It was really clean and stuff was friendly

Room pretty and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Someone parked in 1 of the two handicapped parking spaces without a tag. My daughter is in a wheelchair and it was inconvenient. Staff said there was nothing they could do. First day was a fancy BMW and next day was brand new Tesla.

The view was beautiful and beds were very comfortable Front desk lady on 6/4/2026 9:00pm was EXTREMELY rude. I paid for a bedroom with breakfast included for my family of 4. The kids were free. When we arrived she gave my husband a hard time and only provided one coupon for one child. I was not going to eat in front my child let alone pay an additional 30 dollars when it was supposed to be provided. After we checked in my in laws of 5 checked in. 3 were elderly. They needed two rooms with two beds in each with breakfast included. They decided not to do breakfast since she was going to charge them 450 without it. She gave them a room with a king size bed and the other room only had a Sofa bed. So our grandmother had nowhere to sleep, we made room for her in our room so she didn’t have to sleep in a chair. She was not interested in helping and she obviously did not care. Not someone you want at front desk greeting people who just traveled 15 hours. My family is now convinced that she acted this way since we are Hispanic. The view was beautiful and beds were comfortable! But she most definitely ruined this entire stay for us that we could not appreciate it. I filed for a refund on the breakfast I paid for AND they asked for my card info, pulled 50 dollars and have not put that back in my account

Their pool is outdoor only, & in DESPERATE need of maintenance. I could count 5 different coats of paint from how badly it was peeling - & their built-in-to-the-wall is slimy & unsafe. It's also unheated & on a rooftop, so more than a little chilly! Half the reason we booked this hotel were because of the supposedly included parking & the beautiful pool. Deceptive. Then there's the breakfast. It says on the site that it's included. *Surprise* That's also not the case. If you don't purchase tickets in advance with your room it is EIGHTEEN DOLLARS A PERSON! I did not have the extra $90 for a singular hotel breakfast, so we drove to WalMart & picked up some breakfast items there... another added expense that I had not planned for. Thank God we had the fridge & microwave, (which were both clean) - we stayed for 3 days. We would have been up the creek without a paddle. My son asked for an extra blanket since he & his brother were sharing a bed. He was told that they didn't have any. They gave him a sheet. :)

Did not have breakfast, the location was good. Close to the Cathedral event I was attending. The room cleanliness could be better. There were fruit flies/ knats in the room.
-
The overall politeness of the staff. There was a HUGE spider in my window on the 17th floor. A bunch of dead lady bugs in the window seal. Other than that it wasn’t bad at all.

Top floor was closed for maintenance which we didn’t know til we got there, it was the reason we booked that hotel so we were disappointed with that. The staff was great and helpful, room was mostly clean except bathroom could have been done better with getting other peoples hair up.
