The first floor by the elevator everytime smelled like smoke. The bathroom walls for the tub was dirty as well as the floor by the bathroom door and the headboard and center table by the bed was full of dusty! You can tell they dont wipe down the room

Great location, very, very clean, comfortable beds, just a little disappointed with the breakfast, had a lot of choices but the beef patties, sausage were very hard and not eatable.

I had a fantastic stay here. The property is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my visit. Perfect location, room was clean with ample amenities including a microwave and mini fridge. The gym had functional equipment, and the business area was useful. The breakfast was great, it says continental, but it was a bit more than continental. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

Our main issues were 1) the air conditioner in our room had the fan running at all times, even when we turned it off. This made the room uncomfortable as we couldn't use the air conditioner as it was intended. 2) housekeeping comes at a really late time so every time we left for the morning and came back hoping our room would be clean, no one had come to clean it. No one ended up coming into our room to clean it because every time they came in the late afternoon we would be in the room and all they could do was change our towels. 3) the TV in the room barely worked. It had one application included, Netflix, and that worked on the first day we checked in and then never worked again during our 5-day stay. So we would resort to watching the included cable channels but those were glitchy and cut in and out all the time. Overall, I would stay in this area again but NOT at this hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast girl personally brought out tater tots for my kids after i inquired about the lack of vegetarian hot breakfast items. Very considerate of her. Front desk staff not trained properly. I was waiting in line for a very long time (understandable as the person in front had an issue) but once he opened a new station, he called the WHITE MAN behind me to go up. I was waiting first, I was very upset and disrespected.

I liked how nice the cleaning staff was and how maintained it was. The times for the pool on the information document in the room was incorrect. The bar was never opened. The staff downstairs in the front desk were not very nice except for a young gentleman.

The lobby is very nice & pretty . Loved my room On the floors the walls were creepy.

We also lost a package we had left along with our luggage since we arrived early and had to leave and return. At least they gave us late checkout since their checkout is 11 and that’s too early.

We had a comfortable stay, but Guillermo, the front desk clerk who checked us in on the evening of Oct. 18th, took this experience to another level. He provided OUTSTANDING customer service! He was attentive, patient and his willingness to help two weary guests who had been traveling for more than 24 hours was greatly appreciated. We can't say enough about how helpful he was.

The room was okay overall, but the entrance door wasn’t properly sealed, allowing light to come through at night, which made us feel a bit unsafe. Also, the pillows were too soft, almost like having no pillows at all.

What I'd like to say is the place was an excellent stay. It's a pity i was only there for one night. The only complaint I had was finding the place. Google maps sends you to 105th Ave, and theres no 105th ave. Had me circling around for some 20 minutes or more. I had to eventually call the front desk to get precise directions. Address says 3895 107th ave. You guys are not on 107th ave. I drove up and down 107th ave looking for the address. You need to add, "behind Wendy's" or some other landmark to that address. I couldn't be the only person with that problem. Ok, i've said my piece. No complains about the place, just getting there.

La limpieza de habitaciones era pasando 1 día, sin embargo nunca recibimos la limpieza ni arreglo de dormitorios en las 3 noches , 4 dias sin arreglar camas ni limpiar los banos. Ascensor dañado y solo había 1 ascensor para todo el hotel, lo cual causaba colapso.

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. My wife was at the front desk trying to check in, but since the reservation was under my name, the staff asked her to have me call. I called seven times—each time the phone was picked up and I was immediately placed on hold without a single word. No greeting, no “please hold,” just ring, click, hold. It wasn’t until my wife informed them in person that I was the one calling that they finally answered on my eighth attempt. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy.

Checked in and my car was hit within 2 hours of me being there while parked which resulted in me not being able to open my driver door! Asked to at least see the camera footage and was told i needed to file a police report in order for me to see it. I was also leaving that morning for a cruise so i didn’t have the chance. I just wanted to know what happend to my car and that was it but was denied even that. I was polite the entire time and was left disappointed and frustrated. Never again. I hope none of you have to go through what I went through while i was there. This will be my first and last time ever staying here.

Pool was closed for my kids during the entire stay and I was never informed during check in . I only knew because of the sign posted at gate

The room and service was amazing but the TV in the handicap access room on 5th wasn’t working very good. We were too tired to call front desk to help but the remote did it work and there was a HDMI cable box behind TV on the wall and it kept shutting off and on and no channels to watch.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. What we did not know was that the hotel is under construction and the public areas are either being carpeted ot the walls were being plastered and wallpapered.

It was good for a standard layover hotel.

Corridor on floor I stayed on had workers and was full of furniture...

Rooms were big but TV was small and awkwardly located. The bathroom with sliding glass doors isnt a good idea since the lights shine bright into the room at night. The breakfast wasnt good, the food wasnt fresh or was just over cooked. Was a little disappointed as I remember Springhill Suites being better.

Juliette the front desk clerk was rude upon my arrival to the hotel that I prepaid for, she didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in but the people that were of her race which would be Hispanic she was very welcoming to them when she seen my black face it was like she was disappointed. Juliette lied about having rooms on the higher levels very nasty phony niceness but the Hispanic guest that where checking in she was smiling ear to ear every when their credit cards where getting denied she still kept smiling but a prepaid guest which would be me was getting the cold shoulder. Maybe spring hill suites should have her clean toilets maybe she will be nicer in that area I stayed in better hotels and I will be taking this compliment further as far as I can.

These are typically my favorite hotels, and I had a great stay here. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was soft and comfortable. No complaints!

On my first day, I asked to change rooms, because I had to sleep at night, because the bed bag bedbugs, or bad bugs, the second day the same thing, when I couldn't sleep at night, I felt a lot of urgency all over my body, unfortunately this is not good!

Overall the property and surrounding areas are nice. The rooms are laid out well and pretty large. The bathroom in my room was nice. My room #500, was really good in almost all aspects, and I know this is a small detail, but they just couldn't get the TV remote to work. Replacement remote, new batteries, nothing. You either stood directly in front of the TV or you weren't changing the channel. I was there for work so wasn't in my room much anyway, but man, when you're used to having a functional remote, it's a bit annoying. Other than that, very nice hotel, I rate it pretty high. Lots of dining options within walking distance which was nice.

Coming in from a cruise, my family and I arrived a few hours before the 3pm check in and the hotel representative was very helpful in checking in my family and I a few hours earlier.

The carpet looks dirty and tjat gives a sensation of the place not being clean. It was a shock since I've stayed there before and it has never looked like this. The carpet stepping out of the elevator was disgusting.

Check in and check out were super easy. Hotel staff was friendly and kind. The room was extra clean and very comfy.

The hotel over booked and so they gave our friends room away and did not help them find another room and did not tell us until we showed up. Luckily we found them a room 4 minutes away.

The only thing I was not happy about was Breakfast. It was not up to the standards that I had come to expect from Marriott hotels . Highly recommended
