The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the convenient location and friendly staff, but express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, condition of the rooms, and quality of breakfast.

- Subpar room conditions and breakfast quality

Our only concern was there was a piece of wood under the picture next to the bed that fell off onto our pillows. But nobody got hurt. It was in the middle of the night. I thought it was my boyfriend‘s arm. The other thing was the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, and we had to ask for an extra towel and washcloth cause there was only one of each for the 2 of us.. that was fixed quickly !!And we only had a half a roll of toilet paper when we got there so we had to go downstairs and ask for anothe..other than that it was a great stay and very close to the music venue and met a bunch of great people.
- 1/5
No towels in the room at arrival and no towels left last full day. Blankets very thin Can't recommend
- 2/5
Air conditioning was loud. The place smelled like mold. Old musty. Hard bed. Bathroom semi clean. Took forever to check in. The whole place needs to be remodeled. Not worth the money
- 1/5
Air condition did not work, there was no shower curtain or towels. Room had a smell to it. Would never book that llade.wfw
- 1/5
The hotel was filthy. The carpeting in my room was so soiled that it was black and the pattern couldn’t even be seen. I saw the maid using a broom to sweep the carpet not a vacuum cleaner. The screen was ripped so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air. It smelled of smoke. It was rundown in general, chipped furniture, dirty bathroom. There were two dogs in the room next door that barked constantly. My room didn’t get cleaned on day 2.
- 1/5
This is a very dirty unkept place. I felt like I had to wear shoes at all times because the carpet was gross. The bathroom ceiling was falling down. I would no call what they offered breakfast. Very disappointed that Expedia would list this property.
- 1/5
Gross stained smelly nasty rooms. We left as quick as we could and had to find a new hotel
- 1/5
The only positive about this room was the Hot shower water that's it. I shared my concerns to the front desk and he said he could not change my room because he was all booked for the night. As for the amenities in the room his words "Its only a 2 star hotel" . So I assumed that was his way of saying why the room looked the way it did. I don't know. But I've stayed at several Super 8 motels that were not like this at all.No complaints. This location needs Help, a Renovation or shutdown completely.
- 3/5
Only one towel. We had to go ask for towels and wash cloths.
- 3/5
The bath tub was dirty
- 4/5
I like that the property is 100% smoke free now.
- 2/5
Swimming Pool
- 1/5
Place looked run down, staff was not helpful and the staff were very ignorant
- 1/5
Towels were dirty. Mattress was filthy and uneven Breakfast was not existent. Worse experience.
- 2/5
Room was dirty not cleaned and bed not comfortable and no water pressure in shower
- 3/5
I would hardly consider microwaveable oatmeal breakfast.
- 3/5
Upon arrival and entering the room we were immediately greeted by a foul smell kinda like mold or dampness. One of the beds had cigarette burns all over the top blanket and we had absolutely no towels at all. Not a pleasant experience overall.
- 3.5/5
Some broken furniture, no towels and toilet paper were not stopped we had to ask for them.. the breakfast buffet for little of it!! If we are paying so much a night I think the breakfast buffet can have a little bit more variety..
- 2.5/5
Nothing
- 1/5
As hard as sleeping on the floor and the springs underneath kept making weird noises. I couldn't get comfortable enough to go to sleep until 4 am and tons of Tylenol for the pain this bed was causing me.
- 4.5/5
Would love to see a couple assist bars attached to the wall or easier entrance to tub We're all not 25 getting in there
- 1/5
Nothing Room dirty door didn't lock unless you lifted it up liquor bottles under the bed didn't have towels just to name afew
- 4/5
Love how close and easy it is to get to Tinley Park! And across the street from Denny’s. Room was clean. No breakfast that I saw… Staff is very nice and helpful.
- 1/5
Cant say anything about breakfast. We left as soon as we checked the room and found a bedbug on the bed.
- 3/5
Housekeeping had not cleaned the first two rooms we were put in. The front desk had them down as cleaned.
- 1.5/5
Location Noisy bed and no breakfast
- 0.5/5
Location to Tinley Park The place is old and run down. The room and hallway smelled. Nothing has been updated in years. The free breakfast was a joke.
- 0.5/5
Continental breakfast was a joke. Rented 2 rooms with 2 beds. One room had one bed with one towel. The other room didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner or lotion, no comforter only a paper thin blanket like the sheet, bathroom ceiling falling apart, ect
- 4/5
Staff were good. Hotel was good but it is showing its age! It is well placed and priced reasonably. So I would stay again! Breakfast was on the slim side but great coffee!
- 1/5
The conditions were so bad that our guys didn’t even stay there. They went somewhere else. We filed a complaint and Super 8 refused to refund any of our money. Terrible experience, will never go there again!!
- 1/5
This super a hotel was dirty no towels in the room. It was unclean. The manager was unprofessional and I would never stay there again and I wasted my money.
- 1/5
Not the greatest Needs better breakfast , making sure to get a working toliet. More towels in the bathroom
- 1/5
Rooms were horrible I didn’t stay - hotel old and is in need of several major improvements.

- 3/5
Mattress need replacement. Not comfortable. Old property
- 1/5
didnt get to use the room because of unclear instructions when booking. never been asked for such a high security deposit at a super 8
- 1/5
The guy at the front desk was extremely rude to me and my wife and he was very unprofessional. I had been coming there for the last five weeks, but I doubt if I would ever give you all any of my business again.
- 1/5
I had a very disappointing stay at the Super 8. The room was unclean when I arrived, with visible dirt and an overall neglected feel. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room that made it hard to relax. On top of that, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I expected a much better standard of cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
- 3.5/5
Nothing
- 0.5/5
No customer service very mean ? specially the old indian guy
- 5/5
Clean room not much of a breakfast
- 1/5
The floor in the room and the stairs were filthy. In one of our rooms, there was only one towel in a room reserved for 4 persons, and the tub was dirty.
- 1/5
Roaches in the room. If you do go ask for the first floor only everything else smells like mildew and cigarettes
- 3.5/5
It was all fine.
- 1/5
Hotels.com and super 8 are scamming customers together to make more money
- 3/5
My window had a big crack down the middle of it, the screen was ripped and literally hanging through the window. I had barely a half a roll of toilet paper, there was no mat to put on the floor in front of the tub. I don't know where the iron was, just the holder on the wall was there. Oh and, the Dynex television was in desperate need of an upgrade. The bed was as hard as a rock. The room itself was clean and I was grateful that there were no bed bugs or roaches so that was good. It smelled like smoke and weed but so do most of the hotels in Illinois...

- 5/5
The hotel was clean and inviting, our stay was enjoyable
- 4/5
Missing charging port stations
- 3/5
The staff at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in. Asked if we had any pets. The room was clean and well kept.
- 4/5
Good location , not the best accommodations but acceptable for the price
- 4/5
Yes.
- 2/5
Check was delayed due to short staffing and the bathroom was horrible, dirty baseball hat on the hook behind the door, no covers on the sink drains and the ceiling was missing half the texture. Overall the room was in poor shape.
- 2.5/5
Location One person on staff, took about 20 mins for someone to show up to the counter with 3 people already waiting. Advertised continental breakfast nonexistent. Shower had soap scum build up.
- 3/5
Breakfast could be stocked better in the mornings.
- 2/5
Dirty towels, old and broken furniture, no microwave inside the room. Smells bad
- 2/5
?♀️
- 3/5
No frills, just sleep and rest. No breakfast except some granola bars and coffee.
- 2/5
Very bad DIY repairs made to the room, toilet wouldn’t flush had to fix it myself. Shower is very small and hotel had an odd smell that if you sensitive to fragrances you’ll have an issue with it.
- 1/5
Staff was very rude , roaches in room and then have the nerve to charge a 150 deposit when I arrived and room was not like pictures furniture over used not good condition
- 3/5
Staff was courteous. But the hotel is older and kind of run down. Our stay was fine
- 4/5
Nice stay for the price. The mattress was a little hard on me, but the room was clean and the I had a nice stay.
- 4/5
Convenience, close to highway
- 1/5
It felt Dingy and smells like mold inside
- 2/5
No one was available at the check in counter when we arrived or when we checked out.
- 5/5
Great man at desk
- 3/5
room was clean
- 1/5
Bathroom was dirty, they never came and cleaned my room I was there 3 nights, bed was never made, trash was never taken out. Lobby smelled of bleach, night cleaning crew smelled of weed and BO as I past him in the hallway. Major down grade from when I was there last September (2024)
- 4/5
Good service, and all very comfortable.
- 4/5
Quiet
- 4/5
Nice amount of restaurants to dine around the property. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice. If you need a quick place to lay your head then this place is the one for you. It does have a sort of older smell and look to it. But other than that, it’s okay.
- 1/5
The upstairs is dirty an has roaches. We turned the light on an seen a lot of them crawling on the table and up the wall! Management did nothing
- 1/5

- 1/5
Horrible night, had to check in because of an emergency water shut off in our area. Made reservations on line for 2 rooms. Once there we checked in, both rooms were unacceptable. Dirty bathroom in both, non working heater in one room. Also phone not working to call front desk. Was thenovef to another two rooms. Once in the room getting ready for bed, the power goes out. Thcompletely in the bedroom. Only light was

- 1/5
Awful, bed sheets were dirty and stained and were torn, carpet was smelly and veey old, furniture falling apart, ot was awful
- 4/5
Property entrance is not wheelchair friendly. Doors are hard to open and weren’t automatic open. The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
It's older, but the room was updated and bed comfortable. Great deal for the price.
- 3/5
Overall not horrible for the price. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. They do need to fix the cart for luggage as it really wasn't working well and I had a huge workout just trying to get the luggage up to the room. The breakfast that was available was really rough. Definitely need to upgrade it or just don't offerbit.

- 4/5

- 1/5
Was the worst experience they have, the hotel it’s filthy , nothing clean, so bad and poor hotel, Even though I paid for the room, I left after an hour and couldn't stay.
- 1/5
Outdated appliances
- 1/5
The room was damp and smelled musty upon entering. The sheets were damp, and so was the carpet. The carpet was also sticky and stained. The mirror in the room had some kind of sticky substance like they hadn’t been cleaned. All of the air conditioner buttons were broken to the point you had to stick a pen in the hole (dangerous in my opinion). We approached the front desk to request a different room, but they had no room to offer. This was disgusting to the point that we did not want to stay there that night. We didn’t even want to use the shower.
- 3/5
The room smelled dirty. Everything was scuffed up and outdated. It seemed clean enough but for the area I expected more.
- 1/5
Door to the room sticks and was extremely hard to open both ways. Toilet was broken. Electrical outlets didn't work.
- 2/5
I did Not get the room I place online. It supposed to have a 1 bed jacuzzi but got a 2 bed romm. Picture of the room did Not match what I pay online
- 4/5
Took awhile to check in but no biggie. Clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Felt humid and moist in the room. We had the air on worked good but just seemed moist. And sheets on one bed had marker stains on them. And mold on ceiling about the shower. Didn’t use shower as we stayed just for a place to stay after concert but kind glad it was o my for one night. Staff was very nice during check in .
- 4/5
Beds hard but I like a very soft bed.
- 5/5
Clean close and comfortable
- 4/5
Jenna at the front desk was a delight! She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was just so wonderful! The AC is amazing in the room, we like it cold when we sleep and it was definitely cold in the room.
- 1/5
Nothing to say

I love staying here when I have an event at Tinley park. It is an EASY drive there and back. Plus there is a Denny's right across the street that you can eat at before bedtime. The rooms are clean and the staff is ALWAYS helpful.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, gr8 pricing
- 2/5
They require you to pay a deposit of $150 per room. I understand having a deposit but $150 is crazy considering the condition of the hotel, this is not a Hilton. The breakfast if you can even call it that is package oatmeal and packaged cinnamon rolls. If they are going to charge a $150 deposit at least make some amenities worth it. Won’t be staying here again
- 2/5
I stayed one night and had two rooms for my family. The staff were very nice. The property is very old and both rooms smells bad from inside. I choose this hotel because of the better price, closer to the event I went and easily accessible from I80.
- 5/5
Love it its great
- 5/5
Gr8
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
Breakfast choices were assorted yogurt, oatmeal, cinnamon buns, coffee, and hot chocolate.
- 1/5
Disintegrating grout and sinking tile in the bathroom, peel and stick decorative tile coming off the wall. Room furniture looked like it had been scratched and dinged beyond belief from who knows what. The spring mattress on the bed felt like a box spring. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Hole punched in the bathroom door. I had booked this room for 3 nights. Checked in around 7:30 pm and was out the door by 8am the next morning with no intention to return. The only outlet in the room itself barely worked.
- 2/5
Didn’t even stay the night, felt unsafe, there was multiple banging noises around our room.
- 5/5
I like the property privacy
- 5/5
Great staff grateful friendly inviting
- 3/5
Upon entering the hallway that led to our room, we were greeted with the strong smell of urine. Once we arrived to our room and opened the door, the smell of musty dust wafted its way into our noses. The room needed a bit of updating as the dresser that was in there was falling apart and the TV had a weird, crusty, substance on the screen. The AC needs to be replaced as it had no vent deflector nor did it really cool down the room. The beds were decent and the shower worked, so that was nice. The continental breakfast was less than desirable. It consisted of oatmeal, tea, coffee, orange juice, hot chocolate, milk, and an individually wrapped cinnamon roll. It opened at 6 (maybe 6:30) and went until 10 am, but by 7 am, everything was gone except coffee, o.j., and tea. Thankfully, there's a Denny's across the street. The hotel is meh. I'd never stay there again, but if you're looking for a cheap stay, that's as good as it gets.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable close to my other commitments
- 2/5
Carpets are nasty and need replaced. No breakfast as advertised. Clerk at desk struggled with checking in. Definitely needs a refresh.
- 3/5
So, with that in mind, we understood it was a small bathroom. We understood it was an old structure, slow elevator, and we even accepted the pervasive smell of old smoke and staleness. We did draw the line at the fitted sheet with laundered but still evident stain across it. We did draw the line at housekeeping that removed the cases from our pillows but failed to put new ones on them. We did draw the line at the free breakfast which was some packaged danish, a few boxes of cereal, and some tiny containers of peel back top orange juice. I realize there isn't going to be much effort for something they provided for free, but when the Denny's across the street seems "four star" by comparison, then Super 8, you are truly making the minimal effort. For all this fun, super eight also puts a 150 dollar hold against your credit card (ostensibly to prevent even more damage from the people who stay here) so that's fun. We will note that "Jenna" (the late night lady at the front desk), was a lifesaver by providing new fitted sheet and pillowcases both at midnight on successive nights when we discovered the need for such (upon returning to the room), so we have appreciation for her but otherwise (even for Super 8 rates), nope we ain't coming back to this place.
- 1/5
the smell of the mold is unbearable not a healthy place to stay in i got a servere headache and my friend has asma had to step out couldnt stay more then five minutes standing the mold was at voew point throuout the facility i recomend them to close down cure the mold and then when its safe to reopen for buisness
- 4/5
Price point was great and was a 10 minute drive from credit union 1 amphitheater. Had a stench we couldn’t identify
- 5/5
Iv stayed a few times and am looking forward to staying again
- 5/5
The property is located within walking and driving distance to a variable of restaurants and shopping.
- 2/5
They wanted a $150 deposit that was not listed when I booked
- 2/5
Basic
- 3/5
The first day the TV only got 1 channel
- 5/5
It doesn't take much to put out fresh, donuts, coffee or juices there wasn't any the past days I've stayed. Bed was okay
- 4/5
There wasn't much if breakfast items and some days none it doesn't take much to put out fresh muffins, donuts coffee and juices
- 3/5
Ownership was the BIG PLUS here. Hotel is more than gently used; BUT, beds comfortable, rooms clean, a bit musty but A/C and exhaust fans working. Front desk extremely helpful and understanding flexible options for checkout.
- 4/5
Was quiet and reasonably priced.
- 2/5
Don't waste your time and money on this property. No pride of ownership. It needs a makeover desperately.
- 2/5
that was good were the staff Expedia need to look again at what the hotels really looklike
- 4/5
Person running desk was not at post, waiting several minutes then was not friendly 🙄
- 4/5
Management needs to stop simply collecting money on this outdated facility. Spend some money on updating the facility. Great location for music theater.
- 2/5
Very outdated. Very limited outlets. Not very clean. Staff was nice enough. Just a very 2star hotel
- 1/5
Upon arrival there were seedy people lingering around the property. Upon entry the lobby was unkempt and dark and dirty. I did not want a room on 1st floor and was told that no rooms available except 1st and this after I called the hotel twice and specifically asked for a room above the 1st floor. In Now the hotel clerk is scrambling to find another room and there is on the 3rd floor. I checked in after being charged a $150 deposit! Room was prepaid. I opened the door to the room and was hit with the smell of mold! The smell was horrible. The room carpet was filthy stained and greasy. The air conditioner was broken and the air duct was dirty and moldy. The desk chair was thick with built up mold. I went back to the clerk and told her that I cannot stay here. I asked her for a refund and was told no that only the hotel GM could do it. I asked that the $150 deposit be ripped apart and was told no. This last week I’ve tried to contact Travelocity and the motel 8 GM and asked for a refund. Travelocity will not refund. They say it must be paid by the merchant. I have called the merchant and emailed them and no response.! This hotel should not be allowed on this site! Travelocity owes me $416 refund and will not pay. I’m filing a complaint with BBB then with consumer affairs as well as disputing the charges on my credit card. I will never use this search engine again for any future travels
- 1/5
I reserved an accessable, downstairs room with a king bed. After checking in and paying, they directed me to an upstairs room with two double beds, in the furthest room from the elevator. They told me the accessable rooms didn't allow my service dog, which they also charged for. It took me two and a half hours to bring my luggage bags to my room. Afterwards, my body was in so much pain, I could hardly move. It was a humiliating experience.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
I liked all the nearby restaurants to the place. Gave me plenty of options to choose from.
- 5/5
Gave me everything I needed out of a quick vacation spot. Good sleep, good breakfast options, solid place to rest your head after a good road trip.
- 5/5
Trash in parking lot
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
It was a decent stay. Strange smell.
- 4/5
Fine.
- 4/5
The area around and feel of the motel were very run down and sketchy. The check in staff as friendly and the room, while run down was very clean.
- 2/5
It took about 10 min for anyone to show at the desk for check in. We were half an hour past our check in time and only 1 room was ready. We didnt get our additional rooms for another 2 hours. All the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and had burn marks on the tables from some other activity beyond cigarettes if I were to be taking a guess.
- 3/5
Rooms didn’t smell good
- 1/5
Unless
- 1/5
They made a big deal about the deposit and not smoking in the room not bleeding on the sheets I sent a video of the conditions of the room there is not like smoke burn holes everywhere very nasty the toilet didn't work very good the laundry facilities were rough seems like there's a lot of prostitution and drug deals going on there a lot of people sleeping in the parking lot
- 5/5
Stayed for work. Room was very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was there was no microwave in my room, and had to go to the lobby to hear up food.
- 1/5
Can’t think of anything positive
- 1/5
Disgusting room. Not fit for humans.
- 1/5
No room cleaning for 4 straight days; room smelt like urine and I had to leave because my clothes began to smell. Was 1 hr late checking out and got charged a $20 fee and another night at double the advertised rate. The real fun was when the overnight desk gal came into my room at 12:30 am and startled the bejesus out of me.
- 2/5
The hotel could use a lot of updating and more cleaning. The floors left my socks filthy, and I barely walked on the carpet with them while in the room. The bathroom only had 1 wash cloth for two people. There was also only 1 kleenex in the box in the room. The bedspread on one of the beds had holes in it and there was only one very thin blanket on the bed otherwise. Also, there was a lot of loud drilling throughout the night. The room felt dirty from the onset and the carpets proved that. They need steamed and cleaned thoroughly.
- 2/5
Hotel felt old and the room smelled terrible. The bed was not very comfortable. Our stay was more of a shady Motel vibe with a hotel price tag. The staff was great and helpful, however, We will not stay here again.
- 1/5
The property is dated. Good location and nice staff. The claim of breakfast is very misleading. It's a packaged cinnamon roll and yogurt. The motel charges a $150 miscellaneous deposit. These deposits should be disclised before booking. They can basically keep your deposit upon any thing they determine they choose. I will not stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel has an odor throughout. It was especially horrific on the third floor, where we stayed. The carpet is worn, in our room, it had holes in it. The safe was totally inoperable. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. If all you plan to do is sleep and shower it's perfect.
- 3/5
The carpet in the room was very dirty. Molding missing off of desk.
- 2/5
It wasn’t that it was necessarily dirty but the bed was awful, super humid, no coffee in the room, and carpet was so gross. For the price should have at least had coffee in the room. Over we would possibly stay again if it was the absolute last place available.
- 4/5
All nice except towels very thin.
- 2/5
The rooms were run down. The dressers were in terrible condition The rooms were musty. They smelled of mildew The breakfast that was offered was convience. It looked like the doors in lobby have not been cleaned
- 5/5
Incredible staff in every category from the front desk to the cleaning staff.
- 2/5
Had to pay extra 150 for deposit. On a room with old furniture in poor condition mold in the bathroom which smelled really bad I did not get my receipt yet or deposit back yet check out super early due to room condition
- 2/5
Mattress is flimsy laid on metal frame and on a metal box. Not comfortable
- 4/5
Perfect place to stay for an event at Tinley Park. Just a place to sleep and then take off in the morning for home. Staff is always friendly too! Rooms are clean.
- 2/5
Dresser was missing drawer, tile in bathroom was hanging from wall in one spot, sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain, last but not least had a bed bug crawling on me while laying in bed. Took it to manger and he wasn’t surprised. Did however blame it on luggage being brought in. Offered me a new room but what’s the point. Would have been much of the same I’m sure.
- 4/5
The breakfast could consist of more than oatmeal and cinnamon rolls
- 4/5
Staff was super nice
- 5/5
Everyone I’ve interacted with at the front desk has been very friendly and polite
- 5/5
Good stay clean and safe!
- 5/5
This was a good stay, had everything my family and I needed. Easy parking, felt safe and quiet. Pool was warm room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Outdated, needs some repairs but clean and slept well.
- 1/5
The property was out dated. Broken drawers and cabinets. They enter the room daily. Feels like no privacy.
- 3/5
We stayed there for a place to sleep since we were out and about in the area for two days. We had a room on the first floor and it smelled old and musty. The furniture was basic and the chair had a burn hole in the fabric. It was very clean considering, and the rest of the Hotel appeared clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly and helpful. A little overpriced for the old low end furniture but the cheapest in the area so overall ok for the money. We have stayed in far worse and far better for the price range. It was just a place to sleep so it was acceptable. The room Did not fit the pictures online, they were most likely taken when new.
- 5/5
Good place
- 2/5
The hotel is VERY outdated. Carpeting worn and tattered, bed lumpy, furniture scratched and faded. Our first room smelled terrible! The hotel staff was very nice and moved us to a different room. I would not stay here again.

Fitted Sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed because they were so worn out. Just overall dirty. There was no breakfast as advertised and the hotel manager was screaming one afternoon at his employee at the front desk.

Property is dated but exactly what you’d expect to get for the price. Location, location, location.

I stayed in both 216 and 217. The first night, check in was easy, no nonsense. The room was clean, smelled clean. My second time, no one was at the front desk. I waited for so long that I called corporate to see if they could get someone to help. Room 217 smelled bad, the bathroom was beat up. The fridge was old and took forever to even start to cool down. I knew if I asked to switch rooms it would only be worse. Both of these rooms are right next to the elevator which presents its own set of problems. Overall, could’ve been better..could’ve been worse. Didn’t come home with bugs, at least.

I NEVER STAYED AT THE PROPERTY! THE ROOM I RENTED ON EXPEDIA WAS $96.17 WITH TAX AND EVERYTHING, I GET TO THE PROPERTY AND THEY ARE CHARGING $150 FOR INCIDENTALS, THATS MORE THAN THE ORGINAL RENTAL. I DID NOT SEE THIS FEE ON THE EXPEDIA SITE WHEN SEARCHING THE ROOM!!! SO I DIDNT STAY NOR GET MY MONEY BACK FOR NOT STAYING!!! I GUESS I SHOULD'VE PAID THE $4 SO I COULD'VE GOTTEN A REFUND!!! I KNOW FOR NEXT TIME!!! MEANWHILE IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I USE EXPEDIA FOR TRAVEL SOLUTIONS, AND I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER USE THE SUPER 8 IN FRANKFORT MOKENA EVER AGAIN!!!!
