I'm really glad we found this place. It was a great place has breakfast & can you believe it even has dinner. Not just snacks but an actual dinner. The employees were above nice. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was under some construction, however, they kept things very clean! And the hotel smelled so new! There was plenty of parking too!! Breakfast is included also!! No issues at all!

Book it! About 15mins from Levi Stadium. Check in was super quick and easy and staff was super friendly. Free dinner and drinks and breakfast in the morning. Super quiet area and quiet hotel as well I will definitely stay again!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Our room was clean and nice. Only issue was the toilet was low pressure and wouldn’t flush and the air unit was stinky. All was well with the air, we just opened up the 2 big windows and let the breeze in

Ladies working in restaurant were very nice to me. Water is provided in the fitting center, which is very thoughful. I really enjoy the stay. The water temperture in the room was not stable. Would jump to really hot in 1 sec. The water flow of the shower is small and hard to adjust to the right temperture.

The room was nice and spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff was beyond amazing, totally exceeded all expectations. The love and care the staff puts into their customers and the hotel shows. Ive never felt more at home in a hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for all their hard work and incredible attention to detail. All so very friendly absolutely incredible.

Perfect place for a large group!

Property was nice. Room layout was excellent. Breakfast options were good. Different choices everyday. Only thing was the dryer was broken. And having to wait for other people to finish their laundry it took hours to finish mine. The elevator was passed its permit expiration date and would sound like it’s breaking. The beds were rock hard. But other than that it was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everyone onsite was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The pool area is nice but the pool is run down and needs to be resurfaced. I will definitely return!

Minus a star on property due to finding cockroaches under the sink. They didn’t come out, and weren’t found in the rest of the unit, but still alarming.

I really like that they offer breakfast and dinner for free. It was an awesome experience. The room was beautiful. The beds comfy. And we had a full size fridge we were able to store our leftover takeout. They also had a kitchenette

Room was not ready at check in time. One hour plus late. Carpets were wet and smelly. Windows were left open, both toilets ran, and closet doors broken.

The rooms were a perfect size for a group of 5 adults! The property is located in a nice, quiet area, and there are places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast was simple but good and everything was clean. It was great for what we needed it for.

Stayed for two nights in a two-bedroom suite. Rooms are big and clean. Bed are comfortable with good quality bed linens. There are a lot of asian restaurants nearby.

We’re told Our Room had a water leak, or maybe they over booked so we had to move to different hotel across the street

Breakfast was delicious, although it was frustrating having to wait in a long line to have one person serve everything up. I understand the safety protocols due to Covid, but asking people to stand near strangers in line for more than 15 minutes is far more risky (and scientifically founded) than letting people touch utensils and serve themselves, which has not been proven to contribute to viral spread. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel!!

Really enjoyed our stay but was more than a little ticked when the front desk told us where to get breakfast and AFTER yelled at us for getting food. Apparently, they need to do it for you, not an issue, but TELL me that. Additionally, on the morning of check out, I was awaken by the maid beating on the door. She left for an hour, then came back and cross examined me as to when we were leaving as "she wants to clean the room", well that's fine, but check out time is in 2 HOURS! I found this unacceptable. Otherwise a nice hotel, nice to have the kitchen. Bed was not very comfortable but the rest of the room was. Overall, A nice stay

I like the cleanliness of the room, hallway, lobby; and the friendly nd professional staff. I like the selections of food for the complimentary breakfast. I didn't get to try because I always got home late after all day sight seeing, but the hotel also offers complimentary dinner like. taco bar, etc. Very generous. You are practically set for breakfast and dinner everyday! One are of improvement is the laundry room; it could use more frequent cleaning. I am sure it is heavily used therefore get messy quickly; I do appreciate the free use of washer and dryer, and free laundry soap and dryer sheets! Every other hotel I've used, I always had to pay with coins and got my own supplies.

The gentleman checking us in was so friendly, so happy and was very helpful and went out of his way to help with the internet for us. I’ve stayed here twice and both times this gentleman was there and was very welcoming.

Hot tub wasn’t working

I would love to rate Staybridge 5 stars. Everything was excellent in the terms of cleanness, communication and location. This hotel was really trying to make guests a comfortable home.

Excellent accommodations but far from the vta

Location not bad, nearby restaurants and shopping places. Room is cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is free self-service laundry at lobby. There is also free shuttle service within 5 miles (reserve your seat earlier). Overall a very good stay, but the breakfast buffet can help with more variety though.

Evening breeze would bring a stench of garbage. Must be a dump or something around there. Every evening. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous.

The hotel was very clean and easy to find. The two issues we had while staying was the elevators being broke and having to climb up and down the stairs to our rooms. The other problem was the bed was extremely small for a standard queen, it felt more like a Full size bed.

It was an amazing stay! With complimentary washers and dryers (soap included) it made me feel at home. Rooms are really big and everything is within 15 minutes. Highly recommend

We spent 3 days and enjoyed everything about this hotel. Very clean and beds were all very comfortable. Good amenities.

Stayed here with my dad to attend a concert at the nearby Levi Stadium. Great convenient location, excellent service, free parking and full breakfast! Everything was terrific except during the night we could hear what sounded like maintenance or furniture being moved directly below us. Didn't get much sleep as a result, but the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

Three night stay for elderly wheelchair bound guest. Very accommodating, good services, and sweet staff. She was comfortable, felt safe, and was able to maneuver properly.

Good hotel service and people is nice! and covers breakfast, light dinner, gym, swimming pool, and free laundry! However, San Jose's security is very bad (car window be mashed in first night, just park in front of hotel)

The hotel was in a great location, was clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, the breakfast was very good. Had issues with both the AC and the toilet not working. When I notified the hotel, they were apologetic and gave me a credit for part of the stay.

Great location right off the freeway. Minutes to everything needed. Hotel was amazingly clean. The hotel smelled great and clean the moment you walk into the lobby. Hotel staff were so friendly, attentive to our needs and helpful. Breakfast buffet was AMAZING! By far the best hotel food I’ve ever eaten. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to the Bay Area.

The room was completely cleaned when we got there and it was fresh. Very nice place to stay when you’re in town. I would definitely recommend going back to this one. I loved this hotel compared to a lot of others.

It's always a pleasure to encounter someone who treats you like a real person rather than just an entity in the line they are paid to keep short. The front desk person was genuine and friendly and made me feel welcome. StayBridge - hire more people like her! She is excellent with people and as the point of first contact, she set the tone for my stay. I walked away saying that I will go out of my way to stay at this hotel again anytime I am in/near the area.
