Rooms are OLD with furniture peeling, wall paper peeling, and floors cracked. Some rooms smell and have ants. Staff, however, is friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was good, hot & a variety to choose from other then that, the rooms are outdated, ceiling had water damage, blankets had holes, chairs were very worn, there was a spider in our room and not enough towels or wash rags for everyone and the conditioner and shower gel was empty

Room was nasty, rust behind toilet, lamps rusty, bugs in the wall pictures, curtains had holes in them, kitchen flooring was a hazard and bulking up from floor, linens had holes in them, and furniture looked like second hand furniture.

Breakfast was very good. The furniture was broken. The shower had no soap, mold on the ceiling, wall hanger fell off and had zip ties holding it up. Baseboard missing, shower bar for the shower curtain falling off the wall. Toilet would not flush and got backed up. Wallpaper missing from wall in lobby and water holes in ceiling tiles. Bugs in windows. Seats in room kitchen were dirty and falling apart.

Overall it was good. Just no phone charging ports and outlets were loose—wouldn’t hold plug in place.

The Workers were friendly Chris and Cassie were very helpful. The breakfast was average You would never have guessed this was a Hilton ran hotel. No utensils no atm furniture torn rotten too few tv options no way to set the clock tvs outdated. no shears to open curtains and block others from looking in.. No handicap features had roaches the mangement did spray. The elevator shook and bounced and made noises.
