The inn was not luxurious, but it was not supposed to be as the price was low compared to other motels/inns. For the low price, Heritage was very functional and provided all my needs for a work trip and the staff was very helpful and available. I even accidentally left my retainer, which is expensive, so I called to try to get it back. The owner asked his cleaning staff about it, located it and mailed it back to me promptly. He even reached out by phone to keep me updated. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel but the price was right. My only complaint is the toilet seat was loose. I worked around it, although if I asked, they probably would have sent staff to fix it ASAP, but I didn't want to be bothered.

Only thing I liked was they didn’t require a deposit. Everything, it was disgusting. The pictures make it seem nicer than it is but it was so gross.

The room smells awful and the restroom is like the third world condition with no bathtubr. The floor is dirty and the shower stall was not useful with mold built up. We were very disappointed and didn't stsy for the nights even though we have already paid for the room. We had to look for another hotel to book and two nights. The hotel, the dirty awful smelly room, the very outdated restroom full of molds I would not book or recommend anyone to stay with Inn.

Bed was comfortable in clean room with hard surface flooring. Room was a bit tired, but totally functional for a night's rest

Nothing really. It was quiet but mostly because the place is so run down that I think it just attracts old folks that live there. The guy at the front desk was perfectly kind. The TV was fine. Where do I start. Bed is really really uncomfortable and the blanket is super duper thin. Wally’s are pretty thin, I can hear the television in other rooms. The bathroom had like a double wall window thing going on, very weird. Couldn’t figure out how to drain the tub so I took a shower/bath. Toilet paper roll thing was broken so the toilet paper is just chillin. The shampoo/conditioner/soap is really poor quality.

First arrived and the office has a distinct damp odor. Clerk was pleasant. The room however.... wow. The door was not securable. You could see daylight through it and the top lock was missing. Room had water damage over the beds and the wall paper was stained. Room smelled like smoke and mold. Stains all over the chairs. Bedspread was the newest thing in the room, but definitely more plastic than fabric. Refrigerator was pulled out in the walkway leading to the bathroom for no known reason so had to move that first to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was ok from the outside, but the shower had sand in the bottom of it and mold all around the shower stall. Towels were worn and grey. Walked back out into the living quarters and the fire alarm was missing from the wall and the junction box was open. Other outlet plugging into the TV had no cover to the electrical components and just wallpapered over it. Room was absolutely not securable and definitely not safe feeling with people on either side of me yelling at each other, so I grabbed my bag and left. No other hotels were available in the area so I literally drove home 2 hours because of how terrifying the room was

I came in after 3 pm and my son helped me putting the suitcases in the room and I left right way. I didnt have a chance to check the room. Came back around 11pm. I was terrified to even take a shower. The shower wa so DISGUSTING i was afraid to take a shower. The room was terrible dirty and dusty. The walls very visible dirty. The bed spreed disgusting. The dresser was missing a drower. There were holes on top of the dresser and holes on the wall. The bathroom door was so dirty I was afraid to touch it. The towels looks like old cleaning rags. There were pile of dust behind the bed side table and all over the room. The 2 seats was so dirty that apear that they were picked up at a dumpster. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. I slept with my clothes and lights on. I couldn't leave because my son had droped me off, I didn't have a car and I couldn’t carry my suitcases from 2 stair cases. (my car broken down from the airport going to my home in Roseville) I called my son to rescue me. I had a terrible allergy attack from the dust. My voice startarted to rusty and I started to have a headache. I called my son early that day. He came over and took my suitcases out of the room. Went to front desk and told the girl about the room, that it was very dirty and that I needed another room. She was very simpathetic and apologized many times. She gave me another room after we return from breakfast. I went to see the room first, but it was almost the same. I'm expecting my refund.

I checked into the heritage inn on Wednesday evening and upon check-in the night audit manager put me in a room upstairs and the next morning he moved my room into a room that was really not suitable for renting number 204. See photos for further information and I am definitely not satisfied in fact I think I should be checked because maybe there’s issues with lead paint poisoning from The walls being so mutilated.

This hotel was absolutely aweful and the management was horrible. We stayed maybe 15 minutes and left. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling above the shower and there was dirty fingerprints above the door frame. The safety lock on the front door was broken and falling part and the whole room was dirty. We left quickly and booked somewhere else. Through hotels.com the management was contacted for a refund. He refused stating the room was clean...I took pictures of everything. It was disgusting. No refund was issued, hotels.com offered a voucher but I have yet to see it in my account. Horrible experience. Do not stay here!

This is one of the worst places to stay, I got there around midnight 3 hours later I was woken up by loud banging next door the police were serving a warrant. There is no coffee machine in the room like shown in the display pictures. There is black roof flashing tape all over the room

Honestly, the room was trash. We got a 3 night stay and the time we walked in the room. The locks were broken, the shower water was cold. The toulet had not been flushed from the people b4 us and good lord. We asked to switch rooms and we took a shower, had to break down the bathroom door. It locked on us with no handle

The first room I went to (110), the door had been jimmied on the frame, and I asked for a safer room with a more secure door. They changed me to (119) and both front and bathroom windows did not lock. The curtain rod was at a 30deg angle. Ceiling tiles missing and plywood in the ceiling. The TV remote did not work and I had to push the buttons on the back. The sheets had spots, so I slept on the towels provided placed on the bed and pillow. Drawers in the room had mildew stains in them and falling out the bottom. I frr we let so unsafe I put the table and rolling chair(sticky) in front of the door. I did have a two night reservation, but never showed up for second night. I went to Sonesta down the street. What a difference $40 more per night makes. From ghetto to luxury. I would have rather slept in my car or a tent than in that place again. Sorry no photos…you can try your luck…or believe me when I say it was deplorable.

Place is super dirty, the sheets were dirty the sofa is something you’d see on side of the road and the mattress don’t even want to talk about.

The water in the sink would take forever to go down the drain and the water from the shower was cold. There was a broken lock at the door to lock it from the inside.

The ground are unkept, parking lot is filled with potholes. Entering the room( with a standard key, not a security key) I opened the door to a musty smell. Shutting the door behind me I found the only lock for the door from the inside is the key to open the door and nothing more. The safety chain was broken, the weather seal of the door allowed air and light through the door even when closed. Inside I found the following issues. -the lights are not all working - the bed only has a top sheet on it and a blanket. - the bed mattress is a foam bed and heavily stained with what i can only describe is foreign bodily fluids etc. -the toilet never stopped running then entire time. -the water flowed rusted water for a minute when I initially turned it on, same as the tub and shower. -the bathroom window has a bullet hole in the glass. - all windows were moldy due to them being metal framed and failing. I could keep going on about alll the other things but I think you understand this NOT NOT NOT a good, clean or safe hotel. Do not stay here.

Was unable to check in because the motel “doesn’t accept cash” for nightly deposit. Even though the room was prepaid; I was turned away and not offered a refund. This is America and US Currency is “Legal tender for all debts public and private” but apparently that’s not the case at the Heritage Inn, Milpitas CA.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or families. It smelled like cats dogs and cigarettes. Carpet was old and stained. There was a hole in the wall but they had it covered with a mirror. The TV was a small as a tablet. It was a two-bed but only had one towel and one washcloth. There was no Outlets there that work I complained and I told the front desk Outlet shocked me. 😳 It was not a great stay

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or families. It smelled like cats dogs and cigarettes. Carpet was old and stained. There was a hole in the wall but they had it covered with a mirror. The TV was a small as a tablet. It was a two-bed but only had one towel and one washcloth. There was no Outlets there that work I complained and I told the front desk Outlet shocked me. 😳 It was not a great stay

I am disappointed because I couldn't watch TV there was no remote in room 119.I ASKED THE DESK FOR ONE THEY DIDNT GIVE ME ONE.That was the only issue.

No refrigerator in the room. Dirty as hell. Toalette especially! Receptionist lied about the refrigerator being repaired by evening. Cable won't work either. No lights outside. It was scary to step outside the room. Finally on my way out Not given receipt for my stay. Promised another lie, that my receipt for 1 night stay would be emailed to me. Liers run this place who should immediately be checked by HEALTH INSPECTOR! My stay was day/night from hell. Personally this hellhole needs to be closed and buldosed down for good.

The blankets and sheets were dirty there were wires everywhere there was random lamp shades everywhere the lamps were torn apart and the people next to us were doing Drugs and someone tried to come into our room multiple times thankfully we locked it correctly and put a chair in front of the door. Will never stay there again

The front office staff was friendly. However it seems that they they knew about a couple problems that were not addressed before my stay. For example, the light switch was broken and I was told of the way I need to maneuver it so it would work and then I did find cockroaches in my room. Overall, you get what you pay for I guess and it was a bed to sleep on for the time being

At first I was told that TV is not working.. I said its Okay Im just gonna sleep.. Then I have a hard time getting in.. I guess the Doorlock is not in good condition.. As I come in theres an unpleasant smell.. I need to spray alcohol and Open the door while running the A/C.. As I check furnitures the Fridge is not in working condition and Mold all over.. The Sheets have holes I guess from Cigarette burns.. Carpet is not that clean needs replacement.. Shower Head is way too low., Its like for Kids.. They even took $50. Deposit for what.?? Then when I was checking out they charge me extra $3.00

No TV to use because it’s not working. Never had a chance to connect to wifi. No Fridge no Microwave no coffee maker. The front desk officer is not approachable . She don’t give help when you ask for something. The Cleaner is nice she always smile and greet us. The bathroom can’t close the door so from shower the water spill on the floor. But the price of the hotel is affordable.

It's old and dilapidated and the room stinks with lots of un needed furniture, broken refrigerator , broken cabinet door, beddings and blankets looks like they were never wash because it smells of old clothes and my car was vandalized leaving me with 2 tires flat. The morning front person was grouchy and disrestpectful. It's a hotel for the homeless. Very shabby and unclean surroundings. Lots of trash in the parking lot. Not recommendable for stay. Too dangerous with my car vandalized.

For me, the disruption of this place is not worth the meager savings relative to other places in the area.
