The hotel was great overall! However, the pool was down for remodel which was a bummer cause it was a hot day. Also, the bar and food area closed early because it was slow. We were able to grab a quick drink to go but we were looking forward to relaxing in bar area after a long day for our daughters graduation and was unable to do so. The staff was EXCELLENT! Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

So I made a reservation for my adult children to stay under booking.com but because I wasn’t there to check them in they weren’t able to stay. I thought because they were 19 and 20 it wouldn’t be a problem. I’ve messaged to see if I could get a refund since they weren’t allowed to stay but I haven’t gotten a response

The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice.

Free parking — everywhere else charges a fee to park. Close to gas station, food, highway, etc.

However, I would like to share several improvement suggestions: Breakfast: Each morning I ordered the avocado sandwich listed on the menu and was told it was sold out. After repeated attempts, a staff member explained they are only allowed to purchase avocado once per week. If a menu item is consistently unavailable, supply planning or menu adjustments may be needed. Bedding: The duvet had no proper cover, only sheets wrapped around it, leaving the duvet exposed. As duvets are unlikely washed as frequently as sheets, this feels unhygienic and below international expectations. Air conditioning & ventilation: The AC unit seemed old and was quite noisy, making it uncomfortable to use at night. In mild weather, natural ventilation would be preferable, but windows on the 2nd floor only open a few inches. Limited fresh air combined with a noisy AC reduces comfort. Courtyard: The outdoor courtyard feels underutilized. The option to dine outside or simply enjoy a beer there would significantly improve the guest experience. I believe gym users would also appreciate this. Room details: A bottle opener and proper glasses in the room would be a simple upgrade. My room had a brownish color scheme with some stained walls (happy to share photos). Proximity to the highway also affected comfort.

As You can see, I love the staff, location and cleanliness . Laundry room was great. Love room size. Some things were warned and dated. Handicap Accessible rooms doesn’t means bed should be that low to the floor. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpet hallways could use a little updating.

It was a professional place , we kept and clean The add says breakfast but it was really a restaurant. It should have been clearer that breakfast was not included. A little awkward

The pillows were honestly the best thing of this stay and convenient of parking being outside the front door. The staff from before I started my stay was terrible. I was hung up on twice when I tried to call and ask your pet policy for a service animal, rude when I checked in and specifically Siia was one of the worst employees I have ever had to meet at a hotel. The manager apparently on staff when I checked out as well had no empathy to hear the customer side of a story as she approved an incorrect charge on my bill and has still not returned my call as Siia would only let me go to the voicemail. On top of that, the room AC barely worked and the fridge never worked so spoiled anything I purchased on my stay. I accidentally went to Garden inn and I regret not picking that hotel instead, they have a nice clean lobby with EV parking and a much nicer front desk attendant.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was large enough for my family of 4. The pool was fun but we needed to ask for towels as they didn’t restock them too often. The breakfast was included but the continental side was very limited and a lot of the devices were broken like the toasting machine. We opted to order breakfast on the second day and that was much better.

Property was nice and the gym was really good had a lot of equipment. It’s always so pleasant when we walk in we get greeted and the staff were amazing. Room was very comfy, me and my partner always enjoy our time. To start the room was set up kind of messy,the set up this time around the soap containers and the shower amenities were not there. Water that came from the sink smelled kind of foul. Tv didn’t even work kept saying no signal.

We like the location. The TV picture and audio continuously broke up (lost signal???) so we couldn't watch any TV during the entire two weeks we were there. And since we had a lot of down time in the room this made it very difficult with nothing to do to pass the time.

Place is nicely maintained. Cleanliness, staff are attentive and dog friendly is a definite plus. We will be staying here again when we visit family.

Absolutely horrible attempt to check in, front desk lost the reservation had to put $100 deposit down and I’m still not certain if they figured it out. Had the email to show them the Expedia reservation number and everything should’ve been in order this hotel is not satisfactory and should give some form of credit for this horrible experience.

Although the computer system was down when we arrived and it took quite some time to get us checked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, with treats for our 6-year-old granddaughter, water for all of us and eventually a room with a great view. Your employees certainly know how to handle difficult situations. Thank you The selection of the continental breakfast was nice but certainly could be improved instead of charging for basic breakfast items.

Graveyard check in agent (guy) was awesome so thank you! I was running really late and he picked up the line quickly both times and assured me everything would be okay. Also, upon check out my funds for deposit were returned back to me quickly.

I like the property very much with its nice, clean room, clean and safe handle bar for elderly people in the bathroom,..…but I think the inn better install a safety box for every room to make the tenants feel safer.

Stayed 2 nights. First night went well, second night had to leave IMMEDIATELY because of a gas leak that was NOT safe to sleep in. Tried to get a refund for 2nd night but was declined because of their policy.

It was very nice got there as plastic was coming off new furniture. Looked very clean and updated! Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable could have used more blankets. It was great till I heard screaming and yelling then the cops showed up. I called front desk as my son was returning from concert to make sure he could get in no one answered. Waited and seen more cops come with woman yelling he’s over there, then called again and was told the front entrance was ok and cops have people contained. When checking out noticed a big window in front was busted. Liked having so many food options near. Hot tub was closed.

They’re renovating right now so it was a little dusty and inconvenient to go around the construction area, but there was plenty of signage directing you to the right places. My bathroom tub was broken (had to jam a towel under the stopper to keep it up) but everything else was great! Worked well for my weekend trip around South Bay, really close to the freeway.

I checked in and was told that the room I had gotten (two full size beds) was not available and was upgraded to a king size bed (for free) and they provided an extra twin bed for free. They also provided more blankets, towels and pillows. Overall it was a great stay.

The beds are very hard. Not a comfortable nights sleep. So if you like hard beds this place is for you. The showers are nice, but you have to turn it on standing in the shower, therfore you get cold water on you first. Not pleasant. Super convenient location right at the intersection of I880 and CA237 In-n-out literally across the parking lot, great for late night munchies. Walmart is across the road for anything you need. My room seemed to have a bit of a fly problem as there was a continuous supply of small flies and the occasional mosquito. The hotel is getting it's main lobby/reception area remodeled at the moment so there's the odd noise during the daytime. One complaint that was slightly annoying for me (as a business traveller) was that the walls are paper thin. I could hear the TV of the room across the hall, as well as the conversations of those in the rooms next to mine. Other than that... There's a reason why I keep coming back to this hotel... It ticks all my boxes for a good stay especially considering the price it usually goes at!

The hotel is in a good location convenient to restaurants. However, the room was not as described. No tea bags or milk for guests. No water. The pillows were soft and uncomfortable. It didn’t seem housekeeping was doing its job right. The lights are not bright in the room. Hilton could do better. We have stayed in other Hiltons before.

You can hear everything between the walls and in the halls. You can even hear the footprints from above. My room was nice and had all it needed. Not all the channels on the TV have a connection or if you are watching something you could loose a signal at the most important part of the show. Many fast food places in walking distance.

We requested a new fridge because the one we had wasn’t working. We have a baby so we needed to store her food. The front desk worker told us the fridge was fine and that nothing was wrong with it. We asked if someone could look at it again. They had us pack up all our things and move to another room at 9:30 pm with a baby. Dropped off the keys, saw us struggling holding everything with a baby and didn’t offer to help at all. We had to unpack and get settled in again. Walls are extremely thin so you could hear everyone talking from the hallways and room beneath us. Bathroom was also dirty in the second room. Did not get any rest at all after a long day of travel.

Had a great stay after the 49ers game nearby at Levi’s stadium. Staff was great and got us into our room early to drop our stuff before the game. Room was nice, comfortable and newly remodeled. Only issue was minor ant problem, but wasn’t a big deal. Great location and walking distance to tons of restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we come to town for a game.

Wish we were given a better compensation, instead of donuts, for the fire alarm that rang in the middle of one nights (4:30am) we stayed when we were standing in the intense cold weather

The price was right but as they say you “get what you pay for”. Along with being under renovation, our hotel room itself was not left in a super clean state. Stray hairs were on the bedding and the shower (which did have portions peeling off the wall). Check in staff was not personable but check out staff upon leaving was very kind and helpful/personable.

It was subpar, we got in late in the evening parking is very limited, the location shares a parking lot with another hotel. When we arrived I parked in a parking spot which assumed was open parking then immediately got yelled at my some rent-a-cop security guard how I couldn’t park there because it belonged to the other hotel in the parking lot. I made 5 kids with me travel for my sister’s wedding & was told I had 5 minutes to check in and then move my car. When we got into the room I went to shower & was locked in the shower because the sliding door got stuck because the top part of the shower was rusted so the door was extremely hard to open from the inside. Beds were okay, didn’t stay to eat as breakfast was a little pricey for what they were serving.

we ended up going to dinner and checking in later. We needed up in the same room and it wasn’t very clean. We spent some time in the lobby area and found the tables to be extremely sticky both days. The staff were welcoming, helpful and patient.

I like the fact that is very convenient because of the shopping and stores around within 5 miles distance. This time I was assigned to the second floor to a room which has a very strong smell. At night, the people on the upper floor was noisy, the banging noise of the floor which I keep waking me while I am trying to sleep… I asked for the higher floor and was told the rooms are not available. I am a bit disappointed and also they place on the credit card $100 per night deposit. If I stay 5 nights then a $500 hold on my credit card… I asked why and the answer was that I booked through a third party instead of booking through them.

We were in town for 49ers game. Hotel location was excellent; was able to do early check-in for a modest fee and was an Uber to the game and the train/ and car ride with fellow hotel guest back to hotel. Post-game we cooled down in the outdoor pool post-game; LEVI stadium was very hot the day of the Cardinal game.

Property had some remodeling going on, but that didn’t impact our stay. Only odd thing found in the room was hair on the bathroom floor, shower walls and bathroom door.

The bathroom was very small with one sink, and the tub was repainted, not replaced. Check in was very slow. We ate in the hotel and the burgers we dry, overly salty and the order came out wrong. I am in the area all the time, and I would never stay here again.

It was an okay stay for one night I have two complaints one was there was no sugar for the coffee or anything to stir coffee with the ice bucket was dirty I had to clean it myself

The Air-condition was leaking water all over the rug. Did not noticed it until we returned to are room late at night. The toilet seat was broken. Told the desk clerk in the morning. Her reaction was sorry.

Great location. We had ants in our room and the staff was phenomenal at getting us moved to a new room for our stay!

Limited parking and under construction /remodeling

We liked that it was only 7 minutes from Great America. The rooms were beautiful easy parking staff was helpful and very nice we like happy hour at the in-house Bar and Grill. What we didn't like is that breakfast was not included with our stay. So we bought a breakfast and paid $17 in the portions were extremely small not worth the money for breakfast so small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyedy stay here made me feel super safe!

There were no towels in the room when I arrived, and when I called the front desk, the staff was curt and impolite. Throughout the stay, the noise from other guests was unbearable, with loud conversations and doors slamming at all hours. On top of that, the hotel was undergoing renovations, adding to the overall inconvenience. The location was also problematic, with constant traffic making it difficult to get in and out. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No new bath towel available upon requested for second night is disappointed. Never heard of hotel run out of bath towels.

Wonderful staff, nice amenities, excellent pool and jacuzzi. Hope to stay here again!

Great time love going there clean and the people are great.

The place was amazing, the staff was wonderful. I would like to give a five star to the host manager she was perfect at meeting all of my needs. She deserves flowers and cake!! Love her!! 💝💗💗

A/c wall unit very loud, bathroom sink was almost clogged.

Decent stay

No towels for the pool, the hotel said they didn’t have any. Coffee machine had mold and dirt in it in the hotel room.

Gave us a very hard time for checking in with my husbands name instead of mine

The room was clean. The service was fine. What I didn't appreciate is that our window overlooked their dump yard; broken toilets, miscellaneous junk, etc. That wasn't very pleasant.

I booked this property for the hot tub feature. I paid nearly double the rate of similar nearby hotels for this amenity. They did have a hot tub and it was available, but it was cold. I asked the front desk if it could be made warmer and they shrugged. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are expecting this amenity.

What I like most is the room type of 2 queen beds.

They do not restock or clean the rooms everyday. Therefore you have to request clean towels and in room coffee. Also no complimentary breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby.

It is close to road. The noise is not loud.
