Great hotel for a short weekend girls trip! In a nice area and close to restaurants.

My stay at this hotel was great.Very clean,and very polite staff. My only complaint is that some of the beds were a bit hard. Maybe they need to invest in a mattress topper.

Not paying for parking. I have always stayed at a lot of Hampton and Hilton. So this was a surprise to me.

The location, breakfast was ok but could be better. It’s old and outdated with a loud AC unit, musty smell in the room and doesn’t have the usual hotel comforts. Tap in the sink was broken and we had to ask for towels because we didn’t have enough. For the price we were changed it should be renovated.

The room was clean and staff friendly . However they charged us daily for parking and that information wasn’t given to us at the check in . We saw the charges and query and we not refunded . All we were told at check in is to provide plate and model of vehicle in order not to get tow. It needs to be communicated clearly so guests are not surprised by charges

Booked a suite thinking that it would be a nicer room for 3 of us but was surprised to see that it was just like any basic room with so much empty useless space. Bathroom was small, TV was in a corner, there was no safe. And, there is $10 a day parking charge.

I did not like the fact of when I showed up.I was told there was a charge, the park my car in the parking lot. Nothing on the website said it when I was booking. I would have booked a different place. I do not appreciate the nickel and diming just so I can park my car. How else do you think someone is getting to your hotel?\n I felt blindsided. And stuck.\n If you need the money, just charge a little bit more for the room and stop the nickel and diming bullshit.

The location was fantastic. Very quiet. Probably popular for business trips since it was close to a business-park type area. We called to request early check-in and they were able to accommodate us. Which made our stay amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly, especially Yolanda at the front desk. The room was clean, the parking lot seemed secure, the bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfy and I very much appreciated having an extra blanket available. The water pressure wasn't as strong as I would have desired. I am cold natured and struggled to get the temperature in the shower hot enough to make my goosebumps go away.

My friends and I have been patronizing this hotel for three years in a row now. The staff is always welcoming and our room is always comfortable!

The staff, amenities and location made this stay memorable. It’s near enough to the interstate and a variety of shopping as well as restaurants. The kindness and personal connections with the staff are rare and much appreciated. The breakfast choices were tasty and replenished throughout the morning. I will book at this Hampton again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Why is there a parking fees per night? Customers are already paying around $200+ a night, and this property is not even close to the beach nor is a resort. Why do you want to charge a parking fee? I also expected more fore breakfast, there are really limited options, the scrambled egg I had was one the worst I have ever had. It was really watery, undercooked, and the worst! I stayed at Hilton Pompano Beach before coming to this one, there the breakfast was awesome!! I think all Hilton chain hotels should maintain the same standards I believe.

Located nearby businesses of relevance to my trip. They are cleaning carpets and upholstery in select rooms while customers are staying. The carpet in my room was very wet, unpleasant to stay there.

Breakfast was good. The room is very large. Easy check-in process. When they did service (which was every other day), they did NOT refresh the glasses or sugar. It appears the only thing they might have done was refresh towels and empty the garbage.

The shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. The desk chair was broke down and not very useable. Big suite with very little furniture. Should have been a couple chairs and a small table instead of so much empty space in the room. Not impressed at all for the cost of the room.

Wasn't aware of the every other day cleaning policy. I would have taken out the trash myself and prevent the roaches we got as visitors. The room was spacious and good, breakfast was good. Overall visit was great with the exception of the house cleaning.

I do have one small suggestion regarding the fruit station: during my stay, the selection was mostly oranges, apples, and bananas every day. It would be wonderful to see a bit more rotation, such as peaches, plums, or other seasonal fruits on some days. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciate the excellent service. Thank you!

Our room was not cleaned properly especially where vacuuming was concerned. The mattress was too soft and gave my wife back pains and headaches. The receptionists were excellent, very helpful and conscientious.

Upon check in we were told there was a $10.00 per night charge for parking. We had not seen anything about the up charge when booking and were told they just started to charge in April which is 7 months ago, plenty of time to update their web site.. This is a standard Hampton Inn with a large parking area. The hotel is showing some wear and tear, dated tile and flooring.

The room was great. Just the check in rep seemed to have an attitude. I've visited Hampton numerous times and haven't actually had an unpleasant check front desk rep until now. No greeting, no smile or even a responses after me saying "Hello & How are you" .

The hotel it was only a couple of miles from hard rock stadium they have a shuttle service that takes you and picks you up afterwards. Also they have plenty of places to eat around and Publix is near by as well.

Property was clean and well maintained. I loved the gym and pool. The wifi worked perfectly with no issues. The free continental breakfast was delicious. Wasn't happy with paying for parking although it was safe and convenient.

I booked this property for two nights and I checked out on the last day got about 50 miles down the road and my credit card dinged I was charged $27 for parking and nobody told me how is it legal for somebody just add charges on your credit card without your knowledge that this doesn’t seem right I would not recommend this. Nobody discussed this with me at check-in. Nobody discuss this with me at checkout. They just took it upon yourself to deduct from my credit card. Sounds like a hell of a scam to me if I was told about it, it would’ve been one thing, but I was not. It was not on the Expedia website. I am trying to get a hold of Debbie the general manager, which was on vacation at the time I still have not received a call back from her yet. Tried to talk to a manager on duty at the property and no manager was on duty and one not going to be available from what I was told still waiting on a callback from Debbie maybe we can resolve this issue until then I would not recommend this property.

It is not as close as I thought to sea world. It was just my husband and I and we did make the walk there and back. About a mile. You look at the side of the park and have to basically cross the street and walk all the way around the park to the front. If we had kids we would have taken the transportation. We were there just to sleep so other than my cup of coffee and his quick breakfast we did not stay at the hotel. The room was clean and roomy. Close to all the shopping and easy to drive to see the family that we were visiting while they were not at the Disney parks. The staff were the friendliest people ever. For a budget hotel I think it was very nice.

Overall, my stay was stellar from check in to check out. The front desk staff is helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. They have a hot breakfast every morning until 10 am which is a nice amenity to have. Coffee is available all day. The room was spacious and clean. Aside from some noisy kids and a dog it really was a lovely stay and the hotel is central to a lot of shops, restaurants and the mall.

The hotel is always very welcoming, staff are always friendly and goes out there way they're way to assist and accommodate. Only thing that has changed is the parking which is now a fee of 10 which isn't too bad just a new feature that was implemented in April. Overall I always enjoy my way there

The entrance of the hotel is very nice. However, the hotel is very outdated. The hallways and my room had a very musty smell. In addition, there were roaches in my room. I let staff know upon checking out and she stated should would let her manager know.

Stayed there one night with my son for a sporting event. Nice area with decent dining options less than a mile away. Priced well in comparison with other locations I looked at.

That is the least I was expecting a clean bedroom, new towels and garbage out. Also, the staff are close to be replaced by robots. No character in the service. I stayed in cheaper hotels and way better service in general.
