    Everything was great except I felt as though I was being rushed out by the cleaning staff. Front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't get a chance to use the gym.

    Rates were fair and room was clean and comfortable for traveling family. Breakfast was an added bonus. PROS: Front desk staff was very pleasant, listened to our needs (since we were traveling with toddlers and a handicap senior) , and very accommodating. We were all very pleased with the room. CONS: Room was not cleaned everyday. Traveling with toddlers meant dirty diapers and wipes that can’t be flushed down the toilets and filled waste baskets. Called front desk for clean towels which were delivered. Asked that the trash be removed, was told it would be taken care of the following day (day we checked out). Made a special request that trash be removed and no one ever came. Very disappointed, would not be staying in this hotel again.

    but i don't like the automatic sensor light in the bathroom.it went out while taking a shower, and on during the night .I always bring my night light in the bath ..the bright light interrupt sleep. the bath floor is slippery. should put a mat.

The air in the room did not work the first night as well. When I notified the staff the asked if we wanted to move but. Y this point it was 8/9pm the 2nd night and we were just returning to the hotel. We have two toddlers so it was much more work to move so we stayed. I was hoping to talk with the front staff when we checked out, but of course no one was available and there was a sign to just leave our room keys.

    Free parking, room was rather clean, and price was nice. Machines were not working at the front desk and the next morning before check out housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:38am. At 9:53am staff came back and unlocked the door trying to enter unannounced. If it wasn’t for our door stopper they would’ve entered into my partner and I having sex. Staff was notified but was extremely rude and said I was lying after a back and forth over the 5 days after checking out.

    There was rarely anyone at the front desk. We waited 30 minutes to check in on Day 1 as there was no one there to help us. They said it would be 30 minutes for our room to be ready and 1 hour 40’later we checked in. When the first of two smoke detectors began beeping in the room, I called downstairs but no one there. I finally located a member of housekeeping and she said she would take care of it. This morning at 4 am the other one in the room began beeping. There was no one to pick up the phone and the front desk is always empty. There is clearly a lack of staffing at this hotel and didn’t do Hilton proud.

    I arrived early day-of and as directed on the Hilton app, I confirmed my ID and credit card, and then waited patiently in the lobby until after the guaranteed 3 p.m. check-in time. Despite seeing other guests receive rooms, I was not notified. At 3:10 p.m., when inquiring again, the front desk staff seemed confused and without explaining anything, asked for a supervisor, later identified as Gabe. He asks for my ID and card again, and let him know I checked-in on the app and just needed my digital key, and he says: “Buddy, do you want me to help you or what?” Despite the tension, got my keys and went to my room. Shortly after, Gabe called my room to inform me that management had decided to cancel the reservation and evict us for allegedly making staff feel “threatened,” despite no raised voices or inappropriate behavior from us. My wife went downstairs to plead our case and was only able to resolve it after stressing that I was a Type 1 diabetic and needed to refrigerate insulin, and that we wouldn't file a complaint. What a way to ruin a night and weekend. Gabe gave conflicting stories about his position (claiming to be both “new” and the “operations manager”), and I fear he did this so we wouldn't complain.

    Not a very good experience and would not be staying here again. The guest staying on the other side of us were very, very loud (I believe he had an escort in his room). Then they woke us up at 6am very loud again and their alarms ringing over & over non-stop. I understand them having sexual intercourse extremely loud is out of the hotels control, so I asked if they can allow us to have late checkout to catch up on rest/sleep. They allowed us so we were happy about that except that they have horrible communication. Housekeeping came knocking on our door before 11am check out. I told her that we had late check out at 12pm. They then knocked again waking us up at around 11am I had to tell housekeeping again that we had late checkout out. Then they came knocking a third time at around 11:20am waking us up yet again,same guy that I had asked about late check out was now knocking at the door. 3 people knocking! When checking out I waited 40 minutes - it was explained they had an emergency. The night we stayed the cops showed up because there was a domestic dispute & a man was drunk or under the influence fighting with his girlfriend. And the "emergency" was a man belligerent and/or under the influence. When asked to speak with the manager; front desk was rude and became very defensive. I said never mind, said thanks and walked out. Would never stay here. They also have the beds next to the adjoining doors - so you will hear EVEYTHING that goes on in a bed! You've been warned!

They then knocked again waking us up at around 11am I had to tell housekeeping again that we had late checkout out. Then they came knocking a third time at around 11:20am waking us up yet again,same guy that I had asked about late check out was now knocking at the door. 3 people knocking! When checking out I waited 40 minutes - it was explained they had an emergency. The night we stayed the cops showed up because there was a domestic dispute & a man was drunk or under the influence fighting with his girlfriend. And the "emergency" was a man belligerent and/or under the influence. When asked to speak with the manager; front desk was rude and became very defensive. I said never mind, said thanks and walked out. Would never stay here. They also have the beds next to the adjoining doors - so you will hear EVEYTHING that goes on in a bed! You've been warned!

    My family decided to spend the night out of home, and we booked a room at this hotel. somehow as soon as we checked in and went to our room, we got the receptionist nook at our room saying some guests were complaining about us making noise and jumping all over the room. Then 10 minutes after that we got a phone call from the help desk saying there were other guest calling to complaint about us making a lot of noise. the kids were already on bed watching a movie and having a normal conversation.) Front desk person said that if they receive another complaint, they will come to the room to see what we're doing, if for some reason we got another complaint we will have to leave the hotel. My family always goes for road trips and have never experienced this kind of incident. Very poor judgment and guest service.

    I absolutely enjoyed the stay here! I was booked for 2 nights and based on the photos I've seen, it seems like everything got renovated so I didn't see the colorful carpeting. Check in was relatively easy; had everything booked and paid for prior. Front desk staff was very friendly with each person I've encountered. The room itself was amazing; very spacious and had a lot of shelves/counter space than expected. The bathroom had motion sensored lights but the only caveat was if taking a long enough shower, it may turn off. I love the giant mirror and how bright the bathroom itself was. Got a king bed and by far, one of the best beds I've slept in for a hotel/inn. Even the blanket/comforter was kept us warm on the chilly nights. Didn't use the TV much, but there was no HDMI port to hook up a laptop. Maybe it was it the back but the TV was mounted. Breakfast was standard; sone kind of protein (sausages), potatoes, and eggs. There were cereal options, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, mini waffles, etc. I really wasn't expecting anything overall, but we definitely enjoyed our stay.

    We have a family of five (four adults and one child) and we booked a room that was advertised as being able to accommodate five. The room did not have a pull out bed, and when I went to the front desk asking for a rollaway bed, we were told we weren’t allowed to have a rollaway bed in our room as it is considered a fire hazard. I was told I should have instead booked two rooms if I needed to accommodate five, and I had to clarify that the room was advertised as such (which he was able to validate himself online). In the end, we were able to book a second room across the hallway, so it worked out, but we would have been completely out of luck if there were no other vacancies. If you are looking for a room that accommodates five, I would call first to verify that is what you are getting. Other than that the accommodations were great.

    All of the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. The entire place was clean. The bed was a little too firm for me but good quality. There was hot breakfast offered which featured eggs, potatoes and a meat option each day. There was also continental style foods, waffle maker with special toppings, and hot oatmeal with special ingredients to mix in like fruit puree, nuts, coconut, and chocolate chips.

    Was safer than expected. $50/day valet is worth it. Don’t have to worry about your car getting stolen or broken into. Did not hear the club next door like some reviews say. Bart is only 3 blocks away. Lyft will pick you up in the front. Got to the Oakland arena in 15 minutes. Free Breakfast looked good because it was packed on a Sunday morning so I didn’t have time to eat. I saw a waffle iron though. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Bathrooms are real nice. If there’s anything to wish for better, it’s be the bathroom door actually be a door, not a sliding hangar type contraption that doesn’t full shut and no lock. 9/10

    Staff was mostly good. I had a room that didn't have hot water. So had a cold shower the first night. They said they would look into it when I told them about it. But next the day same issue. Later found out they were doing construction on the floor below and had the hot water shutoff. That day, Gabe provided me with a place to shower and moved me to a different room that night.
