My room was clean and comfortable, but the rate I was charged for my one-night stay was not at all what I expected. I booked in advance for a Sunday night at a rate of $101.15 plus taxes and fees. However, because my flight was delayed, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 2 a.m. Monday morning. I checked out that same Monday morning around 9:30 a.m., but because I checked in Monday, I was charged for the Monday night rate, which was nearly three times higher at $294.71 plus taxes and fees because of a convention that week. I called back to the hotel and explained that I checked out Monday morning and did not stay Monday night, but the hotel refused to correct my bill and charge me the Sunday night rate at which I booked. I also contacted Expedia for help, and the hotel gave the Expedia agent the same response they gave me. Essentially I was charged three times as much for spending less time at the hotel. I would not recommend staying here if there is a chance your travels will be delayed.

Good location The bed was kind of sunken in and not very comfortable. The wallpaper was bubbled up in a lot of areas like there may be moisture damage. This is not a great hotel for dogs. There was literally not a single patch of grass outside, only dirt and sand. I walked my dog by the dirt lot to the north and south side and there was broken glass, trash, and cigarettes all over the outside. Just not safe for a pet. I also didn’t know the pet fee was $150 which is the highest I’ve ever paid to have a dog stay with me at a hotel. Honestly the pet fee is the main reason I will never stay here again.

So thin I can say with confidence our neighbor needs a Cpap because they alternated between snoring so loudly that it seemed they were in our room to stopping and gasping for air. Not the quality you would expect when you see Sharton attached to the name.

Clean and comfortable. However what really made this one the of the best places I’ve ever stayed were the friendly staff behind the desk. After travelling 20hrs to a country I had never been too, these ladies made me feel right at home. Next time I’m in Midland I will be staying at the Four Points.

First off, I only received one key second the young lady called me down to the front desk after running my card for incidentals to tell me that she didn’t complete the sale when I informed her that the charge was pending on my account. She then told me to calm down, which I had not expressed any anger or had was not upset in any manner I had to remind her. She was being offensive to the customer I requested her manager, was not able to speak with her, not on Duty, the outlets in the room were not working properly. The refrigerator was not cold and the toilet did not have adequate flushing abilities. I have stayed at this property before, but this was the last time.

The staff wasn't really good. Our rooms were not what we had originally reserved, and they didn't do anything to fix it or to compensate for their mistakes.. We had four rooms reserved and were reserved to pay at property, 3 rooms were charged to my card without my permission, and the fourth room got paid for when we arrived. Days after our stay, my husband's cc that we had used to make the reservation was charged again. They were claiming that one of the rooms wasn't paid for. Which isn't correct. Their management of this location isn't very good and I suggest they get better training and customer service. Other than this whole unsatisfactory situation, the hotel itself is really nice.

Beautiful clean place, staff was very kind and tried their best to accommodate to our complaints. The noise. You could hear the tv and conversations of the guest in the room next to us. On top of that we were there for a softball tournament and had the early game for Sunday morning and it was really hard to sleep on Saturday night because there was a 50th birthday party in the conference room with a DJ that went on til 1am. Our room was directly above it on the second floor. My daughter who plays softball was not happy.

Everything was perfect for us.

It is located next to a huge Cinema. Property was clean. Front entrance is awkward. The restaurant that provides breakfast was not so good.

Clean, quick check in, nice area right off the hwy and less than 30 minutes to the area where everything was located. AC didn’t seem to stay consistently cold, & the room kind of had a wet smell to it. The pillows were comfortable and bed but the pillows had a slight smell to them. Beautiful place, and they have happy hour at the bar.

I liked how the carpet in the room was spotless meaning it was exceptionally well vacuumed not to mention how comfortable the bed, pillows, the gym, lobby, and the view from my window were all just right. This place has not disappointed me in any aspect yet, and I hope it all remains that way. I liked everything.

I stayed a weekend here. The rooms were clean the staff was really nice. I would stay again. Some issues we had there were the lights in our hallway were out all day for one of the days and the door from the pool to the hotel was broken, but with no sign, so once you got out to the pool the door wouldn’t let us back in and we had to walk around the building to get in. I spoke to the front desk and it was a known issue. I consider those things small inconveniences that didn't affect my stay in a major way.

Not the house keeping staff (they were very receptive) but the service due to policy changes. After spending days at your facility, it was difficult to get my room cleaned Items like getting cleaned towels, trash emptied was a challenge, I was even told by a staff member that the facility had a shortage of towels and other items commonly provided by the establishment. That was very disappointing being my invoice did not reflect these deficiencies. Not to fret, I will return on my next business trip. Thank you.

nasty inside and out side, you could hear people coming to there rooms while you are asleep and i mean at 12:00 am. i hate to have a room where i have people on the right side and left side walls are to thin where you can hear there conversation late at night and early in the morning.

I was in Midland for work and this location is very close to the airport which made it convenient for my early morning flight. Although it looks fairly new and the lobby area is very pretty the rooms leave something to be desired. I had no hand soap in the bathroom just a small bottle of lotion. The shower still had hair in it from the previous person…gross! The nightstand was sticky and again there was a hair on a pillow that wasn’t mine. Not sure if they are just short staffed but they need to deep clean these rooms I think. Bed is pretty comfy but I only had a flat sheet and a top blanket as thin as a flat sheet so it provided very little warmth. I ended up having to turn the AC up so I didn’t freeze. This property has the potential to be great. Just needs some cleaning and upgraded linens.

Waste of money and rented two room!

In town for a funeral! Hotel is nice, they just seemed to have been short staffed due trash bins over flowing for a couple of days in the hotel. There was an error on my double bed, staff quickly compted us another room for the 3 days to add to our other room. They had a conference room rent out that we weren't aware of due to lack of communication especially dealing with a grieving wife. Evening staff apologized (Bree) and again in the morning due to loud music. We've stayed here before prior to covid and all this and stay was great. Hopefully they will get fully staffed and hotel will be back to normal operations, like I stated before staff was very apologetic and quickly took care of our room issue.

Unfortunately the iron did not work and there was not a comforter on one of the beds. It was very cold and no one brought us one when we asked.

I was given the wrong room a much cheaper room than what I paid for. After driving for 11 hours was told I had to wait another 45 minutes for the right room.

Pool was shut down, cable wasn't working, room was dirty at check-in. Bar was closed, only one server during breakfast. Elevator was malfunctioning.
