    1. The desk clerk, the first night I was there, tried to second-guess everything I was telling him which in turn caused a miscommunication between us. 2. The phone’s in my room, next to the bed, clip that attaches the handset to the actual telephone body, was broken. Therefore, the phone didn’t work. When I told the front desk they said that they needed to come to my room with a new phone because they had to do some kind of testing. When I told him I don’t want anybody in my room that created an issue because then I couldn’t get the phone back. They could’ve left it at the front desk and I would’ve picked up the phone since I’m not brain dead and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to plug in the phone into the jack. 3. The black microwave cover on the door came off in my hand when I was opening the door. The other thing I found out about the microwave was that the timer was broken as it continues to click even after it finishes it’s time cooking which is why the microwave was unplugged in my room when I first tried to use it.     From approx 2am to 5am on April 26, the fire alarms in the rooms on the 2nd floor kept going off. I asked the manager if there was a problem and he said there was a malfunction with the fire monitors on the 2nd floor every weekend. If they knew that - why has it not been fixed. It was a long long night. I feel like they should not have used those rooms until this has been fixed. I was there Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Thursday and Friday were great but Saturday night was not. If you stay - ask if this has been fixed.

    Fire alarm went off at 2:17am, went to front desk they weren’t to concerned about. We had that problem last week. Went off again at 3:35 am. Fire department knock on the door at 4:15 am. No offer to comp room. 4/25/2026.

    Our vehicle was broken into the first night. The back glass was busted out. Along with several other cars in the parking lot. No working outside cameras. The outside doors that usually need key card access were not locked. When we told them we didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund for the second night we were denied. The hotel was not helpful at all. The room was not cleaned well.

    Hotel looking very tired and in need of updating. Bathroom looked like something out of the early 80s. Room was clean, headboard had places were varnish had gone. Chipped wood on the cupboards in the bathroom. Main customer areas looked nice and fresh. A Shane the hotel was let down by the actual room you are paying for . At the price it was per night. I eciected the room to be a bit more up to date.

    Clean, quiet hotel in a good location. Less than 4 miles from USA Stadium and close to dozens of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and they provided room cleaning everyday.

    The room was disgusting. There were large rips on the front of the couch, it smelled of cigarettes, the closet door was not hung and leaning into the closet, stains on the curtains and broken soap dish. We arrived after 1am so we were forced to stay there. We checked out 1st thing the next morning and was charged for all 3 nights.

    The room and staff were good. However, only one of the 2 elevators was operational making for a long wait time since the hotel was busy. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient. I expect more from the Hilton chain of hotels.

    I work in hospitality so I tend to be very forgiving. This hotel was clean and well maintained. Most staff engaging and friendly. The room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Staff was quick to address any questions. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Area was clean and food was frequently replaced if running low. Business center needed attention. Wifi slow at times. Felt I got what I paid for and would stay again if ever in the area.

    Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby sitting area was messy and dirty. Exercise room was filthy dirty. Lots of food crumbs on the floor around the equipment. Dirty gloves lying around. Jetted tub in our room had a large crack in it and it had been covered at one time but had been removed. We requested a jetted tub specifically due to my condition and it was useless to us. We might stay there again but will not waste our money on the jetted tub room. Hopefully they will have a regular tub in this hotel.

    I'm from New York where everybody is damn near rude and mean with lots of attutudes. This, hospitality is everything to me. And i must say that i love the hospitality here and the entire atmosphere is friendly vibe. Everyone speaks and all the staff always willing to help without attitudes.     It was a good stay I just didn’t prefer how rude the receptionist’s tone was to say that I was going to get charged for the entirety of the night when I checked out at 3pm, I knew I was still going to get charged for it but her attitude was nasty & rude towards me plus I haven’t received the $150 deposit back into my account. It was an African american woman at the front desk. But otherwise the stay was good the room & facilities were really clean & remaining staff was polite.

    We had to move from a different hotel in the Memphis area due to vehicles being broken into in a parking lot. It was the same time as the Microsoft issue and stay there could not use the computer system, but when above and beyond and booked everybody in manually up to, including letting people in and out of the rooms for the entire stay, which I’m sure was an extra inconvenience but they all did it and we’re all very nice and kind about it.

    The outdoor swimming pool was unusable, it was filthy. The washing machine in the hotel laundry area was out of order. The lobby and breakfast areas are nice. Rooms could use some updating. Carpets and desk chair in our room were stained.

    The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But, on arrival, their computer system was down and they didn't have an alternative way to check us into our rooms. We had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get into our rooms. Also, we didn't get a copy of our payment receipt and there seemed to be a $100 difference between the quoted price and the charge. The extra charge fell off a few days later, but it would have been nice if someone had told us about it first.

    My stay was not amazing at all. I spent two hours trying to get a remote control for my room. You need to update all interior furnishings. Old scratched, distressed furniture as well as carpets are disgusting. There was a huge puddle outside of elevator. No wet floor signs and no one cleaning it up. I would venture to say corporate would not be happy with conditions. Wouldn't recommend.

    When we came to check in for our stay, we were notified that they had overbooked. We and multiple families from our baseball team were handled the exact same way. The woman at the front desk said it was not her problem and that she was not going to apologize for something she had no control over. They did hold rooms for us at another hotel 10 minutes further down the road, but did not pay for them and the accommodations were most definitely not equivalent. Poor management and customer service!!

    Got to the hotel about noon and my room wasn’t ready so I told them I was going to be back, gentlemen working was very nice. I got back to the hotel at 7 o’clock, gave them my name and they told me they didn’t have any rooms and they tried calling my email. Not even kidding. I had booked a pay at the hotel on Expedia. No one from the hotel emailed or called me. No one from expedia did either. Turns out I found out they were so oversold, they gave away my room. Told me it was my fault. Said they tried running my card which I showed them they didn’t even have a card because it was a pay at the hotel and I came to check in, they pulled up my room, confirmed it was there but not ready. I said if I booked the hotel as a pay at the hotel, why would you run a card. That’s the whole pay at the hotel, deal… they said well, we ran a card that was on file with Expedia. Again, is it pay at the hotel, or is it pay at the hotel unless we decide different? Went up to a friends room to try to get another room somewhere else and when I came back down they didn’t know we could hear them bad mouthing us, and then the manager/owner kept verbally attacking me telling me how it’s done. The bottom line is I booked a room on Expedia that was pay at the hotel. I got to the hotel, they knew I was coming back. They were extremely rude and handle that terribly. Not even a suggestion of elsewhere to try. Just tough. Hope Karma gets you 2 slime ball liars.

    This was my first time staying at this hotel and it will be my last. Mold growing in the shower. The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and the hegnfes moved and there's holes in the door frame. Also the breakfast was ice cold every day. Didn't matter what time of the morning you were there.

    1st room we were given; AC fan made a horrible noise. Got a 2nd room, that AC stopped working on the 2nd night. The lady at the front desk told me “I should have stayed in the noises room”. 😡 they had no other rooms so we were stuck in the room without AC. It wasn’t 100 degrees, but it was uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep. I shouldn’t have that concern in a room I paid for.

    The lady at the front test when I checked in was the sweetest. She greeted me as I walked in, very quickly had my reservation pulled up and had me checked in in less than 5 minutes. Was also given bottled waters which doesnt seem like much this is the only place here in Millington Tn that does that HaHa
