Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.

Price There were no amenities. The beds were uncomfortable. Not a welcoming neighborhood. They don’t take payment over the phone, he said to book online. Then upon arrival asked for a security deposit of 100.

Quiet and clean bed Bathroom door didn’t shut, the toilet water valve had to be pushed each flush, ceiling needs painting and I saw a cockroach on the wall

For the price of the property, I didn't expect anything spectacular. I liked that it had a microwave in a fridge in the room. But the bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower and Paint peeling from the ceiling and the walls

There was no breakfast. Location was adequate.Room was clean. Would have been nice to have a blanket on the bed instead of only a sheet and spread. We had to wear sweat shirts to bed to stay warm enough. The soap dish in the bathtub needed cleaning. The lone easy chair in the room was literally in shreds. No one would have wanted to sit in it. Why would any motel owner put a chair like that in a room??? We have never experienced anything as ugly in a motel room anywhere in this country. It doesn't reflect any pride of ownership.

Nothing Felt very unsafe literally checked in got in the room. Door didn’t shut all the way. Cracked open. Door would close completely when shut and locked.

Comforter had burn marks, trim around the floor wasn’t finished, mold in the bathroom, someone had smeared poop on a door and the staff didn’t clean it

Its in a great location, easy to get to places. All the rooms have a mini frigde, microwave and nice view. Its in a safe area. N/A

The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the woman was sweeping when I first went in to the office. They were both very friendly. The air conditioning worked well, but the refrigerator needed to be defrosted and there was dried food right by the microwave that needed to be wiped up. Otherwise it was s great stay and well worth the value.

Nice rooms Plumbing needs help, tub drain super slow, super low toilet, short people and kids are fine. Outside exterior needs help
