I loved that we were so close to the airport, but yet so quiet and peaceful. The facility was very well kept , and I was so comfortable that I slept as if I were at home.

It was very close to the airport and the booking.com rate was reasonable. The rooms were clean. The biggest pro I could give is that the rooms have legitimate blackout curtains. The hallways were disgusting, like they never get cleaned and it smelled really bad. The biggest issue is that the elevator is broken and all luggage had to be carried up the stairs. The gap under the door was really big and we had to stuff pillows at the bottom to keep it from lighting up the room. The TVs are decent, but the generic remotes to operate them really don't work with the TVs that well and the TV in our room had a bright red light on it when it was turned off. Finally, the mattress was pretty hard. I understand that it's a gamble and they can't make everyone happy, but they felt extra cheap.

The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The Indian food restaurant on site is excellent, not to mention convenient after a long day of traveling and not wanting to leave or wait on a delivery. Did not try the other restaurant/bar on site, and the pool is not open yet, but we were very satisfied with everything during our visit

Worked well enough for coordinating with flights at airport. Shuttle stopped at 10:30 so late night arrival couldn’t use shuttle. Beds and pillows aren’t the most comfortable, didn’t get the greatest sleep.

Really liked the location as it was easy to catch my early flight. It had a smoky old smell in the room that was non-smoking until the ac kicked in. It was a good room for overnight.

.I didn't like that the TV pkg didn't even have ABC CBS OR NBC!! And the shower didn't have any power.

I never wrote reviews. This time I was pretty upset with the night girl who helped us check in. We had been driving 17 hours it was 10 at night. I booked the room third party with no refunds 6 hours before checking in. We arrived and were not given notice the elevators were down. She didn’t even mention it when we were checked in on the THIRD floor. Or the fact there was a note on the side of the desk barely visible stating the fact we could get 100% refund on the cost of the room had we chosen to stay else where. She rolled her eyes and seemed bothered I even asked where the elevators were not knowing they were inoperable. It was only then she mentioned they were down. After I was completely checked in. :(.

The location to the airport was good The bed is very uncomfortable, pillows are old and terrible, they had a crew out at 3am power washing something which I’m sure woke up the whole place.

Restaurant smelt amazing. Swimming pool was open. Room was clean and well stocked with TP and other toiletries. Check in was easy and they were very polite. Showed how to get to room and explained about elevator and even offered to help bring our things in. I will be staying here when in the Midland area. Elevator didnt work. Ice machine on 1st didnt work.

You can tell they are definitely making this hotel better. Food was great and room has been updated recently. The interior is definitely nice

The pillows were horrible. They had taken them and moved all the stuffing down to one end so they were hard squares. I had to open the pillowcase on one and hit the stuffing to the other end to make it a useable pillow. Other than that it was fine. There was a restaraunt but it served Indian food so it was not to our taste.

I can only rate the staff because due to air delays we did not spend the night. We stopped to get a receipt for a possible airline claim and the person at the front desk not only provided what we needed but made great suggestions for our travel route and eating.

Many properties like this one are re-vamped older properties. Some renos are better than others. The lobby looks great, nice fitness center - but when it comes to the room - countless layers of paint on walls, dingy carpets, ancient tub (nobody replaces the tubs when they reno...). That the elevator was out of service wasn't a big deal for me but they should have documented it. Great restaurant if you like Indian food (I do), tacky that they put water on the table then charge you for it. Few healthy breakfast choices, omelets that you must by by the caseload. Their texture is gross and the filling is greasy. Hardboiled eggs would be a better alternative.

A great and easy check in. Only hiccup was I am 18 , was in Midland for work and they told me I had to be 21. I went back to their website and did not see that any where on their page. If this is policy it needs to be added. I was 11 hours from home, not sure if I was gonna have a room was a little scary. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and allowed me to check in.

It was in ok condition but the square pillows were a bit tall and dense. The door deadbolt wouldn't latch due to the door not closing square. There was a gap of about 1 inch on the top of the door and it didn't touch the door frame and the base of the door touched the door frame.

This hotel is the only hotel that is less than a mile to airport. I did not have breakfast as my flight was the 1st flight out in the morning. The complimentary shuttle service took me to the airport at 0500. The only complaint is that my room had a stale cigar/smoke smell that was intensified when the AC was blowing.

Not suitable for a cardiac patient staying on the third floor. Took pets with me on this trip. Grounds are not suitable to walk pets on the grounds. Too many bad weeds that stick to their paws and hurt.

The elevator is still not fixed-after almost a year. The computer system is either not updated, or too slow and not adding guests to the rooms. This could potentially get someone hurt.

There isn't much in the area if you want to eat. The staff has poor customer service. The clerk watched me come in and stand at the counter before coming to check me in. Then, my room window faced the pool and when i closed the shade, there is no privacy shade, just the sun shade that allowed the property lights to light my room up like the daytime.

Check in we very easy. Room was clean and very neat. Staff was nice made check in simple.

Registered at the hotel late, about 9:00 pm just for an overnight stay. First thing elevator was not working. Went back to check with receptionist and she was less than friendly replying that elevator was not working and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. We asked her to reassign us to a room on the first floor and with an attitude she replied, that's what you paid for. During the night the ac and heating unit was making a loud noise as if I was riding a motorcycle. Needless to say, we did not get a good night sleep. Would not come back to this hotel, and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Comfortable & quiet. Cleaning staff wonderful. The only elevator was out of order & desk clerk did not offer to get someone to help this senior up with my luggage. Luckily a cleaning staff person came by and saw me struggling. He offered to carry up my bag.

The hotel is outdated. Elevator has not been in service for over a year (that’s what the staff told us). The plumbing was old. We only stayed a night before departing from the airport but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

It’s near the airport so the area around it is rather industrial. It was perfect for us because we wanted the airport access. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was nice. The pillows were small which looked cute on the bed but were uncomfortable. The shower had a hole in the side where a grip once was. One side was plugged but the other was open. I worried about mold in the wall and water damage. Also, the elevator was out of order and there were no similar rooms available on the ground floor. It was difficult for me to climb the stairs with my arthritis. Will stay here again.

The elevators were out of service and we had luggage so that was a bit of a struggle. The airport shuttle doesn't run all the time. They popped fireworks right outside of hotel most of the night.

Pillows were tiny squares. Door locks did not work until I really worked the door. Everything felt done cheaply.

I have stayed here several times and I understand they are under construction (early and late workers not the funnest thing ever when on a work trip) but while I was at work someone entered my room to look for a leak, no biggie, I understand that the issue is they least the bathroom trashed AND left the front door propped open. I don’t think I will go back.

Conveniently close to the airport I believe this hotel is suffering from a recent tornado that broke the elevator and may have causes some of the following issues I experienced at the hotel. Immediately upon entering my room it was very stinky. It smelled Damp almost like urine. The door fit poorly in the frame and light could be seen around it.

Room was decent, everything was clean. Just nothing really around to eat or go to near the hotel. But it’s really close to the airport.

We ended up not staying here and leaving the hotel at 12:30 am. The worst experience ever at a hotel. Traveled all day to arrive at 11:30 pm and was given a room that already had someone in it. We walked into the room with people already asleep in there that we woke up. Went back to the front desk and was given a room that had one bed for 4 people. We ended up asking for a refund at 12:15 am which the front desk didn’t know how to print a receipt to show we were getting a refund. They had no other rooms to accommodate us. These reservations were made about a month prior. They did nothing to apologize or make up for us entering someone else’s room. Will not recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for one night in April 2024 after coming in from a late flight (8pm). I called the shuttle and they came to the airport within a few minutes. I had no issues checking in. I was given a room on the third floor. The bed was clean and comfy. The bathroom was a little dated but still clean. I had the breakfast n the morning and it was pretty good. I enjoyed the waffles the most. I was able to get a ride back to the airport after breakfast to pick up my rental car. No issues with this place. I would stay here again.

Room was clean. Big TV, but cable was crappy no HD. Breakfast everything was stone cold. I stayed here cause it’s only hotel close to airport that offers free shuttle service and that was 20 min late

If you’re flying in or out of midland this hotel is a perfect location. We were visiting big bend and this location worked great for us.

Very limited space, extremely low Celine, faucets and basin don’t work properly, didn’t come the clean the room, we have to go to front desk to get towel ourself, understaffed.

My room is disgusting there is paint on the carpet the floors are dirty and it smells like mildew I’ll not stay here again.

I stay here a lot. Surprisingly clean with big comfortable room and the nicest staff! The is a restaurant and a bar and less than a mile from the airport so super handy for early flights.

Only stayed for one night. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms vs the price. Easily walked to the airport in the morning. Staff was quick, friendly and helpful.

What stands out is the good attention of the staff, the improvement of the conditions of the hotel, the facilities require an update.

It was pleasant and really quiet. Slept like a baby, the bed and pillows were just right!.

Concierge worked hard to convince me to “park and fly”, then refused to pick up my handicapped mother and myself from the airport when we arrived late at night despite my having twice confirmed our arrival time with the desk that day. When I called upon our arrival, He repeatedly told me “We’re closed.”
