    At check-in, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. For an airport hotel where many guests are traveling with luggage, this was a major inconvenience. Guests were forced to carry their bags up multiple flights of stairs, and no assistance was offered. The strong fragrance used in the lobby seemed to be masking other issues, as the hallways on my floor smelled heavily of insecticide. Once in the room, the problems continued. The TV remote didn't work, requiring us to manually change channels, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. When my son lifted the toilet seat, there was old urine underneath it. Parking was another frustration. The lot appeared overcrowded, forcing many guests to park along the curb, making it difficult and stressful to back out and leave. The only positive aspect of our stay was the air conditioning—it worked exceptionally well and kept the room ice cold. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the numerous issues we encountered. Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

    The room smelled of mold and smoke. There was hair on the ceiling of the shower and dirty. This was my one and only stay here. $158 was way too much for this condition if the room.

    Expedia should not have them on their list. Dirty and smelly room. your room as carpet it seems to be soaked in with all the moisture. I can't even imagine how much molds had been grown there..It was late night arrival so me and my wife decided just stay one night however we ended up leave hotel 2am....people cry and yelling 2am in the hallway. there's no way I could bare another hour to stay. sleep in the car would be more peaceful and cleaner. please Expedia 🙏 know who you list on your options....this is unacceptable

    We came back from our cruise and were there early and were lucky that the room was ready so they let us checked in before 12:00. Even if they didn’t have the room ready, the breakfast area is big enough that we can seat and wait.

    We stayed here the night before getting on a cruise. We used their free airport shuttle which was great and saved us a little money also loved they had a free breakfast. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, no complaints. Staff was helpful with dining options within walking distance and somewhere we could buy our wine and pop to carry on the cruise. Only complaint was the elevator wasn't working, had to lug our heavy suitcases up to level 3. The front desk girl did volunteer to carry it up, which was nice and she did get us the first room at the top of the stairs.

    I always stay at the hotels in this area based on their proximity to the car rental access. It's literally a six minute drive if you hit the red lights.

    Breakfast is horrible and not enough food. Breakfast Area is very small. This hotel needs to be renovated . I booked room for four nights but I ended up to stay one night and checked out the next day and booked a room in a different hotel. Not recommended at all

    I found a weed cigarette under my bed the beds look like they weren't changed cuz they were yellow on the sides and in the corners but it's all right the AC took a while to get cold and the pool was dirty the elevator didn't work and then carrying too many luggage really hurts so I don't think I'll be able to come back again

    The room was old and it doesn’t have a curtain to block the light. It has a roll down shade but it doesn’t cover the whole window. The phone wasn’t working.

    Throughout my stay, I rarely saw any hotel staff cleaning or maintaining the property. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not be staying here again in the future.

    Terrible service. Elevator doesn’t work. The toilet in my room was not working. The front desk personnel (evening attendant) was not helpful at all. Instead of concern about me not being able to use the toilet my entire stay, her concern was me leaving a dirty room when I asked her if I could switch rooms. She refused to give me the phone number for the building manager when I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel. Extremely poor service. I will never book a room here again.

    Very convenient/close to the airport ( about 6 minutes Uber drive) & 25 minutes from the Cruise Terminal. Very nice for overnight accommodations. The room was small but clean. Breakfast included oranges, yogurt, waffles (very good!), sausage, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, bagels & muffins. Everything worked as it should in our room. They also provide an airport shuttle, which is helpful, but it ends at 9:30 pm. Our flight arrived after that, so we couldn’t use it.

    The free hotel shuttle was a major part why we booked Sleep Inn as a place to stay before our cruise the next day. The hotel and room was well-kept and clean. It was nice they had breakfast the next day but was very carb-heavy (waffles, muffins, breads, bagels, etc). At least the sausage was good.

    I had a great experience from check in to the room to the breakfast. The front counter was friendly and helpful even with having phones ringing and a line of people. The shuttle driver from the airport was outstanding! He tried to let everyone that was waiting he'd be back he was full. Breakfast was far better than I had expected. My family lit up with it having the waffle maker. Budget friendly for the area with amazing staff.

    Everything was basic. The room had the basics but none were anything to brag about. Bed was mediocre, TV didn't work, A/C worked somewhat but I had to bump the temp down in the middle of the night because I woke up sweating. Carpet felt humid or like it had a film on it when I walked barefoot - so I consistently wore shoes the entire time. The breakfast was okay - waffles [butter/syrup only], hard boiled eggs, oranges - so it was more than cereal, milk, and pastries, but like everything else it was unimpressive The airport shuttle was on time which was the most important thing I needed, and the room was quiet considering the building is literally across the street from the airport. I've stayed at 2-star hotels before but I will avoid this one in the future.

    Everything turned out well. early arrival we were accomodated. Shuttle great, pool awesome. This has been our go to place to stay everytime we come to MIA airport; stayed here close to 10 times. It was a good location for conveniences food, gas, variety. Elevator was broken so carrying all our bags up to third floor was inconvenient. The shower water pressure was not good.

    Clean room, quiet, staff very helpful. Shuttle driver did not check curb for people flagging him down. Waited over 2 hours. Hotel staff had him turn around after he drove past second time. They only pick up once every hour so if he stays one car over and never stops and ignores you flagging I'm down, you wait another hour. I'm 76, landed at 5:30 not to hotel till after 8. Long stressful day. Just ran out into the middle of traffic to make him see me.

    Parking was safe, room was clean. Staff was very professional. Only thing was the room smelled like mold & sewer water. The humidity in room was just not good. Felt like I couldn’t breathe the air there.We had to change room the morning after. The new room we were given had a smell but not as bad as the first one. We had to ask for febreze spray.

    breakfast was really lame. It was all bread and carbs. The rooms could be bigger for the price. Front desk personnel were very un-welcoming and not too friendly.     The airport shuttle was available as described on a sign at the front desk. All of the staff were very personable and professional. The rooms were clean as I expected. Some reviewers mentioned a smell. I experienced nothing of the sort. You can't blame a hotel for rare occurrences beyond their control. I have no complaints about the air conditioning. The breakfast was good. I actually had nothing to complain about! Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel that is close to the hotel and reasonable priced.

    The value was there and I would stay there again to save money. But for complete transparency, the hot water wasn't very hot at all throughout the stay. The TV was way too small for the room and the carpet will make your feet black if walking barefoot. Other than that, the savings is there for a small price.

    The room was very stuff it was stifling in there, also the carpet was very old and musty. The air conditioning unit was old and very noisy. The room itself was quite dated. Overall, the pictures are very misleading I wanted to leave as soon as I entered the room however front desk said I already checked in and signed so I couldn’t cancel or get refunded.     Window shade was stuck at half open so I had to hang a towel for privacy. Window was about 10 feet from parking on first floor. Mattress had been slept in by too many people-- it sagged on both sides with a hump down the middle. The light switch for the bed lamps was on the less preferred side and I had to get up to turn it off.

    Next, the location is seedy. Upon arrival, there were several half-dressed, older women smoking right by the front door with oversized parts spilling out of their clothing and undergarments. I knew this stay would be challenging. The lobby is uninviting. I decided at check in there was no chance I was eating the free breakfast, even if they paid me. In the room, I tried to wash my face, but the water was only warm, so no hot water meant no shower in the morning. The carpet felt suss, so I kept my shoes on. The beds were comfortable, though the mattresses sagged in the middle and they were not queen size - they were only full size, which is too small unless you're a couple of munchkins. There were two types of pillows on the bed, and one of them was nicely comforting. The sheets were very soft, but I have a feeling that's because they were already slept on by other people. I only say that because I did not see clean sheets on 2 out of the 3 housekeeping carts out in the hallway upon check out. The toilet had trouble flushing. When we told the front desk clerk upon departure, she asked: "Did you flush the toilet paper?" Um, yes. She advised us that "You can't flush toilet paper around here. It damages the pipes. Other guests have had similar problems." I'll leave that there for you to ponder. 2.5 stars out of maybe 10, but not 5. Don't believe the reviews, this place is not worth it if it were the last place on earth.

    3 luggages. 2 backpacks, a stroller and 2 kids (ages 4 and 2 years old..). Also in the evening when we arrived staff told us we can catch a 10:30am shuttle for the cruise and told us we can think about it and let them know in the morning. Which we did, first thing when we were up at 7am. To which they said everything is already booked :/ not sure why they’d say to wait until the next day then.. anyways. We wont be staying anymore :)

    Arrived to be told the elevator is broken and there are no two bed rooms left in the main floor. The location is sketchy. The pictures on Expedia are either very old or not from this location. The pool is across the street, this was also not mentioned in the description. Included breakfast is minimal. Not sure how it had the rating/stars it did on Expedia.

    The location was very convenient and the check in was fast and the lady at the front desk was kind. I understood that breakfast was until 10:00 am so when I went down at 9:30 am breakfast was no longer available and I was notified that breakfast was over at 9:00 am so we had no breakfast. Also our room carpet was sticky and smally like if something was not cleaned and we were not able to walk barefoot. Also our air conditioner was very very very loud and we had to have it because it was hot without.

    There was mold in the top of the shower. The phone in the room did not work so I had to go down to the front desk and make a complaint about something. They allow scammers to come in and put pamphlets under the door for food delivery. However these are not established restaurants It seemed more like they made the food in their home kitchen. I placed an order with one of these places they were an hour late after saying 40 minutes so I waited an hour and 40 minutes for my food. It was $48. The guy only gave me 10 change back from 60 and kept two I was not going to tip him at all. The food came it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered two steak and cheeses one just cheese the other pepper and onion. I ordered a meatball sub. And I ordered plain pasta and butter. Both subs came with pepper onion and mushroom, I'm allergic to mushrooms. Bad form. The meatball sub had barely any sauce The meatballs were tinier than an inch diameter, and also had pepper and onion. The pool was absolutely disgusting. 0 ⭐

    Little white spiders all over my room told staff they said manager will come look at room. She then comes in with a can of raid spray and telling me that me and my family has to leave room for about an hour hour or two so she can spray and air out the room and after about an 30mins of debating how that is ridiculous she goes down the hall opening multiple doors (which whom had other guest in them) until she found one that was empty and said I could move my stuff there.

    Shift Manager 11:00 PM was not hospitable at all, he did greet nor thank customers for choosing Sleep Inn. I called two days prior to checkin and wasn’t informed elevatpr was out of service, they informed that airport shuttle was unavailable after 10 pm - this should be available in website, hotel photos are deceiving. Since the elevator was out of service, asked if they could help bringing luggage to room ( bell boy) he said No, I asked if there were available rooms in the ground response NO, didnt offer apologies for the inconvenience and then I requested to have a large suitcase stored in their lobby as I was assigned a room on the third floor he said ok. When I asked for tag and receipt for the luggage- he responded they didn’t have any. He did not let us know breakfast hours, Room did not have complimentary water bottles and when I went down to have breakfast there wasn’t enough food for all guest staying nor seating.

    Staff had guests waiting in lobby for hours due to “rooms not cleaned” and check in “starts at 3pm”. We were told that a room would be available for an additional fee plus another fee to change our original reservation. So we decided to wait in the lobby like everyone else. The bed was too firm and sunken in the middle, so it was like sleeping in hole in the bed. Rooms are also need to be renovated.

Clean towels, yet the quality of the toiletries didn't inspire a shower and I was too tired to unpack my own supply. • The breakfast is set-up for eating there or grab 'n' go. Hard boiled eggs, breads, waffles, fresh whole fruits, juice and coffee/tea; the basics. • Staff is friendly. For $200+ a night (even with Booking.com VIP discount) this place was MASSIVELY overpriced!. It's on the level of a $50/$60 per night accommodation; and that price would be warranted only because of its proximity to the airport which frankly was still almost a 30 minute shuttle ride away. • In the photos, the room APPEARS to be clean with nice decor However, the entire hotel (hallways and guest rooms) has an unpleasant stale funk odor. I think the carpets need a VERY DEEP THOROUGH STEAM cleaning. If this was done it would be a significant improvement! • Although there is a tracking app to gauge the approach of the hotel's shuttle; it is not accurate. The shuttle really needs a large visible FRONT FACING sign on the van or make sure the sign over the front window is lit at night; if that is a lighted sign. The instructions clearly inform that the van doesn't stop unless you flag it down; understandable, that saves time. However, one cannot read the logo on the SIDE of the van UNTIL IT WHIZZES PASS YOU. Unless you hail every van in the expected time frame, how can one know which one to start hailing as the van approaches?! I can understand the van not stopping at every terminal section; however, it doesn't even slow down. I had to leave my bags to chase it down or wait ANOTHER 45 mins to an hour! This is something NO ONE wants to have to do after coming off a flight after 9:00 at night; especially being an older person. I rarely write harsh reviews; this one unfortunately was earned.

    However, I was a bit disappointed that the elevator wasn’t working, so I had to stay on the ground floor, which is never my preference; and did affect the overall experience. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked very well, which made the room comfortable, and the shower had really hot water, which I appreciated. The hotel offered a basic complimentary breakfast that included waffles, fruits, yogurt, and juice or tea, which was sufficient to start the day. They also provided a complimentary airport shuttle service that ran every hour, which was very convenient. Overall, it was an okay stay; nothing exceptional, but it met the basic needs for a short visit.

    The draw for this space was its proximity to MIA and its price relative to other "airport hotels". It served its purpose. Breakfast was decent-had scrambled eggs, waffles, and the other typical choices. The airport shuttle stops running at 9:00 pm. We did take a morning shuttle at 8:00 am and it was convenient and worked well. They have a room shade set up that is electric up/down. The switch was not obvious (by the entry door, rather than the window) and it didn't work all that great.

    We took that hotel especially for the free airport shuttle, and at the end the shuttle was full (11 guest) without the possibility to take it. Since there are only one trip per hour, we needed to pay the uber drive. Let me tell you I would had put that 20$ in another hotel with a better service of airport transport if I had known.

    The biggest concern was cleanliness. I noticed small white bugs in the room, which made me very uncomfortable and question the overall hygiene of the hotel. That alone made it hard to relax during my stay. While the location may be convenient, the issues with cleanliness and slow service made this stay disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again unless improvements are made.

    The shuttle from the airport was a bit delayed; I arrived at the shuttle stop at 2:55pm expecting the shuttle to arrived at 3-3:30pm but the shuttle arrived at 4:05pm. However the stay at the hotel was comfortable. The layout of the hotel is very convenient and practical. The room is very cosy. Breakfast was delicious especially on weekends; minimal but with essentials. I loved the fact that the hotel had a luggage scale in the lobby.

    Most noisy Aircon, shuttle information terrible, had 2 emails, telling to meet at departures and 2nd at arrivals, called to confirmed to not have phone answered until i clicked to make a new booking, the lady tried to help and put me through to front desk who again ignored and hung up. room is musky smell, dated a lot, i stay in various but this is not good with the smell. reception hardly acknowledged me, maybe 5 words, driver, well did not speak..really booked as 12 check out but please spend a few extra $.... guess i was unlucky for fire alarm test but as check out and check in has 3 hours between why can this not be arranged between 12 and 3 pm? surely you are paying so can book appropriately

    The smoke alarm in my room went off twice during our one night stay which was really bizarre. The contintenal breakfast was the saddest I’ve ever seen. Bagels sealed individually in plastic was a first. Two kinds of cereal…a few people were able to score oranges which apparently was the extent of the fruit offering…just a really sad offering in tight quarters. Staff was friendly and property was clean but wouldn’t want to stay more than one night unless there were extreme budget constraints.

    The flooring was tar. Breakfast was only plain stale bagels. One day there were a few everything Bagels but just as stale. But the worse was the Sheets and towels caused my mate’s face to Break out, turn beet Red and swell up - it only got worse. He could barely open his eyes. Had to go to urgent care for treatment. And we paid a fortune. 2k for 4 nights! Felt sorry for the lady at the desk - she was there from early morning to late night. Understand why she wasn’t friendly or helpful. Unless you have very low expectations, a good immune system and don’t mind overpaying by a lot - skip this place.

    The cruise port transport is extremely unreliable. We flew in late the night before we got on the cruise so the only shuttle time left available was 1:00 which was fine because our time to get on the boat was 1:30. Boarding closed at 2:30, keep in mind. The ladies at the front desk told us the shuttle was running no more than 15 minutes late, not ideal but it was fine…. Had that been the case. The shuttle did not arrive to pick us up until 1:45 and we expressed our concerns to the ladies at the front desk and all they could say was that the cruise would not leave without us… uhm WRONG. we thankfully made it just in time, we literally were the last ones to board to boat. We saw people running behind us and they would not let them on board. What we thought was a stress free shuttle was definitely in fact, not. They had a shuttle sitting at the hotel this whole time but it was for the airport… not the cruise terminal. It was just sitting there!!! And the driver was just sitting there!!! It made no sense to me. Lucky for them we did make it but it was extremely stressful. I would suggest paying more to stay at a more reliable hotel with a reliable shuttle.

    The room was average. The TV was oddly placed on the wall and exceptionally small. Volume level was minimal, and the CC did not work. Pillows were either flat or hard as rocks. Shampoo/conditioner/lotion were all in containers that had to be squeezed for the contents to come out. For those with grip strength issues in their hands, it was almost impossible to use. The breakfast area the next morning was overflowing and had to be way over capacity. I have never seen so many people trying to get a breakfast waffle or glass of juice. Food options were minimal and dismal. While waiting for the 6 am shuttle to the airport the following day (we were there two nights), ten of us were able to watch the shuttle driver zoom into the parking lot at 5:59 am. No greeting when he came out front at 6:03 am, he just opened the back of the van to start stacking luggage. Being friendly would definitely bring him more tips - but he really didn't seem to care. I guess I should be thankful he showed up at all. Small changes could easily make this hotel so much better.

    It was horrible. They have BED BUGS which were crawling everywhere! I had to throw my clothes out and even my suit case. I have a video showing how scattered the bugs were! There were bugs in my bed and I was itching. They tried to only offer me a 15% discount and a new room, but I was not pleased with that resolution. Once I expressed that I had a video, he then raised the discount but that is still not enough for what i had to endure! I don’t recommend anybody to go to that nasty hotel!! The garbage wasn’t even emptied!!! Go read what the reviews say on google. I’m not the only one who experienced this disgusting place! People are finding needles under there beds like it’s a crack house! House keeping does not properly do their job. They did not express enough concern. All he said was they need to exterminate the room, BUT WHY NOT CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND PEOPLE IN THE ROOM? I’m trying to get in contact with corporate because I need a FULL REFUND and i need to be REIMBURSED for all of my clothing that I had to throw away!! And I most likely will be taking legal action against the hotel if something is not done. The toilet does not run properly, the shower was hot but more so cool, when I stripped the bed seen crumbs from food under the mattress as if it had not been cleaned before arriving. It was a complete disaster and I would never in my life stay there or with this company overall again. RUN!!!

    The room was in ok condition. Room was clean. Bathroom was equipped with all the essentials. But the room had no hot water, bathroom floor boards were loose, and bed was hard. Staff was kind and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was terrible. Airport shuttle was convenient.

    The staff were very pleasant to talk with. The area was isolated withoutany restaurants around. The room was smelling like mildew and the room and bathrooms were too small. The TV was old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid almost $249 for one night and the other hotel for the same price was much better such as the Embassy suites.

    The staff is great - front desk & cleaning both. It's a convenient location, and the room is decent. The breakfast buffet is kind of crazy. The room where the food is is very small, and people crowd in there or form a long line. That part is awkward. Also, the pool is across the street, which is also awkward. Otherwise, it's fine.

    The hotel’s close proximity to the airport makes it especially convenient for an overnight stay. The room matched the photos and was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. One thing to note is that the last shuttle departs at 9:30 p.m., so this is worth keeping in mind if you’re arriving on a late flight.

    Our room was clean and just big enough for what we needed. Super comfortable beds!!! Not much at all in the way of availability of snacks and drinks. Would have been very helpful for our layover. Checking in asked for help setting up a ride was told just call Uber or Lyft since we left earlier than the shuttle. Was charged extra for checking in early but was not able to get the breakfast.

    Now as for the bed - I've had better beds at Motel6, so that's not a complement! 1 critical issue I could deal with, 2 issues would mean little-to-no sleep before my flight... The coup-de-grâce: Sleep Inn was booked FULL that night. The Manager/boss/maintenance man (anyone of importance) was already out when I checked in - No respite; No options; No recompense; No refunds! I'd like to think I got ~2 hours (total) sleep on Dec 19th. I gave up on sleeping, concerned my body would reach a level of exhaustion where I WOULD sleep through the noisy AC, and the springy bed - missing my flight! :S Breakfast was decent to keep me going until the flight, and I reported room 129's various issues before checking out. Still no manager on duty, so it was only noted.

    I checked in and upon walking into my room i was welcomed by a stale smell. I thought I'm only here for one night so no need to complain. I left went to south beach to tour the area. When I returned to hotel the desk in our room was covered with white/clear pest. Crawling everywhere. Grossed out I packedy family things and we checked out. Upon leaving i told front desk staff that i checked in earlier however will be checking out. The gentleman said ok thanks. No questions were asked why we were leaving despite only being there for about 3/4 hrs. Because we booked through expedia i didnt even waste my breath trying to get a refund just went n booked another hotel. Never will I recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

    It would be helpful to know before booking that the airport shuttle will not take you to the airport prior to 6am. My flight was at 6:25am and I had to pay for an Uber to get to the airport at 4:30am. I got the email from the hotel after booking about the timeframe for the shuttle. The bed was very uncomfortable, need new mattress. The shower floor felt like I was going to go through it. I felt very unstable in the shower due to the floor. The water is lukewarm and the did not get hot. Really wish I had booked a different hotel.

    When we arrived, the attendant named Lourdes never once smiled at anybody and was very serious faced and immediately told us there were no rooms and we had told her that we had called and they said that we could pay money to check in early so she just looked at us with attitude and told us to wait five minutes. 30 minutes later while we were still standing there I had to ask her for an update And she was less than helpful. We took a shower later that afternoon around 4 PM and there was no hot water whatsoever. Breakfast was awful. The longest line and all there was was the waffle machine and bagels.

    Staff were courteous. Rooms could use a good deep cleaning. I couldn't stand the smell in the room. The breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. There was a huge line to serve food, and people had to wait for a table to be free. Boiled eggs were at fridge temperature, very unpleasant to eat at such a cold temperature.

    Check out and check in was smooth and easy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was in good condition, however, there was a scent that I can only assume was as a result of carpet being cleaned but not dried properly. Mattresses on the bed could have offered greater support. Im not sure if they were damaged or have been used excessively but i sat on it and felt as if i was falling over. I would have loved to see greater variety for breakfast as well. All in all, value for your money.

    We had three rooms. While they were clean two of them had mildew odor. We had to change rooms. The staff was very polite and accommodating five stars 🌟 for them.

    It was bugs alive crawling on the floor and I took a video took it to the night staff and he said he couldn't help I had to wait til mangement get there in the morning. Also he couldn't give me another room. Once manager got there she didn't refund all my money but only the early fee. So its a horrible hotel and they will not help like they should.

    Did not have a chance to enjoy the shuttle and breakfast, but from what I've experienced, it's a good place to sleep if you need to get an super early flight. One small detail, was the mattress. It was uneven as if they are old matresses , and the tv could be a bit more modern. But all by all not a bad place at all to spend the night

    Front lady looked annoyed and didn't bother to greet us or even smile or anything. It felt like I did a transaction with a robot because there was no emotion, no friendliness, nothing; just a flat affect. Room smelled very bad like molded, wet dog smell. It was hard to get over the smell. Shower and sink only had lukewarm water, no hot water. It was 0100 AM when we made it in to room, we were exhausted from our flight we just pushed through and decided to toughen it. The only good thing was the comfortable bed and free breakfast. Other than that, we will never come back to this Sleep Inn.

    For what we paid it was fine, the room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was kind of disappointing and the breakfast needs a little more variety. But the rest of the hotel and staff was nice and friendly. Highly recommended if you want to save money and get what you need.

    It would have been positive feedback but their shuttle driver on my day of a stay is good for nothing. He sneaks by the probable passengers on the third lane away from the curbside. I was waiting at the airport door 22 when he darted past me on the third lane. After 45 minutes he tried the same trick again. I yelled some profanities at him and that worked, I bet that is the only English he knows. Next morning there was different driver, nice guy. I tipped him OK. Guys at front desk were nice, check in was quick and painless.

    When the description says shuttle service is every 45 minutes, that means it should be there at 2:45, 3:45, 8:45, etc. It shouldn’t be that it says 8:45 but the shuttle comes and picks you up at 9:15! If I knew i would have to wait an extra 30 minutes for absolutely no reason (NO TRAFFIC) I would’ve just gotten an uber. This is what happens when you book a 2 star hotel. The lady at the front was probably the least welcoming person I’ve ever seen. Is it a crime to say hello or smile?

    When i arrive to the hotel it was abround 3:30pm , when i walk to the check in are the employee setting by the computer did not say a word , no hello , welcome , nothing ,So i approach to him after standing at the counter for 3 minutes and i say i need to check in , and with a attitude he say you have to wait 😓 and there is a line in front of you , i say why ? He mentioned to me that the housekeeping dint have rooms clean and the sytstem to update the cleaning room was down 😫😫 i say ok , so i waited like 40 minutes and finally got my room

    They advertise with airport shuttle but it runs on limited hours. Same for breakfast that starts at 06h00 only. I bought a room with queen size bed and got a room with 2 twin beds. Rooms are noisy. Not very happy.

    El señor de bus que te busca en el aeropuerto es muy amable. En recepcion (a excepcion del joven que atiende en la noche) son muy amables. Las habitaciones son comodas y estan en buenas condiciones, las señoras de la limpieza muy cordiales. El internet no es tan rapido pero funciona bien para lo basico. Mi unica incomodidad es que la señora que prepara el área de desayuno bloquea el jugo de naranja para que se acaben los demas. Es decir, uno como huesped debe tomar lo que ella decide. Un dia colocaron huevos revueltos y el resto de la semana solo huevos cocidos.

    On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and I got a pretty good night sleep . On the negative side, the reception desk was horrible, with a bad attitude, and they refuse to pick up the phone...so if you can't find the airport shuttle or have questions, forget about it...they don't want to talk to you. The room was small and had odors from cigarette and marijuana smoke . Overall, I can't recommend this hotel . They need new staff who aren't antisocial...and they need to address the odors in the room

    I liked the fact that they did not want an arm and a leg for the services. The area was ultra-clean and in excellent condition. There was even a free bus to the airport, which is a break from high-priced taxis and Uber in the area. I enjoyed it immensely and would not hesitate to go again when I visit Miami again.

    Worst hotel ever. They will advertise queen bedroom and will give you double bed. The reception guys is pathetic as well. The room smells really bad and the AC fan will create such a noise that you won’t be able to sleep. No help from hotel even after multiple complaints. Stay away from this property.
