It was less than desirable! It gave more of a Truck Stop vibe, was definitely not for a family with kids! My family and I ended up booking a room at another Hotel for the night! We didn’t feel comfortable there with kids!

Room was very spacious and the AC/Heater worked great breakfast had some great options That I had to call for room cleaning before 1 and didn't know till a day after and that I unknowingly had to bring towels down to get them replaced also the water had a low pressure and lost its heat after 10 mins

Good location, right off the highway. Rate was good. In need of some remodeling. Wasn't the cleanest and pretty worn. Was ok for the price, but really needs some attention. Had to drive a ways to find decent restaurants.

Love the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was great and such a lifesaver early in the morning. Overall the room and property were very clean just some rust and wear and tear here and there. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved it.

The room was clean and neat, once we finally got a room key to work. The toilet ran every 5 minutes on the clock. The bed was like sleeping on concrete with springs poking you, but the 4 mini pillows were very nice.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms all smell like mildew. The tile was falling off. Can see where mold is growing behind shower walls. Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year.

Room smelled moldy. Bathroom had no shower curtain in it. Toilet was loosely mounted and wobbled when used. Room way overpriced for condition it was in.

This was the absolutely worst hotel stay in my life. The first thing that hit us was the smell when we walked not the lobby. It smelled like a mixture of mold and whatever they used to cover it up. We got our room on the first floor and it was so musty and moldy, we had to get another ion because my daughter is allergic to mold. The second room smelled better but was also nasty. Why was it nasty? Well there was a hole n the wall in the bathroom by the tub and it was full of mold and the bathroom floor was not even attempted to be cleaned it was cover in cut hard and greasy. I would not suggest anyone stay at this Comfort Inn

Employees were very friendly and helpful including the person assisting with breakfast. Place was secure and clean. There was a lack of restaurants in the area and the breaksfast was lacking. Good place for a one night stay on the road.

Old, needs updated. Vent beside coffeemaker in lobby had dust all over it. Handle on hot plate was glued in breakfast area. Hotel has an odor of sulphur. Needs updated. They gave us an accessible room I have no idea why. Tiled floor had drops of something on floors. Carpet needed cleaning. AC had mildew in vent. Walls were patched.

The part where I finally fell asleep. The receptionist was very disappointing we felt discriminated against by the night staff because we were Hispanic. Sad that the hotel supports this type of behavior. Didn't let me know what my deposit would be was told if the card went through I would know what it was. The night staff.. the night attendant was very rude

N/astaff very nice quiet hallways room very comfortable asked for extra night and was accommodating enjoyable

Location was good especially if you’re wanting something right off I-10. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The “whole place” itself. Our room and the hotel itself had a horrible smell. Dog, pet, something and then it was covered up with something else which didn’t work. We almost felt it was that bad. The pool was out of season. ?. To top it off my wife killed a roach ? in the Ed bathroom.

This reservation the room was very clean except that the toilet had a ring around it. Our previous stay two weeks prior there was rust and mold at the front of the tub that water had run down creating a moldy smell.

The room had roaches, the bathroom was dirty and water damaged. The keys did not work, and found out the opener batteries needed to be replaced. The guests next door smoke pot and the smell was in the entire floor and elevators.

This hotel stay was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and friendly, this was a homecoming weekend and the hotel and staff were ready. The rooms were clean and fresh. Plenty of space to relax ,. Fantastic breakfast, something for everyone. The dining room was setup very nice and inviting. We will be back . Thank you again!

breakfast was good…matress not very comfortable…fitness center not good…treadmill not working and no recumbent bike…but staff was genuinely friendly….for our purposes of coming to see FSU football game it was fine

To begin with, the door locks in some of the rooms are either jammed or not tightly secured, making it difficult to enter or exit without a struggle. This alone raises serious safety concerns. The housekeeping situation was appalling. It’s clear that whoever is currently responsible for cleaning the rooms is either poorly trained or not trained at all. My first room was immediately rejected after I discovered garbage in the shower drain and hair on the supposedly clean sheets. Absolutely unacceptable. I requested to be moved to a second room, hoping for better conditions only to be met with more of the same. This level of neglect is disgusting and shows a complete disregard for guest comfort and hygiene. Adding to the frustration, the front desk experience was equally unprofessional. The male staff member on duty was wearing earplugs while sitting at the desk, completely unaware of guests needing assistance. I had to call out to him seven times before he even noticed I was there. This kind of inattentiveness at the front desk is not just poor service it's unacceptable. Overall, this stay was a complete failure. I am formally requesting a refund, as this experience fell far below even the most basic expectations for an overnight stay. What used to be a decent hotel has now become

The hotel was clean and has a decent breakfast. Although the room was clean, the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back pain after sleeping on the king sized mattress.

On the outskirts of Tallahassee. Easy highway access. The immediate area is close to truck stops no major stores. Clean, quiet and good deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are not customer friendly, they don’t greet customers. When got to the desk I told one young lady I was there to check in, she told me your card and ID for check in. The elevator was dirty, the hallway dirty and smell like roach spray. It smell like they just sprayed.

The room smelled strongly of mildew the entire time. My son with asthma said he was having a hard time breathing. The shower was clogged with standing water even though the drain was open. There was even an old bar of soap still in there, showing that no cleaning had been done on the shower area.

The room had an old stale humid mildew smell. Water smelled like it was coming from sewage. I had to pay $30 to check in an hour early which we did, yet asked for 1 extra towel and was told they did any because they were washing. Shower was old and not clean.

My check-in experience was wonderful. Trevon Phillips was there greeting me after a very long drive. He represents Comfort Inn and Suites in a professional, friendly and comfortable way! I hope he sees my review. I had one bad experience and it happens just about everywhere you go. I saw a bug before I was leaving and that caused me alarm. It wasn’t a bed bug or this review would be totally different. I think the main point I'm trying to convey is, Trevon Phillips's greeting being wonderful and that means a lot to a tired traveller! He knows the hotel very well and made sure I knew exactly where my room was and that there would be absolutely no noise from the Interstate close to the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Please give him kudos!!!!

He knows the hotel very well and made sure I knew exactly where my room was and that there would be absolutely no noise from the Interstate close to the hotel. It was quiet and peaceful. Please give him kudos!!!!

We had a nice stay. Room was spacious and had a king size bed. I chose a room with a jacuzzi tub. It looked inviting; however, the jacuzzi tub was not clean. The tub in the bathroom was fine, but not the jacuzzi itself, which I paid extra for. I planned on telling the front desk at checkout, but no one was around when we were leaving, and I waited at least 5 minutes. The free breakfast was good, especially the waffles. There was a decent selection of food, including eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, and make your own waffles. I would stay there again, but I wouldn't pay extra for the jacuzzi room again.

The room smelled really bad, musty/moldy smell. No internet (was there 3 nights) and when I asked the staff about it, they were short and curt, but provided no real answer. The toilet wasnt secured to the floor either.

I was in town for the 2025 FSU graduation. Like all the other hotels, they price gauged the rooms. This room was not worth what I paid. I had to go downstairs about 4 times, because my room key didn’t work. The front desk

Quiet, even though it was graduation at FSU. Simple consistent breakfast. Nice personnel, still a little bit funky smell of carpet cleaner in the room. How about vinyl floors?

The hotel had a bad smell to it. It was from the lobby all the waybto our room. Wifenhad to fabreeze the room and spreadnscent beads in every corner.

The staff in the breakfast room needs to be able to communicate better: she turned off the TV while I was having coffee and watching the News, because it was 9.30, without giving me any notice.

Cons: old, needs updating. Tv screen was wavy, made it seem like double vision, air conditioner rattled all night. They had full bottles of shampoo and conditioner but couldn’t get it out of the bottle. Breakfast was limited and fair. Poor wifi signal.

The room was horrible felt like bugs was crawling on you and you actually saw dirty walls the water was luke warm then got cold before the Nate could shower I wanted to just leave but I paid $120 for this uncomfortable stay

This property is the worse hotel of all the Comfort Inn and Suites i have stayed! The staff were more busy getting high outside than trying to help customers. The lingering smell of dope throughout the hotel was overwhelming. I booked a suite only to be told there were no linens available and get with the morning shift. I had a suite without air without a phone cord without a working fridge and without hot water! I paid the same amount as if i was staying in a real Comfort Inn and Suites only to have to barricade my door at night which the frame was already away from the wall from proof it had been kicked in before. If you are wanting a safe enjoyable stay at a hotel DO NOT COME HERE!! If you expect customer survice DO NOT COME HERE! If you have children DO NOT STAY HERE! If you are wanting to get high hang out dont care about bedding, ac, hot water, or someone coming in your room this is the place for you.

They do not have a pool. It’s closed. I paid for suite with jetted tub but got stinky room no tub. Front desk was awful! Asked for refund only wanted a pool. Didn’t get refund!

The power went out and they did t have any kind of backup system in place. So no power and NO a/c for the whole night.

The room had the accommodations we needed for a good rice. That is about the best I can say. The hotel overall was dingy and neither clean nor tidy. The breakfast service was a good sight worse than McDonald's. We had to forgo coffee because someone had spilt cleaner in the coffee urns.

Website said the hotel was pet-friendly. We arrive at check-in and were told no dogs allowed. It put our family in an unfavorable predicament and we ended up having to drive home that night.

They don’t have hot water. Also there was moldy food in the microwave which means nobody cleans the rooms. Beware!

Only problem was people didn't make sute the dhower curtain was completely closed and the framework around the outside ofvthe tub had rust.

Hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was more than what I was expecting. The bedding was clean and fresh. Pricing was good too. The room was very large and roomy.

Upon my arrival the room assigned to me smelled like mildew. I spoke with the Office manager and was moved to another room. The replacement room was up to par. The breakfast and breakfast area was great.

I love the smooth check in, no deposit, just gave receptionist my name & I received my keys . Breakfast needs some working on. I understand the powder eggs, but it tasted overcooked. & waffle mix tasted spoiled.

The property looks old on the inside. Common area were a little dirty. The room furniture needs updating. The hot water took 10 minutes to get hot.

We got the room with the hot tub in it. The room was very spacious. Plenty of room for 5. Its the biggest hotel room i had been in. The downside was its was very dirty. The whole second floor smelt like mold. The room was very dirty. You could tell the room was old and havent been cleaned well in a very long time. The hot tub in the room was extremely dirty. My husband and kids got in it and when they got out there was a ring of orange and dirt when the water drained. Very disgusting. We came for the snow and i would probably stay a short stay here again just hopefully with a cleaner room. The beds werent bad they were more comfortable than the last hotel i had stayed in.

This hotel was ok. The walls are thin and you can hear every movement above you. Next time I would only get a top floor room. I stayed 2 nights and moved to another hotel because every morning I was awaken by the neighbors hair dryer……..😢

Canceled my stay because I got in late at night. My flight was delayed and my rental was also delayed. I was 6 hours behind. Nice enough staff but still. I paid for the room. Don’t cancel it.

Property was not managed very well and after having to get our keys reset no less than 6 times we had to wait on the managers kids in the lobby before we could get there attention to take care of our needs.

Next room was still somewhat musty, no hot water after a long day of driving. Couldn’t change the temp of the room at all. Possible mold on ceiling, water damage, lamp shade had dirt mark all over it, toilet not secure, long hairs in several spots on the floor in the bathroom. At 11:10 pm the fire alarm was tripped, then at 2:20 am someone was calling our room. The people above us were stomping their feet all hours of the night. Then we wake up and don’t even want to try the hot water so we get ready to leave and the elevator is now broke and we are on the second floor. WiFi also did not work

Easy in and out for a holiday stay. Breakfast was good too. The only part I didn’t care for was the repeat knocks on our door because it was approaching checkout time.

Will try another hotel in the area before we come back - no sheets and pillows for pullout bed even though we had 5 ppl registered. Air didn’t cool the room even on the lowest possible setting. Staff wasn’t friendly and did bare minimum at responding to requests.
