Pool was closed hotel was under renovations breakfast was not good at all and area staff was super rude. Hours for buffet was Sat and Sunday 6am to 9:30 be there by 9 or staff won’t help. Monday or week holiday buffet is closed at 9. Not good service at all. Didn’t feel safe and room are falling apart. Should not be on Expedia site.

There were people who were staying in a different room that allowed their children to run and scream up and down in front of the rooms from 10 pm until almost midnight. I know we weren’t the only guests very upset over this

It was nice. I was there on a holiday: May 5, so it was loud outside and Nextdoor. But everyone else was pleasant. I came to breakfast 10 mins before it ended and the attendant was super rude because she was cleaning up. There wasn’t any juice left.

I tried to turn the air down, before 70, and it wouldn't change. On the ac unit it says, temperature controlled by wall thermostat. There was no wall thermostat. When the air did kick on, it was so loud, you had to blast the TV. The bed was very firm and dipped in, in the middle. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was pretty good.

Hotel shows its age but is a good value. Amenities are very basic but adequate for a short stay. Location is a bit noisy. Our door had a large gap near the bottom when closed which didn't help the noise issue. Room was clean and beds were clean and comfortable. TV is small with limited channels. Be aware that they require a $100 security deposit charged to your credit card, which is refunded after the room is checked for damage.

EVERYTHING IT WAS DIRTY AND SMELLY! The beds had WHO KNOWS WHAT on the sheets! The tub didn’t drain water And the staff WOW DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THAT!!! NOTHING

The staff was rude , the grounds keeper literally tried to attack me. They’re all unprofessional, and they have no class when it comes to them making any mistake. They are trash, and so are their rooms. No one should stay here!!!

Only issue was bathroom faucet was broken on bathtub. Bathtub did not look clean. Grout Was moldy. Ice machine not working.

They will put burnt sheets on your bed, and try and make you pay for it, out of the $100 deposit that isn’t stated in the agreement to stay here. I told them both times about it, but still tried to charge me $50 out of the deposit.

Very nice and updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And it was in a great location. The steps were a pain in the behind with 2 kids but I expected the stairs from the photo so wasn’t a big deal.

Room was fine, dated and TV was pretty small, but woked fine so all good. Breakfast was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was great! I was very impressed with the breakfast that’s included in your stay! The only thing I had a problem with was that there wasn’t any parking in front of my hotel room. When I asked the lady at the front desk she then told me there was nothing she could do about it and that I would have to park around the other side. Then, a box truck was parked right behind me and wasn’t in a parking spot. Just parked right behind me. The parking is very bad if you want to keep an eye on your car if you’re an overthinker and a worrier like me!

It may not have a condensation line meaning it recirculates the water increasing CO2 bother people's allergies. I question if the unit is really a swamp cooler and i sproperly maintenanced. I guess you get what you pay for. Good think it didn't have carpet or else i wold have had to say elsewhere despite geteting there at 11 PM.

There was no access to potable water. No alternatives offered for ice or water for breakfast. Front desk clerk Elia was not concerned for the safety of my family during our stay. She gave me contact info that was in accurate and refused to report the issues to management in my presences and turned several guests away with similar excuses. DO NOT STAY HERE

This Quality Inn is under renovation, so if you look at it thru that lens, it's an OK place to stay. I personally only care if a place is safe, clean and has comfortable beds (and reasonably priced). This QI checked all those boxes for me.

Check in was initially a little shaky as I booked through Expedia but didn’t use a debit or credit card as I paid via Affirm where I split payments over 3 months so I hadn’t made a payment yet. The clerk said that card used was declined but called her manager, they did something on their end and I was able to check in early at 1030am. Short delay but had a cup of coffee, clerk was friendly and all went well!

The check in was terrible and took well of 30 minutes to get the keys when I had already booked online and no one was in the office but me and the worker… the worker was very unorganized! The room reaked of cigarette smoke. I thought we booked non smoking but I guess we were gave the last room… we didn’t arrive in the room till 1:10 am so it was too late to try to find anything else plus I was worn out from a 7 hr drive! Then we woke up at 8 am to see a roach crawling up the door! The hotel walls were cracked, etc… I’m just thankful it was for only a few hrs and the one outfit that we took with us will be thrown away to make sure we don’t pack home nc roaches! Definitely do not recommend this place! Sleep in your vehicle before you waste money on this dump! Staff are unorganized and rude should have been my first cue to leave.

Arrived very late but i called and told them i would be a late check in, girl in phone said no problem. We arrive, door to room was hard to close, had to really slam it shut and then the deadbolt wouldn't lock. Tried to get another room, clerk's said they were sold out and couldn't get me another room, finally she offered me a full refund and i had to scramble for another room and found one a couple miles further up the road.

This is your average cheap motel. The rooms are clean, except the carpet was questionable, and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was GREAT! However, the neighborhood is scary. Lots of balcony leaners and "massage technicians" coming and going. Good value for the money.

Coffee was very weak. Bagels were hard, but there were 2 types of waffle batter, and they tasted very good. Finding the entrance to parking lot was tricky. Good restaurant choices within walking distance. Outside property did not seem well cared for.

The bathroom was extremely small and the beds were hard as a rock. I think I would have been better off sleeping in the tub

We found bugs all on our nightstand including little roaches. It was disgusting. The ac unit kept the room cool but the bed spreads and pillows felt wet from the humidity in the room. We also had people yelling throughout the night and kept waking me up. All in all not the best for the price.

Cleaning crew left the door to my unit open all day. Came back in evening to find door held open by waste can and all lights on. Air con was knocked out of plug so room was 85 degrees when I arrived. I proceeded with caution entering room after that.

The room was unbearably musty and humid. Everything felt sort of wet. We had some M&Ms and the color began to come off from the humidity. There were some cashews that were not ours under the bed that the cleaner had missed. The toilet stopped flushing in the morning. The pool was closed for repairs and was the size of a small room anyway - and the worst part was the lamp on the wall gave a strong shock when touched to turn it on. The shock went all the way to my toes. After that we used a pen to push the buttons, but my kid forgot and she got shocked, too. We did alert the front desk to this and leave a note about it as well.

Only take a deposit(after I had called previous to not start to check if there was a deposit and was told no) which I was waiting to get back but apparently they just charged my card instead. Between Expedia and the hotel I will have to wait until this Monday which is 2 weeks after my stay to speak with someone who can hopefully resolve my issue. (The girl I spoke to at the hotel was very nice and did her best however she didn’t have whatever authorities to fix my issue). There’s no reason that there is only ONE person who can handle such issues. The poor woman is on vacation and there’s an issue- who handles it- no one. Customer service standards from both Expedia and Quality inn are just not there. I will not be back due to this issue.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option that offers cleanliness and good value.

Room was nasty, found a bug. Felt cleaner when i was outside the room than in it. Breakfast was crap and the ladies working the breakfast were more concerned about feeding themselves than helping the customers. Three ladies took up three tables and would not move!

Booked thru expedia on expedia was told could pay deposit if there was a deposit in cash. Debit card. Credit card. Paid in full a month in advance. Upon arrival after a 9and a half hour drive. Would not let check in would not accept cash or 3 different debit cards i had. Extremely disappointed.. Got a full refund but rearranged an already paid for stay

Not a great place, but the rooms were clean, it fit our needs and the price was decent

We chose this hotel for the location and price to stay one night as we continued our trip. The room was clean and comfortable but, being so close to a large road, there was a lot of outside noise. Check in/out was easy and the complimentary breakfast was decent but not great.
