Check-in was easy and quick. Lobby was warm. Room was hot with AC off; took 3 hours to cool after beach day—very upsetting. Room smelled like chlorine/chemicals. No shampoo/conditioner provided despite two front desk requests. Showerhead and handle busted and leaked. Bed clean and comfortable. Spotty Wi-Fi with buffering. Overall C- stay. Wouldn't stay again.

There was mildew all around the tub and on the shower curtains.. The hallways was trashy needed vacuuming. We went and bought our own blankets to sleep with. Pillow cases were stained up and blanket had cigarette burns but however it’s non smoking. Guy at the desk had no worries in the world. Towels was brown and was supposed to be white

Bathroom was nasty. Couldn’t take showers because of the nastiness. Room was older but stunk like a dog.

Constant noise and dust due to ongoing refurbishment and staff & builders talking through the speaker on their phones directly outside my room even late at night!

I had a HORRIBLE experiance going on at another property and phoned this propery to explain my incident and she assured me that wouldn't happen at this property and would personnely assured the room would be what I was looking for. She was right the room was perfect. The gentleman that checked me in was super nice and friendly. Thanks guy yall are amazing. They are under being remodeling so there was only coffee which honestly i had my heart set on a Panara everything bagel which I got in Pensacola.

The outside of the facility had a huge face-lift, it looked brand new! On the inside was bad. Very old building and the room showed it. On part of the hotel was closed for renovation. The carpet in the halls were very nasty! I paid close to $84 just to sleep and thank God I brought my own pillow and blanket because I WASN'T about to use thiers! Gross!!

No frills, but very nice and clean.

Nothing The room was hot when I went in there. Both the beds front cover n sheets was dirty! The room didn’t come with towels or toilet paper I went down n asked the front desk for some they gave me them then the towel was dirty asf when I went back to the room I realized that!!!!

There was no breakfast no hairdryer no shampoo. The bed was hard not comfortable at all.
