Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milford by IHG

Breakfast is good, but doesn’t change up, air conditioning was good, good shower, great staff , strange smell throughout building and room? Room was nice. We had a king bedroom.

The gentleman who greeted was so helpful and polite and made sure we got chips and free water for being members

It was OK. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. The location is slightly sus and not very walkable to anything that you'd want as far as sit down restaurants or anything. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Room was basic and clean. Again, nothing was bad about it, but nothing made me want to plan my next trip here. Maybe this is due to Bridgeport in general.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. The pools was disgusting (dirty, hair and bandaids floating), the bedrooms stunk of toxic cleaning products and the pullout couch was full of nasty black stains and multiple springs were broken. I would never stay here again.

The staff was great and our room was good, though the tv did not work. The building could benefit from refurbishing with and upgrade for modern communication tech, especially charging ports

Be a little more lenient when it comes to putting the food away-

The room was very confortable. The room has a comfortable bed and bathroom. The breakfast was good but not excellent as other Holiday Inn Express that we had visited this year

I did NOT like the fact that I had to go to the desk twice to have my room key reset. Once I pay for the room, I expect to have full access until check out time.

Room was clean, very peaceful place

Fantastic. Right in the center of so many places to go for fun & entertainment. Price is good, facilities are good, breakfast is surprisingly extra good. Very happy& this will be our go-to location for future visits to CT.

The hotel is very outdated. I would say this is a good location for a family to stay with the pool option. Free breakfast has your essentials to hold you over in the morning. Hallways / doors are stained and have wear and tear. Rooms are very outdated and have a stale smell. There is a rental area downstairs for parties and we had the pleasure of being on the second floor, so it sounds like party is in your room. Party cut off was 10 pm so that was a positive. Staff at front desk and cleaning staff was very friendly. We paid around $500 for two nights which felt overpriced for the conditions and area. Positive, no bed bugs, clean sheets.

No frills basic room. Room service only replaced towels did not make the bed or replenish cups. Was okay.

Pool water was not warm enough to swim and shower water took a few minutes to get hot enough for showering. Staff could not have been more accommodating! 4 stars overall!

The breakfast menu was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel clean and the room was cleaned everyday. We enjoyed staying.
