The bathroom and room were dirty and had a very strong odor. The microwave didn’t work and the staff response was “ok thank you” and nothing else. The breakfast made us not feel well. Until about 1 am there were people stomping and running around the halls and no ordinance followed or maintained.

There was only one staff member on a Saturday. The hotel was full of kids constantly running in and out of the building including up and down the halls. In addition, our tv was inoperable so we could not drown out all the noise. I emailed the hotel manager to relay our experience and no one ever responded.

Convenient to where I needed to be The room needed to be cleaned a little better , there was shaved hair on the bathroom wall by sink. The breakfast food was cold, hard and waffles were nasty not many options

The termites that filled the room shortly after we took occupation.

Liked the room set up and overall decor. Microwave didn’t work. Conditioner in shower was empty. Coolers for drinks were all empty. Breakfast worker was very unfriendly and annoyed by having to work. She closed the curtain OVER a guest who was attempting to grab something as breakfast was closing.
