Never stayed, was in my room for 5 minutes. Room I paid for was not given or even an option. There is no such room as a king suite with 2 king beds and a sofa bed. They were not able to accommodate so I requested a full refund and contract booking.com to get the process going. 3 days later no update and no refund. No, communication. It was very run down. The pool was cloudy. The police had to escort another guest out. We felt unsafe

The staff member handled my inquiry very kindly and effectively. The humidity in the room was too high.

The room was kind of disgusting it smelt terrible. We used the pool and it was gross the ladder was broken couldn't get in and out very easy

We were then overcharged for the room. When we asked about why we hadn’t got credit for the deposit back, we were told they sent it the online service that I booked the room. They are supposedly getting our deposit back to us but will see if that happens. I would not recommend this hotel. They told us they are currently changing from Econolodge to a Quality Inn. This is not a “Quality” hotel.

On booking.com we booked a room with 2 king size beds and a pullout couch but upon arrival they told us they didn’t have rooms like that and we ended up with 2 queen beds and no couch which did not work for the stay.

Everything was fine but I would like to let the staff know that the tv in rom 223 has picture quality issue. Definitely recommend
- 3/5
The issue we DID have is when trying to renew the extended stay for the same amount of days, the rates were much higher and we were told that we would be able to pay the same rate as the 1st time. They chalked it up to winter rates vs summer rates. That was never even mentioned when we were first checking in. In this economy, nobody can afford to be surprised with getting less for more 10 days later.
- 1/5
The hotel smelled awful. The room was disgusting. It took two hand towels to clean off the dirty , moldy, dusty air conditioner. They were black by the time I was finished. There were stains on EVERYTHING! The bottom of the bathtub was black. The ONLY reason we didn’t leave immediately was my family was exhausted from traveling.
- 3/5
It was fast check in. I expected another piece of furniture in the room but there was none. I also showed up later than expect to a still unkept room that looked like it had not even been wiped down.

This place was very sketchy. Majority of the people staying there were sketchy as well. Continental Breakfast was basic nothing special. The pool was definitely not maintained and you can see lots of rust and had a funny smell.
- 1/5
Night desk person was very rude. Didn’t want me on the property due to an issue over the phone, so made an excuse to kick me out saying I was smoking. I have never smoked, so how did he smell smoke? Lies. Will never return or recommend anyone to this property.
- 3/5
Breakfast was extremely limited. Rooms were cramped and the wooden boards were sinking and not put together properly. Bathtub had a broken stopper and no pressure. Staff was kind and accomodating. I understand theres a change in ownership and hope it continues to improve.
- 5/5
The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely do not stay here. We checked in and right away were told the room we booked wasn’t available so we got a king and a pull out sofa. Fine, whatever. Except that pull out sofa has never been cleaned in its 20+ years of existence. The white bed sheets were brown. I didn’t care to lift up the mattress to check for bed bugs but high probability. Immediately went downstairs, got a refund and left. 0/10. Will never be back.

Food crumbs on the floors, bathroom was dirty, they didn’t have my reservation so I ended up paying more than what was quoted to me through the app. People were loud at all hours of the night as well. We left a day early because it was so bad.
- 2/5
Dirty floors, walls needed painting. There was no tray in the microwave, the showerhead did not work properly. Front desk staff were very unfriendly.
- 1/5
Water out side broke, parking lot flooded and we were without water for awhile. I know this was beyond there control so I am not blaming hotel. We just went out shopping during that time.

The room smelled good, other than the bed it was clean bed sheets were not changed they had previous tenant dog hair in the bed, I do love its pets friendly and your first pet is for free, they have pool gym room and breakfast very fair for the price I’ve paid
- 3/5
Did not do the breakfast. Mattress in the King Suite needs replacing and there was dirt in the chair at the desk and in various corners of the room and bathroom. There was an adjoining door and the peolpe open their side and made lots of noise. The mattress sank at the head of the bed when you layed on it. It was a not restful visit at all.
- 4/5
The chair was ripped, the lever lock didn’t work, because I’m disabled it was very hard getting into the bath tub and the Mattress was stained with God knows what! I didn’t go to the breakfast buffet, but my partner brought back coffee that was very good. The staff were friendly, especially the morning girl working the desk.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly
- 4/5
All that I ask is that scrambled eggs and some meat for breakfast is added to the breakfast menu because the inclusive breakfast is what I look forward to. Having only cereal and waffle as an option is pretty sad when im spending over 100 bucks a night for a room.
- 2/5
Some hairs in shower A stain on the ceiling Wall needs repainting Stairwell smelled of dog and cigarettes, the carpet was probably a science experiment I will say the mattress was comfortable, but with the towel being deemed acceptable, what else is deemed acceptable
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Everything was excellent but the breakfast needed sausage or bacon or both.
- 5/5
Very quiet and laid-back
- 4/5
Everything was good. The floor in the room was dirty, Turned the bottom of your feet solid black, and the drink machine took my money but overall pretty minor issues. Happy with the stay for the price
- 5/5
Front desk and other staff members were amazing i will definately be back.
- 1/5
Floor was dirty in room. Towels were like straw. Had to hunt for a person to check us in.
- 4/5
It was nice although the flooring in my room had areas that needs to be replaced. And there should have been some property maintenance outside to clear growing trees or bushes that encroached across the sidewalk in the front. Being handicapped a bit it was difficult to get around on the sidewalk from the handicap spots.

Unclean. Dirty floors. Had to find someone to check in.

Our bedroom spelt as if someone smoked previously. We also did not have a TV remote and when asking the front desk the gentleman helping me asked me what type of TV in the room we had, as if I should know? He wasn’t able to find a working remote so I said never mind on it.
- 1/5
Overall outside looked unkept, entrance needed a good cleaning, inside there was a smell of something cooking it was in the halls and rooms, the rooms also needed work for chipped paint, found cob webs in the window, room was very damp ,bed sheets were almost wet how damp they were. Should be torn down and start over, would not recommend anyone staying there

No soap or shampoo in the room. Breakfast offerings were mediocre. The toast bread had a funny aftertaste. They did not offer yogurt, eggs, etc. The coffee was excellent. My room (115) was right across from the pool (very noisy). I do not think I would stay here in the future.
- 2/5
The rooms smelled like they just exterminated, there weee random people hanging around on the property, and it clearly looked like a place where a lot of people on drugs hung out. There was screaming in the hallways, and the pool area looked unwelcoming, dirty, and the water was cloudy.
- 3/5
We booked a room for 4 days. Upon arrival our room had 2 washrags, two towels and two handtowels. The room was nice and it was clean. Needs some major repairs. The carpet border in room was hanging off staples in areas. But everyday I would have to go ask for washrags. I don't mind reusing my towels but washrags? Our room was never serviced until the day before we were leaving. The staff left a little envelope for a tip! Um no. The outside was what bothered me the most. Garbage everywhere. Bags of dog poop on the ground.

Service Aakash at the Front Desk was the highlight, welcoming and informative regarding the food options etc in the neighborhood. Overall, the hotel room good, but the lighting in the room is poor.

The room smell dirty the towels were dusty and dirty the bathroom was dirty
- 1/5
Check in staff was great. Once we got to the room it was clear that it hadnt been cleaned effectively if at all. There were fresh stains on the bedding, hair left in the bed, missing light bulbs, broken toilet paper holder, dirty mirror in room, dust on the tables, and the walls were breaking down. We notified the front desk and the person that came to change the bedding was not happy to do so and tried to only change the top sheets. Unfortunately it was a prepaid room and we were running late to an event or we would have went somewhere else. Knowing the condition of the room, we skipped the free breakfast. Will not stay there again.
- 1/5
Total disrepair, elevators smell moldy, hallways smell of cooking foods, horrible internet, carpets are shot, beds you feel and hear the springs, poor water pressure, ..... 2 time here never again.
- 2/5
On the first day, after leaving the room, I returned to only the restroom, having new towels; the rest of the room was still a mess. I believe people live at this location, as the hall is lined with garbage and used grocery meat containers daily. All in all, the place is a disaster.. Would not recommend anyone staying here.
- 1/5
First room - the bed was not made, and the floor was extremely dirty and not clean. Second room - towels were dirty, and room smelled like cigarette smoke.
- 1/5
We drove two hours then they say sold out and we call them before we arrive but never have this bad experience
- 2/5
The " free" breakfast was sour milk, instant oatmeal with no microwave and stale fruit.
- 1/5
do not stay there. Run far away from that place. !!!
- 3/5
Nice
- 2/5
Bathroom walls and floor dirty, floors dirty, chair ripped and taped up, loud music all hours of night, random men standing in hallways and setting on stairs constantly.
- 3/5
Our room was right across from the elevator, and we were trying to sleep a little bit early, but it was hard with the noise. Also, there bathtub had stains. They’re being said, it was less expensive than other area hotels and provided breakfast and had a pool so it was worth it.
- 1/5
Everything is poorly rated
- 5/5
No lazy chair in the room. No lamp on the computer table. No iron. Repainter over the walls. Mirrors dirty
- 1/5
The property and the photos do not lineup. The entire lobby and always reek of marijuana. A lot of traffic in and out all times a day and night. The breakfast is not accurate. It’s not a full breakfast. It’s more like a grab and go at best. Front desk staff was friendly, but they have a lot of action going on at this hotel. Do not recommend I would not stay again.
- 4/5
Hotel needs an update. Room was a little worn, but not terrible. Pillows while plentiful were 1/2 size of regular pillows & that was very uncomfortable. Had a reservation date mix up - they were awesome in changing without charging, but it was $25 more from a Friday to Saturday. for the same room.
- 3/5
There was no hot breakfast just a waffle maker some cereals some pastries and muffins and bread so wasn't too pleased with the breakfast there was no pool towels you had to keep asking for them was here for a week and had to ask for extra towels no room cleaner while I was there. The room was cute bathroom was small and the pull-out couch was dirty looks like it had to been clean had to go downstairs and ask for sheets for the pull out bed there was none in the room.
- 4/5
Cleanliness with easy checking in and out.

This was my 2nd stay at the Red Roof Inn and Suites and this one was lengthy. I was there for 2 weeks and overall, my stay was good. My only gripe is that one of the front desk clerks has the wrong attitude for customer service. Other than that, everything was well
- 5/5
I will definitely return.

It was very relaxing. The breakfast could of been better but overall I enjoyed my stay

Burn holes and stains in the comforters. A shoe print on the wall. They never came to clean and bring towels. And it was Christmas.
- 1/5
it was just okay
- 5/5
The hotel has very friendly staff. Checking in was easy and the room was clean. For the price of the room, it was great.
- 5/5
I love everything about this place I will be back soon
- 5/5
It was ok to spend the night, no problems
- 1/5
This hotel is so dirty and filthy. The elevator did not work. It was raining inside the building. The smell of smoke and meadow filled the room. The room is totally outdated and dirty
- 4/5
My stay was good. Everything went well. Staff was friendly and room was clean. My only gripe would be the open space on my room where it looked like there used to be a couch or a chair there. That open space takes away from the ambiance of the room. O would suggest bringing the furniture back.
- 1/5
Used Condom in the front parking lot was all that needed to be seen!
- 1/5
This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The staff is incompetent and will not remedy any issues. There are bugs, feces, mucus and foul odors in the rooms. They’ll also dodge refunds, they have no interest in keeping customers happy, it’s just a money grab. Avoid this place like the plague.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 5/5
Decent hotel, especially for the price. Door locked, room was clean, staff was friendly, met all requirements for a short stay after a late night concert.
- 1/5
Never again a horrible stay all around.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Just wish the pool would have been available but understood that maintenance needed done.
- 3/5
Although the property was clean, I found VERY important items missing. No table and chairs in the room, no comfortable chair to lounge in, and this is the first facility that did not have carpet in their room….. at least mine. Breakfast was the worst of all….. both the juice and milk machines were “Out Of Order”. The ONLY items they have for a so-called continental breakfast was small packaged honey bun type rolls and mini cupcakes along with bananas and apples….. that’s it!! Also, on one morning, the coffee was warm at best and the second day had hot coffee.
- 2/5
I've stayed in other Red Roof Inns and liked them. This one is run down. Not a good value for the money. Our carpetless roof had floor damage from water leaking from the heating/cooling unit. The bed was fine. The bathroom was clean. There was a breakfast area with broken juice and coffee machines and a few pastries. McDonald's is close. The indoor pool was closed for repair. The exercise room had a treadmill and an exercise bike. No weights or other. I would not go back.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet hotel near the highway for a good night's rest. Affordable and perfect for what I needed it.

This property was not in the best shape for renting. a room. I’m actually being nice about this review..
- 4/5
Moving and reception were friendly. The bed was comfortable, but towels were used, worn, and old.
- 2/5
Staff forgot to close my door after cleaning my room. I have no idea how long it was open for.
- 2/5
It is a non-smoking hotel BUT - other guests from other rooms loitered in hallway from 3-4am and smoked pot and cigs in the hall, talked loud and slammed doors. Woke us up needless to say - with the smoke filtering in under our doorway - got no sleep!
- 5/5
Our stay was exactly as stated in the description given by the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.
- 1/5
Outside garbages full no one take out of garbage. Strong Smell chlorine from pool.
- 3/5
Hallways don’t have AC on and makes the carpet smell super bad. Rooms have floors dirty along with walls. Bedding covers are dirty and dont have a clean smell.
- 1/5
Everything was out of order for the breakfast and didn’t have much of to choose
- 2/5

- 3/5
One of the better Red roof hotels that i have stayed in.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and helpful. Excellent choice for a safe clean stay.
- 5/5
The property is very old needs some updating. But I’d pretty quiet.
- 5/5
The police was clean. They just didn’t have any breakfast. Nothing donuts, and coffee.
- 2/5
Breakfast was terrible, coffee was weak, nothing to eat.Rooms needed to remodeled.Property needs to be upgraded.
- 2/5
The daytime staff were nice and friendly but the night staff were very rude. The worst part was several nights of being constantly woke up by barking dogs in the hallways and rooms. We also rented here because my kids wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed the entire week we stayed
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice place to relax and rest. Pool was not functional.

Swimming pool out of order for extended time. Counter staff slow and inconsiderate. TV and WIFI did not work. Entire place dingy looking.

I paid for the room with a hot tub and the water to fill the hot tub was dirty. We let the water run and drain and cleaned the hot tub and it still was dirty. Definitely a waste of money
- 5/5
The room was clean and everything worked. The drains drained and the fridge cooled as well as the AC. The manager was also kind. Thank you!
- 2/5
I booked this hotel cuz I finally finished a landscape job in the area, after 2 weeks of working on it. My muscles were tired, and extremely sore, so nothing sounded better than a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, and a nice, long soak to rest and relax my fatigued body. So that's what I reserved. I went to the store to pick up some bath oils and Epsom salts for my soak, then checked in and got into my room, anxious to fill up the jacuzzi tub. I turned on the water and got out of my dirty work clothes, then checked the tub about 5 minutes later only to find that it wasn't filling. I played around with the drain stopper a bit and saw that it wasn't making a proper seal. So I took a bag and a cup and rigged up a plug of sorts so that it began filling. 40 minutes later, the water level had finally reached the top of the jets, so I added my newly purchased salts and oils and turned on the jets. They did nothing. Don't get me wrong- it was extremely loud and sounded like it should have been quite a jacuzzi, but nothing was happening in the water. I fiddled with it, turning it off and then back on a couple times with no change. By this time it was midnight, I was even more tired, or I'd have gone to the front desk to get another room. I got in and soaked. Disappointed, especially considering I paid extra for the jacuzzi. Next morning I informed the front desk person, who did nothing. She said she'd let the manager know, who might credit me back for it. I haven't heard anything.

I checked in late and the staff was extremely helpful both at the later check-in and early in the morning. The property was close to the interstate, so a lot of road noise. Not much for breakfast, but it's surrounded by fast food places, so it wasn't a problem.
- 3/5
I didn’t have any problems the night I stayed, they do need to fix the ice machine on the second floor an fix the swimming pool
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nights were peaceful and the room was spacious

Todo está muy bien y limpio fue una buena noche

First off when checking in the lady at the counter was not even sure how to check us in or run our credit credit. Finally after calling her manager we got the card to go through. Secondly, there was no notice that the pool was closed until we got there. However it has been closed quite some time because there was scum growing on top of the water. Lastly, when going down for the "breakfast" all that was there was a box of honey buns purchased from Sams Club. No food. No coffee. No juice. Also there was nobody around when we were down there so we could check out. After waiting about 10 minutes to ask about breakfast and to check out, we left the key on the counter and left. Would not stay here again or recomend this place to anyone.
- 4/5
I had a good experience. Thwy really took care of us. We have no problems. My tv remote didnt work so they gave us a different room and that was that.

The staff didn't speak to me other than "I.D". Fire alarm went off at 3am and was a false alarm. There were rooms standing open on my floor with the mattress hanging off the bed. The door were very loose and would stay open unless shut extemely hard. Cobwebs were all over every lighting fixture. Any amenity was "Closed for Service".

Bath tub did not work properly and the ice machine was leaking water all down the hallway and right to the base of are hotel door
