Place could have been better cleaned

Observed a roach in my room the walls are everything it feels like it sounds like the people next-door we're going to come through the walls. The staff were respectful, helpful, and nice. I was there for five days. My room was clean once I had to go to expert towels and washcloths and my travel nurse and I could not wait to leave there and find another hotel.

The front desk guy waited for a shift change to start checking people in. It's good that they allow pets but, only 1 of the stations actually had bags. There weren't any water fountains so, you had to purchase from the vending machine. Finally, the rooms are worn down with multiple patch jobs and smelled of drugs. There were a few areas that I can tell housekeeping didn't clean because there was residue of something on the controls, phones, and light switches. Cheap and you get what you pay for.

I did not appreciate young people out in the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning having a grand old time. I like quiet when I sleep. It sure did not make for a restful night when I had a nine hour drive home the next morning.

Nobody at the front desk to check out at 530am.

Great location Wendy’s and cvs right up the road. Room we stayed in was newly updated and was nice. Small 1oz package of shampoo and the finest bar of soap I’ve ever seen, so bring you owe. Toiletries.

Stayed 6 nights. The room wasn’t serviced at all. I asked after 2nd night and was given towels and told that it would be serviced which did not happen. After 4th night I asked a different front desk employee which said they clean on a request only, which I requested but again did not happen. The front desk staff did give us towels but that was it. We did not eat in the room so there was no food trash or smell. It definitely is a pet friendly motel, there were dogs everywhere. The onsite laundry was 1 washer and dryer and the dryer was out of order. I get it, you get what you pay for, but this is you pay for you don’t know what you’re not getting.

The location was near shopping centers and places to get food. The front desk staff was rude. Upon arrival he was on his phone and we had to wait for him to acknowledge us. Then the initial room I was provided, when I opened the door there was food on the table, television was on, key card on the floor and it sounded like someone was already in there so I immediately turned back and went to the front desk to inform them. The staff then told me to hold on while he continued doing whatever he was doing on his phone. Then after I explained what was going on the staff asked me was I sure and did I go all the way inside to confirm that someone was actually in there smh. He then stated that its possible the cleaning staff didnt get to clean the room but he didnt know cause he had only been to work an hour before we arrived. He did provide me with another room. The 2nd room the water was turned off for the toilet so we had to turn the water on to get the toilet to flush, and then once you flush the toilet you would have to wait almost 30 mins before anyone else could use the toilet again. Nobody ever came to clean the room was there for 3 nights and I had to stop a cleaning lady that I saw in passing to ask for additional towels.
