Our trip was very brief. We requested joining rooms but unfortunately didn't get them. Other than that our stay was nice!

One very strong dislike. Had late flights out of airport, 5PM Week before ask for 2 pm check out no problem and said i was doing the same the next week but wanted a 3pm checkout. Was told no problem, but when I checked in that night was told there was now a extra fee for the late check out………….When the managers word is not good it leaves a lot to be desired. There was no misunderstandings. He said it was necessary as I had already had a late check out the week before with no charge……………….A man’s word means something even today. Beware.

The hotel could use some improvement and maintenance and cleanliness. Bathroom still had hair and mess from past occupants. Carpet had stains and could use a good cleaning. Beds seemed okay. What was very upsetting is after my stay I was charged a $33.90 fee to my credit card. I called to see what this is for and they said it was for allowing outside guests to use the pool. Apparently, it was in the terms I signed before checking in but no one ever said anything to me or my family during our stay. My family visited for maybe two hours and swam while no other guests were in the pool. The manager offered to refund me the fee but would then file a civil case against me. I think this is poor customer service, and I will not stay at this property again.

Front room tv didn’t work. I needed to go to the front desk every day for a new key because they never worked. The food buffet had old food and very limited options.

The internet was weak and unusable. The breakfast was average. There were young (7-9 years old) running up and down the hallways late at night and shouting to one another. Beds were extremely comfortable, but the sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible! It disturbs me that it can still be considered a bed. It should have been replaced 15 years ago. The layout of the room was perfect for two parents and their adult child.

The Saturday continental breakfast was good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage links. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Bagels and English muffins, etc. That is always the highlight of our stay.

Breakfast was excellent but the rooms and property were not very clean. Couldn’t swim with my sister without a $10 fee when she visited me. The pet fee was expensive and it was per night, not per stay. It was a very convenient location, though.

DO NOT stay here!!! The rooms were booked for a group and when they started arriving and checked in they discovered their rooms smelled bad, had stains on the bedding and bugs crawling on the curtains. We were notified of the condition of the rooms prior to arriving and when we arrived to talk to someone about getting a refund for our room the person at the desk did not speak English well enough to understand what they were saying and they basically refused to give a refund, even though they refunded the other people in our group.
