We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady I believe her name was Davina. She was so kind , accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable! The property was perfect, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and again. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked so nice and inviting we had wished we could have taken a dip!

Everything was 5 stars except the breakfast. The layout was strange and confusing. Also very bland. But I didn't go there for breakfast. I went for peace and quiet and a really nice room and they excelled in that department.

The room is very clean. The staffs are courteous. The wifi is very good. Please do give clear instruction at check on a separate instruction slip on how to and which WIFI to use. The breakfast is just right, and a balance of items. However the coffee maker machine has a long line due to the making per cup of coffee make time. Please consider adding an additional coffee maker machne.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean. Nice kitchen area for essential needs. Complimentary full breakfast was excellent. We ate so much we had to go to the gym after! Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Staff was very friendly. We will be back!

As far as the grounds and service goes, very happy with the plentiful onsite parking, the hotel cleanliness, the front desk staff was very patient, friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was extensive and had something for everyone--the automatic coffee machine was a huge bonus! I am definitely coming here again!

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was not serviced as requested. Shampoo container was empty. Had to use body wash to supplement. Requested additinal pillows. Was told it would be delivered but never did

Julie in the reception was very helpful, respectful and attentive to our needs. Our room was a Studio with multiple beds and it's clean and quiet. It has a full size fridge and a kitchenette. The breakfast has few selections. All the staff that we met are helpful and respectful. Thank you 😊

Great service and fully stock at all times, the employees where very good at paying attention to the customers needs and the items to keep them stock. Maybe it was a bad day for me but the parking space there was a bunch of PG&E or ATT trucks there taking over must of the parking space closed by the entrance.

In general it is a new hotel and it is clean. The room beds were *not* comfortable. The breakfast was good. The cleaning maid did not replace bathroom essentials and we had to ask for bathroom tissues at the front desk, who were not responsive in a friendly manner - they asked us to come down to get the items we needed in a voice that sounded a bit irritated by the request. The major issue is that the front desk is not friendly and welcoming, and I did not see a single smile though I interacted with them multiple times over five days. Also had a bad experience with the security staff when I was sitting in the front area late at night around 1:30 am, and he was quite rude to me. The front desk also does not know basic customer service by actually not looking at the customer with basic communication skills like speaking in the right tone, looking at the guest in the eye and being friendly. Other than the negative customer service experience it is an acceptable hotel, but for me it was not exactly comfortable.

1. TV size - the rooms were large in size and could use larger TVs to be able to get a better viewing as they were a little small for the viewing distance. 2. Dial up the water pressure. I am absolutely in love with this place and when i take a trip back to the city this is where I'll be. The rooms are spacious and modern clean and absolute grand experience. The staff all the way around were super friendly and professional. My God daughter loved this place didn't know the pool was heated so I will be prepared my next.

the room was clean and we checked in before 3:00 pm and we were able to check in early. However, we requested more blankets and pillows and the front desk told me that they didn't have any extra pillows or blankets at the time however it was fine. they said if they found any extra they will bring it to our room. however no extra. Aside from that everything was excellent.

Rooms were nice and clean. Great use of space. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed being able to access Netflix on the TV. The buffet breakfast was actually good and a lot of choices.

Hotel is so much nicer than a 3 star should be. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had included with a room. As well, the happy hour is a nice touch and the snacks and beer were great. Amazing gym and amenities. Only complaint is that I booked a king room and was given a 2 bed room when I checked in.

This was the 3rd time staying at this hotel. It was amazing as always! We plan to stay here now for all San Jose trips. Great layout, amenities, breakfast!

My only disappointment was that there was no hot oatmeal for breakfast. Everything else was fantastic. The filtered water in the room was great. Definitely will book at Elements again if the opportunity arises.

We didn’t like that it didn’t have a regular closet to hang things! It would have been nice to have drawers with the nightstands, or a dresser with drawers and a mirror! We had trouble calling the front desk!

I called the front desk and spoke with a very helpful person who told me that the maintenance man would be Available tomorrow. Was I interested in changing rooms? She allowed me to take a look at the room before she made the room switch. I love them for fixing the problem without being awful about it. With the room change, that resolved our toilet problem and we went to bed. The bed is comfortable, the mattress was not too soft nor too hard, so medium mattress and I didn’t want to get out of it. The breakfast served was simple but delicious, Scrambled eggs or white eggs and brown rice. There was cereal and milk, miso soup, fresh fruit, a little yogurt parfait bar, toast, bagel, muffins and coffee to name a few items. Overall our stay was pretty good. Will stay again.

I reserved 2 rooms. Due to Expedia’s technical difficulties, only one reservation went through. I wasn’t aware of this until I was on a plane to this hotel. The hotel and Expedia wouldn’t cancel. And ended up driving home after all day flying because the hotel couldn’t provide us with another room since they were full. And we couldn’t fit 7 people in 1 room. Expedia AND the hotel refused to refund us. Even though Expedia was the issue. Instead they wanted us to either book second room at a seperate hotel, and seperate my family, or book 2 rooms at another hotel and lose what I was charged for the Element. This was a bad situation all around

We stayed only overnight after a late concert. The room was basic but very clean, new and modern. We didn't see the patio area as shown during our stay. Staff were very kind and friendly! Would def stay here again when in area.

Every thing was great, only thing wasnt great was the tv. It was so bad watching because it was so much rainbow statics, so we didn’t watch tv at all. Parking spaces were so close to each other. Overall it’s still a great pleasure to stay there.

We are a family of 5 (2 teens and a school age kiddo) - it was spacious enough that each kid had a space to play and eat. The breakfast offerings were healthy and multiple options for the family. Their espresso machine is a plus!

The one suggestion I have is about the towels. Get better towels. The towels were like Motel 6 towels. Thin and rough. Not what I would expect from this place.

very roomy very clean. most of all i love there were dining room table instead of kind useless desk most of hotel room has. we picked up food from outside and set it nicely in the dining room table and enjoyed to stay in this room. two adults and one teen and one dog did not feel cramping in this room. love to stay more can wait to try every element hotel all around the country. since we have a dog, dog friendly yet clean not nice room is so so so big!! plus!!! 99999%% because this stay, from now on element hotel will be our #1 choice

The location was great. It was easy access to the highways and everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was clean and quiet! Major plus, full size room with full fridge, microwave and sink. Even filtered water for the coffee maker. Not applicable

I loved everything about it except the bed. It was too firm, not comfortable at all. Its the first time I stay at a hotel with an uncomfortable bed. Couldn't sleep well at night.

The Hotel staff was amazing!! front desk, breakfast and Happy hour staff are the best and extremely helpful. only thing that I am disappointed on is that the daily parking fee was not disclosed at booking or when I checked in, and I did not notice it under the amenities. this is an extended stay hotel, and I did notice my room had a body odor lingering. It dint bother me much but it was noticeable eventually I bought an air fresher since I did not want to move rooms. lastly, they do not offer any Spanish channels on their regular tv guide. I was quite shocked and asked the front desk as well and they did not find the channel either. I have never been to a hotel that did not offer at least one Spanish channel. I am bilingual and I like to stay current by watching the News in Spanish and I was not able to do this at this hotel. unfortunately, due to the nature of current politics I found this to be extremely dishearten and made me sad to be honest.

Everything went pretty well. The only problem or i would say concern was getting noise from the freeway especially at night. The windows facing freeway should be more insulated. Otherwise amenities, staff, cleaniness was excellent and hopefully i will be staying here for my next business visit.

Clean, comfortable, room spacious, good size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave..it’s pretty complete with thoughtful basic essentials when cooking or bringing in food. I like the dish soap and scrubs provided, generous paper towels and infused drinking water. There’s water filtration in each room. There’s filtered water refill in the gym. Very good location and easy access to everything. Very good breakfast. Hopefully during peak hours, chef will have assistance cooking the main dish to ease long queue.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Lobby was clean. Breakfast was a big plus for us. The location was away from other places if you want walking distance to nearby restaurants. The room could add a mirror outside of the bathroom.

In certain areas it was dirty. The beds were alot smaller than I expected. I read that there was supposed to be a made to order espresso bar and there it wasn't open and was never notified that it was not going to be open. Walls were super thin. Other than that I honestly enjoyed the stay, the rooms were nicely designed, I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and breakfast was amazing

I love this hotel, I usually stay at the elements Santa Clara and both very similar except for the breakfast I believe is better in Milpitas

Great place! Nice staff. Lots of parking. Rooms are spacious and offer stove top, pots, pans, utensils and plates so you can cook while on your stay. Beds are clean and comfortable as well.

The AC was not working it was so hot

When we walked in, it smelled really bad.

Room is good, facilities are great but breakfast is a mess, always short of good and waited long line for the cook on spot items.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel and the room. The bed was really comfortable. The room looked luxurious. My only complaint is the parking. They charge for parking and the front desk lady said she wouldn’t charge but they still did. Why do they charge for parking? To pay for breakfast? Or the few charging stations? Idk.

Easy walk to train station. Having dog on property was a breeze as well.

The Hotel was nice, clean and roomy. My only issue is I booked a room with mutiple beds. But instead they only had a room with a king bed and no additional beds. Was disappointed but kept reservation.

The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, so we totally recommend this place.

It was a nice hotel we were disappointed that the toilet kept making noise and backing up. It made it seem like a dirty location. We had maintenance out 2 times and it still wasnt fixed.

I enjoyed it. Big enough for a family of 5 and very clean. Close to the great mall, Trader Joe’s and freeway.I would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It was very modern and quiet. Like the self serve breakfast. Would stay again. Wish they had a mirror outside of the bathroom.

Nice and clean!!

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was just a few miles from the airport. The staff were very friendly. The room was bigger than most hotel chains. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa sleeper! The room was very clean when we arrived. When we got to breakfast, we were greeted by an awesome view of the sunrise and the mountains just across the street. Then, the chef made great made to order eggs and potatoes. There were also many other offerings for breakfast. We will definitely come back here, especially if we are headed to a 49ers game...or the Sharks.

Front desk was so accommodating and friendly. Kitchen staff worked hard to keep food available at breakfast. Beds were very comfortable large.
