Everything was wonderful!

Great place to stay! We booked the two bedroom room and it was perfect! It was very quiet, clean and safe. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast wasn’t super good, but enough to start our day. The big issue is the parking, not enough parking spaces, they told us that we have to park on the street! One truck was taking two spaces, and they said the owner was out town, so it can’t be moved. We wasn’t the only ones, other guests were also complaining

Super cute boutique hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. The parking situation was good and it felt very secure. Definitely family friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk.

Breakfast was simple but good. Water pressure was fine if you use the handheld. Surprisingly quiet.

Beautiful hotel with the nostalgic feel of a roadside motel. It was great to have free parking right next to the room. Our suite had a second room perfect for watching TV. Breakfast had a good variety of options.

The beds were comfortable The TV remote did not work, the shower came from the roof, which was ok but annoying so I had to change it to the accessibility shower head. It did not bend so was difficult. The breakfast was terrible, frozen pre cooked sausages placed in a metal hot pot sitting with water in them. The eggs where carton poured... the room was very tiny.

Very cozy, clean, no noise from the street nor from anywhere, the mattress is firm and very comfortable, breakfast had more options than usual motel breakfast, easy to find. Uber from the airport was $35. To find the pick up point in the SFO follow the signs Lift/Uber. It's across the street in the parking garage and you need to cross over by the glass bridge. Eggs and sausage were not very tasty

Cozy and cute, with a nice breakfast patio and restaurants with in an easy walk. Quick uber ride to SFO. More interesting than your standard Marriot or Sheraton. Small but more than suffiient for a quick overnight. Friendly staff.

Every time i stay in the bay we choose to stay here. Rooms are clean and parking lot is great! Never had an issue with either. Staff if friendly. Check in is always easy as I book and check in ahead of time. Great breakfast place around the corner and lots of dining options.

Excellent experience, the only nitpick would be that parking fills up but there’s street parking available. Very nice room, good portable crib, helpful staff. Will use again.

That said, if secure internet isn’t important to you, it’s actually a decent little place in a good location. The rooms stay dark, the AC works great, the beds are reasonably comfortable, and the ladies at the front desk are very nice.

This small hotel is a gem. 5 minutes from SFO, it’s an oasis. Rooms a a little small but the linens on the bed were great, the lotions and shampoos were delightful, and the included breakfast was surprisingly great, with linen tablecloths, napkins, espresso, and a delicious spread. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Top,notch!

The breakfast area was bright clean and the offerings of breakfast were excellent. Front desk, staff courteous couldn’t ask for better. Palm trees too! No airport shuttle, but Location made it less than 10 minutes for me to drop off family.

An amazing gem just minutes from the airport! We arrived on a red-eye the morning of check-in and took a chance the hotel could accommodate some very weary travelers early. Not only was the front desk attendant very kind, he immediately contacted housekeeping who made our room up in 30 minutes! What a generous blessing! The outdoor lounge area was so comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible. More than 5 stars!

Our room was a junior suite with 2 double beds. It was very nice and tidy. With any hotel there is bound to be stains, the couch cover had a couple dark stains on it though. Overall it was clean, but I did notice some black stubble hairs on the sink - rinsed them off before using. The noise was terrible though, neighboring visitors slammed doors late into the night and early morning. I understand hotels get used and abused, but for the price and the overall condition of the hotel, I think the doors could use a little TLC so that guests don't have to slam them shut. I did feel very safe with entry to the rooms needing a key to get in to the corridors. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel, breakfast was good and the 24/7 coffee was fantastic!

Everything was very nice and I like that it is a smaller property. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink and mirror were not clean - I only stayed one night so not a big issue for me, but there was old toothpaste on the faucet.

The small space was appointed to perfection. Everything we needed and super clean and modern.

The breakfast was good and the coffee machine was awesome. The plug charger in one of the lamps didn’t work and I didn’t realize it until the morning when nothing charged. There was also hair in the shower.

Very practical bathroom layout in the suite allows 3 or 4 purple to use different facilities in privacy at the same time. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful decorations and landscaping. Great value for the location. Nothing.

This is great value for your money. It’s one of those refurbished motels, but it’s done really well and the staff was super helpful in the room was very comfortable in the bathroom was great.

Attractive contemporary place with convenient parking. Billing itself a boutique hotel, I expected breakfast to be a little higher quality. Powdered eggs, watery oatmeal, mediocre coffee.

This is an old airport motel that has been remodeled and is delightful. The price and quality can’t be beat. The rooms are still laid out like before, but the interior has been completely renovated. The porches/balconies have been partially enclosed by glass, and are enhanced by natural plantings. Excellent breakfast. Hot and ready on time. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Nothing

Great little steal next to the airport!

Quality bed, sheets and pillows. High end finish for a reasonable price. Water pressure great and the unit was quiet. We’ve been staying in lovely accommodation for the last 3 weeks, and each place had either great mattresses, pillows, sheets or water pressure with lots of hot water. This place had all of the above. It’s an older hotel but they obviously had a good decorator. We would definitely stay again.

It was very nice and I had a great stay. The room was very simple but clean. It had an area rug underneath the bed but flooring was possibly laminate. I appreciated that because sometimes rugs in hotels get pretty dirty. I loved all the plants and flowers surrounding the property, it made it feel very bright and welcoming. They had a great breakfast offering as well. Overall I would definitely stay here again, it's a great value and close to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The only thing for me was that you could hear some noise from the outside traffic during busier times of the day but it wasn't too bad. Walls may be a bit thin since I could hear the person next to me when they would put the TV on but nothing that affected my sleep.

We loved the safety we felt staying here. It was quiet. The staff were wonderful. No cigarette smoke floating around. Free brekkie! And the patio is beautiful. Close to the city. We were happy with our stay. The only thing I can think of is that gym light wouldn't come on.

Good conditions in general.

Although it was clean, we would never have booked it if we had known that it is a motel. The walls are extremely thin — we couldn’t sleep until 3 a.m. because of noisy neighbors. One can hear everything, both from other rooms and from outside. Definitely not worth the money for us.

Great little no-fuss hotel near SFO. Staff was friendly and efficient. We got a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was included, I especially appreciated the real dishes/utensils and the espresso machine. Overall a great stay. Shuttle would have been a big plus for us, especially since we arrived late and did not get our car rental until the next day; but not a big deal. For breakfast, it would be nice to have little more fruit / veggie options.

Only setback is the flight of stairs to the second floor which is a hassle with luggage. It is a hotel used for people having lay overs from flights out of SF

Cute hotel, wonderful rooms that are up to date, even has gas FP, marble baths, better lighting than most upscale hotels, and great breakfast! Great surprise. But no elevators or help so if you are on the second floor, that's an issue for some!

Everything was great! The only thing I would change is the height if the coffee maker. I’m shorter and couldn’t reach it to fill it.

Added safety with a closed corridor so only those with key has access to rooms, ideal for solo travelers. Breakfast is well-rounded with pastries, DIY waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, oatmeal, rice, juice, milk, coffee machine. I stay here each time I travel from SFO!

Staff were very friendly. There was some dust in the corners of the walls but nothing terrible. Loved that our room had a fireplace and their breakfast. Parking was pretty convenient too. Would stay again if I’m passing through the area.

The hotel reaches out to you the morning of trying to up charge you for an early check in. When you pick their scheduled check in time they allow the previous guest to then pay 100 dollars extra to stay until 3pm and not notify the incoming guest the room will not be ready. Other than the scam that is check in/out, it would have been an ok stay near SFO nothing fancy, the facility is well kept and clean. Yet the hotel received extra money to inconvenience us.

Very happy with wooden floors, instead of carpeting and clean bathroom. The laundry facility was reasonably priced. Reception was helpful and courteous. Would be happy to stay there again.

Staff were kind and accommodating. The night clerk found a room that met our needs. In the morning, the gentleman brining out the food made a social effort to find what we wanted in the kitchen.

We arrived earlier, as is often the case when you are staying near an airport, with a layover and another flight the next day. We just wanted to drop off our luggage in our room. We were charged an additional $25 for an "early" checkin at 2 pm. I find that extremely predatory a way to gouge Customers. They should just charge more on the front end than this hidden cost.

We had a out of town employee stay at your motel and she said it was safe, cozy, very clean, and had a wonderful offering for breakfast!

I don’t typically stay at independent hotels like this, but The Millwood caught my eye when browsing. We only stayed one night before I dropped my girlfriend off, but we enjoyed our time here while we could. The staff were very prompt for check-in and check-out. They filled me in on what I needed to know upon arrival, room was very easy to get to, and it was clean. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge, electric fireplace (nice touch), and an electric mirror (new to me). The room was cozy, as was the vibe of the hotel, and the bathroom was nice. The shower/bath is really great since it’s equipped with an overhead and a shower hose. One small detail I appreciated was the fact I can watch the TV from the shower if the door is open. The breakfast was average, stocked with the essentials to start your morning off right (eggs, protein, pastries, waffle machine, coffee machine, yogurt, juices, etc). Would definitely stay here again if presented with the opportunity. Definitely worth the affordable price (please keep it that way).

Unbeatable location for SFO early morning flights.

Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, decent Continental breakfast. Our flight was delayed for 9 hours and we arrived 2am, glad the hotel's is very accommodating for late arrival. Very cute little boutique hotel. Frieny staffs. This is my 2nd stay. I would stay again in future.

The place is a three star hotel supposily close to the airport. The room inside, although smelly looks like a three star hotel. But the hotel outside, looks like one of those motels from old movies.

I called the hotel a couple of days ago to ask if we could get bags with food to go since our flight was really early and we were not going to have time to stay for the continental breakfast. They told me that they would be able to provide them and that I should mention that when doing my check in. I did, and the lady at the front desk said that they only did that during Covid. I mentioned that I had called ahead and that the person said it would be ok. She was NOT courteous at all. She called someone to confirm the information and, in the end, she agreed to provide a bag in the morning. She made it very clear that she wasn’t going to make the bag for us. The next morning, I was told that they didn’t had any bags!

Staff could definitely be friendlier and more cordial. The bathroom of the room has a problem with a bed smell coming from the shower drain. We also had a problem with the guest next to our room playing loud music at night. The breakfast is okay.

Oh man. I was in trouble. Booking a hotel in San Francisco area during Dreamforce. All I wanted was a hotel that was close to SFO that I could go straight to bed and man did Millwood deliver. Clean, simple, good wifi, good ac, comfy bed, hot shower, clean linens... what else can you ask for?

We did not have the breakfast as our plane left early. Great spot if flying out of SFO. While it is an older motel, the room was clean and functional. It is nothing over the top, but very convenient & perfect for the price

This is the second time we have stayed at The Millwood. It is extremely convenient to get to SFO from there. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is very good. There are very good restaurants in the area.

I love staying at this hotel I stay here when I’m visiting my boyfriend the rooms are romantic and I love their body wash. The staff are so kind and polite, don’t any of you dare be rude to them. The location is awesome walking distance to everything you could need or want I will always stay here at least till we move in together lol.

Old remodeled mostly single story motel RIGHT on loud, smelly El Camino. They did a reasonable face-lift (new paint, new bathrooms) but its basically still a loud roadside motel. It is VERY loud at night, and the bedding (sheets) are old & pilled. Does not look or feel like the glam-photos

The room was misrepresented as a suite and a rate was way too high for a dark, windowless den with a closet instead of a living room. Futon in this living room closet looked like it was brought from a dorm room. If we didn’t show up late in the day we would have gone elsewhere. The place calls itself a boutique hotel - pictures of the property misrepresented its overall appearance of a true motel. If we knew it was a motel we would have never booked here. I would like to get my money back.

We have a EV, so it was great to be able to charge it while we slept. Also, the breakfast was fabulous!

Convenient if going to airport

Cheap hotel, clean and close to SFO. Although you get what you pay for because our toilet wouldn’t flush and we had to change rooms. Just happy they had a room to move to available. .

This is a very clean, safe and quiet place. You can trust that every room is clean and all appliances work. The front desk is very processional, polite and very welcoming especial Percy, Elizabeth and David their customer service is over and beyond. This is an older motel that has been refurbished and updated. It is run by a very sweet hard-working family that worked very hard to take care of our needs. They have a lovely breakfast, a small, but beautiful courtyard, and lovely flowers planted all around the motel too add to the ambience. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again. For the price, I would stay here again.

We stayed at The Millwood and we didn't even need access to SFO. It is a good property on its own. Better than any airport motel I have stayed in. Great suite, rain shower, bed linens and towel were great. The people are very nice. We even did a load of laundry (quarters needed). The breakfast is okay. It is subpar compared to the rest of the hotel experience, but on expectation of an airport motel. We'll stay at The Millwood again for sure.

Super-convenient location. The room was very clean and well-equipped. No paper or plastic cups of the low-budget hotels; nice glass cups instead. Secured glass enclosure separates the parking spaces from the room doors, a safety feature for the otherwise motel-type building structure. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely 1st rate!!

We stayed here in one of the “presidential”suites. The room was not particularly cleanly the staff was accommodating up to a point knowing we had to leave at 3 AM to catch a flight they were banging on our door at 10:30 p.m. because my truck was on top of a parking line by an inch and a half. There’s no consideration for our itinerary I can understand needing to stay in between the lines but banging at 10:30 PM seemed quite rude we checked in at 3 o’clock and didn’t move until 1030 I feel there example time for somebody to let us know we needed to move.

Everything is great but its literally next to a crematorium if you care about that. I didnt.
