby were outdated. The room did not have a safe box with a strong odor and a broken AC! I don't recommend this hotel at all!

The person who checked us in was very understanding of our stressful situation and of having flight delays and luggage problems. At the same time, we were attending attending a funeral for my mom. They gave us a complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated. We could hear some footsteps above us.

Very clean very beautiful the minute we walked in the room and when we entered the hotel there was a friendly high and we had already checked in early so we just need to grab our key. When we go down into the area we will definitely check them out again

Staff was really nice and housekeeping was on top of it. Room was also quite spacious and everything was tidy. Really appreciate the free parking, and for the price, this hotel is definitely worth staying at. Soundproofing isn't the best -- you can easily hear people in the hallways, doors slamming from people leaving their rooms, etc.

The location is convenient, all the rooms are spacious and it looked like it was going to be really nice. It severely lacks attention to detail and does not appear that it is properly managed. Upon arrival, I was placed in a room with a loud sand gun being used in the hallway that went on till 8pm. Upon entering my room, I took off my shoes and stepped out of the foyer onto the carpet. My socks got soaked as the carpet was wet all around the coffee machine. I headed to the restaurant to get away from the loud noise and they were out of 2 of 3 red wines as well as several beers and spirits.

Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff was nice to assist me with late night check-in. Water pressure in the shower is too low. Fridge sound was too loud. Slightly moldy smell in the room.

However, the room facilities need improvement. The air conditioning system is very old and extremely noisy. It was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Unfortunately, once the AC was off, the room became very cold, and the blanket provided was quite thin and not warm enough. In addition, the coffee machine in the room did not work properly. Even after adding water and coffee capsules, no coffee came out after waiting for a long time. Overall, the service and location were excellent, but the outdated equipment significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

We stay here regularly because the property is very pet friendly and the environment is unparalleled. It is also conveniently near the free way and many restaurants. We upgraded for a junior suite this time and the extra space was nice for very little additional fee. Highly recommended

We stayed with them for four nights. There was no room service after the first night, so we reported it to the front desk. There was again no room service after the second night, and we complained a second time. Finally, the room was cleaned after the third night, but no bath towels were provided, so we had to contact the front desk again.

I booked through Expedia and wish there had been a clear warning about the deposit at check-in. The TV in my room didn’t work, but overall it was a good stay and I’d book here again just with better fee disclosure next time.

We booked two queen bed but when we arrive they said no more two queen bed then have us one king bed with the sofa bed, but they compensate breakfast for us, Breakfast is made to order, very tasty and clean. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. Parking is free and it was close to many nice areas to visit such as Dodger Stadium and Little Tokyo. Great place

The room was very clean. The desk clerks were all very friendly. The bed and pillows were super soft. The only problem for me was the parking. They have the smallest parking lot in the world, and the additional parking is quite a walk if you have a lot of bags.

Everything was ok with the exception of the staff. There was a hole in the wall in my room. I went to the front desk and told them. They said they were going to fix it when I left for the evening to go to my event. To days passed and nothing. I checked out and told the front desk again when I was checking out because I didn’t want to get charged for the hole in the wall.

The service was great, the front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. However we don’t think the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, we found a comb on the carpet and hair in the shower also there was a half used bottle of orange juice in the fridge. We also left the room all day and came back to find out the housekeeper never cleaned the room. Other than those few mishaps we had a great experience and will be returning.

It is in a nice golf course setting. But the property is getting aged. The first floor room near the lobby is so noisy. The TV sound make it unbearable to be in that guess room.

This property surpassed my expectations!! The staff was so nice and sweet. 10 out of 10. If im ever in California again, we'll be staying here again!

Everything about the beds are aweful and painful.

We had a terrible experience during our recent stay on 06/10/25. We will absolutely not be returning. The room was damaged upon arrival and maintenance had to enter our room despite us not being there. Then later that night, the ELECTRICITY WENT OUT for about 3 hours in the evening. The hotel disregarded this experience and REFUSED to provide a refund or any discount for our stay despite the fact that we did not get our full money’s worth. The front desk operator shared that this is “not the first or last time” the power goes out at the hotel. No back up generator on site. I understand that things happen outside of the hotels control, however paying for a full experience that I was not given is not acceptable to me. I expected better from a Hilton Hotel. Stay somewhere else to avoid the inconvenience.

Broken drawers in the room, shower pressure was not great, pillows were mediocre at best.

The room was nice, nothing special. The lobby and pool area were very nice though. The parking was a little difficult since so many events are held at surrounding businesses and they take up the hotel parking. So at night we had to park far. As well as I requested a shampoo & conditioner refill that was sadly not done. But the overall experience was not horrible, but do not feel the need to stay there again.

Parking on the weekends was bad but, we loved our stay and location of the hotel. We loved it so much we are coming back in August!

I made reservations in October 2024, I reserved & paid in advance for 6 rooms, 12 adults & paid over $2600. I had a reservation for these rooms mentioned. However I called every week prior to our check-ins, with names & my reservation number. I was treated poorly, I was told thatthe Hotel was booked & could not accommodate my guest, & the most they could do was offer roll-a-beds to be put in my room with me & my husband because they could not accommodate me & some of my guests. They gave one of my family members a room where there was already someone checked in the room, when they opened the door, the person in the room was partially dressed & exposed !! How embarrassed for both parties :( We were spoken to unprofessionally & I will never pre pay to stay & be treated the way we were:(

Very nice, quaint inn adjacent to a golf course and country club. and a two-minute shuttle ride away from Top Golf. Friendly staff and clean facilities a plus. Heated pool and jacuzzi also a big plus (though there seemed to be a shortage of towels in the rooms and pool area, but the staff easily fixed this upon request). Small but nice parking lot in front of the hotel (with several EV charging stations) and overflow spacious parking directly across from the site. Only issue we had on our stay is that we were the subject of a noise complaint - and we were playing music but more at a mid-level rather than loudly - but we had security knocking on our door at 1am rather than receiving a call from the front desk, which seemed pretty intrusive to us. Despite that, it was a fun overnight stay at a satisfying place we plan to stay at again.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times over the past year. Oscar at the front desk was very rude and handled my business stay so poorly I will not stay here again. He should not be in the hospitality business!

We enjoyed our one night stay, the grounds were very well kept, the staff was friendly and very welcoming, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable after a night of dancing. We have stayed here in the past and the consistency of cleanliness was a main reason to come back.
