I didn’t eat breakfast there but they did have a little snack store and if u want breakfast was 14.95 .when I checked out today I didn’t get the young lady name or the lady who gave me a band-Aid yesterday? They were so sweet.

The cleaners aren’t cleaning the bathrooms.. the tub was filthy look like it’s never been scrubbed. All they need is some zep cleaning spray and commit and scrub the tub it would be clean. Shower walls dirty as well. Just clean please Hilton.

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel appears outdated and in need for a renovation. Upon entering our room we noticed strange black stains on the carpet. We were offered a different room immediately which was very nice. The new room had a dirty carpet, I noticed grains of rice on the floor, red stirrer from coffee. Did not tell the front desk because they were nice enough to offer me a different room. Just took it that they were not strong on cleaning the carpet. Told my son not to walk barefoot on the carpet. Beds were fine, bathroom was clean, towels were clean. Tub was stained/scraped but not something that could be cleaned. Furniture meaning chairs, couch, look old and stained. They inform that they clean the rooms every other day. On the second day I hoped that they would vacuum but no. The grains of rice were still there. Next time will stay at a different hotel. There was no safe in the bedroom. Had to carry the valuables in my purse with me during my stay. Stayed there because for the same price I got a mini suite which was nice to have the extra living room space!

The breakfast was overpriced. Also they have a hidden parking fee of $5 a day. In which you will not find out until your deposit is returned short. Its an open parking lot, where anyone can park. Your vehicle is not protected.

We had multiple rooms booked for our group of 11. Specifically, in the room my family stayed in, the sofa was stained and ripped, the can lights were missing in the ceiling, I opened the cabinet to put medicine in the refrigerator and the bottom of the cabinet was just full of broken wood, the lights in the bathroom were dirty and rusted, there was dirt along the bottom of the tub, baseboards were broken and dirty, there was hair in one of the beds, and multiple other things. This was only a quick overnight stay for us, and I don't know that I would have stayed any longer.

My room and bathroom were clean, quiet, and supplied with everything that I needed. The staff was friendly and professional. The common areas were well maintained and they served food until 10pm which was convenient. Also, the hotel itself was easy to find/get to and close to the major highways. I was there for a work-related reason and I am happy to have found it. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

Not even a desk clock in the room. Elevator sounded like it was about to break. Very atypical for a Hilton Gardens hotel. Will not be staying there again.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and no noisy AC fan when sleeping. Breakfast was standard self serve complimentary items and I like that they offer an in house chef to make other breakfast menu items for an extra cost. The hotel itself was spacious and clean and offered nice outdoor surroundings for running or walking.

Temperature control air ducts need to be cleaned urgently, I had to turn the system off, the dust almost killed me. I stayed in room 304.

The curtains had an in of dust on them, the chair was old and dirty, you can see behind the wall under the air conditioner, the carpet is old and dusty looking (vinyl flooring would solve that problem), the lamps on the side of the bed didn’t match and there was a lot of rust on the wall coverings in the bathroom and on the frames of the 2 side tables next to the bed. There was also an inch of dust on the fire detector.

We were really looking forward to a comfortable night, but sadly, our experience fell short. The staff wasn’t rude, but definitely not friendly—just cold and unwelcoming. The room had a strong smell of Clorox, which made it feel more sterile than clean. The toilet seat was loose and slid around, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel clear or relaxing at all. We actually considered leaving, but I was too exhausted to search for another hotel, so we stayed the night. I wouldn’t recommend this location and wouldn’t return. Definitely not up to Hilton standards.

Checked in, had booked a room with a King and was placed in a room with two queens and was not told of this beforehand, mildly irritated I go downstairs to talk to the guy who checked me in “Shawn” who was not wearing a name tag and I had to get this information by asking, he proceeds to tell me that he didn’t care about what I booked and that because I booked third party it didn’t matter, I stated I would have liked to have this inconvenience and information communicated with me either before I got to the hotel or before I checked in the room and he just repeated the same thing about the third party thing, I’m a Hilton Honors member and only booked third party due to convenience and time constraints as this was a quick overnight stop while I’m traveling back home, when I asked if I could speak to anybody else he said I would have to wait until tomorrow knowing that it’s only an overnight stay and I would be gone by then, I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with just simply check in, I would never consider coming back here even if it was my last option I’d choose to sleep in my car, there was no hospitality or desire to help, absolutely miserable, employees need to be wearing name badges as well especially if they are going to treat customers like this while putting them in the wrong rooms.

The room and hallway smelled musty with a hint of urine. The room was spacious but the pull out couch and blinds were dirty. The water pressure was so low the toilet barely flushed. Our toilet clogged on the second day and we waited 2.5 hours for maintenance to come with a plunger. I ended up buying a plunger in case of future clogs. I was under the impression that a Hilton hotel would at least be clean. Oh and a 5 dollars a day for parking ?!? Never again……

I want to share my recent experience so others are aware. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the room—three of them. This caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, as I had to treat my luggage and personal items afterward. I reported it to the front desk, but the reaction felt dismissive and not very helpful. I hope the hotel takes immediate action to resolve this problem.

I only stayed one night was only there with family to take our Cruise on Friday, but we were very happy with the service we got

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed several concerning issues: • The floor felt unstable, and certain areas seemed as though they could give way if any pressure was applied. • There were visible spots on the floor resembling an unknown substance. • The sink was clogged, which I promptly reported to the front desk. When I reported these issues to Danielle and another front desk employee, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. They continued to converse among themselves, disregarded my concerns, and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the room and that I would not receive a refund. In addition to these maintenance and service issues, I endured an extremely uncomfortable night due to excessive noise, slamming doors, stumbling sounds from the floor above, loud conversations from adjacent rooms, and a non-functioning elevator and phone service. Overall, my stay was unacceptable and far below the standards expected from any hospitality establishment. The condition of the property and the staff’s dismissive behavior made me feel both humiliated and unsafe. For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.

The front desk host was very nice and accommodating especially the time we got in. she was about to upgrade our room which was a nice surprise. My only concern is the water pressure wasn’t strong and the water wasn’t hot. Also one of our pillow cases was dirty. Since it was a two day trip I didn’t bother to complain about it. I just used a towel. But overall. I slept well and I could see myself staying here again if the room is still affordable.

I did not like this hotel at all. I arrived to a room that had a terrible animal smell and carpet dirty smell like it has never been cleaned for year. I had trouble sleeping and had to keep the AC and fan running always to make it more bearable. I can't believe that such a large company like Hilton will have such dirty place. I would not recommend this place at all.

Even though it says continental breakfast, there is a charge, they also charge for parking and only have 2 ADA parking spaces. People parked in the driveway at front door, so anyone that came up, had to back out. The only good aspect of this hotel was the bed was comfortable. Will not be staying again

The condition of the room however clean showed uncharacteristic wear with worn carpet and a slippery shower. And … breakfast was $14 + and nothing special. Free breakfasts at all other Hiltons is what we have come to expect and appreciate! Lastly !!!! as Hilton members, why did we get a better rate on Hotels.com? That makes no sense. Hilton members discount rate evidently is nothing special. Leaving on a good note: nice people at the desk, comfy bed, good location, clean room!

We came for a college football game. We only stayed one night. We got in late but check in was very easy. Our room was clean it came with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The staff was very friendly, it was a nice stay and I will stay again next time I'm in the area.

I like that when I want to book a room even for a day I can find it at a decent price. The hotel is doing alot of updates which I like as well.

I had a great stay. The location was perfect for me, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and a good size. I was in 528. The only thing I would have loved was if the water pressure in the shower was greater. I love a high pressure shower. Besides that everything was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly had a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly during my stay, and I didn’t have any issues. It was just a really chill and pleasant visit. I’d definitely stay here again.

Check in was nice especially since we were able to get in early. It was super nice since we had a 4 hour drive there. however, just a little confused on the Apple Pay part for a down payment and why they wouldn’t take a debit or credit card they told me they would only take Apple didn’t get my full amount back when I was never told that there could be a fee for them only accepting Apple Pay was a little ridiculous

The air conditioner gave the room a damp smell and feel. We had to open the window a few times to get the “dampness” out. But it wasn’t that big of a deal to us, so we kept it moving. Loved our stay!

In terms of the room, there were a few maintenance issues: the bathtub appeared worn and in need of refinishing, so I used slippers while showering. Some of the bathroom floor tiles were loose and should be re-adhered. The toilet paper on the holder was not replaced with a fresh roll—it appeared half-used, which was not ideal. Additionally, the walls were quite thin; when the A/C turned off, my children and I could clearly hear activity from the neighboring room, which was uncomfortable. I ended up turning on the TV to mask the noise. Despite these concerns, the hotel stay met our basic needs.
