Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff, spacious rooms, and complimentary breakfast, but expressing dissatisfaction with cleanliness, temperature control, and parking fees. Some guests also reported issues with noise and maintenance.
- Friendly staff
- Spacious rooms
- Cleanliness issues
- Temperature control problems

It was noisy and hot in the main lobby. The cooling system is awful. They have different modes for the HVAC and it made the main lobby extremely hot and the room freezing and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. I couldn’t enjoy the manager’s special due to the heat. The photo on Expedia also shows a pretty pond in the main lobby and there was no pond. Parking is also a nightmare. The spots are smaller than normal so the lot was very crowded.

Everything was really good. Very nice place the water in the pool seemed a little cloudy than a normal pool, but I’m still OK well, Tesla people were using the other charging systems instead of Tesla units and it kind of messed me up at times because they only had one regular charge and the other was broke
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, very decent breakfast and easy access parking. We love our stay.
- 2/5
We were informed that housekeeping would be coming to clean our room during the scheduled time slot provided to us. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and our room was not serviced as expected.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The pool water and tiles were dirty.
- 1/5
The room was extremely dirty, from the small living area to the bathroom and bedroom. The carpet and curtains had stains, and the bathroom was covered with hair everywhere. I will definitely not stay at this facility again.
- 5/5
The facilites were amazing, the pool was great, so was the fitness room, the food at the breakfast was amazing, super close to grocery store and restaurant (walking distance). The room was super spacious and comfortable. The wifi was pretty bad after midnight for some reason. Even if I took the wifi off was still pretty bad, I don’t know if it’s the location or what. Although, the first night was pretty good. One more thing that is not that I didn’t like, but it’ll be nice if they add plant-based milk to their continental breakfast:)
- 4/5
Complimentary drinks and breakfast. Paying to park! Breakfast was a bit more self service than expected, not as sanitary as I would have liked. Long line/wait to make waffles, process could be better organized.
- 2/5
Clean but room was cold equipment running all night terrible experience won't stay there anymore
- 3/5
The room was dirty left over garbage form previous guest and not vacumed . The soap dispenser feel off the wall. Not a great experience this time . Breakfast was ok ,the pool towels were so cheap . I feel everything that was great about this hotel is no longer . They skimp on everything .

Jamie is the real deal! I’ll be back!
- 5/5
The sink was clogged, and it took forever for them to come to unclog it, but we had an additional sink, so not too bad. plus they have 9 floors and lots of rooms so it was understandable. Overall great hotel and nice comfy beds.
- 5/5
The room was clean, comfortable and if it had a stove and refrigerator, could be an apartment. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of parking close to the entrance/exits. The location is great, right in between two major interchanges and on a main thoroughfare that moves swiftly onto the 101. Bank, Several Restaurants (IHOP, El Torito and others),, Safeway Grocery Store, Shell Gas Station and other nearby businesses make this an ideal place to stay. Overall, i was very pleased with this location, i would say that i prefer this location after staying here and many other places in the area; and that i would definitely recommend this location to business associates and friends that come into the bay area.

The thing that I like about Embassy suites is it’s a beautiful hotel they give you complementary drinks. The breakfast is so good. It’s the best hotel breakfast that I’ve had out of all the hotels that I’ve been to location is perfect. What I didn’t like was the extra charge every night having to pay for parking it was unexpected. It wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com that she had to pay to park on their facility grounds. Every night.

Heater in room didn’t work
- 4/5
That was my third or fourth stay and shower was a problem.
- 3/5
Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow.
- 4/5
Everything went smooth and pleasant
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 1/5
The room was freezing and when I called the front desk I was told that it is not the season for heat. Also all might long I could hear rattling of I believe pipes.

- 4/5
Great experience overall but the bedroom had a bit of mold near the balcony door.
- 4/5
Good experience overall; however, the AC did not work properly
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Like the Happy Hour 2 free drinks and bar area. Beds very comfortable.
- 4/5
We stayed in room 337, perfect location in the hotel! The room was clean, & in good condition. One of the tv remotes didn't work ( needed new batteries ). The free breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices). The free snacks during the evening reception needs improvement, the free drinks were great, my grandson got a shirley temple! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! Family Friendly Hotel! We will go again!
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh, and made to order. The staff at breakfast were so nice and happy. There was a man who happily bussed our tables for us and collected dirty plates as we were eating.
- 5/5
Yes. It got dumbbells and multi exercise machines

Breakfast was great with a good variety of food for guests there should be more waffle makers for the waffle station so there’s not a line for people that want waffles in the morning.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing with our stay. Except we requested a room with a bathtub and paid a little more. We didn’t get that. Everything was great beyond that
- 5/5
Everything was great about our stay. Everybody was very welcoming. They have us snacks at 5:00 pm which was a great addition. Breakfast was great!

The Rooms were very nice. It did have an old tub. I didn’t realized we had to pay for parking. The location was great with restaurants walking distance. Yes, I would stay here again.

Overall everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Huge room, excellent breakfast!
- 5/5
Friendly, clear cut, straight-to-the-point staff, simple check in and out, clean room. One negative little problem is that we have to pay for car parking.
- 2/5
Room felt very stuffy and A/C was not working. Elevator took a long time
- 5/5
Friendly staffs, and great environment!
- 3/5
Room, pool service.
- 4/5
Kind and helpful staff
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. Breakfast spread was good. The facility itself was lovely. The only thing was that the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. The shower liner had mold on it and there were stains on the sofa.
- 5/5
Staff was real friendly and the breakfast was great.
- 3/5
The air conditioner was reading 65 degrees however it was much hotter than that. We slept with our sliding glass door open because it was much cooler.
- 3/5
But other than that, the staff was amazing and made me feel welcomed and assisted me in any way they could.
- 5/5
Everything about this stay stood out. Staff, food, amenities, the room was great. We had a very nice time.
- 2/5
The staff is nice. The room smelled like cigarettes. There were no blankets. We asked for blankets as were using the pull out sofa no one came. There was no hot water. Elevator not working
- 5/5
The best ones
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
The room was very stained it didn’t seem very clean I did complain about it they moved me to another room but same thing very un happy about it!!
- 5/5
The room was clean, myblate check-in went smoothly. Staff was knowledgeable about restaurant hours and even a little forgiving with the continental breakfast time.
- 3/5
One of the front desk staff could have been a bit more professional.
- 4/5
No adjustable AC in the rooms. I woke up at 1am to 85degrees. Front desk confirmed its how the hotel was built.
- 2/5
The elevators barely worked and took 5-7 minutes each time to open up. When I did not have all my stuff to carry, I took the stairs on the outside of the building. They were wet and slippery, so be cautious when taking them. The entire hotel smelled stuffy and very old, the air was very stale. My room door did not close all the way without force. Upon arriving to my room, the light switch did not work so I had to go to each lamp individually to turn on the lights to be able to see, it was night time with 2 kids. The phone in the living room area was not even plugged in, so we could not call the front desk or room service. One of the towels in the bathroom had stains on it. The water pressure in the shower was poor, and it took about 10 minutes to get water that was warm at best. The morning showers were lukewarm. The walls were paper-thin so we could hear everything. We could hear the people in the pool until about 1:00 AM. I didn't rate this a terrible because the staff we interacted with were very kind to us. But most likely will not be returning.
- 4/5
nice staff, clean and spacious rooms.
- 5/5
We’ve stay here several times and have been satisfied each time. Though there was some issues where we have to change rooms three times but was pleased with how we were treated and taken care of. We will definitely be back. Amazing breakfast and very peaceful environment.
- 3/5
Staff not polite. I asked them to check maintenance for hot water and they did not. Embassy Suites keeps leaving their guests empty handed. Though all hotels are like that. I wish the hotel industry a ""nice"" LAWSUIT. LOL...
- 5/5
Great staff! Awesome place to stay!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
- 5/5
This Embassy Suites is a beautiful, well maintained location. Our family felt well taken care of by the friendly staff and it is close to nearby attractions and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

- 4/5
Fine
- 3/5
The room was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. However, ththe noise from outside traffic was very loud and made it hard for all of us to sleep. There was also a wedding one of the nights we were there and there was loud music that could be heard all the way up in our room on the 9th floor well passed 11:00. I understand that events may take place at the hotel but to allow loud music passed 11:00 and to not communicate about the event was problematic.
- 4/5
Room is nice, clean.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, but one of elevators was broken which made wait long
- 2/5
This was a disappointed stay at the embassy suite. The first room we walked in, it was not ready. Even though, the app said it was. The beds were not made, and pillows and blankets were on the couch. Front desk moved us to another room at the same floor right away and told us would work with the housekeeping department. As soon as we walked into the second room, I felt warm. Out of the family of 5, I always feel cold. That night in that room, I felt warm. Tried to adjust the thermostat but no cool air. Front desk told me that it was cold season and the hvac central system was set in the heat mode. That night the temperature outside in San Jose was 58 F. We opened the balcony door to get some cool air in. Some hairs were found on the floor in the bathroom and the shower curtain was backward. When I laid down, I saw a big patch of paint in the ceiling was missing. We were already tied after 6 hours of road trip and decided not to switch rooms again, even the front desk offered. The breakfast was good, however, we decided to check out the next day. We originally booked for a three-day stay. We probably won't book them again for a while.
- 5/5
The room was great but the location was in front of the elevator so pretty noisy. The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Good options for breakfast.good stay and nice location
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the amenities. Having a restaurant on site with a bar, the indoor pool, parking and breakfast. It made the stay easy and fun. It was also located near Levi Statium, grocery store and other restaurants. Great place to stay.
- 5/5
The best all the time
- 4/5
Staf was very courteous. Place was clean and nice. Although it did seem a little outdated for it being an embassy suites.
- 3/5
Very humid from past guest shower use Dim lighting 1 of 2 TVs didn’t work; maintenance couldn’t repair Long line (30 min) to check in at 5pm Long line for free breakfast but out of all food (fruit, yogurt, muffins, potatoes, creamer) by 9am. Eggs & waffles still available though. Ample seating. Pretty lobby. Nice staff. Nice glass elevators & roof ceiling Decent gym
- 2/5
I’ve stayed here in the past once since the remodel. I spent two days for the holidays live in town now they’re charging $20 per day parking I never see security guards outside, so I guess you park at your own risk checking in I asked for a quiet area so she gave me the ninth floor room 908 between multiple families with multiple children probably more than is allowed. They were banging on doors yelling and their parents were standing outside, talking loud into the night With the gap in the door, I could hear everything then I blew the circuit using the heater that they provided and the person working there seeing the gap took a picture and he said he would look into it. You can hear everything outside because of that gap under the front door anyways, it wasn’t a very peaceful experience also the bed wasn’t that comfortable. It was a little hard for me . I ran out of body wash proved in theshower smelled pretty good thankfully I brought my own soap then the elevator was super slow. I think there was only one working went down the stairs towards the back of the building and it was filthy. There was garbage everywhere and smelled like urine at the very bottom. I let them know, but it was too late. I had to endure it. This seems like a fun place for families with a lot of kid but not if you want to relax or sleep in people in the room together, but stairs. Breakfast is excellent

Love the locations and staffs are completely excellent thank you for your service !
- 4/5
Staff was courteous, no a huge fan of how the 'manager reception' was run - 2 drink coupons and that was it. There wasn't a bar or anything else for us to purchase drinks outside of the small store. This used to be a 2 hour event - open happy hour type thing. Also not a fan that the restaurant wasn't open. We got the hotel on a Sunday for after the 49ers game and so having to go out and find food / door dash after a long day was very inconvenient. And getting charged $20 to park in the lot - again - not happy when we didn't do valet or anything. That should be free.

We were there for a family service, you made the stay enjoyable under the circumstance.
- 4/5
Standard Embassy room and experience. There was an event which featured mariachi music the night we stayed and as is expected it was very loud and near to our room. Breakfast was lacking. Seemed like not enough staff to restock.
- 4/5
Room spotless, staff very nice.
- 3/5
There was a children’s hockey convention the weekend of our stay and they over ran the pool and the hallways. Running around and yelling until at least 11pm. I chose this hotel so my husband and I could swim but unfortunately we did not get a chance since the pool was filled with screaming children the entire weekend we were there. I love kids but I was trying to have a relaxing birthday weekend to celebrate mine and my husband’s birthdays. I think there should definitely be an adult swim situation set up. The staff was super nice and the hotel itself was really nice. The breakfast wasn’t great so on day 2 we ventured out to a restaurant.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Staff was nice and pleasant
- 5/5
We have stayed here before and all the times we stayed here we enjoyed. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean.
- 5/5
Overall stay is great. Breakfast option is same which needs to improve and also needs to change at least on Sunday
- 5/5
Room was amazing, staff was great. The food was phenomenal

Although I did not require emergency medical care at the time, the incident was painful, alarming, and could have resulted in a much more serious injury. This experience significantly affected my stay. I am bringing this to your attention not only because of my personal experience, but also in hopes that necessary safety improvements can be made so that future guests do not face the same risk. Installing non-slip mats, textured tub surfaces must be checked routinely and it would make a meaningful difference. I would appreciate it if you could follow up regarding this concern and let me know how the hotel plans to address the issue. Thank you for your time and attention. It’s been over a week now and I am still in pain!

The staff was friendly, when we are traveling we usually stay in Embassy Suites. The rating we give for this hotel is 4 stars.
- 4/5
Much to improve
- 5/5
I loved how everyone working was always in a good mood.
- 5/5
No GF food options for breakfast and the cook sneezed and coughed on the omelettes while cooking and no trays to take food to the room. Elevators were broken and took forever to get to the rooms

The lady at the bar could have been a lillte more friendly.

- 5/5
We had great time, front desk to breakfast crew they we’re all very nice & friendly!
- 5/5
All the staff we encountered were supper friendly
- 4/5
Everything was great. The only problem we had was that we had to wait over three hours to get beddings for the sofa bed. We went downstairs three times and finally at midnight we said we are not leaving until someone hand us the bedding. They were very understaffed so we were trying to be understanding but waiting three hours was just unacceptable. Just to get some bedding.
- 5/5
Complimentary breakfast and evening treats were great
- 4/5
It was fine for an overnight stay
- 5/5
I loved the breakfast
- 2/5
Room was not clean at all bed was dirty other peoples clothing in room pills on floor cups on floor. Worker brought a flat sheet to the room and expected me to re make the bed. I’m no that’s your job. Won’t stay here again very unexeptable. Never offered to change rooms or have room cleaned again.

- 5/5
My family and I have stayed at many hotels but this one is by far our favorite! 2 thumbs up!
- 4/5
good
- 2/5
Checked in but when I booked I asked and made sure for a lower level floor. When arrived front desk said they only had what they had. Put us on the 4th floor. Our room was not clean the carpet stained and filthy the bathroom doors very dirty and we had ants all over in our beds. Called front desk they told us to come down to get another room. This was a different front desk person she tried to give 9th floor when we could not barely do the 4th floor handicap accessible room. So I mentioned we cannot do any high level rooms she then put us on the 3rd floor. Room was a little more cleaner. Over all for the price it’s not worth it $100 each night incidental and $40 dollars to park your car. Not worth the stay I won’t be back here at this location. Beds not to comfortable, happy hour complimentary drinks was ok but you only get 2 drinks of certain drinks. The free snacks were old , the breakfast was overall good. Only thing is the location was good to drive to where we needed to be it was convenient. Overall stay was not a good experience.
- 3/5
Bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is the same every day, the room is little noisy because nearby freeways. I was surprised with the $20 charge per day for self parking.
- 2/5
They moved us to different room. The room is kinda okay. But no hair dryer. Fridge is not getting colder at all. My husband is a 100%veterans riding a wheelchair. Parking for handicap needed to pay too. But some of the hotel , if you have handicap parking , it’s free . This hotel you gonna pay everything and it’s not worth it anymore. They need to cleaned ,steam, sanitizer all the furniture. Because look like there’s a bedbug . We all start itching. The first room so much ants,
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We enjoyed 3 of our 4 nights at this hotel. The first night was marred by several unruly children running and shouting for several hours in the hallway, which hotel staff did nothing to curtail. However the following nights we changed rooms to an upper floor and had a very quiet and pleasant stay. We enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and breakfast provided each morning, and in both cases the food and service were quite good. Staff were pleasant, beds were comfortable, and internet access was fine. The hotel location was also quite convenient to San Jose locations and the Bay Area.
- 5/5
This is the second time staying here absolutely amazing place to stay at. Really friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast they offer is very good and the staff that cooked the food each morning they remember our orders I mean we ordered pretty much the same each time but for them to remember was really nice. I love with how large the hotel is that it remained so quiet especially at night. We will definitely come back and worth every penny. Also like how close in walk distances restaurants and shops were.
- 5/5
One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.
- 5/5
Good and kind.
- 3/5
Disappointed to find the bathroom not clean- I had to wipe down the counter, sinks, faucet, and the toilet. There was dirt/makeup residue on light switches and the doors. Hair and dried up toilet paper on the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The coffee table was sticky. Sink was slow to drain. The heating and cooling system was very loud the entire time it was on. Toilet paper dispenser was broken and wouldn’t hold the tP. No tissues and the mirror was not clean. Breakfast was good. We would have asked to be switched to a different room but we got there and had an hour to leave for an event. Would not come back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Free drinks after check in. Free breakfast in the morning. Spacious rooms for the family. Clean. Comfy. Friendly, prompt service. Great value for the price. Just can’t go wrong at Embassy Suites.
- 5/5
Love this hotel! Will definitely come back! Breakfast was delicious!
- 2/5
Hotel was kinda cool on the inside with a unique layout. Room was big, comfortable and clean. We were woken up at 8 am by the fire alarm going off telling everyone to evacuate. We had to stand outside for roughly an hour before being let back in. Went to go take a shower, and discovered there was no hot water. Front desk staff said the whole hotel didn’t have hot water since the boiler was down. Immediately went to go check out, and was only comped my $20 “parking fee”. Not a good experience towards the end.
- 5/5
One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The staff was so friendly and welcoming- we really didn’t want to leave! 😌
- 5/5
Convenient
- 2/5
Property is good ok. Room is good. But I stay from 7/25-28. For 3 person we have culture show more than 200 people. No Room service changed any or asked any what do we need we call front desk to fill out hair conditionner no showed up. She changed for and asked for towers she said have to asked front desk Final we asked front desk and no toilet paper or coffee to fill out each day We never see service big hotel like this we been thru many country and many hotel and we stay this time is not cheap at all. Breakfast menu the same every day. I think have to Improved before say terrible service

Beautiful hotel and the staff was so warm and welcoming
- 5/5
Glad we transferred here and that they had rooms available right away as we were not comfortable where we were before our stay here. Beautiful place, so clean, staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Will definitely come back again to this place if we’re around the area.

I usually stay at Embassy Suites for family vacations but this was a terrible experience. The fridge smelled like something died in it. The couches and carpet were horribly stained. The toilet was dirty and the table was sticky. It grossed me out so bad that we left a day early.
- 5/5
Love rooms n bar
- 2/5
Rooms were dirty
- 1/5
AC was not working and room was terribly hot. I had to call the front desk 4 times about my shower not getting hot. I was only given an extra hour to check out for my family of 6 to have time to shower in another room. Our toilet then decided to overflow and I had to use towels to soak it up. We were not offered new towels or for house keeping to clean up the mess so we could shower. I have been coming to this hotel every year for my son's birthday and this weekend has sadly changed our opinion on this hotel. We have always recommended it to family and friends but I seriously doubt we will be coming back for another stay.
- 1/5
We hope can book a hotel a including hot tub. But here they don't have it. They give us room with leaking air conditioner and they change other room. We don't want to back here anymore
- 3/5
The good: stores are near, in the heart of Silicon Valley.
- 5/5
Room was surprisingly roomy…liked the bedroom separation from the rest of the area
- 5/5
We liked the stay
- 5/5
Everything was great. The room had a couple cleaning issues but that was it. We were checked in early after a 13 hr drive. Staff is extremely helpful and kind
- 5/5
So clean and comfortable. Very affordable and includes full breakfast. Always love staying at Embassy Suites!
- 2/5
No wifi available,
- 5/5
Free breakfast awesome. Pool was great for the kids. Plenty of places to eat nearby....including the Great Mall for shopping and movies.
- 5/5
The only real negative was a $20 per day parking fee for a huge, mostly empty parking lot with no security.
- 5/5
Best hotel in the area!
- 5/5
Pretty good
- 4/5
Room fan was a bit noisy.
- 3/5
The breakfast and room was awesome. There was a funny stench and staff was kind of blah.
- 3/5
They charged us twenty dollars for parking & I never saw any paper work before checking out that they were going to do that. when I questioned the clerk she got real nasty & said pretty much to bad & charged me.
- 4/5
Good Place , Tesla charging station was a nice surprise .. Place was quite , Safe and conveniently located.. Good amenities , Hot breakfast was a nice touch..
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and the atmosphere is very great!
- 4/5
Everything was great, but the bar was sad. They had two bartenders with no personality. They only give away two free drinks happy hour, but the drinks was lame, but everything else deserves a five star rating. the bar area needs to be looked at and improve.go back to the way it was they have a great bar. It’s at the bars, have no personality and needs to search and look at the drink list because it was too small to begin with, and I just wanted to add on more money on top of that
- 5/5
Love everything except if you use the stairs you will get locked out! There is no way to get back in.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Great property nice a minute is Clean and very good service Thank you very much
- 4/5
We’ve stayed here several times to attend baseball tournaments nearby. It’s very convenient. The breakfast is convenient but doesn’t have enough options
- 2/5
I don't normally post reviews of this nature but I think it's warranted at this time. We were the 3rd floor up and there were graduation parties going on but it felt and sounded like it was literally in our room! I had to turn the TV to 84 max to even hear my movie. The beds were sinking in, in the middle, the day after the parties there was trash and broken stuff left all over the hallways, tables and all the trash cans were over flowing. We were there because it was my mother in laws celebration of life down the road and our room ran out of hot water so my husband had to take a cold shower. Although they gave us a discount on our parking I felt like this was not enough due to all the chaos that surrounded us the 3 days we were there. When we checked in we were not told that on memorial Monday breakfast would be running late because it was a memorial Day. We had a 11-hour trip home and was hoping to have breakfast as early as possible at 6:30 am so we could get on the road. The kitchen worker that we spoke to was not nice about it at all very rude and smug. I felt like our car was going to be broken into. So we had to bring ALL of our stuff up into the hotel. I have stayed at other embassy suites and I enjoyed my stay there very much. I would definitely not recommend this embassy suite

i woke up and seen bed bugs in the bed. first i thought it was just a random bug. but then i seen another & it was full of blood. i took a photo and video . showed it to the front desk receptionist and they said they couldn’t do anything bc i booked through expedia. they waived my parking fee. i called expedia and they said they couldn’t give me a full refund bc the hotel manager wouldn’t allow it. very disappointing and unethical
- 5/5
The WiFi is weak
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 2/5
My room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub crumbs on the floor. The front desk did offer points and taking $60 off. The bill was still unacceptable!!
- 4/5
Good breakfast
- 3/5
Rooms and carpeting need updating.
- 4/5
At first the hot water in the room did not work until later on..
- 4/5
room was good except for the inability to log in to Netflix/Amazon/YouTube. the tv system is outdated and i will be staying elsewhere because of it. If this was updated, this would be a game changer.

Now, the breakfast area, lobby, front desk those are all excellent and clean and breakfast was great with a variety of items. Overall the hotel is nice, maybe we just got a bad room not sure.

Came to this hotel exclusively for the indoor heated pool, I have been to many hotels this hotel doesn’t compare. Called front desk they have no idea what degree the pool is at. Overall the experience and expectations weren’t there.
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Love the spa
- 5/5
Embassy is my family’s go to hotel because of the service and great atmosphere we will be back again until next time oh also I would like to thank Jamie for being so helpful always thank you
- 5/5
The best! Free brekki was amazing. Love that every room is a suit
- 4/5
AMAZING! The indoor pool was not heated, so prepare for that. Also, if you like hot showers, definitely ask to be closer to
- 3/5
Its ok

Great hotel
- 3/5
I’ve used this Hotel a lot before moving to Texas. I was completely surprised when I walked in and didn’t see the pond or palm trees, I was told by the front desk the hotel was renovated in 2018. My room looked dated and seemed to have leaked previously so the stains were very noticeable. The front desk told me the air is controlled by maintenance the service person showed up and asked if I wanted a fan and that he would see if he could turn on the chiller… for the next 2 days we either were very hot or super cold! The food for happy hour was a joke, cheap tortilla chips, salsa and pretzels. Breakfast had no waffles! The bathroom tub peeled, the toilet paper was behind the toilet! Kids running around was a little annoying…
- 5/5
We didn’t have any problems with the air like the reviews mentioned. We just opened the sliding door to let the air from outside come in if it got stuffy. The only complaint are the pillows. Like sleeping on a think paper.
- 5/5
We always love stay here, best places in town
- 2/5
Room had maintenance issues both days we stayed there. People were fighting at the lobby. Just a bad stay overall.
- 2/5
I was very upset upon arrival to not only be almost looked down upon because my cards kept being declined for your deposit which I knew was incorrect. I tried 5 different credit cards to show the employee it wasn’t my card rather than a problem with the system finally a manager came out and ran my card by inputting it and it was processed right away . We went to our room tired and ready to go to bed to find it uncomfortably dirty. Did not look like the floor was vacuum, trash behind the hide a bed, the tile in the kitchen part was not mopped gross food stuck to it. The bathroom counter and hair and suck all over the counter. I am not one to usually complain but if you are paying 250.00 for a room you expect it to be clean . Will not stay they ever again.
- 1/5
The tub was chipping and clogged the tv in the room didn’t work and ordered room service to find hair in my pizza I hate to leave bad reviews I love staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
Our stay was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. 2 complementary drinks at the bar per guest.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
The cleanliness of the room & property was a 7/10.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 4/5
The room was great. Friendly staff. Very loud though. The pool is rowdy and the noise echoes.
- 5/5
It is a great location.
- 5/5
I love how clean the room was
- 5/5
Nice hotel, good rooms, really good breakfast
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Front desk person who helps us was amazing. Her name is Irene. Very accommodating
- 1/5
The staff is not friendly!
- 5/5
We love this hotel. The suites are spacious and very family friendly. The breakfast is so good and we'll with the price
- 5/5
That place was amazing
- 4/5
It was good, it would be great if hotel provided 2 complementary water bottles.
- 4/5
Breakfast is awesome! The indoor pool is awesome, but the pool only lets you in from one side and it doesn’t have a sign saying use next entrance so it does throw everyone off.
- 5/5
So accommodating and friendly
- 2/5
It was COLD. The Heating of the building was OFF. They have some fancy name for it, It's not Heated, it's not Cooled. It's what? Neutral? We should have packed our bags, but we were already settled in when we realized, it's not warming up. They gave us a space heater. The last night they turned on the heat, but it was still cold.

We enjoyed staying there very much. The Hotel was very nice a little bit different from the last time was there before they remodeled it. Breakfast was amazing we loved all of the food many varieties to choose from and everything we ate was good. The room was really nice and spacious. Only thing I wish was the mini fridge was a little larger. I liked how quiet the hotel was the whole time we stayed. I liked how close we were to stores and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was very nice and I liked how personal you made it. How you would greet us as we came in from being out and about. The managers special was ok wish there were more drinks offered like blended margaritas like you use to have or daiquiris. We will definitely consider staying there again.
- 5/5
The heating didn’t work
- 5/5
Nice breakfast lost its flair other than the omelet great spot Tesla charger out front
- 3/5
The food could be way better. The bathrooms weren’t working had no heads up on it.
- 4/5
The room was not throughly cleaned. The room had little issues like stained fraying carpet. The heating was not adjustable due to their system and it was warm outside so i had to keep the sliding door open the whole visit. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was good but the dining had very limited hours. Alot of pot smoking visitors and loud room parties but I know thats common for the area.
- 4/5
Will come back again
- 2/5
The staff at check is was very pleasant. They gave us a small warning about the heating and cooling system of the building, but not enough warning and it should be listed on their booking sites. The facility is either full heating or full cooling depending on what the building engineers have decided to supply. Our room reached 85 degrees and we had to leave our balcony slider door open for our entire stay and request a fan. For a family of five over 4 days we were given one (1) roll of toilet paper and had to request more... none in the room. Our refrigerator was also broken. The amenities list online said this location has a spa, but they took it out years ago. The pool was far too chlorinated. The food at breakfast was good, but service was lacking. The last straw was when we were checking out I cleaned out my car and removed the parking pass from my dash. With the car running and people in the car, the security guard put a warning on our windshield stating that our license plate had been registered with the site as a violator. I had to go back into the concierge and have him remove the warning from their system and he made me prove I had stayed there over the weekend. It was demeaning and embarrassing. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in all of my travels around the world. We will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
It was an easy check in through the app. Walked in and picked up my keys. Seems like this Embassy suite did a lot of remodeling. It’s nice and clean.
- 1/5
The room next to use had a party with over 25 people! The noise was unbearable from 11:30pm-3AM! We were not able to sleep at all. This was truly a nightmare experience! People were constantly knocking on our door and scream while running down the halls. I called the front desk 3 times to ask if they had a plan to control the noise with no avail. I will never come to this Hotel again! There was zero care for the maximum capacity of this facility with one elevator down this was truly a life or death experience.
- 3/5
2nd floor Room 227 The bed room floor near the window was wet and had a bad water small to it. By the looks of the curtain touching the floor. It looks like the water has been there for a while because the curtain was soaking up the water and it had water residue on it. Also, none of the windows were able to open so it felt very humid and hot when I woke up, my chest felt heavy just by the smell of the room and how there was like no airflow at all inside the room I had to bring my own fan, but even that wasn’t doing justice because the smell of the water was strong mind you none of the windows open so I wasn’t sure how the floor was as wet as it was near the window only.
- 4/5
This property was conveniently located near my destination.
- 2/5
We had to cancel our 2nd night of stay due to water shut down that we were not notified about until we checked in. Water was shut down from 9 am till about 5 pm with now sink/shower or toilet use available and no other option given by the front desk. I’m expecting a full refund for my 2nd night ASAP
- 4/5
Water went out on the last day so that was inconvenient but otherwise the rooms were spacious and the location was great for our family visit.
- 5/5
BREAKFEST GOOD GOOD INSIDE HOTEL. TESLA FRIENDLY
- 5/5
Great place to stay, great breakfast included
- 4/5
Room was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Potatoes were very dry.
- 5/5
We have been there many times
- 5/5
Customers service was 10 stars!!! all employees were helpful and friendly. When I needed something it was brought up very quickly. Breakfast was delicious and with so many options.
- 5/5
Great spacious room and breakfest was much better then your typical continental breakfast we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Older build with no central AC. Luckily, it felt great in our rooms when we opened the balcony doors.
- 5/5
I always opt to stay here when in milpitas. Staff and hotel are always amazing!
- 2/5
this is our 3rd and last time first water was cut off for a few hours then no heater not enough blankets and loud music place is falling apart
- 3/5
We like to stay there until 2 pm, but they charged us for $25. We have stayed there a few times.
- 4/5
Great hotel but staff did very little to remedy the problem of kids running around or playing hockey outside our room. I called the front desk each of the four nights we were there. Bad parenting isn’t the hotel’s fault but talking to parents or making sure ALL guests are comfortable is their concern.
- 4/5
Everything was good about the stay the room, the breakfast and clean but be ready to pay an extra $20 for parking even though the app says everything included
- 5/5
Spacious room
- 5/5
Friendly staff, love the indoor pool, clean, huge space, lovely bfast buffet . Love the location too and price is decent ty
- 3/5
Nice building with a beautiful courtyard. Parking (outside) is an extra $20. Indoor swimming pool is good but there is no jacuzzi or sauna. Room was surprisingly large. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Access to things needed
- 5/5
Great experience at the front desk
- 5/5
Everything was easy to find and the staff were very nice and helpful with our stay !
- 2/5
The property had loud decibel concert level events and did not warn guests. Children were yelled in the pool for noise levels. No AC in non sliding door rooms along with mildew wet pool smells. Had to switch rooms. Parking was limited due to events going on. Couldn’t order food because they were accommodating events. Had to order out.
- 5/5
Indoor pool is the best amenity.
- 5/5
Our rooms shampoos and bath gels bottles didn't work properly and one of the bottles was pushed so hard, perhaps, by previous customer so that it's almost detached from the shower wall
- 5/5
Fast easy check in and check out Friendly staff Amazing breakfast choices and the kids loved the indoor pool
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay, we will be back.
- 1/5
Property was not fit for stay. Was obviously under construction and key card system didn't work. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the floor was filthy and the overall location looked like a half finished construction site. Really dismal
- 5/5
All of the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Cleanness of the room.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
The breakfast crew was exceptionally friendly. I am very empress that the kitchen site where they do omelet is very clean. Customer service was great!
- 5/5
Everything was the way we wanted. Thank you
- 5/5
It was a problem with my room but they fixed it very fast
- 5/5
Great service clean rooms
- 4/5
The hotel is one big atrium, which allowed for a lot of natural light in the common areas. The room itself was fairly dark, but very spacious. We went to the nightly reception which allows for one free beverage. There were some snacks out. Unfortunately children and not so clean hands at a self serve snack station made me glad I had already taken my snacks. The free breakfast was nice with good strong coffee and made to order omelets. The other food was typical free hotel breakfast food. Parking was easy and plentiful. It was a short drive to the VTA/BART station for our ride to Levi Stadium. Overall it was a good stay but the hotel, while beautiful, seemed a bit dated.
- 5/5
We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 love the indoor pool and morning breakfast. We have stayed here at least 10 times and everything has been pleasant. The only thing I would change is that the hotel heater is turned off and should be on.
- 5/5
The staff the very helpful especially Picky at the front desk. Her manager empowered to defer some the of the room deposit.
- 5/5
😀
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and reviewed all details about all services they provide..
- 5/5
Large lobby and breakfast. Workers are hospitable
- 2/5
We had to switch rooms twice. The first two rooms werent clean. There were elevators broken. The first night there were gang affiliated people hanging out in the parking lot. Which you have to pay for.
- 5/5
We were all very happy with the stay.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Upon checking in service was pretty average. Room seemed nice at first, i booked a suite with two beds. After settling in though I noticed some ants in the room and they actually went on one of the beds. I'm not one to make a fuss of it and I had a busy couple days ahead. The ants never went away so they definitely have a pest control issue. My friend and I ended up sleeping on one bed because the ants kept going on the other one. The 24 hour notice policy for housekeeping after 2 nights is a little ridiculous. There was a lot of dust in certain areas of the room and counters weren't wiped down very well. Feels like the staff in this place don't care too much and seem unhappy to work there.
- 5/5
Experience was great!
- 5/5
❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast is good and the reception is nice. Was quiet and relaxing.
