Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is a bit run down but clean and comfortable. Okay for the price.

Air conditioner made a lotta noise but the hot tub was perfect after a hard day at work to come home to.

The in room jacuzzi is amazing and I love that the place is small - it’s an in-town getaway retreat! The owners definitely love their job and take pride in the property and actually care what we think or have to say. They are prompt, kind, and very accommodating! We will be staying here a lot! Love King’s Row!!!

The owner’s are amazing and extremely accommodating. The place is extremely old and well kept - owner’s did upgrades and you can’t beat the price for privacy,peace and quiet! It’s a great in town getaway…i’d say a small slice of heaven inside the city!

Staff was great! Clean room and experience was all in all a good time.

There were no wash clothes in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk to ask for a couple they informed me that they don't have any and didn't plan on getting any that's my very 1st experience of no wash clothes for a 2 day stay Walmart was right down the street thank god

The room was nice the attendant of the office was great very accommodating very nice I plan on staying there again

Everything works well.

Shower had no pressure, and took forever to get hot, hottub gotta fill it like 75% up with hot water, then add in the cold, they really need to replace the carpets

The hot tub was the bomb

Ring the locked office door to be told there is a $50 cash deposit and you cannot use card. So had to drive to an atm but would have rather canceled the stay and gotten refunded but the front desk guy said they don’t refund the website here does. Big waste of time even though I stayed the night to avoid losing more money. They also had a sign that said checkout was at 11pm? But they did not honor this. Pillows had sweat stains and the blanket already had cigarette burns from a previous guest. Pretty gross condition overall. Every bath towel had string coming from the corners and very worn. Only thing that worked well was the ac and tv. Bed was not comfy and felt dirty.

Just bad. So so bad.

Called to confirm reservation on 5/31 made confirmation. Upon arrival there is a mandatory $50 cash deposit required to complete check in. Never informed about this during the confirmation process and was invited to walk a half mile to the closest ATM. When I returned with the mandatory cash deposit… I asked where’s the ice machine? Response “ we don’t have one “. Probably this is a repeat scenario at this sub par facility. Never going back ever.

Friendly staff. Small and quiet property. I will probably be back soon.

Paid 275 on line then when i arrived it was 320 got room and was dirty left next day

It’s a old place

Horrible. The room was very dirty they didn't offer any kind of service or refund to make it right. I have pictures.

Upon arrival shabby exterior noted. *Lobby* accessed only by buzzer. Staff behind glass. Note that hourly rates available. Need I say more? I did not stay.

The property is run down and i didn't realize it was a you can pay by the hour. Furniture was broken, bathroom floor felt like it was going to collapse, just not at all good. I only stayed there because it was close to why I was in town for a day. Next time I'll just drive the extra bit to stay somewhere nicer.

This place was affordable and close to where we wanted to be. Looks as though multiple people live in unit some of which weren't so courteous in the middle of the night.

Rooms by the hour & long term renters of sorts. Rooms are in disrepair. Advertised hot tub, broken , chipped and dirty towels, garbage in drains, etc. bars on bathroom windows.

Someome had put a trash bag over the smoke detector and had clearly been smoking in there, there was random graffiti on the wall and the entire unit was on a slant including the bed.

Check in was a breeze. My MAN at the desk and the helm of this establishment was awesome to me. Always asking if I need anything, and very quiet aswell. WILLNCOME BACK.... ROOM 11 is wanting for me.

We went to relax and enjoy a couple days together the hot tub was so small i barely fit in it and im 5 foot 5 definitely cant fit two adults in it that was disappointing

then the shower handle fell off...what an adventure.

Not surprised given the price of the inn. It’s a place to lay your head for the night, don’t expect anything more.

The room was not adequately stocked with supplies. There were cigarette holes in the bed sheet. There was a distinct smell of covered tobacco smoke with some chemical. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet. I didn't see any extra tub that was advertised though.

Semi circle of 10 or so rooms in a few buildings, 1940s style. No lamps or bedside tables, gun shop next door. Bikini barista in coffee hut out front. If those things don't bother you then enjoy the friendly staff and have surprisingly quiet stay.

This was the worst experience i have ever had at a motel! The shower was disgusting, and full of mold. The entire room was riddled with mold, and blood spatter everywhere. The "Jacuzzi" didn't even work, and had flakes of plastic breaking off on the bottom. The worst thing that happened while we were there was getting locked into the room, and having to crawl through the window to leave the hotel. I was done at that point. Dont waste your money.

We ordered a pizza that was stolen by the tweakers living in the room next to us.

All together it was the worst experience I ever had and way to high of a price for what it was

The thing that disturbed me the most was the number of times I saw the police in the parking lot, 3 times in one evening. Additionally I observed strange men hanging around right outside my door at night. I was completely terrified. The reason I was staying there was because I was in town for a funeral and it was very close to the location of the gathering. I certainly learned my lesson not to stay in inexpensive motels.

There was blood on the walls. When we told him it didn't seem to bother him at all. Tweekers in the lot not even in a space doors open and passed out in driver seat. The bathroom was so small, and the "jet" tub didn't work. They didn't clean very well. Random stuff all over walls. We didn't stay the night. After an hour we requested a refund. The room smelled like mold and vomit.

This place was so utterly disgusting it looked like somebody wiped the floor, with the towels and then scrub the toilet with them they were so black I could not believe how disgustingly dirty they were I tried to get my money back however of course Expedia I guess does not guarantee

Place really wasn't as advertised. For the price you would be way better off getting a room at a Best Western. There were "strangers" knocking on our door at all times of the night, no real amenities in the room (coffee maker, soaps, etc.) and the walls were paper thin.

I am always glad when they have an opening! My fav place for a relaxing weekend

Room smelled like urine, thin walls, syringe cap on floor, in and out traffic of other guests all night long, bed not level and head of bed was lower than foot of bed, cigarette burns everywhere on window sills, edge of tub.

The property was very accommodating and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay very much! We opted for a jacuzzi suite and we left very relaxed!!!

Nothing, there were ants everywhere. We did NOT have sheets on our bed, everything was dirty, there was mold all over the bathroom, it was disgusting! We didn’t even stay!!!!

My stay was ok besides paying extra for a room with a jacuzzi that didn't even work that and we had to move rooms because the 1st room was dirty but I'm upset we paid for a room with a jacuzzi and didn't even get to use it

Was unable to get the hot tube room I asked for didn’t get my money back the room I got was dirty and had burn holes in the bedding

The towels need to be replaced and were stained and looked total worn out and not white at all. No shampoo for guest just soap. No coffee available! Luke warm water for the supposedly heated jet tub.

Staff is always super nice and the rooms are super clean!

This is the place we come every time we have to send somebody to class. None of our employees have ever complained. Must be good!

The location was close to our grandchildren, so we could visit them. This place is awful. The location was the only reason we stayed there ONE night. The 5 stars it was rated was false in every possible way.

Checkin was easy and friendly. Bed and bedding were great.

The room was dirty , outside was dirty . I didn’t want to sleep in sheets afraid of bedbugs. Worst ever in my life Smoke holes in blanket, bug in bathroom.

The motel was fine -- plenty of room & comfortable bed.

Great room for a great price in a not so nice part of town. But room was amazing. And car didn’t get broken into. They really should look at people who were staying before allowing them to stay. The people next to me were on some serious drugs. The groundskeeper as well, also on drugs. But the room was great the jetted tub worked. Pro tip, they cover the on and off switch with towels top corner by wall. Jets are a little weak but it was okay. Better than nothing and couldn’t beat the price.
