Very basic room. Floors and bed were clean. Overnight many insects entered and left dead wings behind. Front desk said they were from termites. Okay for one night but that’s it.

The room smelled musty, the bathroom was tiny, paint splatter on the tiles, the electrical sockets were difficult to plug into, the room wasn't precooled. No room phones.for a booking for two towels for one. Suggestion is find a better room for a couple dollars more!

I didn't stay. They have false pictures on the website. I looked at the room. It was terrible ,doul smell holes in sheets and blankets old beds. Just bad. I was there two minutes and immediately left because of the smell and everything else. They had the nerve to not refund my money.

The front best staff was great they gave us good directions and they even let us keep our bags in the office for about 3 hours as we explore they also made sure that we had everything we needed the rooms are spacious fridge microwave no stove nice air conditioner very comfortable beds

TV connection was not good and ac in room does not reach the living room so very uncomfortable and hot. But otherwise, it served its purpose and good pub across the street.

If you want a place to sleep and go… this place will do.. towels? Terrible… bath tub? Not flowing..

this is a great spot for a one night stay or if you’re just needing a place to sleep and explore miami. it’s overall quiet and not a bad area, despite what other reviews were saying… parking is also very easy, it’s just right on the backside in the alleyway. it is a bit older but it was still very clean. check in/check out was also very quick and easy. would definitely stay again for a budget stay in miami (:

The room was dirty and outdated. It's also in a sketchy area, but it was all that was available on short notice. The facilities were not very clean and I felt unsafe there with my family.

We was there only 1 hour the lady at the front desk said my wheelchair mother could get in with no problem that was a lie!! Then when I finally got her in there only 1 air conditioner in the back room!!! And the bathroom the window was broken anybody could get in there!!! The beds were a little bigger than a twin! Which there was 3 of us!!!! I would not recommend anybody to stay there. This place was nasty.!!!!!!!!

Location and staff were friendly. Felt like a prison cell. Shower drain didn’t work, the place was filthy, they need some sort of decorations on the walls so it doesn’t look like a murder motel, wouldn’t stay here again.

I also tried contacting Booking.com customer care on 13th March and waited for more than 10 minutes, but was unable to get connected. I have not received any response from their side as well. I request you to kindly look into these issues and improve the basic services, hygiene standards, and coordination with customer support.

This place was so dirty. There was hair on my towels. I actually went and bought new sheets and a pillow to sleep. The best thing about this place was the pub across the street.

Firstly, the suite wasn’t what it was advertised. - washroom was out dated. - wifi wasn’t accessible at our suite. - bedsheets had stains and no blankets provided. - floors were sticky. - the room had a lizard. - holes and cracks in the wall. - basically, the suite had 3 beds, 1 table, 1 dresser with TV and 2 chairs. - the door to the suite was at the back of the building via the parking lot.

The staff was very nice and the beds were clean. Location is close to the airport. We booked the family suite (2bedroom) and the air conditioner was only in the first room so the other bedroom didn’t get cool at all. The windows didn’t close all the way which let a lot of air/noise in. And the bathroom needs some MAJOR updating. Also the fridge didn’t keep anything cold.

The motel looked like a jail cell, 10 inch television with terrible service the tv kept glitching, the bed was filthy, the bathroom smelled, the walls were filthy and spiders were coming out of every corner. The table and chair was a picnic set. The air conditioning unit was a window unit with aluminum foil on it that kept you up. The neighborhood was scary.

Unfortunately, the room had an extremely strong scent, likely used to mask other odors. Everything feels very old and in need of renovation. Towels were not properly clean and had hairs on them. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

The staff really try to make the best of a tough situation. The hotel is 1950s Miami- EVERY part of it. It’s pretty gross. How it has not been condemned is beyond me. The walls are paper thin- you can hear the neighbors breathing. The clientele is sketch to say the least. I would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Internet OK with interruptions, AC extremely loud. No hangers in the closet. No toilet paper holder, no toilet brush. The motel built probably in the 50’s. paint layer upon paint, botched workmanship in repairs, no fridge, etc.

The homey atmosphere and being on Curtiss Pkwy which is a beautiful street to walk down. The staff if always professional and helpful. The housekeepers are top notch as well! Thank you, Parkway for being consistent.

the room I was given was too close to the road. the airport had a busy night. I was tied need sleep not a good night. the internet did not work, or I could not get it to work.

When I checked in, they told me that there was an additional charge of $20 which I was supposed to be told about but wasn't.On the final bill the charge was removed, but after checking my bank account I found that they still charged me. I'm hoping to get this money back soon. When I entered my room, there was not much in it. A bed, a desk/phone, a little dresser with a maybe 20" screen for a TV. I don't expect luxury for the price I paid, but at least a little refrigerator and microwave to heat up food would have been nice. But that was not the case here. Cheap is everything I guess. The A/C unit was constantly running and so loud, that relaxing was impossible. The smoke detector was loose, the cover for the light in the walk-in closed was missing, there was light coming through the entry door because it didn't close right. The complimentary wi-fi was spotty - and that's pushing it. The bathroom smelled like weed, and on top of everything when I had to use it during the night there were cockroaches running around. Even though we're in Florida, THAT is unacceptable.The I've staid in several hotels over the years, and even the cheapest motel 6 has better amenities than this one. I checked out early because I couldn't sleep after that experience. At checkout I asked for a copy of the documents I had signed the day before and was told they were not available. Sorry guys, but this is only 1 star - at best.

The reviews and online pictures of this property are not accurate at all. This motel is a roach motel at best. Our room had a bed, roaches craweling on the floor. I did not sleep under the covers of the bed. Affraid of the shower. Very sketchy place. At least the air conditioner worked. That is the positive about this motel.

Horrible room and customer service. The television was broken. Only one channel came in. The room had a strange odor. I saw roaches.

The photos online were okay, so we thought we were getting an okay place. Boy were we wrong. While trying to get our key for our room, someone was with a hoker trying to get an hourly room. We ignore this red flag and go to our room. First off, the window in the bathroom had frosted panels, except one had clearly been broken because there was a completely clear panel. In the bathroom and our room faced the road. Next we look at the door so we can leave our stuff and do some last minute shopping...NO locks and a gap between the door and the door jam. We asked for a different room and were told no rooms have locks so the cops can get in easier!!! And that they had no other rooms for us. And obviously could not fix a door jam quickly for us. Then we ask for a refund and get told no, we have to contact who we booked it through. So we do. They have tried calling the hotel for a week and are not getting an answer and we have now been scammed out of our money. Never recommended people to no stay somewhere until this place.

My room was clean, but it was old and out dated. There were a few small cracks on wall. The biggest issue was there wasn't a toilet paper holder. I had a roll if toilet paper, but had to keep it on the tank.

The property is run down, bed was a mattress on a wooden box for a base. The 2 towels were so thin and see through. Needs a complete overhaul and rebuild.

This is very noisy place . From the room we could hear the next room TV . We had to go to the front desk to ask them to call the next room and asked them to low the TV .

Wifi signal.we had a 2 bedroom family unit and the aircon was just in the 2nd bed room. No lamp shade in the second bedroom, no night table. These things are basic necessities anyone would expect in a hotel. This hotel is just deplorable. The receptionist is not even friendly.

There was absolutely nothing to like about the room we stayed in and I believe they were all the same. T.V. did not work, A/C thermostat did not work, no hangers, not even one hanger in closet, bathtub had rust, window in bathroom was filthy, only two small towels provided, no place, not even one little shelf to place anything in bathroom, only one night table instead of 2. There is also lots of noise as it's located very close to 2 major highways. We arrived very late at night, otherwise we would not have stayed there. We didn't expect luxury for this price but the room was not even worth half of what they charged. It was an awful experience for us. We told the person at desk that for all those reasons we should at least get a discount but were denied one.

In the picture and information was completly different what we found. Small dirty room not renovated from decades, roken coffe machene and not plesent service. First time from many years i see so bad quality

Yes, its rundown. No, its not a Hilton, but we needed a cheap place to stay that was close enough to both the airport and the cruise port. Also, right across the street were food and drink options. Definitely would stay again

I stayed at hotel for 4 nights and 4 days . The room was only cleaned on 2 days. There were 2 dead cockroaches in room and cleaning lady never removed them . On the third day I removed them . The room was not cleaned on the third day . I also didn’t feel safe in hotel . Won’t ever stay there again!!

Hotel says fridge/microwave available on request, but there’s a very limited supply so you may not get one if they’re all taken. Also, the room had roaches, which prompted us to leave and look for another hotel.

Exactly what we needed. Office is 24hr so we were able to check in late from our flight which was perfect. The room was clean and the check-in/check-out was seamless. Drink/food stores in walkable distance, very convenient.
