The room was very disappointing, not as advertised. It smelled musty. The bathroom had mold around the tub. The commode was not clean at the base and had a stain at the base on the floor. The door and baseboards looked like they had stood in water. The door was swollen at the bottom and coming apart. The paint job was horrible and there was damage to the ceiling that had been poorly repaired. It was quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I need a refund! 8 stayed 4 nights from May 10 to May 14 out of which 1 day the room was not cleaned but the main disappointment is that I got bed bugs all over my body and the treatment cost is greater than the stay cost. In the meantime, I advise that no one should stay in this hotel until that pest issue has been addressed.

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfy. And towels were soft. I didn't like that the bathrooms floors were grimy and dirty. The hairdryer I tried to turn on and it just smelled like it was burning. The curtains in tub are too short- water gets everywhere.

The hotel building itself is older. Could use some over overall carpet or some deep carpet cleaning a few cosmetic updates would go a long way. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable sheets were clean and fresh, bathroom was clean and I had everything I needed for a good night sleep.

The beds are comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast is a really good value and always fresh and hot. The hotel is in a great location. The only thing negative that I can say, but worth noting, is the string smell of old cleaning solution. The smell gets into everything. I got ice from the ice machine for my cup of water and brought it with me on the road. It smelled of cleaning solution so bad I had to throw it out. My clothes I had in my suitcase had to be washed to get the smell out. I also had to air out my empty suitcase once I was home. I really like the value of the hotel and the location, but if they don’t fix the problem I will have to find another hotel.

The table in the room was broken but just pushed together. My daughter placed her hand on it and it fell apart. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower, which looked like it had been patched before. The floors around the bed were not clean. The fridge froze everything you placed in it.

The stay itself was fine. No where on the site was it mentioned that the pool is closed for renovations before booking. It was 97 degrees all weekend. Had we known we would’ve gone somewhere else. Misleading for sure.

Terrible experience. I had to change rooms a couple of times to find one without stains in the sheets and carpet.

There was trash still in the room on sofa and floor by bed. One of the night stands had chocolate smeared on it. Glad it was chocolate and not something else. And glad we didn’t set something of value there that could have damaged. There was one roll of toilet paper. I feel there should always be a back up stockers and the shower when in use made a super loud screeching noise. Very annoying and you could not get it to stop. The sleep was good though and staff very nice. Breakfast was sufficient for a one night stay.

Room was clean and decent but hair dryer caused sparks and could not use. Bathroom mirror trim was coming apart and wall lamp reader lights were not working.

Up keep needs to be looked at.

This is an older hotel. It needs updating, The carpet smells.

Carpets were outdated and needed vaccumming. Staff was very pleasant. No hotel noise other than the AC unit in the room. Had an issue with the toilet in our first room but was reroomed without issue. Pool was being remodeled so didnt have that option and it was mid summer. Breakfast was a decent hotel continental breakfast.

The Staff was friendly, the Breakfast was Mid, there was an "out of order" sign (got the impression that it had been there awhile) on the Juice dispenser. For hot items all they offered was scrambled eggs and sausage, standard waffle maker, no fruit, and a selection of packaged Muffins, cereal, and Yogurt. The room was shabby, Paint chipping in Corners, most of the "leather" on the desk chair was Peeled off and the mattresses were Spring Mattresses that were really wobbly and uncomfortable. but the worst part was the pool, the water was Green and there was letteral bags Of trash floating in the hot tub. the area was filthy cracks in the cement and the chairs were damaged. it was completely unusable. i have a photo of this but so far there is no way to add it to the review. I have family in midland and we will be traveling there often, this was the closest mid range hotel to them I'm disappointed with what we paid for this 2 night stay. We will be staying elsewhere next trip.

Other than that the hotel was perfect for our needs. Room was clean, (the towels were kinda worn out but they were clean) the rest of the hotel inside and out seemed clean and not noisy. I'd stay there again, but I'd like to be greeted by an actual employee and not an empty front desk and definitely would love to NOT see any animals in the building

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was good and lots of options. Property itself could use some TLC.

I stay often as it's usually quite and off the main loop but still close to everything.

The bathroom was not clean (mold growing along grout - black - not something you should see if the place is being cleaned daily. There is plexi glass between you and staff. The receptionist spoke quietly and I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself which was greeted with the same response - no smile - no feeling welcome - no increase in volume. Felt like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Many times I passed reception and no one was there - sometimes there was a sign saying staff was away and provided a number to call which I had to use to get the wifi password. Would have been easier if staff had pointed it out to me since it was stapled in the room key holder which I realized as I was leaving. Passed by when she had a colleague standing there and they were having a lively discussion so it appears she could speak louder. Doubt there has been any accessibility training done with staff to understand that clients may have a hearing deficiency or other challenges. Breakfast was actually very tasty and the staff in the kitchen were extremely helpful and very nice. Parking was easy and beds were comfortable. My opinion - Management needs to do a better job of supporting and training staff at front counter.

Hotel was very dated. Tile in bathroom was missing. One part of entry of the restroom was sinking. Front entry area carpet was like from the 70’s. Definitely needs updating!!!

The hotel itself is a bit worn, but clean. The bed was comfy, the pillows were okay. The breakfast was plentiful; however, there was no drinking water available, nor was there water in the work out room dispenser. We purchased bottled water to meet our needs. In summary, I’d rate it at 7 of 10.

Just a couple of problems. The hair dryer didn't work and there was no extra one available. The lady at the desk said she would get it switched out from another room by maintenance. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I had to buy one at a store to use. Also, some channels on the TV were only in Spanish when they should have been in English. Couldn't get them changed. Very irritating. Otherwise, not a real bad stay.

The heater started smoking and set off the fire alarm. When I told the front desk they mentioned that other guests have told them as well but never went to the room to check it. Breakfast in the morning they didn't have forks, cold water or milk available. Other foods tasted old and dry.

We liked the location mostly, as it was close to family and friends. The staff were friendly, although very few spoke English, which is a problem for guests who don't speak Spanish. My main issues were the room and carpet cleanliness, and hence the overuse of febreeze to mask these issues. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

This is an older hotel, but functional and friendly. The rooms are clean, but the breakfast area floor was very sticky.

I booked this stay by mistake. I was traveling across the country and I needed a place to stay late at night after driving for 16 hours. The app defaulted to the next month and I didn't realize it at the time of booking. When I realized my mistake, when I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 AM and didn't have a room and had to drive another 2 hours to find a room for the night, the hotel refused to refund my money for a stay booked for 30 days later than the day I needed it. Shame on Quality Inn and Shame on Expedia for not having the ability to correct a booking made in error and citing policy as the reason to take people's money when they accidentally booked for the wrong dates. I would have even taken a credit for a stay at a later time in a different location but that was not even an option presented to me. They were more than happy to take my money for no other reason than I made a mistake in booking.

The room was not clean at all. The bed skirt looked like vomit and was never taken off to be cleaned. The pillow cases were stained not sure if they were changed at all. I was disgusted. The bed cover was dirty brown. The blow dryer blew up when I turned it on to use and they started to smoke the whole room. The floors were nasty and stained. Customer service was great overall hotel cleanliness in the room is a Zero.

Debbie was great when she heard our AC wasn't working. With in minutes, she was at our room to verify the issue and already had the card keys for our new room. Great service and we will absolutely consider them again when in town.

This hotel could use some updates. It had new paint and updated breakfast area. The fixtures and carpet needed updates. A bit smelly.

This hotel was so horrible that we had to leave early and find a different hotel. When we arrived, the room had a horrible moldy musk that caused allergies within minutes of arriving. We requested a different room, which the hotel accommodated, but the second room was infested with fire ants. I would not stay here again.

The quality of the Quality Inn was pretty poor. The door to the room didn’t latch unless you pushed or pulled it. Then it was hard to even get in with the key. You had to pull and push a million times to get it open. There was no covering on the smoke detector, so it probably didn’t even work, which should be violation of code. The hot tub was full of actual trash. The carpet was nasty. Very outdated. The curtains were in shreds. Thee looked to be a decent sized spot of blood on the bathroom floor underneath the sink. Just overall not a very comfortable experience for the family. The sheets were clean and it was quiet. That’s about it.

Breakfast, biscuits and gravy was cold at 8:00 am. Bathtub was very slippery, almost fell twice. Bathroom was not updated.

Staff is really good, my room is not good

There are a few areas for improvement for example behind the couch and the bed in our room did appear to not have been swept for months if not years. Lots of dust and some amount of trash and a very mucus soiled bath rag had accumulated there. Thank you guys for letting me stay at your hotel while visiting Midland.
