The property was clean and the location was convenient. I checked in. I received two keys went to my room. The door would not open and go back downstairs to the lobby. There were somebody in front of me so I had to wait to get my key cards , I go back to my room and the restroom lights are burnt out. How was this missed when the room was cleaned? I was only staying for one night so I left the restroom door open to get lighting from the hallway. .

The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?

The staff attention to details when checking in or checking out. The checking out procedure could also be improved by having the overall billing receipt of some sort BEFORE charging my bank account. This helps with any concerns and anxiety of what happened during the stay. The amount of people hanging out in front of the hotel is intimidating as if I almost couldn't make it inside to check in. It would be nice to have people to hang out in the back of the hotel instead of the front so that they don't block incoming stayers.

Was not happy about this room selection. Room was very dark due to inadequate lighting. Inadequate sound proofing for road noise and hallway noise. Breakfast was so so.

I booked this Dec 2 then i tried cancelling it after 5 mins because i made a mistake but unfortunately they didn’t let me cancelled and refund my money. Our $6 coins got stuck at the laundry room and had to use our card instead Noisy, i couldn’t sleep

Clean room, loved that Dove products were available for convenience, that was nice quality product to offer. Only negatives, we had ants in our bathroom, the mattress on couch was pretty rough, we had to ask for all the bedding. Also kind of ridiculous that you make customers pay $15 for parking. Include that in your price if really need the $, seems like a petty charge. Staff customer service was mid, nothing at all over the top. Daniel who helped check us out was the most friendly. Overall a great comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and pillows! Just not the pullout mattress...that needs work

Not even sure if the rooms are clean. Reception was nothing but polite and helpful. In the shower area, we found hair and there was crumbs on the floor and it seemed like it was not vacuumed.

The staff are not welcoming and accommodating. During our stay somebody opened the door even tho we did not asked for a room service-double checked if the clients are still in the room or not. The place wasn’t that nice because they were less amenities. I think the staff are not well prepared for the clients. I would not stay in this location again.

Temp in room was uncomfortable; something as simple as Toilet paper was not replaced - I had to get it from frt desk -towel was torn - no breakfast to go containers was offered a box to put in but a folded box would not be a good option to put eggs- potato’s etc. this is not what I have grown to expect from Holiday Inn - or any reputable Hotel

Micheal the night front desk person was so helpful when the fire sprinkler started leaking in our room on our bed. He moved us immediately, reacted in such a kind humble way, apologized for any inconvenience. He is such a superb person of the staff . He made our long stay there much more easier for us since we were waiting for our apartment to be ready which took a few more days than expected .

The 1st night we checked in the guy at night was the nicest after that service was not good the receptionist girl looked Asian possibly Hispanic had a very bad attitude giving us dirty looks we asked a question and she loudly said ummmmmmnooooooo it’s not on your room you booked!!! There was other people around like why are you being rude it’s embarrassing honestly i would not stay here again I thought the rooms would of been bigger for what I paid but it is what it is now!

We arrived 2 hrs after check in Time, and my room was not ready yet, coffee maker, wasn’t working, we called the front desk because the toilet wasn’t flushing. Maintenance never showed up. Very disappointed on this property. I asked for the managers, Card, and no one had it.

We loved this hotel! Check in was quick & easy. Have a restaurant & bar. Little store. Room was clean & spacious. Big bathroom. Lots of sitting room including a couch. Pool & hot tub were big. Lobby had a reading/relaxing nook. Cold water. Breakfast buffet was ok, a bit pricey. Kids eat free. Staff was all nice & friendly. Plenty of parking. Right off of the freeway but could not hear any traffic. 10 minutes to Great America. Close to restaurants & shopping. Good price. Would definitely stay here again!

⸻ One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had during a business trip. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly understaffed—or worse, staffed by people who simply don’t care. There was no air conditioning in the lobby or restaurant areas, creating an incredibly uncomfortable environment to work or relax in. While trying to work from the restaurant, we had to open a door ourselves just to get some fresh air. The staff not only closed it without explanation but also turned off the lights while we were sitting there. Absolutely no regard for guest comfort or basic hospitality. The service throughout the stay was consistently poor and the staff were rude and dismissive. No effort was made to correct any of the issues, despite multiple complaints. This is not a hotel I would ever recommend for business or leisure travel. Avoid it if you value cleanliness, comfort, or even the most basic customer service!

When we walked in, the lobby was hot and humid, no A/C and no fans. The front desk was nice, we were greeted and helped. We booked for a "suite", we were traveling with kids and a 11 month old, but all we got was just a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch... the space was already tight without pulling the couch out and on top of that the crib we asked for barley fit. Shower pressure is terrible, no microwave only in the lobby unless you put in a request for it. The AC in the room worked fine but it was next to a bed so we constantly turned it on/off. Parking is $15 and makes no sense since the parking lot is empty. Breakfast isn't included which is super inconvenient. Housekeeping knocked on our door around 9am asking what time we were going to be checking out and made us feel like we were getting rushed to leave. Staff was great, hotel wasn't.

The toilet did not work when we first checked-in. The toilet problem occurred 3 times throughout our one-night stay. Avoid room 323 if possible. Other than the toilet issue, the room was clean and comfortable in a quiet area for a good night sleep. Management did a good job to compensate for the inconvenience.

Upon my arrival, I encountered an issue with early check-in. I had called ahead to inquire about the possibility, as my work shift started at 1:00 p.m. and the standard check-in time was 3:00 p.m. I spoke with a lady (don't remember her name she was helpful tho )who informed me that while early check-in was a possibility, it wasn’t guaranteed and the earliest I could check in would be at 1:20 p.m. However, when I arrived at 12pm, Irene was working and informed me that there were no early check-ins and no rooms to accommodate my request and nothing she can for me . I asked if she could notify me if a room became available, but she declined to assist further, which felt quite rude. As a result, I had to wait for three hours before I could check in. Additionally, when I finally accessed my room, I was disappointed to find it in an unclean state. There were dirty spots, hair in the shower, and what appeared to be blood on the walls, along with streaks on the shower glass doorsand a towel with stains on it . This was surprising, especially since I had expected thorough cleaning given there was no possibility of early check-ins do to rooms being cleaned. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I feel compelled to suggest that our company reconsider using the Holiday Inn for training accommodations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This was a satisfactory experience, made better due to kind and polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable. However, restaurant breakfast was not good (oatmeal much too watery and without any embellishments, eggs dry and overcooked, fruit / melons not ripe enough, coffee very bland). $15/night for parking in a largely empty lot felt like nothing more than a greedy way to pad the price.

The Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The only bad thing is parking costs you $15. The key card was not working and we had to wait a while outside the hallway for someone to fix it. The experience overall is not great.

The toilet ran every 10 seconds. I managed to fix this myself by lifting the cover and forcing the mechanism to seal properly. There were no body towels in my room (only hand and face towels). I did not realize this until I was in the shower. I used the hand towels to dry myself.

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking despite having their own lot. The front desk told me that the money for parking goes to the security guard which despite not seeing one and they take no responsibility if anything gets stolen, would make $500k/year with the amount of spaces they charge for. Also, we needed sheets for the hida bed and they were short staffed so had to go to the front desk ourselves to get them.

The hotel is nice but the services were suck! We had 4 persons and only gave two towels. Everyday, i had to go down to get additional towels. I spoke to the manager and staffs on the first night and still had to go down to get towels for the next 4 days. Kleenex was not giving to us. They did not clean 3 out 5 days we were there! I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location! Also, they charged $15 parking per day which was not mentioned when we booked. I will definitely write a complaint to the corporate on this location.

The whole experience here was amazing, the front desk Anita and Irene was so welcoming, informative, kind, just overall sweethearts. Angel didn’t waste anytime providing us with our microwave and even though he was on his lunch, he took a break to just fix the remote connection to our TV. Then there was Karen at the restaurant, she was kind and patient with us because we were clueless on what we would like for breakfast. She made great suggestions and was sweet as well. Our rooms were amazing, much more than what I expected! The beds are comfortable, there is so much space in the rooms that we had like a mini kitchenette. The shower was amazing as well. For the 49ers fans, this is close to the stadium. We Uber to the game and it was cost efficient, especially since the parking spaces were $100 at the stadium. Overall the stay, people and convenience is a 10 out of 10! Just Winning like we won the championship game 😂😂😂

Signs regarding cancer from any food prepared at restaurant made me feel uncomfortable the shower and sinks were not safe for brushing teeth, showering, or making coffee in the room. Charging us for parking each day was pretty upsetting.

Excellent Stay! Room was very nice! Above my expectations! The only downside was that it was $15 per night to park on the property, and we specifically looked for EV charging (this hotel had it available), but the two chargers on the property were blocked up by other guests, so we had to charge elsewhere.
